Wir kamen relativ spät und spontan zu 22uhr und wurden dennoch freundlich empfangen. Die Pizza war gut und das Bier kalt......was will man mehr?!

Sehr nett und sympathisch. Aber leider gab es bei Spagetti Bolognese keine Hackfleisch dabei (also ehrlich gesagt vlt. 10-20 gr). Ich habe das Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt und habe ich nicht eingesehen, dass das so ist. Schade

Wir waren heute das erste Mal dort: 2 tolle Pizzen und zwei Weizenbier zum guten Preis - sehr guter, authentischer Italiener. Gerne wieder und 💯% Weiterempfehlung 😊

Brot, Pesto und Antipastiteller vorweg richtig lecker. Leider waren unsere Hauptspeisen, Pizza Salami und Salat mit gegrillten Hühnchen nicht gut. Der Pizzateig schmeckt wie ein Fertigprodukt, Industrie-Salami, Pizza trieft vor Fett.

Der Kellner war sehr freundlich und witzig, der Rotwein war gut, die Atmosphäre war großartig, alles war so gemütlich, dass wir sogar die Letzten waren, die gingen.

Stabiler Italiener in Eimsbüttel, abseits der dämlichen "Fancy-Gastro" im Stadtteil. La Pergola ist super. 90er-Jahre Vibes im besten Sinne. Das Team ist authentisch-sympathisch, man fühlt sich gleich willkommen. Das Essen sehr lecker. Preise sind fair. Und das Lokal ist extrem gemütlich. Schön auch: Am Nachbartisch wurde ein Kind super lieb vom Wirt behandelt - ganz tolle Energie im Lokal. Absolute Empfehlung.

Ein absolutes Highlight in Hamburg! La Pergola überzeugt auf ganzer Linie – vom herzlichen Service über das stilvolle Ambiente bis hin zu den fantastischen Speisen. Die italienische Küche ist authentisch, frisch und liebevoll zubereitet. Besonders die Pasta-Gerichte und die täglich wechselnden Spezialitäten sind ein Genuss für alle Sinne. Hier merkt man, dass Leidenschaft und Qualität an erster Stelle stehen. Ein perfekter Ort für ein entspanntes Abendessen oder ein besonderes Dinner. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Ich kann diesen Laden nicht empfehlen !!! Ich habe kürzlich dieses Restaurant besucht und möchte meine Erfahrung teilen. Das Essen an sich fand ich nicht schlecht und war in Ordnung. Leider war der Gesamteindruck durch den Service deutlich getrübt. Die Kellner wirkten teilweise unfreundlich und haben den Eindruck vermittelt, dass man schnell essen und wieder gehen soll, was die Atmosphäre sehr unangenehm gemacht hat. Zusätzlich gab es ein Problem mit einer Mindestbestellung von 20 €, die vor Ort für mich nicht klar ersichtlich war. Dadurch entstand unnötiger Stress und eine unklare Situation beim Bezahlen. Insgesamt hatte ich leider mehr Stress als Entspannung. Das Ambiente hätte eigentlich Potenzial, aber durch den Umgang des Personals und die fehlende Professionalität im Service war der Besuch für mich nicht wirklich angenehm. Ich hoffe, dass hier in Zukunft mehr Wert auf Freundlichkeit und klare Kommunikation gelegt wird. Sehr schlechter Laden gesamt !

Ganz ehrlich: so muss ein Italiener sein! 🇮🇹🔥 Essen war richtig stark alles frisch, perfekt gewürzt und einfach lecker. Der Service war eine 10/10. Man wird direkt herzlich empfangen, fühlt sich sofort wohl und wird mega aufmerksam bedient genau so soll’s sein. Highlight war für mich direkt am Anfang warmes, frisches Brot mit einem richtig geilen hausgemachten Dip das hat direkt schon überzeugt 🤌🏼 Preis-Leistung absolut top, da kann man wirklich nichts sagen. Schönes Ambiente, entspannt, einfach ein Laden, wo man gerne Zeit verbringt.

