It's almost impossible without a reservation. A hidden restaurant in the residential area in the north. Really great hosts who try very hard to find two seats even when the restaurant is full, including schnapps while waiting. The food is very tasty, whether pizza or pasta, no one leaves the table hungry. The atmosphere is typically Italian. The employees are very friendly and try to make sure everything runs smoothly. We picked up something to pick up one day. Apart from super nice staff, the pizza was awesome. We come from Cologne and can't get good pizza in the immediate vicinity. And if you still have room, you have to try the tiramisu. Sensational.

Pizza was sensational and really well priced! Whether you have to pay 2 euros per piece for extra topping is debatable ;). It was very busy and the team was structured and specifically divided. One for drinks, one to bring, one for food. Unfortunately they weren't attentive when ordering... But now, a good Italian at normal prices! Unfortunately no children's meals or menu. And, as a tiramisu expert, I would say: if you are looking for tiramisu cake/tart, you will find it. If you're looking for a creamy tiramisu with soaked ladyfingers, you'll be disappointed here. Especially since the piece was very small (approx. 5x 4cm)

We came to this fine restaurant by chance during our stay in Norddeich. You are welcomed here in a very friendly and humorous manner and the food was a dream. The food was so good that we came back for dinner two days later. The prices are definitely reasonable for what you get. We'd love to come back, keep it up!!

It was a food dream. We were there again 2 days later. Unfortunately, the restaurant is over 500 kilometers away from us, otherwise we would probably be there once a week. Everyone is very nice and the boss sometimes has a saying on his lips. Not everyone may like it, but they should stay at home and not leave their house. There is a lot going on and it can happen that you don't get a seat outside. Because there are no reservations for the garden. We were completely satisfied with everything and will eat there again on our next vacation

Very nice clean pizzaria, very nice staff. The selection is enormous and tastes really good. It has now become our favorite pizzeria. There is a touch of Italy here, i.e. pure joy of life. We are already looking forward to the next visit. Recommended.

It was our first time eating here. It was very tasty, the pizza is a ten out of ten, this is the best pizzeria here on Norddeich.🩷☺️ At the beginning the pizzeria was very full and we barely managed to get a seat. My tip is to come a little later, around 7:30 p.m. The service was very good. Otherwise, we would be happy to visit the pizzeria again. The boss is really great and always has a funny saying up his sleeve. 🥰

Not only unfriendly but also very cheeky. We sat at a table, it was cleaned and 20 minutes later we were told that if we hadn't made a reservation we would have had to leave. The waitresses were extremely overwhelmed. Tourists were given priority. Other guests were very annoyed because they had no service.

Simply Italy! The owners and staff very friendly. The food was very tasty and freshly prepared. We had pizza, lasagne and spaghetti. For dessert the tiramisu 👍🏼 We recommend it 100%

The food was ok, the price was reasonable. What wasn't so good was the waiting time just for the drinks. Twenty minutes for 6 drinks is a bit much, especially when the restaurant is not at full capacity. Otherwise the service was nice and friendly.

I was once again at La Rustica at the end of my vacation. Although always busy, the service never loses track, everyone is very friendly and in a really good mood. Including the very tasty food, you can see and taste that everyone is enjoying their job. Everything fits there, the prices are completely reasonable and down-to-earth. I would love to come back and can only highly recommend La Rustica. There is still something good like this.

We had reserved a table at 5:00 p.m. for 8:00 p.m. We were told on the phone it wouldn't be until 8:30 p.m. We were there at 8:30 p.m. At the entrance we were asked and we said we had reserved. We were told in a very unfriendly tone that we had to wait. They have several large parties and some of them have to get up so that we can sit at a table. There were two groups in front of us who were waiting for a table and weren't happy that they had to wait. We went.

Last week we went to “La Rustica” again with a couple we were friends with. We were looking forward to a lovely evening and had a good, delicious meal there. When it was time to leave, we asked the waiter for the bill. When he asked if everything was okay, we dared to make a small comment about our “Carpacio” starter. Unfortunately, the meat was still so cold that it hurt my teeth. We ate the dish and didn't complain; it should be a constructive criticism that every kitchen should actually be grateful for. For the waiter, however, this was more of an “ lese majesty ” and we were told in an extremely condescending manner that this had to be the case because everything was made fresh and ultimately did not come from “Bofrost”, as is usual in other restaurants. We then tried again to explain what the comment was about, but we ran out of chances. He disappeared without a word and came back with the bill. A total bill that we wanted to have split between us because of the different food and drinks we ordered. Shouldn't be a problem in any restaurant. Things turned out differently. In order to clarify who had eaten and drank what, he rattled off the individual items on the invoice and it quickly became clear to us that a complete round of drinks was overcharged. Unfortunately, it was clear to the gentleman from the start that the mistake was ours. He also didn't accept our explanation that every couple at the table had ordered a round and it was therefore clear that there couldn't be three. Instead, he pulled his employee over to our table and had her confirm that she had brought the third round of drinks. Can it get any more embarrassing? Our colleagues then did their own calculation and put the appropriate amount on the table. The waiter couldn't calm down and when the manager of the house was finally called in, we had the brief hope of being able to speak to him in a sensible tone. Unfortunately, his attitude did not contribute to de-escalation. He didn't want to or couldn't bring himself to help clarify things. “What should I say now? If my staff says you got the drinks….?” Yes, what should the interested guest say about this? “Too bad, La Rustica!”

