A restaurant for people who think they're above the rest. The signature spaghetti was oversalted, which is a bit cheeky at almost €20. Then, while serving, the waiter started singing "Bailare" and encouraged us to join in. It was meant well, but I didn't feel it at all.

This was some of the best Italian food I have had anywhere! The pasta was fresh, the sauce was delicious, and the beef perfectly cooked. I really enjoyed the Tartufo for dessert and the wine was excellent. I will absolutely be back!

I had reserved a table for lunch with the intention of celebrating our wedding. Of course, we didn't finish by lunchtime—something I hadn't realized when planning. We were still able to finish celebrating in comfort and order more cappuccinos. The food was top-notch, and the wines were exquisite. My best man enjoyed it so much that we celebrated his wedding here as well. We've come by several times since then and are always happy to be guests here.

Dessert: Panna Cotta with Truffle Caramel - 12/10 The panna cotta had the perfect consistency and the truffle caramel topping was surprisingly intense! A taste explosion on the palate. Wonderful! On November 14th I have a table for Christmas dinner on December 9th. reserved for our team of 12. It's okay, it's registered, I was told. The telephone number was also noted. Great! When twelve of us came today, our reservation was canceled for some unknown reason. The innkeeper arrogantly said that you had to send an email and then the reservation would actually be made. Very classy Italian. If there is something to celebrate, Parmigiano is a very good place for it. The waiters are very humorous and friendly. The food is always very tasty, and the main course menu is never really fixed, so there is always some variety. Highly recommended, although the outdoor area is a bit narrow and you should take a lot of time as the shop is always full. Therefore, a reservation is urgently needed, sometimes much in advance.

A real enrichment for Erlangen. Best Italian restaurant. Dishes are prepared with good craftsmanship and taste. Although there is also pizza, this restaurant is not a pizzeria in the traditional sense. Whether antipasti or pasta, everything is great. Pretty Italian with the right flair

High prices for good food, but small portions and mediocre service. €10.50 for 0.2 liters of red wine!! Drinks were forgotten twice. From 9:15 p.m. onwards the waiter hardly showed up, and from 9:30 p.m. the doors and windows were opened. For us it was probably a hint that we should leave.

The pasta in the parmesan loaf is incredibly tasty and the mushroom sauce with it is also extremely good (even though I don't usually like mushrooms). The ambience is slightly upscale, but you still feel welcome as a “normal person”. The service is very professional, you feel like you are on a short vacation in Italy. We will definitely come again!

It's a really good Italian option in Erlangen. Pricewise, it is a bit on the higher side, but the quality of the food makes up for it. We had a rind-fillet with parmigiano and pasta with garnellan. And the food was really tasty! We also had a nice rose and red wine, which also was very nice. Need to visit again ❤️

For our first visit, the restaurant made a really good impression and the quality was outstanding. We had an excellent mix of starters, terrific and very good pasta dishes. The desserts were also super tasty. Can definitely be recommended. I would like a little more seasoning in my pasta dish, but tastes are of course different. We are now regulars and look forward to something new every time.

very tasty and totally warm service

Something cheeky like that, a frozen pizza from Wagner at an Italian restaurant, looked and tasted like that. The waiter cheekily said I should ask first before I touch anything, but I just wanted to pull the curtain a little because the good sun was blinding. I'm sure if there was a pizza maker he would have gotten a slap in the face for it in Italy. Picture No. 3 is just for comparison and I have never seen pizza dough without bubbles.

It was pretty crowded and we didn't have a reservation, yet managed to get a table eventually. I guess that's why we had to wait a bit longer for our food than usual. Apart from that: Great service, delicious food and wines and a waiter with an Italian chanson on his lips while whirling your pasta in a wheel of Parmesan cheese. Reasonable pricing, too. It was a nice experience.

It was my first time there and of course I had to eat the eponymous parmesan pasta. The dish was the finest. Even in Italy, I have rarely been served a better pasta dish. The ambience and service were also top notch. It was definitely not the last time I was there.

