On the days when people (which I won't explain in detail) receive money, you should put a stop to acceptance or a clear notice online that it will take longer than usual. Waiting an hour for a pizza is not an issue. However, the cast will then have to be increased. You notice when you evaluate the controlling how many orders went to dark red on the days. But I have to give it 5 stars because it is simply the only pizza in Merseburg that tastes good and is fresh.

Personally, I can't understand all the bad reviews here. Order here regularly and have never had any real problems. The food is always delicious and fresh, and delivery times are kept to a reasonable level. Update: Now I can understand it. It goes without saying that there will be a 30-60 minute delay with every order. Despite long pre-order times. Sorry, the food is really good, but that's over for me now.

We ordered from this pizzeria and are really disappointed. The delivery time was simply unacceptable - so we had to wait almost 3 hours (order was placed around 6:30 p.m.) for the food. When we asked over the phone after over an hour whether it would make sense to reduce the delivery time by picking up instead of delivering, we were told that it could be picked up at 8:15 p.m. So we drove to the store to wait forever and finally received the food at 9:19 p.m. There was no accommodation or even an apology for the long waiting time. If we hadn't already paid for the food via Paypal, we would neither have picked it up nor accepted it. We were told that we should have pre-ordered. Conclusion: Either you know some time in advance what and when you want to order from this store or you're better off leaving it alone. At least for us it was the last time.

Top pizza flown into the home port. Not cold like others. Where you still receive a confirmation (e-mail), which is then not followed. Tasty pizza, as always. If you purchase a larger quantity, you may receive extra ice cream. Suggestion;-) Great taste.

Update after 8 years: Mined hard. Angular Systemgasteo Noir and middle to lower middle in terms of taste. In addition, it usually always takes longer than stated. How often did we sit and sometimes we waited more than twice as long. I don't order here anymore. I now prefer to get a pizza from an Italian restaurant. Some of them even cost less. 😅👍🏽 Delicious pizza and always friendly and punctual. I order here 90% of the time when I'm in the mood for pizza. We recommend. Kind regards

Unfortunately, the food didn't arrive until almost 3 hours after ordering, so one star was deducted. Nevertheless: delicious pizza and very nice employees. Probably unfortunately a bit understaffed and therefore constant stress - you know it. Hopefully things will improve for the benefit of employees and customers. Keep it up.

The delivery times are underground, tried several times because you kept thinking it would be better next time and still disappointed again, now there are no more chances!

Food tastes really good. Delivery time of 2.5 hours is really bad service. It couldn't be worse.

It was just crazy that I placed an order on Liferando around six in the afternoon. It was supposed to be delivered at 9:15pm but I still didn't receive the pizza until 9:45pm. I called to ask and the answer I got was Lieferando's question and I had to wait another 30 minutes or so. Waiting more than four hours to get a pizza is crazy.

It's one thing to wait 2.5 hours for a pizza. But if it is cold and the ingredients taste inferior, then that is out of the question. It's no secret that a pizza should be crispy!

Unfortunately we can no longer order because Blösien has been removed as a delivery area. It's a shame, but why? Merseburg is much larger than the location in Blösien....

The pizza is tasty, good selection. The driver didn't find us at first, but everything was ok.

Unfortunately we had to leave the store without eating. We pre-ordered by phone and should be there at the specified time. We did that, unfortunately we had to wait another 32 minutes on site. None of the employees responded to us in the store. We asked several times what was going on with our order. The answer was you see what's going on here... 5 people who came after us received their orders before us. It's a shame that none of the employees informed us that it would take longer or that it had been forgotten. Unfortunately we left without our order.

We use the delivery service or collect. The dishes are very tasty, the delivery works, the drivers and employees are very friendly.

The food is really very tasty. But unfortunately the service has deteriorated a lot. Today at 11:00 a.m. I pre-ordered food for 12:30 p.m. When I called at 1 p.m. to ask where my order was, they hadn't even started preparing it yet! Delivery was then 1:50 p.m. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened.

For collection at 6:45 p.m., ready at 7 p.m., make 1 pizza upside down, wait another 15 minutes.

