“Waited three hours for pizza – unacceptable” We waited an incredible three hours for our pizza without receiving a proper explanation or apology. This is absolutely unacceptable and ruined the entire evening. Even though the pizza was okay in the end, I unfortunately cannot recommend this service. Such a wait shouldn't happen, no matter how busy it is.

Ordered food. Estimated duration is 36 minutes. Called after an hour and a half and asked that the order be deleted. He asks me “and what if we do it right now?” Do I have to call you additionally so that you can place orders immediately?

Food is tasty though. But with all the orders. I didn't see it being delivered in the time mentioned. That's very unprofessional. Either you are honest enough and say that it will take 2 hours or you don't give any time. It can't be that it says 1 hour delivery time. And the food arrives after 1:45. That's it for my order here. I'm sorry for writing this but it has to come out at some point. Too bad

We ordered two pizzas, which according to the email should be delivered after 90 minutes. After 150 minutes we dared to call and ask what was happening with our order. On the phone they said that the pizzas had just come out of the oven. When we said that we wanted to cancel our order, we were simply answered stupidly that the delivery times are 120 minutes and that he cannot accept our cancellation. This behavior is beyond unacceptable. That's why I will never order from Freddy Fresh again, even if the selection is very tasty.

We ordered from Freddy Fresh in Merseburg around 7:50 p.m. and the food was supposed to be delivered around 9:15 p.m. When no one had rung our doorbell after 10 minutes, we called them at 9:28 p.m. and asked if there was any information our order, all we got in response was that it's busy here and there are still around 20 people ahead of them, so it can take up to 2 hours until it's their turn. It is now 10:41 p.m., there has still been no delivery and we have given up hope that another delivery will come. The bottom line is that we won't order there again and the whole situation is just sad and disappointing. Overall, this branch casts a very bad light on the entire Freddy Fresh chain. Update: The delivery person came to us at 10:58 p.m. and asked for a tip for the service we experienced...

Employees unfriendly Two burgers ordered, one with wrong toppings

Food was ordered at 4:00 p.m. and was supposed to be delivered at 5:00 p.m. At around 5:35 p.m. the doorbell rang. The delivery man was very friendly and gave us the 3 pizzas and the pizza rolls for €49. The pizza was shared equally among everyone for dinner. When it was served I noticed that the pizza was almost cold, there was almost no cheese and the dough was very thin and for around 14 euros per pizza it's really not that great. Unfortunately, it was another attempt after years in the hope that something would change. But unfortunately it doesn't have that.

On the days when people (which I won't explain in detail) receive money, you should put a stop to acceptance or a clear notice online that it will take longer than usual. Waiting an hour for a pizza is not an issue. However, the cast will then have to be increased. You notice when you evaluate the controlling how many orders went to dark red on the days. But I have to give it 5 stars because it is simply the only pizza in Merseburg that tastes good and is fresh.

We ordered from this pizzeria and are really disappointed. The delivery time was simply unacceptable - so we had to wait almost 3 hours (order was placed around 6:30 p.m.) for the food. When we asked over the phone after over an hour whether it would make sense to reduce the delivery time by picking up instead of delivering, we were told that it could be picked up at 8:15 p.m. So we drove to the store to wait forever and finally received the food at 9:19 p.m. There was no accommodation or even an apology for the long waiting time. If we hadn't already paid for the food via Paypal, we would neither have picked it up nor accepted it. We were told that we should have pre-ordered. Conclusion: Either you know some time in advance what and when you want to order from this store or you're better off leaving it alone. At least for us it was the last time.

Top pizza flown into the home port. Not cold like others. Where you still receive a confirmation (e-mail), which is then not followed. Tasty pizza, as always. If you purchase a larger quantity, you may receive extra ice cream. Suggestion;-) Great taste.

