La Manufacture in Bochum

We order often, and the food is always pleasantly warm, and the delivery people are always very friendly. Everything we've ordered so far has always tasted good, and the portions are generous. Unfortunately, almost every delivery is missing small items: cheese from the gratin dish, herb butter, ordered onions on the pizza, etc. Unfortunately, it all adds up. Otherwise, the food is very delicious.

We arrived at the restaurant as a group of seven, and after about 15-20 minutes, someone came over and handed us our menus. Our drinks were ordered promptly, and 5-10 minutes later, we ordered our food (when the drinks were brought). After waiting for over an hour, the food still hadn't arrived. When we asked how long it would take, we were told that the food was currently being ordered from Lieferando. This was obviously meant to be a joke, but it was completely inappropriate. This was clearly evident from our mood. In the end, the food wasn't brought to our table until 1.5 hours after we ordered. It's okay if it takes a little longer, but this needs to be communicated upon arrival or in the meantime. The food was okay. Not particularly good, but not bad either. However, it was definitely not worth the wait. Other: The men's restroom was broken.

Quality has declined significantly. Pizza is cold, cheese has thickened, and there are few toppings.

We've eaten there many times, always good and very friendly service.

The pizzas were delivered quickly and freshly. Unfortunately, like last time, the pizza dough is extremely thin, and yes, I know that's typical of Italian pizzas 🍕, but the raw dough is so DRY, it needs some rinsing! I've never had such dry dough in a pizzeria before; it also tasted a bit like cardboard, hmmm... Conclusion: There are definitely much better restaurants.

I happened upon this place once by chance, and now it's our regular pizzeria! The food is absolutely delicious, and the staff is very friendly. I really like the fact that you can watch the chef cook; it's an open kitchen! I'd be happy to come back! Unfortunately, they don't deliver to us in Hiltrop because it's too far, but I would highly recommend eating there!

I ordered a pizza and a salad with yogurt dressing. Unfortunately, the salad came with French dressing and oil/vinegar instead. Even worse: Shortly after eating, I found a dead fly in the salad. After that, I lost my appetite.

My family and friends have been eating here for years, and whether it's a club party, a family reunion, or a date with my partner, the atmosphere and food are always perfect. Impossible service and disappointing food Ordered food this evening - the delivery came after an incredible 2.5 hours, even though the journey to Witten Heven is only about 5 minutes. Among other things, a pizza with Milano salami was ordered - a simple chicken or turkey salami was delivered. The sheep's cheese, peppers and onions were simply thrown raw and carelessly onto the cold pizza. The request to have the pizza sliced ​​was completely ignored. After calling the restaurant, I only received an unfriendly and clumsy answer: “We always do it like that.” Afterwards the phone was simply hung up on me – an absolute no-go in customer service. For €35 I don't expect a gourmet meal, but at least edible and warm food. The other dishes were also cold and dripping with oil. Conclusion: Never again! I really can't recommend anyone to order or eat there.

Yesterday I was with my friend, a young man who worked there told us we could take a seat and sit down, then the other one came who was very cheeky, said that he decides and not others, was very unfriendly, you could normally explain that a place was reserved or whatever, but I don't think it's nice to speak so cheekily to customers, I was a guest there often but I won't go there anymore.

Once again enjoyed delicious food (chicken casserole and pizza). Very friendly staff 👍

Hey Most of the time we just order food and this always takes about 90 minutes, even though we only live 15 minutes away. You just have to know whether that's okay for you. The antipasti plate is super tasty and the pizzas are also great, it's a shame that they only make one type of dough. The tiramisu and bruschetta taste fantastic.

Fantastic Italian food – also available to order! We ordered here and loved it! The food was delivered on time, hot, and the quality was as good as you would expect in a restaurant. The food I've eaten there so far has been very tasty. My mom was very enthusiastic about the fish, this was her second time there. The prices are really great. Water was brought to our family dog ​​upon request. Table reservation worked great and when you come by they try everything possible to seat someone. Update from March 30, 204 after a really very satisfactory visit in December 2023.: Went there again today for dinner and unfortunately this time expectations were not met. There was no homemade bread with a dip. The bruschetta was garnished and served rather carelessly without parmesan and rocket. The pizzas were okay, but nothing more. There was no house drink to say goodbye. Well, is this due to the increase in VAT, or was it just not the best day here. Of course, expectations were raised after the first visit, but as I said, unfortunately not fulfilled. What also bothers me: there is only a 0.2 liter cola available at a hefty price. At 0.3l one drink might be enough, at 0.2 you almost have to order 2 at excessive prices.

We pre-ordered pizza and pasta trays from La Manufacture for a party the day before. When I asked on the phone whether it was too short notice, they said it wouldn't be a problem at all. I had ordered for the next day so today for 5:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. When the food didn't come, I called at 6:30 p.m., an hour later, and was told we were scheduled for 6:45 p.m. It was suggested to me that food was in the making. Then we waited again. When the food didn't come again, we called again at 7:15 p.m. and were told that so many tables were occupied and our food hadn't been made yet. We ordered extra early because there were families with small children who also had to go to bed. Who then all drove home without food. We then canceled the order because it was too late. For the remaining guests we then ordered from La Piccola. Food came and was super tasty. We will no longer visit Manufacture.

We booked breakfast at La Manufacture for 25 people and were thrilled with both the quality of the food and the service. The dishes were mostly handcrafted with a lot of love. The taste was correspondingly good. A big thank you again goes to the team at La Manufacture.

We actually really enjoy eating on site, but unfortunately ordering over the phone is a disaster. We kept turning a blind eye, but at some point it really went too far. Ordered two pizzas, it said 30-45 minutes, absolutely okay and understandable. But if you call after an hour and are told that they aren't ready yet, then that's no longer normal. It's a shame that no particular emphasis is placed on reliability, especially when it comes to “delivery”.

I was very disappointed with today's delivery (3 pizzas and anti-pasti plates for 2 people). Pizza was only lukewarm and the anti-pasti plate was far too expensive for two people. I ordered food for 6:30 p.m. and it didn't arrive until around 7 p.m. The driver didn't even have change. The quality of the food had deteriorated a lot... it's a shame...

Ein richtiger toller Italiener om Herzen von Langendreer. Kurzfristig konnte ich am selbigen Tag einen Tisch reservieren. Service war sehr gut und die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr gemütlich. Die Pizzen waren geschmacklich top,wobei der Teig, zur Mitte hin schon recht dünn wurde. Insgesamt aber ein tolles Restaurant.

Gestern das erste Mal hier gewesen und bin zufrieden. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich, alles ging recht flott.Auch was ich wichtig finde die Sauberkeit, so wie Toiletten und alles andere prima! Das Essen war lecker und die Portionen waren gut. Am besten vorher reservieren. Die Preise sind gerechtfertigt . Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Sie gaben Empfehlungen, die genau meinem Geschmack entsprachen, und sorgten dafür, dass alle Bedürfnisse erfüllt wurden.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr ordentliche und sehr schmackhafte Pizzen und Pasta sowie Salate aber auch Vorspeisen /Nachtischgerichte. Die Weine und das Bier ist sehr schmackhaft sowie richtig temperiert. Die Speisekarte ist zum Glück nicht groß, was sich in der Qualität der Gerichte widerspiegelt. Weniger ist hier ganz klar viel viel mehr. Wir besuchen dieses Lokal seit mehr als zwei Jahren und sind immer sehr freundlich begrüßt worden sowie qualitativ/geschmacklich nicht enttäuscht worden.
