Pizza arrives 3 hours late. Called 5 times nothing happened. Absolute impudence, something like that has never happened to me before

I would like to apologize in advance but it's not pizza, especially when you look at the prices and I'll spare you the details. When you order BeefBurger, I expect beef and not a mix between kebab meat and whatever it should be. I'm so sorry but never again.

Never again !! Had farmer's breakfast and burgers. The farmer's breakfast included salad, but it was so hot (tip: bring it extra!!). Have ordered there several times and been satisfied, but this time it was a mess!! Customers lost and as read not the only ones. One star is already too many for me. (but there has to be one)

Absolutely not recommended...I had a pizza with broccoli, hollandais sauce and ham 1. Over 30 minutes late 2. The broccoli was old and 3. the whole thing was dry too. My colleague had a hot dog pizza, there wasn't much sauce and instead of hot dog there was cold salami

This is the second time that your illiterate people have thrown your dirty flyers into our mailbox. A normal phone call doesn't really work. You get ripped off and kept in limbo. Don't mess with us, you'll get the short end of the stick... NOT RECOMMENDED

If only I had read the reports beforehand. I ordered 2 burgers there today - never again! Inedible burger sauce, the meat patties completely dry. Overall taste disgusting, sorry. 20€ for the bin

La Palma is a very good family business, the food is always great! and very fast! I can only recommend it to everyone

I actually avoid bad reviews but unfortunately I have to get rid of that. We ordered 6 meals today and almost everything, except the pizza, was inedible. The Bolognese pasta was dry and the sauce smelled unpleasant. The burger was also inedible and of really poor quality, the lettuce was brown and so was the cucumber. The same with the baguettes. The casserole consisted of frozen vegetables and some sauce, which was actually just water. Demanding €80 for that was incredibly cheeky. The pizza was okay. I cannot recommend this delivery service more highly!

So we ordered today, the food was supposed to take a good hour, which would have been ok, but unfortunately after 2 hours there was still no delivery. And when you call you are treated unfriendly. And it won't be delivered after the second call. We won't be ordering here anymore.

What kind of dirty shop is this, first they say in an hour what you can accept, after almost 2 hours you call and I have to wait another half hour, and on top of that the foreigner says you can give me a call, it doesn't work at all probably crazy. The next person who orders should order at 3 p.m. so that they can get something to eat at 8 p.m. Where is this going to lead and let the foreigner insult you, he can be glad that I had something to drink otherwise I would have been in the store and banged on the table. It's not possible to have something so unfriendly, we've never ordered food on the phone, it said on the phone it would be about an hour... no problem on Saturday... after 1.5 hours we asked by phone where our food was and we were extremely insulted on the phone We should probably wait and we could give him 😡😡😡😡 . I have to give one star to finish it off from me personally minus 10 stars

So the food was inedible, the schnitzel au four was burnt, no seasoned meat on it, no sauce, way too dry and the croquettes were way too hard and tasteless, we won't even talk about the other food. It was all for the k. And the delivery time was 3 hours. It's just outrageous to offer something like that. Not recommended.

Ordered online, the burgers looked delicious. Was delivered quickly, service was great... that's why the star. The taste of the food was not at all my thing, the meat was sticky, nothing was juicy, the rolls were good and the salad was fresh. The stuffed peppers with minced meat weren't a hit either. Alles zu seiner Zufriedenheit, sind zwar lange warte Zeiten aber es hat sich gelohnt. Essen ist sehr gut gewürzt und Geschmacksvoll . Mfg

Nette Bedienung und lecker Pizza ... Pünktlich wie bestellt ...

Pizza können sie. Meine Rezension bezieht sich allerdings auf den Salat. Mein Salat hat leider nach nichts geschmeckt, das Dressing war wie verdünnt! Nicht zu empfehlen.

Wie immer hervorragendes Essen und freundliche Bedienung

Essen war leider kalt , in meinen essen war noch eine Fussel , nicht so lecker. Etwas enttäuscht Schade

Ich habe den Merseburger gegessen. Es war ein sehr leckerer Burger und die ältere Dame die uns bedient hat, war sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder.

