Caution: Billing - be sure to check! Duck with vegetables €14.00 (as with other dishes, rice is also shown in the photo, without any special mention). Side dish (rice/noodles) costs €3.20. Question from me: “Instead of rice, pasta possible?” "Yes, costs €3.20 more". Duck with vegetables and pasta was delivered for €17.20 - without rice, although that would actually be included in the €14.00. Advantage for the operator: Rice saved for €3.20 and a side dish sold for €3.20 - €6.40 more for the operator. When asked about this, the staff wasn't very friendly. Last visit I wanted a side dish but instead received a full plate of noodles with the price to match... This seems so strange to me that I'm writing a review. If you read through the other bad reviews here, you'll notice that the aim is to maximize profits and that customer service/hygiene is secondary. I'll never go there again!

I would like to complain that I was served by a very unfriendly, short-haired employee. I wanted to give her the money to pay (I had counted it down to the cent). However, she very cheekily said that the amount was incorrect and that I should pay again instead of telling us how much money we still owed her. A man then paid the amount for us. When we sat down I went to get napkins and she only gave me "2" even though you usually need more than two. She told me that two should be enough. After she said that to me, I grabbed several napkins at once. When she brought us the food, she became aggressive and ripped the napkins out of my hands. I said to her: 'Is it still okay?!' I then mentioned that the previous woman also gave us several napkins. She then said that she counted the napkins and after we ate came to us and banned us from the house. This is the first and last time my girlfriend and I will go there. I have never been served so rudely by a waitress in my life. So unfriendly and aggressive, unbelievable!"

We ordered fried noodles with chicken. The portion was quite small. Very oily noodles and hardly any chicken in the chicken noodles.

Wir haben gebratene Nudeln mit Hühnerfleisch bestellt. Die Portion war ziemlich klein. Sehr ölige Nudeln und kaum Hühnerfleisch in den Hähnchennudeln.

The price is absolutely right, but the food was very bland for my taste, hardly any spices and little taste. Yellow curry tasted 1:1 like it came from the ready-made package and not a trace of my own curry recipe.

Everything fine. friendly staff. Eating took a little longer.

ATTENTION PLEASE READ: Today on December 30th, 2023 we (regular customers) wanted to eat here as usual. Ordered at the counter first. Then we stood there for a while and saw the staff take the rice scoop into their MOUTH twice in a row and lick it off. The boss noticed this and became nervous, spoke to the staff in Vietnamese and wanted to show us to our seats. Both of us almost gagged and asked people about it. We were both immediately shouted at that that wasn't right, blah blah. We are now supposed to take our money and leave the restaurant straight away - that's exactly what we did. So with such immaculate behavior and impossible hygiene we would 100% NEVER eat there again in our lives. As someone who eats out a lot (including Asian), I have never experienced anything like this. I strongly advise you to avoid this shop and not to eat there!!!

That food is not special. Be careful with the beer: - filled my glass cups with about 60% fresh draft beer and filled the rest with beer from another cup. I complained about it immediately and yet he tried to fool me again. Incredible !!!

I was there a few years ago and didn't have such a good experience back then, but it's nice to give it a second chance. Unfortunately for me personally it was a failure again. I ordered sweet and sour chicken with rice. The pictures on the board promised a lot... and delivered nothing... The vegetable side dish consists of the sweet and sour sauce, where carrot slices and pineapple are cut in, otherwise there was only bamboo shoots and rice as a side dish, unfortunately the pictures above the counter say something different. Pure deception. When I wanted to pay, they said it was only possible to pay in cash, which is unusual these days. But the highlight was that the customer behind me was suddenly allowed to pay with a card... When I asked the lady who was cashing out why I wasn't allowed to pay with a card, I only got a curt answer: it works for larger amounts. When I asked how high the sum should be, she said from ten euros. I paid a total of fourteen euros... and then I wasn't allowed to pay with a card? Then they just shrugged their shoulders and then turned away. . Sorry, nogo, Verar.... pure or Swiss customers are preferred. Old dishes from the previous customer were still lying around on the tables, but there wasn't much to do at the time. If you don't feel like doing the job, then you shouldn't do it. Unfriendly is added. Well, never again for me and my work colleagues, one star actually just because it was prepared quickly and the chicken was tasty... you can't go wrong with the rice.

