A very nice and relaxed evening! The pizza was simple and delicious, even the crust. The highlight was the lasagna – I don't usually eat lasagna because it's always better at home – but I was pleasantly surprised. I can recommend it, especially if you like a smaller, more intimate atmosphere.

We saw the place small space maybe 8 seater at the most but what caught my eye was what looked like a brick oven so I decided to step in and glad I did The owner was very welcoming (unlike some of the places we experienced in Frankfurt and was able to speak to us In English Beside we ordered a half and half pizza with different toppings and glad we did because it was really a good flavour and size and crunchy So overall highly recommend this and always glad to support local business Thank you sir

We were the first to arrive at 12 p.m. and the cook, who is alone in his small restaurant with about fifteen seats, immediately got to work making our pizzas. No glasses for drinks, which the regulars take themselves from the fridge; the pizzas have to be picked up from the counter. It's informal but frankly friendly. So, we bring back our empty plates and that's it. The pizzas are very good, the cook is efficient and very friendly... what else 😃 Oh yes, the prices are reasonable.

I recommend this place it’s really good

I stopped by La Palma one afternoon purely as the smell enticed me. The man at the counter asked if I wanted pizza and said he would recommend a combination of ham and tomatoes. I asked him to surprise me and was not disappointed.

It is really a hidden gem in Frankfurt! We all took pasta's and they were delicious. The price quality ratio was unreal: the frutti di mare pasta was only 13€! We definitely recommend this place!

5 stars – An absolute insider tip in La Palma! We were fortunate enough to dine at Abdel's restaurant – and what can I say: it was a top-notch experience from start to finish. From the moment you arrive, you sense the special atmosphere – warm, authentic, and yet incredibly professional. Abdel and his team manage to maintain a balance between casual hospitality and perfect service. The food is simply magnificent. Each dish is prepared with such attention to detail that you realize someone is cooking here with passion and skill. The ingredients are fresh, local, and of the highest quality – you can taste it immediately. We were particularly impressed by how Abdel combines traditional flavors with a modern twist. Every forkful was a delight, perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. We tried several courses – from the appetizers, which were small works of art in themselves, to the main course, which absolutely captivated the taste buds, to the dessert, which perfectly rounded off the evening. The wine recommendations were also excellent and elevated the menu to a whole new level. But what truly makes this restaurant special is Abdel himself: He is a host with heart and soul. You don't feel like a guest, but almost like a friend who is being welcomed. He takes his time, explains the dishes, offers recommendations, and ensures that you feel completely at home. All in all: La Palma and Abdel are an absolute highlight. Anyone who comes here will not only enjoy excellent food, but also experience an unforgettable evening. For us, this is definitely one of the best culinary experiences ever – and we will definitely be back!

We went there today for lunch, and the pizza was truly delicious. Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo because it looked so good, and I started eating right away. 🤭 I can definitely recommend it if you're looking for delicious pizza and pasta.

I have just ordered a tomato mozzarella salad, it is 3:45 p.m., the salad cost 11 € and there were 4 mozzarella slices on it and the rest were tomatoes, such a rip-off, unbelievable, not recommended

Carbonara was creamy, tasted great. Same for the funghi rigatoni. Portions were big, owner speaks english and is super friendly. Great place.

Finally, good Bavarian beer here in Frankfurt, with very friendly staff. The food is outstanding and I can definitely recommend it and spread the word.

We were able to get a table for 12 people at short notice. The food was prepared so we could eat together. Everything was fresh and made with love. And it was absolutely delicious. The drinks and food aren't brought to the table, but that's absolutely no problem, and the evening was a great success.

I ate at this cozy nice Italian restaurant on Sunday in Frankfurt. The place is small but one can sit inside or outside. Everything was made fresh and delicious (lecker). The chef is very passionate and excellent. I had ordered Seafood spaghetti and enjoyed it thoroughly. Quantity: Large - it’s good for two people Price: economical related to other places Taste: 5/5 The only downside was that I felt one prawn peice was not deveined. This could be exception and maybe sourcing error.

We had two fabulous pizzas and pasta for four. And it was lovely.

I ordered a pizza over the phone. After more than 20 minutes, it still wasn't even being prepared – no apology, no information, nothing. That's not how you treat customers. Absolutely unreliable and disappointing. I definitely won't order from here again.
