La Cucina in Neuss

Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren regelmäßig in dieses Restaurant und haben hier bereits mehrere Familienfeiern verbracht. Jedes Mal waren wir rundum zufrieden. Daher können wir dieses italienische Restaurant uneingeschränkt und wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Die Qualität der Speisen ist hervorragend – ob Pasta, Fisch, Fleisch oder die ausgezeichneten Pizzen. Hier bekommt man keine Standardware, sondern merkt bei jedem Gericht, dass mit frischen Zutaten, viel Sorgfalt und echter Leidenschaft gekocht wird. Die ganze Familie trägt dazu bei, den Gästen ein besonderes kulinarisches Erlebnis zu bieten. Ein ganz besonderes Lob möchten wir Eliris und Gino aussprechen. Ihre herzliche Gastfreundschaft, ihre Aufmerksamkeit und die familiäre Atmosphäre machen jeden Besuch zu etwas Besonderem. Wir sind heute zum ersten Mal hier gewesen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Essen toll, Service toll- gutes Wetter, italienische Musik, was will man mehr ?! Tagliatelle mit Garnelen- noch nie bessere gegessen!! Pizza ist genauso empfehlenswert :)

Ein tolles familiär geführtes Restaurant, mit sehr leckerer Küche. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bitte so weiter machen, es ist schön das es noch Leute gibt, die ihre Arbeit mit soviel Liebe machen!! Wenn wir mal wieder in der Gegend sind, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder. Das einzige Manko ist, dass an einer viel befahrenen Kreuzung liegt. Aber dafür gibt es einen Wintergarten oder man kann drinnen sitzen.

Nach unserer langen Reise wurden wir herzlich empfangen und sogar außerhalb der üblichen Öffnungszeiten mit köstlichen Speisen verwöhnt – das ist wirklich unbezahlbar. Ihre Freundlichkeit, Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit haben uns tief beeindruckt. Es ist so schön, so freundliche und fürsorgliche Gastgeber kennenzulernen. Vielen Dank von Herzen!

Ein Abend im La Cucina ist immer ein Genuss! Die Küche ist authentisch italienisch, die Zutaten frisch und von hoher Qualität – man schmeckt bei jedem Bissen die Leidenschaft und Sorgfalt, die in die Zubereitung geflossen ist. Die Pasta ist al dente, die Saucen aromatisch und die Antipasti ein perfekter Start in den Abend. Die Weinkarte ist stimmig und wird kompetent empfohlen. Das Personal ist herzlich, aufmerksam und schafft eine warme, südländische Atmosphäre, die einen sofort in Urlaubsstimmung versetzt. Das Restaurant ist gemütlich eingerichtet und lädt zum langen Verweilen ein. Perfekt für einen romantischen Abend oder ein schönes Essen mit Freunden. Grazie mille – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

La Cucina ist mit Abstand der beste Italiener im ganzen Umkreis. Wer einmal hier gegessen hat, merkt sofort den Unterschied. Die Pizza ist perfekt gebacken, der Teig locker, der Belag frisch und unglaublich aromatisch. Die Pasta schmeckt wie in Italien, auf den Punkt. Was aber wirklich beeindruckt: Es geht hier nicht nur um Pizza und Nudeln. Egal ob Steak, Suppen oder Vorspeisen, jedes Gericht ist ein absolutes Highlight. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit hochwertigen Zutaten und viel Leidenschaft gekocht wird. Der Service ist genauso außergewöhnlich. Das Team ist aufmerksam, freundlich und versucht wirklich jeden Wunsch möglich zu machen. Man fühlt sich nicht wie ein Gast, sondern wie ein Stammgast, selbst wenn man zum ersten Mal da ist. La Cucina ist ein Restaurant, für das sich jeder Besuch lohnt. Wer richtig gutes italienisches Essen erleben will, kommt hierher. Für mich ganz klar eine der besten Adressen überhaupt in der Region.

Wir waren spontan im La Cucina eingekehrt, weil wir Hunger hatten. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Getränke kamen zügig, auf das Essen (2x Pizzahaben wir länger als 30 Minuten gewartet 🫤. Der Teig hätte etwas mehr gesalzen sein können. Ansonsten war alles o. K.

Ich war mit mein Familie da. Das essen war sehr lecker und sauber. Personal war sehr freundlich.