A really nice restaurant, with excellent food and service. We went to Parmigiano today for a birthday dinner for 8 people. It was harmonious all around and a great evening. The location is stylish and classically furnished. The tables are set to a high standard. The staff is very well trained and extremely accommodating. The selection of food and drinks is small but nice. Starters, salads and desserts come from the normal menu. The changing main courses can be read on a large board in the room. To start we had two large starter plates together. These were beautifully presented and everything on them was well prepared. I would order again next time. For the main courses we had everything from pasta to fish to steak. All eight of us were extremely satisfied. Everything was freshly prepared, well seasoned and beautifully presented. Finally I have an 18 year old grappa and a few desserts. Here again everything was done well. I would only have liked a classic version of the tiramisu, not the individual portions in a glass. It tasted great too, but you can't get the pleasant feeling of a juicy, well-drenched tiramisu. All in all, a great evening and an absolute recommendation from me!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Abend im Parmigiano mit köstlichem Essen und aufmerksamem Service. Es war ohne Übertreibung rundum perfekt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Service war aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein, das Essen einfach ein Gedicht. Tolle Kombinationen und sehr fein zubereitet. Von Vorspeise über den Hauptgang zum Dessert war alles sehr gut. Gute Weinauswahl und Beratung am Tisch. Dazu eine sehr schöne Inneneinrichtung und angenehme Atmosphäre. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Unbedingt reservieren.

Wenn man in das Restaurant kommt, hat man das Gefühl, man müsste sich schicker anziehen. Die Location ist sehr schick. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist passend. Man bekommt etwas für sein Geld geboten. Nudeln mit Parmesan wird vor einem zubereitet und schön angerichtet. Der Nachtisch ist der Wahnsinn (Panna Cotta). Der Innenhof ist bei schönem Wetter wunderschön. Man muss schnell sein, sonst ist es schnell besetzt. War schon zweimal vor Ort und es werden weitere folgen.

Ambiente im Innenhof sehr schön. Essen geschmacklich gut aber Portionen für den Preis zu klein. Und 11 Euro für 0,2 Wein ist schon krass

Mega Leckeres Essen. Essen was besonderes! Haben den 30igsten Geburtstag der Freundin gefeiert. Bediehnung war Super nett und sehr freundlich. Unterstützen automatisch bei den ganzen Geschenken und der Wein wurde in einem Kühlständer gereicht. Wir hatten reserviert. Empfehle ich, wenn nix schief gehen soll 😉 Wunderbar für ein Date oder besonderen Anlass, sehr zu empfehlen und das Geld absolut wert!

Sehr schönes Ambiente mit tollem Service! Ich habe dort schon mehrmals gegessen und freue mich immer wieder drauf. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es lediglich weil ein Salat für knapp 13 € tatsächlich sehr klein ausfällt

Der Inhaber ist super: zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, dabei witzig und immer mit einem Spruch auf Lager. Man merkt, dass er seinen Beruf lebt. Das Essen ist einfach nur einmalig. Die Speisekarte ist irrelevant, er bringt immer das was er gerade empfehlen kann und es schmeckt jedes Mal super. Einfach nur genial und einmalig in Erlangen.

Think about a BAD service… multiply by endless: this is Parmiggiano. People that think they are gods and customer have to beg to dine. We didn’t, and we left. Whoever you are that mistreated 2 tired moms wanting to enjoy dinner, you have no idea how little we care about you. Sorry that you think this is normal way to treat people. Sad. To you comment below, mister, you better think twice before stating here what I did without even being able to identify me. This can be harmful and I can meet you in court for that. As a public place you should expect people to tell you here also about the bad experiences. I know exactly what I did and did not, and I would never use this argument you mention. I don't know what is your intention with that. Instead, I know exactly how YOU were the one who did not respect the fact that we did call to reserve and you said we could not reserve a table, but when someone else called then misteriously there was a table. Don't talk about RESPECT because you don't know what that is. Rest assured I will never set foot in your depressing business again, and will make sure every singe person I know will not either. And this is not a threat, but a promise. Btw, you probably don't know how a tired, but angry mom, can be strong in many ways.