Update after 8 years: Mined hard. Angular Systemgasteo Noir and middle to lower middle in terms of taste. In addition, it usually always takes longer than stated. The delivery times are underground, tried several times because you kept thinking it would be better next time and still disappointed again, now there are no more chances!

Unfortunately, the food didn't arrive until almost 3 hours after ordering, so one star was deducted. Nevertheless: delicious pizza and very nice employees. Easy to order and delivery and always delicious

It was just crazy that I placed an order on Liferando around six in the afternoon. It was supposed to be delivered at 9:15pm but I still didn't receive the pizza until 9:45pm. I called to ask and the answer I got was Lieferando's question and I had to wait another 30 minutes or so. Waiting more than four hours to get a pizza is crazy.

Geschmacklich war ich immer zufrieden aber die Lieferzeit, egal an welchem Tag oder zu welcher Zeit, die ist VIEL zu lang, oft an die 90 min. geht überhaupt nicht! Und viel schlimmer sind eure Preise! Das ist mittlerweile einfach nur unverschämt! 15 Chilli Nuggets kosten mittlerweile 16€! Was soll das?

Lieferzeit dauert viel zu lange. Wenn es Personalprobleme gibt, dann sollte man nicht soviele Bestellungen annehmen.

Eure Produkte schmecken immer SUPER! Sie kommen frisch und heiß bei uns an, auch die Freundlichkeit der Fahrer steht außer Frage ! Aber 2,5 Stunden auf 2 Pizzen warten war schon verrückt, auch wenn dies an einem Sonntag ist, sollte man vielleicht mal darüber nachdenken zwischendurch einen Stopp einzulegen damit die MA auch hinter her kommen :)

Also zum 2ten mal bestellt und 2h auf das Essen gewartet. Qualität kann man nicht meckern, deshalb 2 Sterne. Lieferzeit ist aber Katastrophe. Noch schlimmer finde ich, dass trotz Anruf kein Entgegenkommen zur sehr langen Lieferzeit gab. Wohl gemerkt mit dem Auto sind es 13 Minuten bis zu uns nach Hause. Also Ausreden wie lange Fahrtzeit fällt hier flach. Das letzte mal das wir bei Freddy bestellt haben.

Essen (Salat,Pizza und Pizzabrötchen waren unverschämt lecker) Lieferzeit war auch voll ok..Leider war nicht mein Lieblingsfahrer da. Aber der Fahrer der da war war auch OK.. Ein Grund öfter zu bestellen, damit ich endlich zu mein Autogram komme.. Sen Diablo beliefert mich bittttttteeeee!!!!!

Gestern Abend lecker beliefert worden. Essen. 4 Pizzen und 1x Pizzabrötchen wie immer unverändert gut. Fahrer pünktlich und top freundlich(man kennt sich)😉 Da habt ihr euch eine leichte Prominenz ins Haus geholt.(Dj)😊 Er wird noch so einige Kunden mit zu euch bescheren. Wenn ihr den gehen lasst, dann seid ihr selber schuld. Macht Weiter so🤩

Ansicht hat alles geschmeckt was wir uns bestellt hatten, aber der Burger ging ja mal gar nicht, kaum Soße und dann auch noch geschmack los.

Bestellung kam im angegebenen Zeitraum, jedoch wurde das Fenster "Kundenhinweis" nicht beachtet, obwohl sogar auf der Rechnung explizit darauf hingewiesen wird. Schade auch, dass man in der App die Large Pizza nicht halb&halb belegen kann, was im Store aber möglich gemacht wird.

Essen wird immer sehr schnell geliefert. Die Lieferanten sind immer sehr nett. Die Saisonaktionen sind eine super Abwechslung. Nichts zu beanstanden

Immer frisch egal ob man 30min. oder 90 min. Warten muss, das personal ist immer freundlich. Allerdings lässt die Menge der Zutaten zu wünschen übrig, da könnte man ruhig verbessern. Ansonsten einer der besten Lieferanten in unserer stadt , gute Pizzen und Burger. Weiter so