2 Sterne – Fachlich enttäuschend und aus meiner Sicht organisatorisch problematisch Wir waren zu dritt (davon ein 5-jähriges Kind) im La Pergola und haben rund 120 € bezahlt. Ich komme selbst aus der Gastronomie und habe großes Verständnis für operative Herausforderungen. Fehler können passieren – entscheidend ist der professionelle Umgang damit. Das Essen war nicht schlecht, aber handwerklich ohne erkennbare Präzision. Die Zabaione war sehr dünnflüssig, deutlich alkoholisch und für uns geschmacklich nicht stimmig. Wir konnten sie nicht verzehren. Problematisch war jedoch, dass sich Zabaione auch im Eisbecher unseres Kindes befand. Da Zabaione klassischerweise Alkohol enthält, halte ich es für zumindest äußerst sensibel, ein solches Produkt ohne klare Abstimmung bei einem Kleinkind einzusetzen. Ich habe den Service ruhig und sachlich darauf hingewiesen – sowohl bei der Bestellung als auch nach dem Servieren. Eine erkennbare Verantwortungsübernahme oder Einordnung erfolgte nicht. Die Zabaione wurde vollständig berechnet, obwohl wir transparent kommuniziert haben, dass sie für uns ungenießbar war. Aus unternehmerischer Sicht verstehe ich Kalkulation – nachhaltige Gastronomie basiert jedoch auf Qualitätsbewusstsein, Sorgfaltspflicht und professionellem Reklamationsmanagement. Auch der Gesamteindruck in Bezug auf Ordnung und Detailpflege ließ bei uns Fragen offen. Für dieses Preisniveau hätten wir mehr Professionalität und Sensibilität erwartet.

Wir sind spontan dort eingekehrt und wurden sofort freundlich empfangen. Das Essen ist wirklich mega lecker. Die Pizza so riesig, das sie eigentlich gar nicht auf den Teller passt. So eine unfassbar gute Pizza haben wir schon lange nicht mehr gegessen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und würden sogar extra den Weg aus Lübeck aufnehmen, nur um dort zu Essen.

Immer ein toller Ort zum Essen, das Essen ist immer ausgezeichnet.

Wir hatten Cannelloni, Filetto, Cassarta, Panna Cotta de la casa. Alles sehr gut, lecker und mit Liebe zubereitet und serviert. Wir fühlten uns in gute alte Zeiten zurückgebracht. In good weather, the outdoor tables are ideal! Unfortunately, the interior is now completely shabby and run-down – and the food (as with other average Italian restaurants) seemed completely unloving. The service was also whiny and unprofessional.

I don't think I've ever eaten such a bad pizza! (My companion felt the same way, by the way.) It was definitely pre-made dough, everything was too oily, the pizza wasn't even cooked through, meaning it was taken out of the oven too early – inedible, guaranteed to make you feel sick afterward! Guys, don't go there, at least not for pizza.

La Pergola is a true gem in Hamburg! You receive a warm welcome upon entering and immediately feel welcome. The ambiance is cozy and authentically Italian – both inside and on the beautiful outdoor terrace, which is a highlight, especially on warm days. The menu offers a fantastic selection of classic Italian dishes, all freshly prepared and lovingly presented. The pasta is perfectly "al dente," the pizzas are wonderfully crispy and generously topped, and the desserts – especially the tiramisu – are a dream. Plus, there's a very good wine selection that perfectly complements the dishes. The service is attentive, friendly, and yet pleasantly unobtrusive. You can tell that genuine hospitality is practiced here. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fair, especially considering the quality of the ingredients and the portions. Whether for a romantic dinner, an evening with friends, or a family meal – La Pergola is always the right choice. I definitely enjoy coming back here again and again. Conclusion: 5 stars in every category – cuisine, service, atmosphere, and value for money.

The treatment was not correct. Upon arrival we were informed that we had to wait, despite there being free tables. The waiter told us that they had really done us a favor by taking our reservation. Two hours before I reserved a table, I didn't ask for any favors. His comments were out of place since the situation was not one for jokes or compliments.

The food was very good, the service was prompt and friendly, but not overwhelming. In terms of atmosphere, it was a bit too loud for my standards, but of course that's a matter of opinion. I would definitely go here again.

We were in Hamburg for work and were simply looking for a restaurant nearby. What can I say? We weren't disappointed. The pizza was really delicious and topped with great ingredients. You can tell that people here know their craft. Plus the staff is funny and very helpful. If I lived here it would be my favorite place now.

