La Terrazza in Mülheim an der Ruhr

Wir sind des Öfteren hier zum Essen und können nichts Schlechtes berichten. Die Bedinungen sind äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist perfekt und wir gehen gerne weiterhin dort hin. Ich kann jedem nur wärmstens dieses Restaurant empfehlen.

Parking is difficult, but the food is great 👍🏼

The food is fresh and full of flavor, with a diverse selection. The service is friendly and attentive without being intrusive. You feel completely welcome. I go there as often as possible.

Food and drink very good

The food here is way too salty, and the service is terrible. Today I paid with my American Express card and left. Shortly afterward, the waitress called my child back to complain that they don't normally accept American Express cards. She then went on to say that there's no sign anywhere indicating American Express as a payment method. True—there's no sign prohibiting it either! Why she had to tell my child that and not me personally is beyond me. Unprofessional and downright rude. I'll definitely never come back here. If it were possible to give this place -2 stars, I would do so immediately.
