The pizzas taste quite good. However, the price is relatively high, and unfortunately, delivery takes a very long time. If the price weren't so high, the rating could be much higher.

We order from Pizzaboy regularly. Sometimes we get it delivered, sometimes we pick it up. We haven't eaten in yet, but it looks tidy when we pick it up. So, we've ordered and eaten at all sorts of times. We've had casseroles, Chinese food, and burgers. The selection is good, even for vegetarians. Unfortunately, I have to deduct two points for the food, because it's not always consistently good. We've also had a few times where the pizzas tasted awful, or side dishes were missing. So, for the most part, it's good, and sometimes it's really a matter of luck if it tastes great, and sometimes you can be really unlucky; it probably depends on the location and how busy they are. That's a real shame because you never quite know what quality you're going to get. Nevertheless, I absolutely have to emphasize the friendliness and the way they handle mistakes. Whenever we call and explain the problem, we've always received a replacement or a delivery, completely without any issues! The staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Delivered on time, although the pizza could have been a bit hotter. But otherwise, everything was great!

I ordered through Lieferando, and the delivery time was stated as approximately 20-40 minutes. After 60 minutes, I called and inquired. The food was supposedly already on its way. 30 minutes later, there was still nothing, so I called again. They couldn't tell me anything specific; the food must be arriving any minute. 25 minutes later, just before I was about to call a third time, the food finally arrived. I understand if it's busy or if an order gets forgotten. But having to call twice and wait almost two hours for your food has never happened to me before, and that's just outrageous.

Ordered a hamburger with fries and a pizza. It was delicious except for the fries, which were stale. The delivery was very good, and the driver was very nice.

I don't understand the bad reviews. After having several different dishes delivered, I have to say that everything was above average in both quality and quantity compared to some other comparable restaurants. For the simpler: Delicious and plentiful. I've never experienced any unfriendliness on the phone, and the delivery drivers are always friendly. So far, I've always called and had good prices, above-average delivery speeds, and extremely favorable delivery terms. Because of this, I downloaded and installed the app. Unfortunately, I discovered that the delivery costs were higher in the app, so of course I called again. I've been using Lieferando for many years. Now out of habit. But that's a mistake, because this service also costs extra, and the customer pays for it. Up to €2 per dish. It's better to call, talk to the people in a friendly manner, and eat quickly, inexpensively, and well. Enjoy!

I ordered spaghetti carbonara, but it was missing and there was no egg in it. I called several times, but no one answered. The order still arrived late, and everything was cold.

Not recommended. Garbage. Ordered there often. Pizza base always burnt. Never again.

We just ordered from you via Lieferando and are beyond dissatisfied. We paid €5 for delivery and had to pay extra for sweet and sour sauce, even though it wasn't on the bill. They were beyond rude and unfriendly on the phone, as was their driver. Not only that, but the driver was over 20 minutes late, and the food was cold! That's unacceptable.

Side dishes for the pizza too few and too expensive.

I ordered a pizza with a cheese crust, olives, and garlic. The pizza arrived with five olives and tasted of grease. And for €17, never again!

Pasta: super delicious, the lasagne was a dream. Pizza: delivered hot and crispy. The toppings were generous. Chinese food: we don't usually order Chinese food from a delivery service, but this one tastes great. Delivery time: Saturday evening, 50 minutes – absolutely fine! The driver was friendly.

The food is really really tasty. The delivery was quick and problem-free. Occasionally we also eat on site and were always served very nicely.

Pizza Boy – the name promises fast pizza, youthful flair and a bit of street food charm. And that's exactly what you get: a solid pizza to take away quickly, but unfortunately without that certain “wow” effect. The pizza was okay. The dough was more soft than crispy, a little too thick for my taste. The topping was okay – cheese was melted, sauce was present, but the taste was a bit flat. Neither bad nor particularly good – just average. You get full, but not excited. The store itself is functionally furnished, not a place to linger - more focused on flow. The service was friendly but a bit stressful. It's understandable if there's a lot to do, but one more smile wouldn't have hurt. Pizza Boy is reasonably priced, portions are okay, but anyone who has ever eaten a real stone oven pizza will quickly notice the difference. Conclusion: Perfect for a quick snack in between meals. But if you're looking for depth of flavor, a crispy base or special quality, you're more likely to be happy elsewhere. Maybe a little more attention to detail on the next visit – then it would be 4 stars.

I ordered pizza Atlanta. That was definitely not pizza! Just bad, bad.

First and last time ordering. Food was cold, fries were undercooked, and the burger for €10.50 was dry. In my opinion, it's a disgrace.

