It was okay. Nothing special, but not bad either. The portions are kept small except for the olive starter. Unfortunately, there is practically no space for four on the round tables.

I went to eat for the first time today with my family... I have to say that as far as the food is concerned everything was very good... but I was disappointed by the service... there was no organisation.

I think the food itself is good, but if you order pasta you get a portion that is too small.

Food great. Ambiance too. Service doesn't seem to be interested - especially not to collect money. We were there for 2 hours - one of which was waiting to pay. Parmesan is brought after the pasta has been eaten. Next time somewhere else.

Seit vielen Jahren, wenn wir nach Konstanz fahren- essen wir immer da. Mein Mann genießt seit Jahren immer seine Pizza Diavolo - wahnsinnig lecker, bin kein pizza Freund, aber probiert habe ich und es war sehr lecker. Ich jedes Jahr wenn wir in Konstanz sind- probiere immer was anderes. War immer zu 1000% zufrieden, weil es wirklich sehr lecker ist. Heute waren wir wieder da, sehr freundlich empfangen wurden wir, Personal 1A. Wieder leckeres Essen gehabt. Danke schön

Nice place in the city near the lago, 5 minutes walk, without people walking past the table, there is always a cookie outside, the staff is really nice without acting nice, pizza is delicious -> doesn't hang, crispy and not too oily and big, cozy summer evening and delicious. Price top

Had a spontaneous meal there. Unfortunately I have to say that it is way overpriced and the food is not seasoned at all. The pizza with anchovies was quite good. The waitress forgot about it and it took a long time because there wasn't much going on that day. Maybe Italians should sell Italian dishes and not Albanian😉

Pizza is better than pasta, but not the best pizza. Marinara pizza is good, I’ll like to order again if I get back in this place.

Actually a very good restaurant. Very good food and very good service. The menu offers something for everyone. Unfortunately, the prices are massively higher compared to other restaurants in Konstanz. The landlord should definitely earn something, and the advantage that many Swiss people come should also be taken advantage of, but you shouldn't overdo it.

Conclusion: Not as good as expected. Food: Gnocci with tomatoes, which simply didn't taste like anything. Maybe just add a few real tomatoes to the sauce or at least season it. It was just a bunch of nothing served on a huge plate and topped with shamrocks. Why it got 3 stars is because of the pizza, which was good 👍🏼 Service: The employees were nice but that's where it ends. Unfortunately we had to wait about 50 minutes for our order. People who came after us had already received their orders, but we were just unlucky. We also had to ask the employees for the bill several times and we were forgotten twice. Ambience: The restaurant is nice, we ate outside and that was the problem. Unfortunately there was a “subtle” fly problem, eating and defending it at the same time is more difficult than expected. There were around 10 pieces and not normal and not edible. You can't do anything about nature, that's why it's still 3 stars. Where you can change something is the toilet. I don't know who did the TGA planning in your toilet, but presence detectors also belong in the cabin and not just in the anteroom. Saving energy is important 👍🏼 But when the light went out while I was sitting in the cabin, even waving my arms to get the light to turn on didn't help and I noticed it... No light at the end of the tunnel, stupid when you're on your cell phone forgotten and you try to clean your most valuable thing in the darkness. Looking for the paper in the dark and not even knowing if the “mission” was successful. Pray to God and pull up your pants.

The young waiter of Albanian descent who has been working there for about 2 months was very friendly. But the food was, sorry for the language, terrible. The margarita pizza was oily and not really edible. The pizza No. 333 with salami, ham and mushrooms was watery. If you tried to cut off a piece, the toppings floated away and you had to put them back on the soggy piece of dough. Additionally, the pizza was bland, as if it wasn't seasoned at all. Sorry, before we go there again, I'll buy the ready-made pizzas from Lidl, they're much better than the ones in this pizzeria.

When I visit Konstanz I will visit this central place on the main square. A few meters from Lake Constance. Great coffee and friendly staff - especially Ms. Brigitte very friendly and helpful. For me a unique atmosphere! Great place, I warmly recommend !