War gerade mit ein paar Freunden hier essen, die Dame an der Kasse war sehr freundlich zu uns. Ich hab mir einen Burger geholt, der war sehr schmackhaft. Meine Jungs sind auch sehr zufrieden. Wir alle haben sogar ein Glas Cola umsonst bekommen, das hatte ich noch nie erlebt.

Essen war sehr lecker gewesen und die Bedienung ist super freundlich gewesen..

Wir waren im Schwimmbad und nicht in der Gastronomie, das Schwimmbad ist sehr schön und wir haben dort Wassergymnastik der Rheumaliga, leider ist das Wasser nicht mehr so warm wie es vor den Sommerferien war. Aber es tut mir echt gut!

Die Salami Pizza war sehr lecker. Zum Testen hatten wir das erste Mal einen Wrap bestellt. (Crispy Chicken) Er war gut gefüllt und die Zutaten frisch. Wir werden definitiv wieder bestellen.

Wir haben heut das 1.mal bestellt, pünktlich, netter Fahrer und essen war auch heiss und lecker, 17uhr 40 bestellt und 18.uhr 10 war es da, 👍👏😋

Das Essen wurde schnell geliefert. Die Mitarbeiter wahren sehr höflich. Wir hatten Bauernfrühstück und einen Salat bestellt das Bauernfrühstück wahr gut gemacht und wahr noch schön heiß. Gerne wieder.

War jetzt mal seit 14 Monaten mein Papa besuchen und war jeden Tag hier essen. Finde es ist eine gute stabile Küche und vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis super. Kann ich als Koch nur empfehlen.

Ich bestelle öfter aufgrund der Preise dort, das Essen ist geschmacklich vollkommen in Ordnung, aber es gibt definitiv bessere Pizza-Dienste. Manchmal gibt es Tage, an denen man fast denkt, das Essen wurde vergessen, manchmal werden die Pizzen verwechselt.

Das Essen ist wirklich eine 1 plus.! Lieferung war pünktlich und schnell da. Essen schmeckt sehr gut alles ist frisch Und sehr sauber.

Bei La Palma merkt man die Qualität und es schmeckt wie Hausgemacht von daher bestell ich nur bei euch ihr seit immer pünktlich und das Essen ist frisch und heiß

Das Essen war lecker, aber... zum einem kam das Essen 1/2 Stunde zu spät (kann passieren), aber zum anderen fehlte die Hälfte. Der Rest sollte noch nachgeliefert werden, was aber nach 1 1/2 Stunden immer noch nicht passiert ist.

Pizza etwas sehr cross und etwas verbrannt Aber für ein Urlaubs Essen ist es mal ok

Das Essen ist wie immer top nur die Lieferzeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Angegeben waren 65min und nach 2 Stunden war es dann da. Es war aber alles heiß und frisch. Wir werden wieder bestellen aber eben etwas früher... 😉

Tolle Pizzeria leckere Pizza 🍕 kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Pizza Frutti der Mare perfekt und natürlich der Merse Burger...einfach TOP!

Lecker Essen und immer frischer Salat

The food tasted great and the man who delivered the food did his best although it took a while to get to us. We made our order around 18:25/30 pm and had a notification that the food would arrived an hour and twenty minutes later which wasn't a problem. On the website one has the option to write important notes for the delivery and we added that ,we would prefer if they didn't ring as we have a little baby who would be asleep at the time of delivery. After waiting for over the said time,we called and guess what?... a very unfriendly, impolite woman answered the telephone. She had absolutely no idea about GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. (06.03.21 um 20:20 ungefähr) She wouldn't even let my man speak,instead interrupted him rudely on several occasions. Like I said,the food was great but the service left us with a sour taste. Free advice: give the woman a free course in Human relations or get someone who has a passion for serving others.

Die Gaststätte macht optisch nicht viel her aber die Pizza ist sehr zu empfehlen

Wir hatten Lust auf Pizza und sind ohne Vorbestellen hingefahren. Hat nicht allzu lange gedauert. Pizza war einwandfrei. Kurz, wir machen das bald wieder.
