Excellent cuisine, very friendly and prompt service.

Hausmannskost wie bei Omi, einfach lecker. Die gegarten Schweinebäckchen waren zart wie Butter, die Meerrettichsauce gut abgeschmeckt, die Kartoffeln goldgelb und auf den Punkt gekocht.

The Landgasthaus zum Schleenhof completely convinced us! Here you can dine on good Odenwald specialties as well as changing recommendations from the kitchen. From schnitzel to beautiful salad plates, everything is on offer here. Brunch is also very good here, brunch is offered for a certain number of people, the pictures speak for themselves. The waiters and the landlady themselves are very nice and accommodating, and all requests are catered for. You can only report positive things 😊

Frozen schnitzel, peas and canned carrots. Discounter goods.... Every housewife can do that better

Went there for dinner today, ordered liver, black as coal. Definitely not recommended. The service didn't respond at all to a complaint about the food. We won't come there anymore.

After a Odenwald tour we decided on delicious schnitzel 😊 it was a great idea to go to schleenhof. Very nice restaurant with a nice outdoor area. The service was top and the food was extremely tasty and highly recommended 👍😊

The food was delicious and the staff friendly. There is free parking and a prime spot in front of the restaurant. Of course this is great for the children :-)

Unfortunately disappointing for a country inn in the Odenwald. Price performance at first glance, the menu is good. But the schnitzels are frozen goods, which I find very sad. Is it so difficult to prepare a fresh schnitzel? It's a shame because the service was nice and good and you could do more with the sun terrace.

Good down-to-earth German cuisine, waiting times max 15 minutes.

Food very tasty, sauces made from ready-made products. Salad lovingly prepared. Staff friendly and helpful. Points deducted because when a coach arrived in the next room, the other guests were completely written off for about half an hour. This really bothered me and needs to be solved better. Hopefully this was an exception.

Farmer's schnitzel with canned vegetables was unfortunately a disappointment

We spent a lovely 85th birthday here. The room was beautifully decorated and the homemade cake was delicious. We were very satisfied . For the older people it was very pleasant that there was a large, level parking lot in front of the door and the toilets were also at ground level.

Das Essen war sehr gut. Gut bürgerliche Küche. Durchgehend warme Küche von 9 bis 19 Uhr. Heute waren wieder dort. War wie immer sehr gut

Ich habe mich dort wohl gefühlt, auch wenn immer wieder die Frage kam, ob ich reserviert habe. "Der Kunde ist König" kann noch etwas ausgebaut werden. Die Schnitzel waren zwar groß, aber sehr flach. Das war schon alles, was es zu meckern gibt. Wenn ich wieder in der Nähe bin, gehe ich wieder hin.

Immer eine Reise wert. Und das Paprika Schnitzel ist ein Gedicht. Bedienung auf Zack, Küche ebenso. Volles Haus und Essen in 25. Minuten. Klasse

Wir waren eine große Gruppe. Trotz großer Auswahl an Speisen, war das Essen relativ schnell frisch zubereitet und wurde allseits gelobt. Die Dame im Service war Spitzenklasse. Die Natur in der Nähe ist sehr ansprechend mit dem See und duftenden Wiesen.

Essen war gut Preis-Leistung i.o. Service war ok . Parkplatz direkt am Haus .Gut war durchgehend warme Gerichte .

Wir sind enttäuscht, da die Bewertungen eine andere Sprache sprechen. Das Essen war fade und ohne Geschmack. Allerdings haben mir die Kartoffeln sehr gut geschmeckt 😉. Die Schnitzel und Eierspätzle kamen uns wie vom Discounter vor. Unter einem Landgasthaus verstehen wir etwas anderes, schade. Die guten Bewertungen vom Essen können wir leider nicht nachvollziehen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll. Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden. Die Toiletten sind top. Draußen kann man sehr gut sitzen.

Sehr leckeres Essen- Kochkäse- Schnitzel und Rahm- Schnitzel. Trotz Feiertags kaum Wartezeit und sehr freundliche Bedienung. Daumen hoch!

Waren mit einer größeren Gruppe dort und hatten vorher Reserviert. Leider waren die Tische noch nicht vorbereitet und wir mussten diese selbst zusammenstellen. Die Bestellungen wurden schnell aufgenommen und die Getränke und das Essen kamen auch sehr zügig was super war. Bedienungen waren überwiegend freundlich und sind auf Wünsche eingegangen. Für Kinder gibt es einen eingezäunten Spielplatz was super ist, leider sind die Sandspielsachen alle kaputt und die Klettergerüste und Rutschen sehr wackelig. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Nachmittag in guter Atmosphäre mit sehr gutem Essen.

Das Lokal kann man nur empfehlen. Das Essen war super lecker, vorallem auch die Hausmannskost, die bekommt man leider nicht mehr überall. Der Service ausgezeichnet, aufmerksam und schnell. Auch mit Kindern zu empfehlen. Preis /Leistung war unschlagbar. Gerne wieder, uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Das Rahmschnitzel war ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Es war in 10 min fertig, sowohl das Schnitzel als auch die Soße schmeckten sehr industriell und nicht wirklich frisch zubereitet. Die Bedienung war am Telefon sehr nett und der Salat war auch gut.

Guter Service und sehr gutes Essen

Eigentlich ein tolles Restaurant…. In Coronazeiten leider sehr kinderunfreundlich geworden. Bei erstem Besuch im Oktober mit Kind muss ein Nachweis über Coronatest erbracht werden. (Kind aus Ba-Wü 3x pro Woche getestet in der Schule) Beim zweitem Besuch wurde eine Bescheinigung von der Schule vorgelegt, da wurde von uns als Eltern mit dem gleichen Familienname verlangt, den Ausweis des Kindes vorzulegen. Ohne Worte 🤦‍♀️ Wir waren dort immer zufrieden, kommen nie wieder. Sehr schade für Familien