Delicious food and funny service

Really delicious food and very courteous service! All around perfect for a cozy evening with an outstanding ambience.

Were there on a Tuesday. Table reserved at 6 p.m. It worked. We were there with 4 people. It became very crowded over time. There were also many guests sitting in the garden. Food came after about 30 minutes. All pizzas were well topped. We finished the pizzas and then sat in front of our empty plates for about an hour. You couldn't reorder drinks. By the way, the drinks are totally overpriced. The two operations are completely flooded. It is also very annoying that people are standing at the counter for take-out orders and it is very loud at the table. We also had to pay at the counter because the service staff didn't even come to the table. All in all just disappointing.

Italian cuisine, prices are very low, service is quick and the food is simple, tasty and fresh. I can recommend it to everyone. Ask for chili oil, homemade, gives an extra boost to your meal!!

Unfortunately we came here without a table reservation. All tables were occupied. It wasn't a problem, they tried very hard to find us a place. We didn't wait a cigarette's length outside when a table became available. Very friendly staff brought the drinks quite quickly, with Marsala as an aperitif to our surprise. The pizzas were served less than 15 minutes after ordering, huge portions. We were completely satisfied, extra cheese and garlic is not a mistake. Clear recommendation. On June 13th, 2024 we were there again (without a reservation). This time there was meat, both dishes were to our complete satisfaction and the service was top notch. Unfortunately, we probably won't be eating there anymore because we didn't like the town of Norden/Norddeich very much as a vacation spot. Dear “La Rustica” team, keep it up.

We ate very tasty food. Pasta and pizza were excellent. Friendly service, nice atmosphere and nice terrace.

We visited the restaurant three times during our vacation in the north because we liked the food so much. We “only” ordered pizza and salad, but we are sure that the other things on the menu taste just as good :) The pizzas are very large and really baked in the Italian style - thin, airy and crispy dough. Fresh ingredients were used (e.g. no canned mushrooms). The staff is super nice and accommodating and willing to pay expenses. We really enjoyed our visit to La Rustica, as there are hardly any really good Italian pizzerias in our region anymore. You can just notice the difference in the love for food.

I can't recommend it. Received the wrong food, complained immediately, then food was brought to me again saying it was new, but it was the same. We had a direct comparison. I brought it up and we were portrayed as stupid. Should pay for everything in the end and it was also discussed. Bad service, super unfriendly. Mistakes can happen, but then you should own up to them and not portray the customer as stupid.

Super delicious food The bruschetta is bomb! The pizza is huge - and delicious. The base isn't quite as crispy, but I like it that way - so it's great for me :) Tiramisu was also very tasty with a good note of coffee. The service was quick and attentive. In terms of price, everything is completely okay. I can understand that nothing works here without a reservation during the season. We'd love to come back!

La Rustica North La Rustica is a beautiful Mediterranean-style pizzeria. Well maintained. The service was absolutely top, a cool and funny owner, always a great saying. I advise everyone to visit. I was very pleasantly surprised by this establishment. The staff is friendly, the service is fast, the food is very tasty, they maintain a joyful atmosphere with jokes. The interior is ordinary, at least in the part of the room where our table was. But there is one unpleasant minus, which the staff knows about and I hope will correct, because it is not good in a catering establishment. Despite this minus, I give five stars. I am a cook myself and I know what I am talking about. If we will be in this city again, we will definitely visit this restaurant again.

We only ordered two pizzas to pick up. Friendly on the phone, friendly in the restaurant, ordering pizza rolls no problem. All very tasty.

In 2022 we have eaten here several times as part of our vacation. It was good every time. There is an extensive map. The prices are reasonable. The portions are a good size. The service is quick and attentive. If the weather is good you can also sit outside. And the tiramisu is to die for! We'd love to come back. 😊 After 2 years we were back at Rustica. The food is still good. The tiramisu is still great. Of course the prices have increased. But: when we asked for some Parmesan for the pasta, there was also some Parmesan about a tablespoon full. It costs €2 extra. We thought that was a bit expensive! The kitchen crew (not Italian, sounded more Arabic) were talking very loudly. Since the kitchen door was always open, we found this annoying as there was music playing in the background anyway. Of course, the smell from the kitchen also wafted into the seating area. Otherwise, as far as the food is concerned, a clear recommendation 😉

Very good Italian restaurant. We had salad and pizza. Both came quickly and tasted very good. Service had a lot to do as guests kept coming. Nevertheless, everything was very good and tidy. AND: very friendly! I'll put it in Kuult's words: Who wants perfect, REAL is much nicer. And you can eat authentically at La Rustica.
