I just have to say it was shit. I ordered a salad and it arrived 30 minutes late and was really disgusting. I don't know how you can make a salad as disgusting as they did.

The food was simply terrible. We waited two hours for the food. Then two of the six dishes were wrong, the salad was missing the sauce. Then it was an assault on the taste buds. And I also got diarrhea, so I'll never go back. I've never had anything bad there.

They always forget the doner sauce. You order it and pay for it, and it's always forgotten. ALWAYS

Hello, I ordered pizza from you today. It was delicious again. I can't comment on the atmosphere, as I've only had it delivered so far. PLEASE update your prices on Lieferando and Menü24. Your driver said the prices had increased, but still just charged me the old price. Great!

The store is not designed beautifully or invitingly Food is okay, unfortunately no homemade specialties or anything, but seems more like frozen warm food It tasted good

Delivers a completely different dish and then refuses - in a very unfriendly tone - to refund the money because the other dish was "comparable".

I can only speak for the delivery service and the food, and both have always been top-notch. Online orders specifying special requests or a desired delivery time have always been fulfilled.

Super fast delivery👍there's nothing there. Unfortunately, aside from the cheese, the pizza was very sparsely topped. I think the cheese was just a disguise so you wouldn't notice that there were hardly any other toppings, and only 6 olives on a 40-centimeter pizza. Hmm 👎👎👎 Guys, that's not how it works!🤔☹

Unfortunately one star because you have to give one. Ordered at 6 p.m. & it finally arrived at 8:30 p.m. Our house couldn't be found & we were then contacted by the supplier via WhatsApp (not possible in our opinion). Some of the food was delivered incorrectly (things were supposed to be left out when ordering and yet they were added, “olives”, for example. I have an allergy to that) & the burgers were already cold, the salad looked like it had been soaked for 50 years & that’s how it tasted , Fries tasted 1:1 like cardboard & they were as dry as cardboard :) You can't and don't want to expect anyone to eat that kind of food. (Ordered there about 5 weeks ago and we were then told “we will no longer deliver to your doorstep through your dog”), our dog won’t even come close to getting out of the front door just because he barks but then they would charge €4.50 for delivery 😂 In addition, 2x Coca Cola get a 50 cent deposit (I don't have a problem with that per se) but what I have a problem with is when there is no deposit on it at all & they are cans that you throw away straight away..

We have ordered there several times and have always been satisfied. When ordering today, the La Vita pizza was particularly good. Delivery times were always right. We would be happy to order there again.

I just ate the worst salmon ever in my pasta salmone. Never again. I'm really disappointed in you.

I live 10 minutes away from the restaurant, I've been waiting for my order for 2 hours. The staff is totally unfriendly and incompetent. I'm going to file a complaint with the health department. The food is unacceptable. You have to call after 1 hour so that someone can even leave

Very disgusting had problems with my stomach afterwards and waiting time after 3 hours of cold food and warmed up chilled wings from the day before, people if you're kidding me

Despite the agreement that the pizza should be delivered at 1 p.m., the pizza was delivered at 12 p.m. This happened despite the statement that they were not able to accept the pizza beforehand

At 6:30 p.m. we ordered 3 meals and were told that it would take 3/4 hours or less... after ultimately calling twice, the food only arrived lukewarm. On the first call, after waiting for an hour, it was said that the driver was already on the way and should be there in 10 / 15 minutes and on the second call he should be there within 10 minutes. The statement was that there was so much going on... you could tell that 1.5 hours before... The food, as I said, was only lukewarm and the "fried potatoes" were frozen potato slices from the deep fryer and completely unseasoned; not edible... The steak only consisted of tendons and you couldn't really eat it... I asked if the steak was offered medium rare, I got it cooked to blue... inedible... The onions were and tasted good burnt... Overall NOT recommended.

Extremely disappointed for the 3rd time in a row. Pasta was cold and absolutely not as described on the menu (red cream sauce?). Wrong pizzas delivered last time. Absolutely not recommended.

Ordered pizza, salad and pasta over the phone for pickup. When we arrived we had to wait 10 minutes longer than agreed. The pizza was the wrong size, the waiter said "this size is written here & I only make what it says here" No apology or request to offer another or new pizza. Only then did you notice that the salad had been forgotten and you had to wait longer again. We can't recommend it.

Terrible! There's nothing more you can say about the whole thing. Very unfriendly and you shouldn't necessarily eat there

Food was ordered online at 9 p.m., after almost 2 hours of waiting I tried to call 6 times, it was 10:45 p.m. and no one could be reached by phone, but they are open until 11 p.m., if you can't follow up on orders online then please don't offer them. . Ordered there for the last time this time!!!!!!!!