Was für ein schönes Restaurant! Schon beim Betreten strömt einem ein herrlicher Duft entgegen. Der Service ist aufmerksam und freundlich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Unsere bestellten Pizzen kamen schnell. Köstlich! Die gelegentlichen, dezenten Klänge aus der Küche trugen sicherlich zur guten Atmosphäre bei. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Lecker gegessen 😋,Pizza nicht mit solch dickem Rand und das ist gut so . Das Einzige, bitte den Gästen am Tisch vor Benutzung mitteilen, dass das bereits auf dem Tisch vorhandene Wasser bezahlt werden muss ( die blauen Flaschen sehr schön, doch der Inhalt teuer!)

Was soll man sagen. Ein Erlebnis was uns sehr überrascht hat und wir auf jeden Fall einen neuen Lieblingsitaliener gefunden haben. Lasst Euch von außen nicht täuschen, hier lebt und esst Ihr wie in Italien. Super Service und das Essen kann nicht besser sein. Das Lokal ist schön, mit Innen- und Außenbereich. Der Service ist gut, aber das Essen hat sehr lange gedauert, obwohl die Kellner freundlich sind. Ich habe Carbonara bestellt, aber statt Speck wurde Schinken verwendet. Der Geschmack war nicht wirklich Carbonara. Das Rumpsteak war hingegen sehr gut. Die Auswahl an Rotweinen ist sehr begrenzt, und der Wein, den wir probiert haben, war überhaupt nicht ausgewogen.

A great restaurant. A first-class service with a* rating. Warm and friendly. The food tastes incredibly good. The suggestions for the daily specials are also top-notch. This time we had an antipasti platter for four people. Highly recommended. I'd even give the aioli six stars. I would deduct one star for the ambiance because it's right on the street. But that doesn't really detract from the overall experience. Where exactly does the terrace end? The area in front of the house, facing the street, is very well screened by green plants and a winter garden. It was our first time here and we received a very warm welcome.

We've rarely been served so nicely. The food here is excellent and delicious. The ambiance is also very authentic and cozy. We felt very comfortable. There's no comparison to Ca'Del Re in Düsseldorf or L'Osteria. The pasta, pizza, and salads here taste far better. The value for money is excellent. And there's plenty of parking at the fairgrounds. So, everything was fantastic.

I don't even know where to begin. We were there today for a birthday party. The decor was super cute, cozy, and the place was lovely to sit in. We had bruschetta for starters. It was beautifully prepared and tasted absolutely delicious. For the main course, we chose the No. 8: salami with ham and garlic. The crust wasn't too thick, and the pizza wasn't too thick or too thin. Taste-wise, 10/10! To finish, we had a delicious cappuccino. This was also extremely good. The waitress at the beginning was very nice, attentive, and courteous. However, I would like to highlight the waiter, who doesn't just do his job, he lives it! Attentive, friendly, chatty, and super welcoming! Stay as you are! The pizza maker even came out of the kitchen and sang in Italian for my partner twice! Again, a huge compliment for the attentiveness and hospitality! For €80 + €10 tip, the evening was more than worth it! It was our first time here, but certainly not the last. I wholeheartedly recommend La Cucina!

Yes, always recommended. Very good food and chefs, and attentive service. We've been going here for almost two years and have never been disappointed. The wine recommendations were always spot on, and even when it was busy, the service was very attentive. We highly recommend it. Wine prices are on the high side, though.

We visited La Cucina and it definitely won't be our last visit! The food was incredibly delicious – we've rarely eaten such authentic Italian food. Each course was prepared with love and tasted simply fantastic. The service was also excellent: very friendly, attentive, and warm. You immediately feel welcome and in good hands. We particularly loved the atmosphere – cozy and tastefully decorated inside, with a large, beautifully landscaped terrace outside, filled with herbs and flowers that give the whole place a Mediterranean flair. The value for money is absolutely spot on – more than fair for the quality and ambiance. Thank you for the wonderful evening – we'll definitely be back!

Three of us came here to eat. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was nice and there were beautiful flowers.

We were there with three adults. Nice pizzeria with a terrace. We were immediately assigned a table. The server also took our order relatively quickly. Drinks and appetizers arrived fairly quickly. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case with the main courses, and they didn't arrive nearly at the same time. The food was very good, though. We found the prices for both food and drinks to be too high.