Very tasty food and large portions. It was incredibly hot on the terrace, but that wasn't the restaurant's fault ;) the prices were ok and the selection was huge. In addition, the dishes were beautifully presented. The pizza was really big and tasty and my dish was also absolutely plentiful (chicken with pasta and chanterelles). Here we come again

I was at the second terrace where it was cooler and shadowing. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was great. The service was fast and very friendly. I had a great time and I totally would recommend it to everyone who visits Konstanz.

We had such a delicious meal, drinks and great service yesterday evening that we went back for dinner today. La Piazza ticks all the boxes: delicious Italian food (thin, crispy pizzas!), lovely cocktails, beautiful decor, stylish outdoor dining and very good service.

The food was excellent! The ambience is great too. We were given a nice spot in the shade without a reservation. -2 stars because they couldn't explain the difference between 3 different beers and because we had to wait an hour between the starter and the main course (there weren't that many guests). When we said something, it happened relatively quickly...so we were forgotten...no apology, nothing...it's a shame...

We hadn't booked. Waiting to get a correct seat EXCEPT that a couple who arrived after us (who had not reserved) took the liberty of sitting on a table that had not yet been cleared. Food presentation was top notch, my only concern was, I'm not sure if the flower on the salad is edible as well 😁excuse my ignorance, but I had a stomach trouble afterwards and my coke was not so cold. The pizza is described as a stone oven pizza, but when we asked about it, the waiter said that the pizzas are baked in an electric oven. Our pizzas were tasteless and very greasy. The staff is very unfriendly and didn't try hard. It's a shame we were there earlier A lot here but everything has changed completely. We will definitely never come back!!!!

Es ist zugegebenermassen schon eine Weile her, doch ich hatte das Piazza immer als tolles Restaurant in Erinnerung. Leider war es heute eine pure Enttäuschung; das Personal schleicht unmotiviert über eine fast leere Terrasse bei strahlendem Sonnenschein zur Mittagszeit (spricht schon für sich). Das Essen ebenso lieblos und maximal OK, dann aber getoppt von exorbitanten Preisen. Mit den Mitarbeitern reden wollen ist vergebens… der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig. Auch heute bleibt mir das La Piazza in Erinnerung… so dass ich hier sicher nie mehr hingehe.

Despite a reservation confirmed in writing for our group, no table was available when we arrived. We were offered 2 separate tables, one inside and the other outside. Finally we were told that a table would quickly become available next to the available one and that part of the group could already sit there. 10 minutes later the table was still busy, customers even received desserts. 40 minutes later we were finally able to all sit down together and order. Almost 2 hours after our arrival, we finally received our pasta and pizza. A shame !

Some of the food was unseasoned and tasteless. We had to wait at least 1 hour 30 minutes for our food and after several requests we got it. When paying we were ignored several times and waited again for at least 30 minutes. The service is sometimes a bit unfriendly and doesn't pay attention to the customers. Sehr leckere Pizza, ich war dort mit meiner Freundin, ich hatte Pizza und sie Pasta. Die Pizza Tonno war wirklich sehr lecker und zum Nachtisch hatte wir noch einen Tiramisu den ich wirklich nur empfehlen kann.

We ordered 2x pasta, 1x lasagne and 1x pizza... the pasta was tasteless, but delicious with seasoning. The portions are large and the service was also friendly. It would be great if the pastas were tastier in the future, then we would be happy to come back.

Servicekräfte sprechen kaum bzw. schlechtes Deutsch. Preise sind schweineteuer und Pizzen vom Teig her nicht besonders gut. Restaurant legt nah an der Grenze zur Schweiz. Es dauerte sehr lange bis bestellte Getränke kamen. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass Bedienungen eigentlich nicht mehr viel beschäftigt sind; diese es aber nicht besonders interessiert, ob die Gäste ihre Getränke zeitnah erhalten.