At first we thought the pizza was great and the staff was friendly. But ordered today, first order was messed up, food came 2 out of 3 wrong. Complained about new order being delivered. But the call back was a blast, the wrong pizza was brought along. I would be interested to know if it ends up in the trash, which I don't think so 🤮

Pizza was okay, but few toppings. Pasta only tasted of salt. Small portion, high price.

Due to the positive opinion of our friends, we decided to order today. We had very high expectations for the food. So we ordered and the food arrived on time. However, we were very disappointed as it did not meet our expectations. So the food was rather bad due to the cheap ingredients. We won't be ordering anymore. Nevertheless, thank you very much for the meal.

Wir waren Stammkunden bei diesem Pizza Service, waren bis heute immer zufrieden . Leider haben wir heute nur die helfte der Nudeln bekommen und meine Freunde, die jeweils eine döner Box bestellt haben auch nur die Hälfte bekommen. Für dieses Geld lohnt es sich nicht dort zu bestellen .

Haben ca.gegen 17.15 Uhr eine Bestellung aufgegeben. 1 Pizza, 1 Spaghetti carbonara und 1 Lasagne. Uns wurde gesagt, es dauert 1/2 Stunde. 2 Stunden später, kamen nur die ersten 2 Positionen. Bis 20.50 Uhr ist die 3. Position noch nicht nachgeliefert worden. Ohne jegliche Rückmeldung. Aus meiner Sicht ist der Service unter aller Sau. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Top! Wir haben nun schon mehrmals bestellt, das Essen ist immer pünktlich da, die Fahrer sind freundlich und das Wichtigste das Essen schmeckt und der Preis passt auch noch! Danke!! :-)

Essen wurde nach 50 min geliefert wie angegeben. Pizza 🍕 war sehr gut und auch sehr heiß 🔥 Wir würden hier definitiv wieder bestellen. 👍🏻

Bisher haben wir immer den Lieferservice in Anspruch genommen und sind sehr zufrieden 👌 Alles was wir bisher bestellt hatten war sehr lecker und auch über die Freundlichkeit der Fahrer lässt sich nichts schlechtes sagen😊😊 macht weiter so 👍 bis zur nächsten Bestellung 😉😁

Ich habe die Dienste bisher nur im Lieferservice genutzt! Anfangs war ich total begeistert! Mit der Zeit ist es mir aber leider häufig passiert, dass bestellter Pizzabelag teilweise fehlte- bezahlt war es aber natürlich! Sowas kann natürlich immer MAL vorkommen, wir sind alles nur Menschen! Aber inzwischen waren es sicher 6 oder 7 mal und das ist definitiv zu viel!

Seit langem das Beste essen das ich bestellt habe. Essen war noch heiss ,gut und frisch geschmeckt und die Lieferanten waren auch sehr lieb. Werde Gerne öfters hier bestellen. 4 Sterne weil meine Fanta Dosen gefehlt haben.

Über Lieferando um 18:45h bestellt, mit der Bitte -Lieferung um 20:15h. Die Lieferung kam um 21:10h. Das Essen war nicht besonders. In der Lasagne al Forno befanden sich hartgekochte Eier und Schinken, was aber nicht auf der Karte stand. Auf der Pizza waren Pilze, obwohl diese auch nicht auf der Karte standen und wir auch keine Pilze essen. Der Pizza ist sehr trocken. Der Salat war ganz gut. Für uns war das die letzte Bestellung.

Leckeres Essen, das wir immer abholen. Zur Eröffnung gab es wohl ein paar Schwierigkeiten bzgl. der Zeit. Das hat sich aber auch sehr positiv verbessert! Bestellen sehr gerne dort und wurden nie enttäuscht. Weiter so !

Sehr korrekt , gute Lieferung und das beste Essen was ich jemals gegessen hab … Burger schmeckt besser als in jedem Restaurant ,Pizza ebenso und der Salat sehr schön serviert einfach mega 😍

Wir haben 1,45 Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet obwohl es am Telefon hieß:"45 Minuten, eher schneller". nachdem wir noch einmal angerufen haben hieß es, das Essen sei gleich da. Dem war zum Glück auch so. Die Dönerpizza war gut, die bestellten Nudeln Al Forno wurden leider nicht überbacken und die Soße schmeckte fad, eher nach wässriger Tomatensoße. Der Pizza würden wir nochmal eine Chance geben, wenn die ersten Anlaufschwierigkeiten vllt überwunden sind.