The best Italian restaurant in Neuss, by far. We had a pizza and a pasta dish. We also had pizza rolls with aioli beforehand. The pizza rolls were nice and warm and very tasty. They were served with aioli and green olives. The aioli is delicately seasoned with various herbs and is very tasty. The olives are marinated with thin slices of garlic and go perfectly with the aioli. The pasta was a culinary delight and made you feel like you were eating in Italy. All the ingredients seemed very fresh. The pizza was simply incredible. Thin and crispy base. Even the crust was thin and crispy, even after the pizza had cooled a bit. They definitely use a special flour in their preparation. (In my opinion, it might have been imported from Italy.) The location isn't that great because it's located at a major intersection. The service, however, is very friendly, helpful, and attentive. A definite recommendation, and we will definitely eat there again.

We were very surprised by the price increase. La Cucina has always been expensive, but these days the value for money is no longer right for what's on offer. A shame! A Pizza Vegetaria costs €19.90 (listed on the website as €15.90), which is a surprisingly high price...and the ambiance outside doesn't match the prices.

Update 2025: We came back after a year. The food continues to be excellent. Only the drinking/eating ratio is absolutely wrong. The drinks are overpriced. 2024: The service was courteous, the food was excellent. The ambience is nice but very loud. We'll definitely come back.

High-priced pizzeria but great pizzas

This restaurant in Neuss offers unbeatable value for money and, in my opinion, is the best choice for an excellent dining experience. The food is of exceptional quality and impresses with its exquisite flavor. We were served an unexpected bruschetta, which later turned out to be subject to a charge. This did not detract from the overall positive impression. However, upon reviewing the bill, I noticed that I was charged for a beer that I did not consume. I will clarify this with the restaurant.

We were there yesterday with 4 adults and 4 children. There were starters, various pizzas and salads. Everyone enjoyed it. Especially on the appetizer platter you could tell that it was freshly prepared and not just opened a can and just beautifully arranged, as is the case with some others. The service staff were also friendly and attentive. It's rare to see that everyone is uniformly and neatly dressed. Unfortunately we don't live close by, but maybe we'll come back when we're passing through.

We recently ate at a really great restaurant and had a really nice time. The reception was super friendly and we were taken straight to our table. Everything started off really relaxed...we had barely sat down and the first drinks were on the table. The service was really great…super attentive and very warm. What I found particularly cool was that the waiter noticed how interested I was watching as he opened a new bottle of limoncello. He spontaneously offered me a small glass to try. That was a really nice gesture that I will remember. The food was also just great. As a starter we had bruschetta for four...well prepared and really tasty. My main course was tagliatelle with broccoli and chicken. I enjoyed it fantastically. There was also a fresh pizza roll with which I was able to empty every last bit of my plate. The dessert was the highlight... a tiramisu that was not only really tasty, but also served really nicely. At the end there was a little surprise...an extra limoncello from the house. Little things like this really make a visit special. All in all, we had a thoroughly successful evening. Great food, great service and a really cozy evening. We can absolutely recommend the restaurant and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Mediocre. Service very nice, but not attentive. We came for the first time with 4 people and ordered bruschetta for four people as a starter. After a long wait, the waiters wanted to serve us the main course. We referred to our starter. After a short confusion we were told that the starter had been forgotten and whether we would now like to eat the main course. We asked the service to take the main course back and serve bruschetta as ordered. Then 7 bruschettas were served for the four of us (see photo). I didn't have a bruschetta myself so that my guests could each eat two pieces. It would be more professional to serve 8 bruschettas for 4 people. According to the menu and invoice, the price for "bruschetta for two people" is €14.50, steep if not every guest gets at least two pieces of bruschetta. The bread for bruschetta is usually toasted and rubbed with a fresh clove of garlic. I've eaten bruschetta many times in different places, but unfortunately I had to bite into a very spicy piece of garlic here (very unpleasant), this method of preparation surprised me a lot, that shouldn't happen. The main courses were okay, the portion sizes were manageable, tasty but nothing special. Even if the menu didn't say that all pasta dishes were garnished with arugula. Luckily we liked arugula. Dessert was delicious and beautifully presented. Ambience cozy, simple, loud acoustics due to lack of tablecloths/curtains that could block the sound. Prices a bit overpriced for the service (we had a waitress, probably a temp and a waiter). We probably won't come again. Too bad.
