I actually just came across it by chance. I have to say, it's really worth a visit! The burritos are very large (I didn't manage to finish them) and the homemade lemonade was also very tasty, although there was a bit of ice in it. Be sure to try the mango-peanut sauce as an extra!

I had dinner with my children, everyone enjoyed it, I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Burritos ok. In the end they come with card payment, you don't have to get money from somewhere. Please just fix it. This is super annoying for customers. Then it simply adds the card payment fee on top.

We always enjoy being there again The prices are reasonable. The food is very good, drinks oh. I particularly like the central location, but still away from the crowd.

I got the jackfruit burrito and it was delicious. Their lemonade is really nice also and comes in a huge glass. The vibes are cool but the place is a little bit pricey.

This review is a combination of two visits: the first visit we waited outside for a table for over 30 minutes. The host told us to wait outside, but then started seating other people who arrived after us with no reservations. Eventually I spoke to someone and they assumed we were waiting for a take-out order and told us to wait again. So we left. We made a reservation to come back two days later, and it was much easier, though we did still witness some service hiccups here and there (I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt with Adele being in town and Taylor Swift having just left: so many tourists). The food was great! I really enjoyed the blueberry pulled pork quesadilla. The margaritas were on point, and the guacamole was delicious. The interior decor was very flamboyant and Instagram-able (in a great way). If you want to eat here, make a reservation!

The positive first: food came quickly and it was hot. Burritos were okay, but I've had better ones. The portions weren't big though. At least the drinks prices were okay thanks to the lunch deal. Lots of vegetarian and vegan dishes. Service partly/partly. The employee who took food and drinks was super friendly. The woman who delivered food/drinks to the table still has room for improvement. Just slammed it carelessly on the table and placed the apple spritzer and glass right in front of a two-year-old's nose... Ambience is nice and toilets are large and clean. Overall okay, but we don't necessarily have to go there again.

Good Mexican food, with tasty vegan/vegetarian options. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. The prices are slightly higher. The quesadilla with kimchi was also an interesting and delicious combination of two cuisines.

The place is very nice and cozy, although not very spacious, ideal for a group of 4. I would definitely recommend a reservation to make sure. Prices are good for the quality and amount. The food came very fast, which surprised me. Nice drinks offer and the staff very nice and friendly. It is not real authentic Mexican food, but it is pretty good, nice sauces.

Delicious food. A nice change from the German-Bavarian cuisine as heavy as a bullet to Pantera. It's better to book a table in advance, otherwise there's little chance of finding a free one. However, if you wait 15-20 minutes, something will certainly become available. Prices of dishes are approximately 12-20 Euro per person. I highly recommend it.

We visited here for the second time as the nachos were so delicious! We also had the burritos with pulled jack fruit (veggie) and we had some veggie tacos these were quite bland and just didn't taste as good as nachos. The service was ABIT of mess. They brought out our main before starters and missed some of our order. Would give the place another go!

Nice service and delicious bowls/salads. Everything tasted great, unfortunately the waiting time was a little longer than expected until we got our food. Burritos at the neighboring tables also looked delicious and definitely recommended if you want to enjoy a delicious meal at absolutely fair prices.

The homemade iced teas and bowls are highly recommended! Spring Roll Bowl and Taco Bowl!!! A pleasure. Price-performance is great.

The food was delicious and with fresh ingredients. However, we didn't like the fact that when we ordered, since it was our first visit, they asked us if we wanted the guacamole on the side of the dishes, which they ended up charging us extra for. It wasn't the amount of money, but the fact that you were asked in a way that makes you think that it is included in the dish. The prices are already expensive enough to charge extra for this.

The appetizer and drinks were good, the burritos weren't that impressive and we had to wait almost an hour for our food.

Nice and tiny Mexican restaurant near Marienplatz. Authentic taste. Tasty cocktails . No parking available. We didn’t get child chair. Child had to sit with us.

I’ve visited this restaurant several times with friends, and the food quality has consistently been outstanding. Every dish we’ve tried has been delicious, and we always leave satisfied with our meals. However, I must mention that the service doesn’t quite match the high standards of the food. On a few occasions, the waitstaff seemed a bit rushed, removing our plates almost immediately after we finished eating and even bringing the POS machine for payment before we were ready. While I understand the need for efficiency, this slightly detracts from what could be an otherwise perfect dining experience. I hope the service can be adjusted to match the quality of the food.

Got a cute table outside and that’s about it for the good review. The waiter very clearly didn’t want to be at work, and the whole experience was just ‘meh’. Some of the food was delicious and other parts not worth eating. I got my food before my cocktails. Shouldn’t really happen these days. We got there on a busy afternoon but I assume service and food should be the same. Maybe we’ll try again ..

Disgusting and not good. Ordered Burritos and you cannot taste anything, the flavours are gone into each other i don’t know if they are too much or too little, couldn’t taste any good ones. Couldn’t taste the chicken and the beef as well, they were also too little in the Burritos and too much beans of very poor quality. I have no idea what carrots were doing in there. Atmosphere is okay, but totally thrown by the quality of the food, compared to the price the ingredients should be of higher quality and better cooking.

Tasty food, quite a small establishment so difficult to get a table / our table for 4 was quite a squeeze. Service was also a bit on the slow side which I think is likely due to staffing, however they were all very pleasant and helpful in demeanour.

