La Taverna in Münster

The food was good, but it was delivered at a different time for 6 people. The first dishes were almost cold when the last one came. What's particularly unpleasant is that the toilets stink, right up to the dining room.

Chic Italian restaurant. There were three of us and we reserved a table online. We shared a starter and each had a different main course. Risotto and two different pasta dishes. We eat out regularly, but we agreed that it tasted particularly good. The staff was very friendly and attentive without being annoying, very pleasant. I had difficulty getting my pasta dish open, which rarely happens. Card and cash payment was possible. All in all a successful evening with espressos and everything that goes with it. Gladly again.

Pizza with spinach, garlic and 3 dollops of ricotta: €12.50. The pizza was lukewarm, the spinach was cold! Answer to question: "It's full, that can happen." Yes, no, it's clear.

Unfortunately, it was almost funny... Vitello Tonato on the starter plate was obviously Kassler from a cold cuts package. This was confirmed to us with the argument that they offer the dishes SEASONALLY…. When is veal in season???? Since the rest of the food had more of a commercial kitchen feel - next time we'll eat somewhere else! The young waitress was very nice…!

Wonderful Italian restaurant right next to the Kreuzkirche. Comfortable seating outside and inside. Friendly atmosphere. Very tasty pizzas. Nice service.

Reservation for 8 people went smoothly. To our surprise, a table in the outdoor area was reserved for us, which was not to be expected due to the nice weather, as the outdoor tables were very popular and could have been given elsewhere. Top! We were served very friendly and our orders came quickly. Everyone was very happy with the food, drinks and atmosphere. Price-performance ratio perfect. It certainly wasn't the last time...

Waited 45 minutes for the food (pasta). Pasta was served without parmesan. It didn't taste good at all, I know Italian differently. However, the staff was friendly, but that's the only thing I can rate positively.

Top restaurant with good food and friendliness

I was here with three people and we arrived at 7:00 PM, it was a summer evening and therefore busy on the terrace. Unfortunately there was no room outside anymore, but inside we were kindly assigned a good spot, close to the open doors. The service was friendly and the food arrived within 20 minutes. We ate pizza and pasta. The food was well prepared and the taste was above expectations. Simple dishes and not too large a menu. Nice place in summer! If you ask me, they've nailed it. I would come back again.

We had reserved a table at 9 a.m. and have now been waiting 30 minutes for our table. I can only recommend that you avoid the restaurant.

Unfortunately, we had a very annoying evening! A table was reserved outside by phone in advance and confirmed by a second call that day...unfortunately we didn't get a table outside! We were then promised a table outside in about 10 minutes, which happened after 1.5 hours...that's how long we sat inside. We had to wait about 30 minutes before we could order our first drinks. We had to actively try again and again to be able to order something. Around us we noticed that several tables had the same problems. When the food came after more than 2 hours in total, my food and cutlery were missing for everyone. We had to wait more than five minutes as the food got colder and asked several times until cutlery was brought to us. My food didn't come until the end of the evening, despite repeated reminders! We ended up complaining and the boss or shift manager (at least I think) was sent to us. He listened to our experiences, visibly annoyed and stressed, and half-heartedly offered us a drink on the house. I'm certainly not someone who is quick to complain and as a former waiter, I fully understand the job and how, when it's busy, you're understaffed as a waiter...but offering guests that kind of service in this price range doesn't correspond to my image and expectations have a nice evening! It's really a shame, we've had different experiences here before. But the food was good - at least that's what I heard!

And once again we were not disappointed in the Taverna. Pizza delicious, lasagna delicious, wine delicious - you don't need anything else - oh yes: nice service

I had high expectations for our visit to this restaurant, but unfortunately I was very disappointed. We had reserved a table outside, but when we arrived it wasn't available. Instead we were moved indoors where it was completely overcrowded. The staff seemed overwhelmed, which was reflected in the long waiting time. We had to wait 30 minutes before we could even order our drinks. After that, another 30 minutes passed before we were finally able to place our food order. During this time we were constantly assured that someone was coming, but that just didn't happen. The waiters who brought the drinks and food were unable to take new orders, making the situation even more frustrating. To make matters worse, a main course we ordered was not delivered despite asking twice until the end of our visit. Overall it was a very disappointing experience and unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant. It seems like the organization and service here needs to be greatly improved.

Good pizza and also delicious pasta, the Caesar salad was not particularly authentic and worse than the main courses. Price/performance is very good, the service is ok, and the atmosphere in the X district is of course very nice.

After waiting 15 minutes we left. No waiter came with a menu or asked about drinks... Given the price level, expect a different level of attention towards the guest. So I can't rate the rest.

Pizza and drinks are very tasty. The prices are slightly inflated. The service is friendly and courteous. The ambience is rather below average. This is definitely better. Children are very welcome.

We were there for the first time on Saturday and we were extremely positively surprised. We just wanted to go to an Italian restaurant and just expected a standard antipasti and pizza. However, the pizza tasted incredibly good, the dough was extremely crispy and fluffy and the ingredients on the pizza were of extremely good quality. Antipasti as a starter was also extremely tasty with various meat and fish specialties. The waiter was super nice and chatted with us every now and then, even though the whole place was full. It was really one of the best Italians in Münster!

