Very cute restaurant with excellent food!

Unfortunately, I cannot confirm or understand the positive review on Google, which is why we chose this restaurant. We came to an empty restaurant. Here we received a totally listless and not particularly friendly welcome. The Aperol Spritz was brought quickly. Since we wanted to eat something light, we opted for the appetizer platter for two people. According to the service, EVERYTHING from the starter menu should be on it. We received a loveless plate for just under 30 euros with the following content: - 1 tasteless (cheapest vine tomato) tomato with 1/2 ball of mozzarella - a handful of dry rocket with a few splinters of Parmesan - two slices of Vitello Tonato - a scallop shell with octopus salad - two soggy mini bruscetta -a simple pizza bread (the menu said foccacia) When asked, they said carpaccio was not included. Considering the cost of goods, the taste and the quality of the starters, I find it really cheeky to charge 30 euros for a plate like this. The waiter asked if everything was good. We denied it. But he wasn't interested in that. I definitely wouldn't go here a second time.

Welcoming staff, Fast service I had a 4 cheese pizza and it was really delicious. I highly recommend

Had dinner yesterday with my brother-in-law, sister and daughter. The service was very good. Despite the failure, the food was served quite quickly and was good and very tasty. When we ordered panna cotta and tiramisu for 4 people, 4 spoons also came. The toilet was very clean and what surprised me positively was that there were no paper towel dispensers but small towels. I'd love to come back

It tastes good, I have to say. In terms of price, we have to say it is quite expensive for small portions.

The quality and presentation of food is not good given the relatively high prices. The place looks authentic Italian but the plates are so basic. Also the service is very slow and not so welcoming. There are much better Italian restaurants in Metzingen.

A beautiful Italian restaurant in the heart of Metzingen. Great value for money and attentive and friendly staff. Always worth a look.

Freundlich, sehr schön gemacht, gutes Essen und sehr feine Aperol Spritz. Auch für den Hund wurde Wasser gebracht. Gerne wieder mal.

We were brought to this restaurant by German customers. After the first minutes of skepticism, we changed our minds about everything. Excellent Italian restaurant, with Italian raw materials. A big hello to the Chef and his entire family

The leisanie is good but the starter is too little, the service is polite but the prices are too extreme

Surprise - instead of the food we ordered, something else was brought out - well, that can happen, and instead of at least apologizing for it, people saw it as completely normal...and that too with two meals at our table. The ambience in the courtyard isn't that great either - there's a lot of traffic and restlessness. Food is okay, but what about the price?

Very friendly service, the quality of the food is very good and everything looks freshly prepared. However, the prices of the main courses shocked me a bit. I think 19 euros for a pizza with mushrooms, ham, peppers, etc. is just too much. Despite the good ingredients, the cost of goods was certainly under 5 euros and 19 euros is really sporty. The atmosphere is cozy, the terrace is sheltered so you can sit outside even in summer. If the price level were more appropriate, it would have been 5 stars.

Great Italian in the outlet city. Very tasty food in a nice atmosphere inside and outside. The waitresses are nice, not intrusive, and even rarely check that things are going well. Will definitely come back! :)

The food is absolutely delicious. From bruschetta, pasta, pizza, fish and perfect desserts such as tiramisu or tartufo al pistacchio or cioccolata is everything with fine taste. You can also pair the dishes with fine wines.

Food was ok but panna cotta was very sweet. Sauce shouldn't be sweet everything was very very sweet. I don't know if the parmesan was real parmesan, it wasn't like normal.

Excellent Italian food, great service, very attentive! Can only be recommended 1000 times better than in the outlet area!

Nice service and affordable prices

Great quality, service very attentive but relatively expensive for a normal pizza for lunch. A top address in the evening, starters for the whole group, dessert, etc. Everything was very nice. We'll come back when we get the chance.

L'Angolo is a typical Italian restaurant in a central location with a pleasant interior. However, the prices are high, we were shocked by the prices of over 20 euros for a pizza. There may be better options in Metzingen, but for those who value the location and are willing to accept the prices, L'Angolo offers a fitting choice.

Top place with the best and most friendly staff and owner. Will come back again and again and again. Try the best wine from Italy with the best dishes!!!!