Diese Bewertung bezieht sich auf Online Bestellung über Lieferando. Geschmacklich war ich immer zufrieden aber die Lieferzeit, egal an welchem Tag oder zu welcher Zeit, die ist VIEL zu lang, oft an die 90 min. geht überhaupt nicht! Und viel schlimmer sind eure Preise! Das ist mittlerweile einfach nur unverschämt! 15 Chilli Nuggets kosten mittlerweile 16€! Was soll das?

Sehr lange Lieferzeit.Schade das Essen ist wirklich gut. Fehlende Bestellung wurde nachgeliefert!

Lieferzeit dauert viel zu lange. Wenn es Personalprobleme gibt, dann sollte man nicht soviele Bestellungen annehmen.

Eure Produkte schmecken immer SUPER! Sie kommen frisch und heiß bei uns an, auch die Freundlichkeit der Fahrer steht außer Frage ! Aber 2,5 Stunden auf 2 Pizzen warten war schon verrückt, auch wenn dies an einem Sonntag ist, sollte man vielleicht mal darüber nachdenken zwischendurch einen Stopp einzulegen damit die MA auch hinter her kommen :)

Also zum 2ten mal bestellt und 2h auf das Essen gewartet. Qualität kann man nicht meckern, deshalb 2 Sterne. Lieferzeit ist aber Katastrophe. Noch schlimmer finde ich, dass trotz Anruf kein Entgegenkommen zur sehr langen Lieferzeit gab. Wohl gemerkt mit dem Auto sind es 13 Minuten bis zu uns nach Hause. Also Ausreden wie lange Fahrtzeit fällt hier flach. Das letzte mal das wir bei Freddy bestellt haben.

Essen (Salat,Pizza und Pizzabrötchen waren unverschämt lecker) Lieferzeit war auch voll ok..Leider war nicht mein Lieblingsfahrer da. Aber der Fahrer der da war war auch OK.. Ein Grund öfter zu bestellen, damit ich endlich zu mein Autogram komme.. Sen Diablo beliefert mich bittttttteeeee!!!!!

Gestern Abend lecker beliefert worden. Essen. 4 Pizzen und 1x Pizzabrötchen wie immer unverändert gut. Fahrer pünktlich und top freundlich(man kennt sich)😉 Da habt ihr euch eine leichte Prominenz ins Haus geholt.(Dj)😊 Er wird noch so einige Kunden mit zu euch bescheren. Wenn ihr den gehen lasst, dann seid ihr selber schuld. Macht Weiter so🤩

Scheinen einen neuen Fahrer zu haben. Pizzen kamen überpünktlich. Essen war lecker und noch total heiß. Lieferant war nett und freundlich und meine Schwester war auch nicht abgeneigt von ihm. Bestellen jetzt öfters. 😊

Ansicht hat alles geschmeckt was wir uns bestellt hatten, aber der Burger ging ja mal gar nicht, kaum Soße und dann auch noch geschmack los.

Bestellung kam im angegebenen Zeitraum, jedoch wurde das Fenster "Kundenhinweis" nicht beachtet, obwohl sogar auf der Rechnung explizit darauf hingewiesen wird. Schade auch, dass man in der App die Large Pizza nicht halb&halb belegen kann, was im Store aber möglich gemacht wird.

Damals gab's nen lieferversprechen von Max. 45min... Heute sind die Lieferzeiten jenseits von Gut und Böse.... Ja ich weiss kein Personal... Dann macht den Job halt attraktiver und gut ist es... Aber 2h auf ne Pizza warten? No way

Essen wird immer sehr schnell geliefert. Die Lieferanten sind immer sehr nett. Die Saisonaktionen sind eine super Abwechslung. Nichts zu beanstanden

Immer frisch egal ob man 30min. oder 90 min. Warten muss, das personal ist immer freundlich. Allerdings lässt die Menge der Zutaten zu wünschen übrig, da könnte man ruhig verbessern. Ansonsten einer der besten Lieferanten in unserer stadt , gute Pizzen und Burger. Weiter so