I waited 1.5 hours from ordering to delivery. In the meantime, I called three times to ask when my order would finally arrive. The end result was four cold pizzas. So I called again and told them. The employee replied, "We can make you a new one, BUT you'll definitely have to wait at least as long for delivery, if not longer." Sorry, last time I ordered from there.

Incredibly stingy with the toppings. This is the second time I've ordered pizza rolls with toppings. There's practically no topping, so you can barely taste anything. And those were rolls with sucuk filling. It's hard to be so stingy that you can't even taste it.

I'd like to recommend a visit to an excellent pizzeria. The dough is freshly prepared and topped with high-quality ingredients. The aroma of the pizza from the oven is irresistible. The cozy atmosphere invites you to linger. A culinary experience you shouldn't miss.

The pizza was truly delicious and I really enjoyed it. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. The value for money is absolutely top-notch. I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was. The parking on-site is also very good. There was plenty of space, and I didn't have to search for long. The seating is comfortable and inviting. I'd be happy to come back!

The food arrived quickly, but there was a hair in the casserole. It's not the first time... we won't order again.

On a Tuesday evening I waited almost 2.5 hours for two pizzas. When I called, I was rudely interrupted when asked "Street?!" - there weren't even complete sentences in it. The driver was in a car accident. Let's assume that this is true, I would have liked to have been contacted. Transparent communication is the be-all and end-all. As expected, the pizza arrived cold and was carelessly prepared. The extra request we ordered was missing. The driver was very nice and tried hard, hence the two stars. There will be no further orders for us.

I tried to order through the website but it didn't work. So I called to ask if the order had arrived. The order hadn't arrived, so I tried again. When I called again and said that I was the one from 2 minutes ago (of course I also gave my name), I was told in a very arrogant manner that over 100 people had called before me and therefore they couldn't be contacted I can remember 😂. Such people should be grateful to have a job at all.

I've never been disappointed with the taste here, no matter what was ordered (preferably burgers and pizza rolls). Delivery was also very quick and always warm. We'll miss you very much and we're moving. I ordered from another pizza boy today (different city) because yours has always been great and unfortunately I was disappointed. A few days ago I was at Pizzaboy with my wife and we were waiting for our food. While we were waiting near the checkout, the "boss" yelled at an employee so loudly that it made me and my wife uncomfortable. The store was well attended and the embarrassment was even greater. I describe this behavior as highly unprofessional and borderline. I want to feel comfortable as a customer in a place like this. In addition, the colleague was very friendly and competent, which is why I can't understand this asiozal manner of the "boss" at all... I hope I don't have to experience something like that again in the future. .. Too bad pizza boy

Our food came very quickly and both special requests were taken into account. The food was still hot and delicious. There is really a very small portion in the Kids Box, which wasn't enough for my 7-year-old son.

Unfortunately we had to wait over an hour... as a result the pizza was cold and stagnant... the Margherita could have broken the window. Luckily there was also a pizza with onions, so you could moisten your parched mouth again with the Margherita. Fries incredibly mushy and cold. Majo tore it out a bit, it was just the only thing that wasn't ordered... the star is given because the pizza rolls with jalapeńos were tolerable and the food arrived at all. Probably won't happen again...

Very friendly staff and delicious food. Price-performance ratio is completely okay. The food always arrives hot and if you have any intolerances you just have to let us know. I always order by phone so that ONLY the store makes the money and not others. Always happy to recommend it again and again.

Food is ok. The supplier no longer has everything in his cupboard. There were empty boxes in his delivery box. I was then allowed to put these away from my front yard 5 minutes later. The main thing is that garbage is gone, just throw it in the customer's yard. I think it's hacking.

We have just ordered via Lieferando. We ordered at 7:23 p.m., according to Lieferando the food should arrive at 8:23 p.m., and the delivery person rang at 8:58 p.m. The food is ice cold, some things were missing, a strip of bacon costs €1.50 and there was a piece of plastic in the chop suey that resembles a broken plastic cake fork. Everyone is dissatisfied and in a bad mood. After they called and made this known, all they received was a voucher via WhatsApp for €20 and of course several verbal apologies. The food doesn't really taste good either... Maybe the health department should do a visit there. Never again..

I am very dissatisfied. I ordered filled pizza rolls and they were raw inside. You could knead the dough. And the food was just cold. Not recommended.

I ordered a schnitzel and chicken salad to Lennep and it arrived after about 25 minutes. The sauce was separate, which is why the schnitzel was still crispy, the salad with the chicken was perfect and juicy and even the fried mushrooms were still lukewarm. The delivery person was super friendly even though they are always in a hurry and said he had a good appetite and hopefully see you next time :) . Seldom seen such nice drivers. (It was my first order from pizzaboy)