Incredibly beautiful Italian restaurant if you go shopping in the outlet in Metzingen. I recommend pasta with zucchini and veal with white wine sauce (not on the menu). Totally familiar, have been there for 20 years. Simply great. 2 of us would love to come back. Grazie mille ❤️

Im an Indian and visited this restaurant last year during my training along with my German colleagues. Even after a year I can still experience that taste of food in my mouth.. what a delicious food it was!!! The owner of the restaurant is so friendly, that he comes in person and suggests dishes as per your food taste..

Recommended Italian restaurant. Very good cuisine and courteous service. Reservations recommended. The only disadvantage: it is relatively loud as conversations echo throughout the room.

Cozy atmosphere, always good food and above all the best service ever :-) Price-performance is justified for the quality and everything around it.

Sehr gemütliches Lokal und tolles Essen! Einzig schade ist, dass es keine Mittagskarte mit Angeboten gibt. Preislich eher etwas gehoben, z.B. eine Margherita kostet inzwischen 13 Euro.

Sehr leckere Pizza und Nudeln. Bedienung war aufmerksam und sehr nett. Espresso anschließend schmeckte auch gut. War nicht besonders voll, abseits vom Outlet Stress.

Bella İtalia!!!!! Ein sehr sehr schönes Restaurant. Wir waren heute das erste Mal dort und waren positiv überrascht. Das Essen schön eingerichtet und mega lecker, ebenso wie die Getränke. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal kommen. Sehr nettes Personal! Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Leckeres Essen, sehr freundliches Personal! Auf jeden Fall eine klare Empfehlung.

Für mittelmäßiges schmeckendes essen und 1h 10min aus das Essen warten, weis ich jetzt nicht Dazu haben wir einen unfreundlichen Kellner erwischt, die anderen sahen aber freundlicher aus. Und für das gesamt Packet ist auch der Preis unverhältnismäßig teuer. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Keine Ahnung, wie es möglich ist auf Tripadvisor so gut bewertet zu sein, aber da geht etwas nicht mit rechten Dingen zu…. Schlecht schlechter am Schlechtesten. Service unterirdisch, Wartezeit noch Schlimmer und dss Essen ein sehr wohlwollendes „Naja“. Insgesamt kann man sagen: zu meiden….

Tolles italienisches Restaurant mit sehr leckerem Essen. Der Service ist sehr freundlich, das Essen kommt zeitnah und ist ausgesprochen gut. Preislich etwas gehoben, die Qualität ist aber seit Jahren gleichbleibend gut. Das Restaurant ist sehr sauber, egal wie gut gefüllt es ist. Das Ambiente ist eigentlich sehr schön, allerdings ist das L‘Angolo auch kein Geheimtipp, daher sollte man reservieren. Zu den Stoßzeiten ist es recht voll und damit hat man leider eine entsprechende Geräuschkulisse, nichtsdestotrotz komme ich sehr gerne her und genieße das tolle Essen.

Gutes Essen, edles Ambiente und ein schneller und sympathischer Service. Gerne wieder :)

Sehr nettes und vorkommendes Personal. Das Essen und die Getränke waren sehr lecker. Die hausgemachte Brötchen waren köstlich. Die Gerichte des Tages sind teurer als Gerichte in dem regulären Menü!

Preis-Leistung passt, dabei gehoben und dem Geldbeutel des Metzinger Klientels angemessen 😀

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Had lunch here before the shopping frenzy began. Started with the carpaccio eur16.50. House special pappardelle eur17 is amazing. Linguine gamberti eur21.50 is very yummy too. Would recommend.

Waren heute zu Mittag dort. Hatte Gnocchi in Gorgonzolasoße. War sehr gut :) Die Kolleginen waren auch sehr zufrieden. Werden wieder kommen :D

Das sehr schöne Ambiente verspricht einen schönen Abend, der Service ist bemüht, aber das Essen hat mich nach langer Warterei enttäuscht. Die halbgare Pizza mit daumendicken, fast rohen Gemüsestücken habe ich erst mal zum Aufbacken zurück in die Küche geschickt, danach ging es. Die Preise sind gepfeffert, aber das wird jetzt wohl überall gleich sein.

Seit Jahren regelmäßig dort, immer top und zur vollsten Zufriedenheit 👍
