La Dolce Vita in Ingolstadt

Unfortunately the food was absolutely not good. There was a lot of choice in the evening, but some of the food was burnt from the grill or simply didn't taste good. Too greasy or overcooked. Lots of ready-made and fried foods. Unfortunately, mass-produced goods. The soup smelled incredibly bad. The fruit was delicious and the chocolate fountain. Otherwise ready-made cakes, donuts. Also cheap and dry. Sometimes less would simply be more. Unfortunately not recommended for the price.

Exceptional food. A portion of 4 small ones (which were actually quite big so none of us finished it all) and a plate of potatoes for only €14. The serving time was very ok, especially since they also had an event that day. The waiter was super nice and served us with love. And at the end a lady came and took the time to talk to us even though it was obvious how busy they were. Only words of appreciation!!!

Unfortunately my visit was very disappointing. There was no drinks menu or menu and the explanations of what was on offer were very unclear. The service was chaotic: plates were passed over our heads, so ketchup ended up on my clothes. When the aperitif was served, the glass fell on the table and the entire area, including my lap, got wet. Instead of taking care of the mishap immediately, other guests were served first. There was no apology and no attempt to make up for the damage. The waiter's comment ("It's time for work") was the negative highlight. Overall, I felt neither valued nor treated with respect as a guest. Very unfortunate.