Typical italian place! Nothing amazing, but solid throughout (we had Pizza and Pasta, nothing to complain here). The staff were nice as well.

The service is always attentive, quick and polite. To start with, there was a pizza with a hearty tomato sauce from the house as a starter. The starters we ordered were good. The pasta only tasted mediocre. The tasty twist is missing. She seems a bit slack. The wines were good. There was an extra wine list upon request. You could definitely discover a couple of reasonable wines. The atmosphere seems a bit bright, but still cozy. Our chairs were already slightly worn out.

Ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren als große Gruppe da und hatten trotzdem einen Platz indem angenehme Unterhaltung möglich war und das Essen war super lecker. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und so sympathisch. Ich komm auf jeden Fall wieder. 💕

Leckeres Essen, allerdings im Anbau, trotz angebotener Wolldecken, sehr fusskalt.

Hervorragendes Essen, freundliche Bedienung. Die Karte ist nicht riesig aber auch nicht zu klein. Das Essen kommt absolut schnell, sowie auch die Getränke. 1 Stern Abzug gibt es für das Ambiente was eher etwas zusammengewürfelt ist wobei die Räumlichkeit doch sehr einladend wirkt. Was etwas abschreckt sind die Sanitäranlagen.... Naja man hat versucht etwas aus dem Keller zu machen aber es riecht muffig, eher alt und auch hier und da defekt, das Italienische Flair ist dort auch nicht mehr zu finden ... Alles in allem aber sehr gutes Restaurant Preis Leistung absolut gut!!!

Sehr aufmerksames Personal, sehr leckeres Essen - wir hatten das Fleisch mit Gorgonzolasoße, perfekt medium rate gebraten, leckere Ravioli und Pizza mit Trüffeln. Der große Antipastiteller hat uns vom Hocker gehauen. Wir haben den Abend sehr genossen. Lange nicht mehr so gut im Restaurant gegessen.

Guter Italiener an der Kreuzkirche

Das Essen war hervorragend und der Service sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Kaum war das Wasser- oder Weinglas leer wurde nachgeschenkt.

Wir waren zur Familienfeier dort. Wie sagt man so schön: volle Hütte, wir hatten zum Glück reserviert. 10 Personen, aussen gesessen. Das Personal freundlich, aber hoffnungslos überfordert mit der Anzahl der Gäste. Es dauerte ewig bis die bestellten Getränke kam, Vorspeisen kamen an und was fehlte, Teller dazu, Dann wurden Getränke vergessen...ok kann man irgendwie auch verstehen, es fehlt halt an Personal. Ansonsten war das Essen gut, die Pizzen riesig, Pastagerichte in normalen Größen.. es war trotz der kleinen Mängel ein schöner Abend.

Wenn ich in Münster bin, ist es immer meine erste Adresse für italienischs Essen. Die Lage an der Kreuzkirche und das Ambiente sprechen für sich und das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Zu meinen Lieblingsgerichten zählt das Risotto Chef, der große Salat mit Hähnchenbrust oder die Pizza Rucola.

Essen gut, Service ziemlich unkoordiniert und ungeschickt. Vorne ist die Atmosphäre schön, in den hinteren Räumlichkeiten jedoch leider ein ziemliches Design-Mischmasch.

Отличное место. Кухня, обслуживание, центр города. Когда сам Липкин бывает, вообще кайф атмосфера. Вежлив и очень "friendly " с посетителями.

Haben (ohne Reservierung) am Samstagabend um 17:00 Uhr noch einen Tisch bekommen (den wir aber zu 19:00 Uhr wieder verlassen mussten, da bereits vorreserviert). Pizzen (3x) waren alle köstlich - auch der Südtiroler Roséwein schmeckte sehr gut. Da wir gegen 18:30 Uhr gerne noch eine Flasche Wein trinken wollten hat der Service uns noch einen anderen Tisch freimachen können, um in Ruhe noch den Abend (und den Wein) genießen zu können.

Haben Tiramisu gegessen. 8,00 € schon ziemlich sportlich. Dafür die Portion super klein und die linke Hälfte mit Sahne aufgefüllt, damit es nicht so aussieht. Also eher eine enttäuschende Angelegenheit.

Das Ambiente und die Location sind sehr schön und einwandfrei. Der Service ist freundlich und bemüht, aber wirkt nicht authentisch, das Essen ist gut aber nicht sehr gut, das Salatdressing beispielsweise kann den Zutaten des Salates nicht im Ansatz gerecht werden, einfach plump und ein starker Essigüberhang. Die Lasagne kam wunderbar heiß blubbernd zum Tisch, musste aber auch noch etwas nachgewürzt werden, insgesamt auf jeden Fall gut, P/L passt nicht so ganz, aber man zahlt natürlich auch viel für die Lage drauf.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Super Essen! SUPER SERVICE! Unfassbar lecker immer wieder gerne😊

Alles top! Das Essen, die Bedienung und die Atmosphäre sind super.

Für mich die Beste italienische Küche in Münster. Egal ob Pizza, Pasta, Steak oder Salat. Ich habe noch kein Gericht gefunden welches mir nicht geschmeckt hat. Zudem sitzt man dort sehr schön und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ich finde allerdings, dass das Personal öfter zu den Tischen kommen könnte für Getränke etc.
