Very delicious pizza, I would eat there every time I'm in Friedrichshafen :)

It might be a great pizza, but the wait for it to arrive was 60 minutes. The atmosphere is nice, the pizza looks great, but the long wait is a drawback.

Delicious pizza and attentive staff. However, the atmosphere isn't particularly cozy, as the seating is quite cramped and a large television detracts from the ambiance. Incidentally, they don't serve beer, wine, or any other alcoholic beverages.

We went there for dinner after the service with three small children who were very restless 😅 but everyone was very friendly and the pizzas were delicious 👍 Unfortunately, there isn't really anything for children to eat, but maybe not many come by 🤷 We all got our fill though ❤️

The food was amazing, the best pizza I've had in the city, but the table was wobbly and the chair next to me kept bumping into me and there was no way to move it. Don't sit at the round tables by the window.

The selection of pizzas is solid, offering variety as well as the familiar classics. Unfortunately, I don't find that the pizzas taste quite authentically Neapolitan. The dough is fine, but the toppings could be better balanced.

I'm sorry to say that this was the worst pizza I've ever eaten – the Quattro Formaggi – very bland and tasteless. The main flavor was ricotta (which I've never had on a Quattro Formaggi before, and it doesn't belong there), and if there was any Gorgonzola or Grana Padano at all, it was barely there. It tasted only of ricotta. But the service was also very poor – a 2.5-hour delivery time, and then the pizza was very soft and soggy. We had to call twice, and each time the estimated delivery time was not met. All in all, I have to say that the pizza here is not worth the money.

The pizza was delicious, we'll definitely come back! The staff is also really friendly and helpful.

We were there yesterday... unfortunately, it was terribly cold in the pizzeria because the sliding door kept opening whenever someone walked by. There's no curtain at the front to provide some wind protection. We had two salads, but unfortunately, the green salad was mostly brown; for €8, I expect something different. A note on the website that there's no alcohol in Friedrichshafen would be great. A glass of wine is surely part of the experience for some people when enjoying a good pizza.

Such a delicious pizza!! I ordered the Napoletana with extra sucuk and burrata. I'd never had a Neapolitan pizza with sucuk before. I highly recommend it. The service is super professional and very friendly. The atmosphere is inviting and the restrooms are very clean.

The pizza was delicious. Unfortunately, by the time we got home, the pizza was only lukewarm, which was a shame.

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. We waited over 45 minutes for our pizza. There's only one person who has to do everything alone – service, orders, and the kitchen. As a result, the service is very slow and disorganized. I definitely won't be visiting this restaurant again.

We ordered pizza with fish. It was very tasty, both children and adults liked it.

Reservations are allegedly not stored in the system, even though they were confirmed in advance by phone. The service is slow, unfriendly, and poorly structured or organized (orders taken late, long waits for drinks, appetizers forgotten and then simply delivered with the pizzas even though they were no longer wanted). The quality of the food and service have declined significantly compared to the pizzeria's early days. Overall, the pizzeria can no longer be recommended. P.S. We repeatedly ordered pizzas that, after an unusually long wait (despite an email confirmation of "immediate delivery," we followed up by phone after almost an hour), were sometimes burnt black and, in one case, were delivered without the additional topping we had ordered. The subsequent phone complaint was transferred to the manager, who, after a brief, emotional "confrontation" (quote: "Our pizzas are always black"), simply hung up. With all due respect for order peaks, "stress," a shortage of skilled workers, and the consistently good quality – that's not how you treat customers or complaints! PS: The Caesar salad and one of the three pizzas were good, hence 3 stars for the "food" category.

I've ordered from here several times and have always been very satisfied – both with the quality of the pizza and the speed of delivery. Unfortunately, things didn't go quite as smoothly today. The delivery time was around 50 minutes, which can happen during peak times and is acceptable for a good pizza. Unfortunately, the pizza was already cold upon arrival, which significantly spoiled the experience. The garlic oil I chose was also forgotten. The burrata didn't taste great – but that's a matter of taste, of course, and I'll simply leave it out next time. I hope this was just a one-time slip-up and look forward to the next order, which will hopefully be another completely successful one.

We had a reservation. The place isn't child-friendly: the entire place has one highchair, and it was occupied. We waited 10 minutes before we asked for the menu. Then we ordered a drink, which arrived another 10 minutes later. They didn't have straws, and the lukewarm multivitamin juice still had powder residue from the ready-mixed drink floating on it. When no one came for a long time, we asked if we could order food and ordered. After waiting 25 minutes, the lady said she'd forgotten our order. It would be here in 3 minutes. The others also waited half an hour. She said it was normal. We then paid for the drinks and left. Terrible service. They should hire more experienced waiters.

Well, the ambience unfortunately leaves something to be desired. There's no real counter, so it feels more like a pizza express and, above all, there's no Italian flair (very artificial and lacking in love). The menu is also very unloving and there's no anticipation of ordering anything. When ordering a beer, it was only pointed out afterwards that they only had non-alcoholic beer and I got the wrong beer. Of course, that wouldn't have been a problem, but a warning would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, this was the last time we stayed here, as there are places that offer far better customer service/ambience and love/amore.

We loved eating the crust 😍, but the tomato sauce wasn't my thing. I thought it lacked flavor, but of course, it's a matter of taste. I think you should just give it a try. The place itself is really cozy, and the entire staff is very friendly.

The base was far too thin for my taste, like a sheet of paper. The crust was airy but had the consistency of cutting lasagna sheets. The filling was good, but I needed more seasoning. The vegetarian option with an extra charge of €16 for onions and artichokes is really too much, considering the ones with salmon or meat are on average €3.50 cheaper.

Ambience and service 5 out of 5 stars. If you want a good pizza, you don't have to go to Italy. You're in good hands here. The tomato sauce was a bit too sour for me, and it lacked a bit of spice. But otherwise, it was very tasty. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Dear L'arte della Pizza, My very best friend and his girlfriend and I were very hungry. The pizza was said to be good, so we set off. We called by phone and ordered 3 pizzas. It said 20 minutes, then we can pick them up. Accordingly, we were there after 20 minutes and kindly let the staff know that we were there. My very best friend wanted to buy 2 more drinks. We were shocked by the prices. A 0.5 liter Cola + Fanta cost us just under another €8 on top. That's a disgrace. Meanwhile we were still waiting in the shop for our pizza. Half an hour has passed since the order was placed. After us, two girls also ordered pizza and they even got their pizza before us. I had the feeling that we were treated worse because of our appearance (early 20s and big clothes). And in the end the pizza was only cut in half once. I ordered a seafood pizza that probably had a maximum of 2-3 mussels on it. The friend had specially ordered burrata on her pizza, so we paid more for it. In the end, nothing was visible. GaLiGrü, we'll never come back!

Unfortunately, I don't have an opinion on the food as the dishes we ordered never came! We sat at a table that was never cleaned, the glasses were upside down on this dirty table. We ordered 3 of the same dishes and 50 minutes later while everyone around us was eating normally - even the customers who came after us (!) - the waitress told us "in 5 minutes they will be ready". We waited and after those 5 minutes he came back and using google translate, without a trace of politeness and respect told us that there were other orders before us that needed to be served. If you speak French, are not tourists and only want to eat pizza, you might as well have hopes of eating.

The pizzas are really great, but the website is not available, especially at peak times, the shopping cart was emptied several times during the ordering process, delivery areas were suddenly no longer available (<1km away?) or the email address could no longer be entered on the mobile device so that the ordering process cannot be completed. This needs to be improved urgently, otherwise you will simply order somewhere else.
