Laacherhof in Erftstadt

As the only gastro on the lake to attract guests on Google as a normal restaurant and then charge €14 for a family of 4 to get into the restaurant. Business management and hospitality par excellence that surprises even the most stuffy campsite. The whole thing was not communicated in person, you had to wait behind a large gate and call by telephone. Lol. Actually worth a visit for that alone ;-)

6:37 p.m. Food ordered 9:25 p.m. Food arrived cold! Almost three hours? That doesn't work at all! 55€ for the trash can! Saying on the phone... "I can only apologize"... doesn't do me any good! An apology would be "Sorry, money back"

Loved the food and the atmosphere inside.

Delicious food, but like everywhere else, it feels like you pay more for it every time. Service OK, but couldn't always be found when you were looking for it. Ambiance is neat, nothing fancy. Come again!

Celebrated an anniversary there. Everything was harmonious, generous and festive! It must have been because of the hosts.