Kühl nüchtern freudlos. Das Essen ist sehr auf westliche Mägen abgestimmt. Rasch ja, doch nicht heiss. Suppe gut, aber nicht genügend Gemüse. Frühlingsrollen aus dem Kühlfach. Waren hier aber denke wir kommen nicht wieder her.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Jedoch bezahlt man 2€ für 0.2L Wasser aus einer billig PET-Flasche. Nachfüllen kann schlichtweg nicht und Leitungswasser bieten sie nicht an. Der Chef ist äusserst unsympathisch.

Sehr knusprige Ente mit Nudeln. Restaurant nun gemütlicher als vorher, aber ein bisschen mehr asiatische Deko wäre toll

La comida está bien con respecto al precio, pero luego te meten una clavada por una cerveza! Un robo 4 euros por una cerveza !

Fastgood, man muss es mögen. Beim Fleisch wird gespart, Rinfleisch mit Zwiebeln wird zu Zwiebeln mit Rindfleisch.

Unfreundliche Chefin und essen war auch nicht der Hammer , komme sicher nicht mehr obwohl ich sehr viel ins Einkaufszentrum komme

Essen war für ein Einkaufszentrum Restaurant gut, es wirkte frisch und war lecker. Service sehr nett, das "Lokal" wirkte sauber.

Leckeres Essen zu wirklich angenehmen Preisen und das grenze Schweiz. Das Restaurant ist im 2OG mitm aufzug oder Rolltreppe erreichbar. Essen bestellen vor der Theke und dann gemütlich hinsetzen,man bekommt es am Tisch serviert. Ambiente ist schlicht aber Harmonisch. EC-Kartenzahlung möglich Leider kein kinderstuhl

Einfach gesagt , megalecker , und günstig für uns Schweizer 🙂 immer wenn ich im Kölle Zoo bin , gönne ich mir ein leckeres Essen zum mitnehmen. 👌👍😊😋

Patron antipathique et très radin. Celui qui encaisse m'a donné une petite serviette en papier en mains propre ( vive l'hygiène ) et quel papier!!! Je souhaitais en avoir une autre refus catégorique, 1 par personne. / Je n'avais plus le courage de demander un cure-dents... 😠

Schneller Service ...auch noch knapp vor Feierabend. Allerdings kann dann nur noch bar bezahlt werden. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf die schnelle ist das Essen eine gute Alternative

C'est rapide. C'est pas cher, on mange pour 10euro et c'est très bon. Le canard grillé et ses petit légumes au wok, une dinguerie.

My favorite here is menu no 43 or Roasted Duck with Veg's. Try their bakmi or fried rice as well. It's quite hectic during lunch time.

Das Essen war bisher immer lecker und ansprechend Präsentiert. Jetzt in der Corona Zeit wo Hygiene eigentlich das wichtigste ist legen sie leider KEINEN Wert auf diese. Oh die serviertablets werden nie gewaschen und ebenso keine Stühle oder Tische. Das Restaurant ist es in dieser Hinsicht echt gefährlich und nicht empfehlenswert. (Zur Zeit mit Corona)

Wir sind regelmäßig im Le Wok. Das Essen ist mal gut - mal besser, je nach Saison. Die Ente knusprig hält, was sie verspricht. Zu uns sind die Angestellten immer freundlich. Der Umbau ist m.E. auch gelungen. Wir bleiben Stammgäste im Le Wok.

Super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und sehr nette Bedienung mit gutem Service! Das essen war sehr schnell zubereitet und war sehr frisch! Auch der Umbau hat sich sehr gelohnt

I would never recommend the food here, taste really bad. The woman in charge is really mean, she even refused to provide tissue, never seen such a cheap person in my whole life. There is no severe at all. 这家店体验非常糟糕，没有任何服务可言。食物除了咸没有任何别的味道。女老板从头到尾没有任何服务意识，连一张餐巾纸都拒绝提供。这不仅是一个糟糕的店，连最最基本的服务业意识都没有。

Not speaking German, we chose our meals by looking at the picture menu . The staff were friendly and efficient, service was quick and the food was tasty and plentiful. The place was clean.

Got here at 12:45 and there was barely anything left in the small 2 entree buffet, but I thought they would refill it since it's until 14:00. I was so wrong! I had to scrap off whatever little chicken was left and that was all I got!! Paid 8.50 euros for it. Sat for 40 minutes and they never refilled the food, just the silverware. What a joke!!!

Very limited buffet but for 5 € you can't go wrong. The best is really is the menu. The roast duck on vegetables with rice is a generous portion and definitely to recommended. The soup also delicious. 15€ was enough for soup, spring rolls, a main course & banana fritters. Enough for 2 to share. A great place of a pit stop when shopping in the Rhein Cenre. Located one floor up.
