A truly fantastic Thai restaurant! 🍜 Very friendly and attentive service, a cozy atmosphere, and above all: incredibly delicious, authentic food. The dishes taste like they do in Thailand: fresh, aromatic, and perfectly seasoned. The crispy duck dish, the red curry, and the mango sticky rice dessert were particularly special. Highly recommended; you simply feel at home here! 🇹🇭

The food is really good, and the service is very friendly and attentive. It's a bit more expensive overall, but considering what you get, it's absolutely recommended.

We were with you on October 3, 2025, around 6:30 p.m. with five people. I had the jasmine rice with vegetables and soy sauce. The serving style could certainly be adjusted. (4 egg strips and 1 cilantro stalk.) In the rice were a few strips of bell pepper and carrot, 2 snow peas, and 4 tiny broccoli florets. The egg was very well set. For the price of €18.90, I expect a flavorful dish. In the hope that the recipe will be improved, I remain, sincerely, G. Schmitt The other participants enjoyed it!

The food was fantastic, and the service even more so. Very polite, warm, and accommodating. The ambiance was also very nice and perfectly presented. We were more than delighted!

A nice mid-range restaurant with friendly service. The food was very tasty, but the portion (duck) was a bit small. I found the large bottle of water (0.75l) quite overpriced at €8.90.

Very nice restaurant with delicious food and friendly service! A bit pricey, but worth it. We ate as a couple, shared a starter, a main course, each had sticky rice for dessert, and a drink each = about €38 per person. The service was consistently attentive and friendly; despite the busy schedule, both food and drinks arrived quickly. Everything was beautifully presented, extremely tasty, and the vegetables were very fresh. We were especially pleased to see the mango sticky rice on the menu, so we deliberately made the starter and main course a bit smaller :)

Food is great, Service is super friendly and funny. They give you Bonbons with your receipt 5/7 would burn my face off with chilis again.

The food was authentic and tasty.

This is a great Thai restaurants in a nice neighborhood on the outskirts of the city. All the dishes were particularly flavorful and came with decently sized portions. The Thai Iced Tea was a standout winner in my eyes, it retained the strong tea taste without being too sweet. The dishes are big enough to be shared amongst three people. The bill was somewhat expensive.

The best traditional Thai food at an upscale level in the entire area. We've been there three times now and will keep coming back. Great service, great food, and a super modern Thai-style restaurant! Definitely recommend it! We had three starters and two main courses and were able to take home everything we didn't finish, beautifully packaged, without any problems. 👌👍 I think it's great, especially when you just can't decide.

With 1700+ 4.8* reviews it was a no brainer to try out and it didn’t fail to deliver. The food was utterly delicious and if they were open on Mondays, I would have definitely gone back for my 2nd night in Dusseldorf. Sadly it wasn’t, but I’ll be back the next time in town.

Ahh, sorry, but authentic Thai, nope, is close, but seriously, paprika? Kra pau with Thai basil instead of Kra pau. It's a shame, actually. The ambiance and service invite more, but the main courses could have been improved. I know that for Germans to eat it, paprika has to be in it, but if you want authentic food, you'll gladly forgo it. It's a shame, but there are some good approaches.

Highly recommended. Great, delicious food. It's just a shame that dogs aren't allowed inside. It wasn't a problem for us; we could sit outside with our dog in 28 degrees Celsius, but unfortunately, not in bad weather. Otherwise, there's nothing to complain about.

The food, as always, was very good. Service was friendly and attentive. However, the prices were getting increasingly expensive. It's also annoying that, without prior notice, the "doggy bag" for taking away leftover food was added to the already high bill at €1.50. With a total of €120 for two people, in my opinion, this shouldn't happen; it should be included. Hence, unfortunately, one star deducted.

The red curry with seasonal vegetables and rice tasted great, but I find €20 for a vegetarian dish (especially without tofu) simply too expensive – so compared to other great restaurants, it's not worth a second visit.