There is a saying for ordering spaghetti bolognese for the first time at an Italian restaurant. If this is good then the rest is good too. When the waiter arrived with the Parmesan bowl, which only had the remains of the rind in it, as you could see from the neon green color particles, I asked if I could please get a new Parmesan bowl with fresh Parmesan. The waiter then said 'why what's in there is enough for one portion' 😳 pointing, I said, but it doesn't look that appetizing. I would like a new portion... his answer: Parmesan is expensive. Me: speechless. He then disappeared in a bad mood and knew that the spaghetti was already on the table, took his time, and when he came back, he brought me the same bowl with a slice of Parmesan more. I looked under the 3.4 rasps. And sure enough, there was still the same old parmesan rind. I tried to spread the freshly grated, 5.6 grated pieces onto my Bolognese. Then I put a fork in my mouth and it wasn't the parmesan. It was just the Bolognese and maybe the spaghetti that had gone cold. It tasted like dog food smells. At first I thought maybe it was just me and tried another fork but it was really inedible. I hardly dared but thought I had to say that the food was inedible. The same waiter, hearing my words, took the plate and I asked for the bill. He asked if I would leave straight away, really rude and I said no, I would definitely drink the rosé. He only charged me this, after all! Was it worth it? Despite the cheap €7.90 spaghetti Bolognese, you have definitely lost a potential guest forever. The place in the sun isn't everything. And neither is the price. It's a shame because I'm on the corner at least once a week and would have liked to have had a restaurant where you could eat Italian food, where the atmosphere was right and the service was friendly. I don't know if the boss knows this, I hope he reads this because a store is failing and is struggling with the staff, and of course with the quality of the food. But you know that: oh, when the ambience is great, the staff is really friendly, who needs top-notch food, of course it has to taste good and so the spaghetti Bolognese simply needs parmesan. Well, therefore only one star for me. I would like to give (zero). Two stars for the ambience because nice people walk past on Osterstrasse.

A very friendly restaurant that I have been going to for many years happy to visit. Family-friendly, very lovable, warm-hearted service staff who are happy to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. My parents, children and grandchildren feel at home there, as do friends and colleagues. Every time a nice visit.

Food (pizza) tasted okay. The special request to have the pizza sliced ​​delivered was fulfilled. But: Drinks that I ordered were not brought. Even when I asked, after they assured me that the drink would be brought straight away, they didn't bring it until I got the bill. Unser vierjähriges Kind bestellte sich das Kindergericht (Nudeln mit Tomatensause) und entschied sich auf Nachfrage des Kellners bei der Wahl der Nudeln für Tortellini. Als das Gericht nach gut 50 Minuten an den Tisch kam, wiesen wir darauf hin, dass es eine große Portion für ein Kindergericht sei. Dies wurde nickend zur Kenntnis genommen. Auf der Rechnung erschien später jedoch nicht der Preis des Kindergerichts, sondern der einer normalen Portion Pasta. Auf unsere Nachfrage hieß es, Tortellini wären keine Option für ein Kindergericht. Eine eigenwillige Interpretation von Familienfreundlichkeit und definitiv unser letzter Besuch im La Pergola.

Cozy Italian restaurant, friendly, familiar hosts, very tasty food. Lunch always includes soup, salad and bread at really fair prices. There are various tables outside, so you can eat very well there when the weather is good.

It was a stroke of luck that my wife and I ended up here. We actually just wanted to have a drink, but the bars and pubs in the surrounding area were all still closed. We then simply asked if we could just sit down for a drink at one of the tables in front of the restaurant. You could. After the second drink we ordered pizza and pasta and were suitably impressed. We were no less impressed by the friendly and attentive service at all times. What immediately stands out in the restaurant itself is that there are also seating niches that allow for a little privacy. I don't like restaurants where you sit close together with other guests and can't exchange private words. The location on Osterstrasse is great and the prices are pleasantly down-to-earth. We may have ended up here today by chance, but our next visits will be planned specifically.

The special had zero carbon dioxide, the waiter had dirty fingernails, the wrong type of pasta came and there was a hair in the bread basket. The food itself was quite tasty, but the overall package was just pretty ugly.

The food always tasted great, until today. The pizza dough tasted like frozen pizza and the cheese tasted like nothing. Spagetthi Carbonara tasted like Maggi ready-made cone, no egg, no Parmesan. The food wasn't bad, but when I order Alio Olio, where it says on the menu: spaghetti, oil, garlic and chili, the waiter in an Italian restaurant brings me pasta with garlic, tomatoes, peppers and olives and tells me that This pasta is made from garlic, oil, chili and “FANTASY” according to Italian recipes... I can't add anything more to that. I myself worked in an Italian Michelin restaurant and would never have thought of deceiving customers in this way. This was my last time at this restaurant and I definitely don't recommend it.

Small, fine Italian restaurant in the middle of Eimsbüttel. Great antipasti, great drinks & dessert selection. I enjoyed sensational fish & seafood dishes. As an opener for all visits there were delicious small rolls and a delicious, fresh pesto. Very cozy atmosphere - evil tongues might say it's cramped 😉, but you quickly get the family vibe. Service is super friendly, all waiters are attentive, considerate and very friendly. In addition to the large selection of the regular menu, there are always very attractive daily dishes. In summer the large outdoor area is recommended. Otherwise, due to the narrow entrance area and a step into the dining room, the restaurant is unfortunately only partially wheelchair accessible.
