Landgasthaus Diersch in Pegnitz

Were there as part of a birthday party. A rustic Franconian restaurant with reasonable prices for the large portions. The food was sumptuous and delicious. The staff was very friendly, perhaps a bit unprofessional. Unfortunately we had to wait a relatively long time (about 1.5 hours) for the food. Things were different the last time a few years ago.

Very nice inn, nice service, the food is inexpensive and casual. Top Ate very well again today, pork loin...highly recommended

Really Franconian and really good and cheap too. Very good home cooking, very good, fast service. Some inns should take a lesson here!

We were passing through the Landgasthaus Diersch and had Leberkäs, cutlets and the Cordonbleu... we were very enthusiastic about the great food! If we come by again, we will definitely plan a stop here. :)

Liver dumpling soup took forever and the soup was not homemade. Too bad

We stopped here on our journey to the Alps. Incredibly delicious cordon bleu with fried potatoes! The other two dishes were also very tasty. Nice friendly service, great food, good drinks and above all very fair prices! It is easy to understand that the country inn is well visited by the locals. A stop is definitely recommended! Also worth mentioning, the waitress offered us a small portion of Leberkäs with fried potatoes for our 5 year old, without asking. It was more than enough and the little one really enjoyed it. Thank you! After ten days of vacation, we didn't miss the opportunity to visit the inn again. This time there was cutlet and meatloaf. The chop was so incredibly big and delicious! Wonderful. If we are in the region again, we would be happy to dine there again. Price/performance very good.

Food very tasty. Well, we had to wait 1.45 hours for food. This is due to the lack of personnel. But it was worth it.

Very tasty but impossible waiting time. We waited 1.5 hours for our food. If you don't have staff, you write a smaller card and automate the processes.

Stopped and ate there during the motorcycle tour. The staff was very friendly and nice. Everything went quickly. The food was really tasty and the portion was decent. Price performance class. We can recommend.

Today, Sunday 05/19/24, contrary to what Google stated, it was fortunately open. Finally a pub with game to choose from. Ate roast venison with real Franconian dumpling (i.e. not a small Preusenschusser), generous portion and tasted perfect. Large parking lot and several dining rooms and outdoor area available. I can only recommend.

Excellent cuisine and top service. A permanent institution when we are in Franconia.

I can't say anything negative, everything was great, food was very good, portions were absolutely sufficient, service was very friendly and accommodating, we would be happy to come back.

We were just here with our horses. What can I say? Simply great! Even though the kitchen was actually closed, we were still offered schnitzel and fries with a side salad. Delicious. From the waitress to the senior boss, everyone is simply amazing! At 86 years old, still at the wood splitter! We'd love to come back! Kind regards, from Arabian Harmony

Very good, regional food at a good price

We've been eating there for years. Unfortunately, due to a lack of staff, the restaurant is no longer open as often. Yesterday we were able to get a place and I have to say the food there was always good but yesterday it was really 👍, one of the few places where schnitzel and cordon bleu are still made in the pan and the cheese spaetzle was a poem, even with a dog We have always been very welcome.

Went to the Landgasthaus Diersch for the first time today....bomb.....I haven't eaten so well for a long time. Service was great. The cook was excellent. The salad was fresh, no cans of goods, the chop was a dream, the liver wasn't bloody, not dry, the pan-fried vegetables were a feast for the palate I'm looking forward to Sunday when my favorite dish will be sauerbraten and venison 03/08/24 my 66th celebrations were simply delicious, good, excellent, salad plate is included in the price has become rare, costs extra everywhere, the opening times have changed (staff shortage) call beforehand.

A tavern at its finest! Modern design, very friendly and quick staff and down-to-earth, good cuisine at a fair price. We'd love to come back.

It's best to make a reservation, otherwise it can be difficult to find a place. We were greeted very warmly and served immediately. Eating was pretty quick, even though there was a lot going on. The food tastes really good. The starters are very large. Price/performance is really ok.

Was very surprised by the ambience in the country inn, can really be recommended, very friendly staff. The food was excellent. The taste was bomb 💣, everything was so fresh, even the salad was great.

Kurz und knapp….. einfach nur ein wahnsinniges leckeres fränkisches Essens, in schöner ländlicher Atmosphäre, mit gutem und freundlichem Service. Diese Gaststätte würde ich immer wieder jedem empfehlen!!!👍👍👍👍👍👍

Hab schon besser gegessen in Landgastgäusern. 4Sterne weil die Bedienung sehr freundlich war.

Tolles Essen! Schnitzel aus der Pfanne! Super Service! Freundlich, zuvorkommend und schnell. Auf Nachfrage, ob man für den Kartoffelsalat noch etwas Pfeffer bekommen könnte, wurde einem, anstatt dem Pfefferstreuer, die Pfeffermühle gebracht (dafür gibt es von mir einen Extra-Stern).

Was für ein warmherziger, fränkischer Service. Man glaubt, das Personal schon ewig zu kennen. Preise sind fair und völlig akzeptabel. Leider nur von Donnerstag bis Samstag geöffnet. Wenn wir wieder auf der Autobahn sind, lassen wir die Raststätte links liegen und kehren lieber gerne hier wieder ein.

Tolle Gastwirtschaft. Leckeres fränkisches Essen. Der Beilagensalat ist noch wie früher. Ein Traum. Sehr zu empfehlen. Das Kotelett und die Leber sind 1a. Bitte die Öffnungszeiten beachten.

Sind immer sehr gerne bei den Diersch s. Super Essen, nette Bedienungen. Immer wieder gern.

Die öffnungszeiten muss man beachten. Wunderbares Gasthaus mit allem drum und dran hier in Oberfranken.

Ein traditionelles Landhaus mit geschmackvollen Ambiente. Das Personal war sehr nett, das Essen hat super gut geschmeckt. Alles frisch und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ich würde das Lokal unbedingt weiterempfehlen. ❤🤍❤

Gute Lage an der Nebenstraße kurz vor Pegnitz. Parkplätze sind ausreichen vorhanden. Die Terrasse vor dem Haus bietet Schatten von Bäumen. Das Bier kommt aus nächster Nahe. Das Fleisch kommt aus der Hausschlachtung (wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe). Freitags gibt’s Schlachtschüssel. Die Portionen sind groß. Die Preise sind niedrig. Die Bedienung war sehr nett. Ich war an einem Freitag zu Mittag dort. Ab 12:30 Uhr waren draußen alle Tische belegt.

Wir haben einen Zwischenstop auf unserer Fahrt dort eingelegt. Restaurant ist von der Ausfahrt A9 Abfahert Pegnitz sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten 3 unterschiedliche Gerrichte, die alle 3 sehr gut geschmeckt haben. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Atmosphäre entspricht genau der Bezeichnung als Landgasthaus. Wir werden sicherlich des öfteren die Möglichkeit nutzen, dort wieder einzukehren.