If Thai then Lay Thai! Just absolutely beautiful. From the delicious food to the drinks and the great service to the great decor. Everything here is close to perfection and an absolute insider tip when it comes to restaurants in Düsseldorf.

Es war wieder einmal ein sehr schöner Abend. Das Essen war wunderbar, die Menge genau richtig, die Getränke sehr lecker....wenn auch nicht preiswert...der Tisch war nur bis 20.30 vorreserviert, aber uns wurde ein freier Nachbartisch angeboten, den wir länger " belagern" durften. Das war sehr entgegenkommend und nett. So konnten wir alle ganz in Ruhe unser Dessert genießen. Die Bedienung war wieder ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Immer eine gute Entscheidung, hierher zu kommen!

We were satisfied. The atmosphere was great. And the staff were very attentive... a big plus. But we were hoping for some new taste experiences. These were not available (at least for us) in the dishes we ordered. What we personally didn't like was that individual ingredients (e.g. coriander stalks) were draped next to the dish. But that's definitely a matter of taste.

Even if you visit again, an “intermediate invoice” will be presented when paying. “NO BILL!” Decent invoice for triple (!) demand. Despite the good food, this behavior is more than suspicious.

The food was excellent. Quality, taste and quantity very good, very authentic. Unfortunately the service was a bit sloppy and hectic. Although there was no stress, the employee literally swept through the restaurant and was accordingly impatient at the table when ordering. This doesn't fit the ambience and style of a Thai restaurant at all. It's a shame, it could be better!

We had reserved here but couldn't find a parking space because the parking situation in this area is a complete disaster. My wife had already sat down and ordered a still water. She was charged 8.90 euros for this. The boss didn't want to give the water because it was a deposit bottle! You can get VIO in every supermarket. An absolute disgrace towards the guests in terms of behavior and price! This is just an interim calculation, probably even fraudulent at the tax office. I can only advise every driver to avoid this restaurant.

I can only report positive things. We were there a little before the reserved time and still found a place without any problems. The ambience is very appealing and not too overwhelming. The service was without exception extremely friendly. The food was delivered quickly and tasted very good. If we're in the area again, we'd love to come back.

With the best will in the world, it's average at best... first the good: The atmosphere is nice and the service is very accommodating. Unfortunately that was it. The food is by no means authentic. The tofu was like the cement block that you can buy in relevant German supermarkets. That had nothing to do with Asian tofu. Otherwise really disappointing in terms of taste. The Pad Thai had hardly any taste, selling 6 really mini mini spring rolls (also very bland) for a mere €8 is on the verge of criminality. The avocado in the curry had already developed brown spots and roots. That doesn't work at all!!! Especially for a dish that costs €24!!! Demanding prices of over €20 per dish for such bland, boring, low-quality food is not only disillusioning but also an absolute impudence. On top of that, the portions were really quite stingy. Well, 2 stars because the service was at least very nice, but there's nothing to be gained here in terms of cuisine.

Definitely recommended! The service is courteous and you feel like you are in good hands. The food is plentiful and tastes good. There are lots of appetizers and cocktails.

So I'm impressed! However, right at the beginning I have to say that the parking situation is difficult and you should plan a time buffer for it. I should also add that you should definitely make a reservation because when I was there all the tables were reserved and without a reservation you wouldn't have had a chance. However, the reservation is worth it at any price. When you arrived at the restaurant you were greeted warmly and shown to the table. Afterwards you had enough time to read the menu and in between the drinks were ordered. I had ordered the spring rolls as a starter and for my main course (sweet and sour chicken with rice) I wanted the chicken to be fried, which was no problem at all. However, it came with an additional charge, which I personally don't find dramatic. The food was brought out one by one, starters of course before starting. The food was very hot and tasted incredibly delicious! When the main course is served, a portion of rice is placed directly on your plate. The staff was consistently friendly and attentive throughout our stay. I'm really excited because the food was delicious and the staff made it possible to have a great time. It's definitely not the last time I've eaten here and I can only recommend the restaurant!