Amazing Mexican food, great place! One must try their La Burrita Bowl.. it’s tangy and nice. It’s a small place with limited capacity, so one may have to wait during busy lunch time. But, it’s worth the wait.

So to start we arrive at the restaurant while waiting to be received, the lady tells us to sit on a very small table next to the bar. We ask for a bottle of water and after 10 minutes we receive two poor glasses of water.. We order immediately and receive the dishes around thirty minutes later, only for 6 quesadillas for two. The food is pretty good but the meal is very light compared to the price (14.90 for three quesadillas). I ask the manager for another bottle of water because 2 glasses won't be enough and she stops me with a shush while looking at her tablet. AMAZING. Then she serves us a 33cl bottle of water, not enough to dehydrate a Yemeni… To finish, we ask a waitress for another bottle of water, she tells us that she will get it and 15 minutes later comes back to us apologizing because she supposedly “forgot” to bring us a bottle. Ultimately, the restaurant is not so bad but too many waits and overwhelmed servers when the restaurant is full, and too expensive for what is offered. Looking at the reviews, I think we unfortunately had a disappointing experience but I wanted to share it. If the restaurant is not too busy I recommend it, however if it is I strongly advise against it, you risk waiting a good hour for a 33cl bottle of water and your dishes.

The overall experience we had here was not that great. The price of the food was very for what we got. We ordered the onion and cheese fajita and the jackfruit burrito (which was advertised as €15,50. When we received our bill they charged us €16,50 and, yes, that was without any add-ons), the chips and two dips (the peanut and mango dip was pretty good, but the guacamole was obviously very processed looking and about two thimbles worth of food), and two cocktails. The quality of the food was not that great. You could see the salad was very wilted, the portions were very small (our side of chips was smattering at best), the cocktails were very overpriced for the little alcohol they infused in them. This meal for two people ran us €60 and we left the place hungry. The wait staff was okay, but it took them quite a while to notice we were ready to place our order. I would not recommend this place. I find it ironic they advertise the place as California Street Food and charge sit down dining prices.

We were eating quasadillas and the quality of those was just average. The side dish (california corn) was a bit disappointment. We got the food before the drinks. I would prefer other way around. Atmosphere was nice. But still not coming here anymore. Sorry

The food was basic and not so good. We got our food first then we had to ask for our drinks and side dish because they had forgotten to give us those.

The place is in the city centre, very nice and welcoming but also very small, so I recommend booking. On the menu there are many Mexican dishes slightly revisited in a modern way. We tried two burritos to take away and they were both excellent, crunchy piadina and rich and tasty filling. I especially liked the beef one. The salsas and nachos are also good. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the prices are in line with the area.

Tasty burritos and they even made the effort to accommodate our vegan friends. Highly recommend!

I went to see this place since it was highly rated. Had the pulled pork burrito. Average burrito small portion size and an interesting lack of spicy options like no extra jalapenos. Overall an ok restaurant. I'm new to Munich so it makes me wonder if all Mexican restaurants in Munich are highly rated without actually being any good.

For being in Germany, and so far away from Mexico or California, this food was great. It was a warm comfort food welcome after many brats and kartoffelsalat.

The staff was unfriendly, unwelcoming, and somehow arrogant when I asked for a table for one. So I decided to simply change the place.

Extremely bad service. Gave out main course before starter and had to ask what we ordered several times. We were alone in the restaurant which should have been a sign not to go in. Very disappointed 💩💩💩

The food (including bowls) is delicious and the cocktails (mango daiquiri, mojitos) are plentiful. The cheesecake is also recommended. When the weather is nice you can sit outside. The service is attentive and very friendly. We will be back.

The food was excellent. We had nachos and burritos in 20 minutes with the store full. We were lucky and fell into a reservation gap, otherwise you can only get something without a reservation with patience. But the wait is worth it, so I definitely recommend it!

This is the best Mexican food I ever had. The service was good. We had to wait for a while to get seated as it was full. But the food arrived quickly after we ordered. The drinks were great. We ordered chicken quesadillas and chicken burrito. The burrito was very filling.

As an American, we found it refreshing to find La Burrita for dinner. The food was very flavorful! Loved the burrito and beef barbecue quesadilla. We sat outside on the street so we could watch people go by. It’s a small place so tables are right. The classic margarita was perfect. Highly recommend if you don’t want German food!

Good location with tables available both inside and outside. The food was good and came quite quickly. We ordered pullpork nachos, fajitas pollo burrito and 0.5 l homemade lemonade. The lemonade was very tasty however we just got to enjoy few sips before there was only ice cubes left in the glass. The glass was almost topp full with ice cubes alone! In menu card it was stated 0.5l lemonade and we got hardly 1/4 glass of the lemonade and the rest was ice cubes for almost 6 Euro!! We talked to the staff and explained the situation. I explained that when I order 0.5l of cola or beer i expect to get what i order. In this case there was almost no lemonade but ice cubes in the glass. However they just looked at us and said that that's the way it is and there is nothing they could do. So be aware!! This place is charging the customers full price for ice cubes instead of the lemonade itself.

The waitress was indifferent, even though there was an empty table, she said it was reserved and directed us to a cramped table. We sat down uncomfortably, then 2 separate tables became vacant, we were uncomfortable, we said the chairs were high, when we asked if we could move to the empty table where we were sitting, she said it was reserved again, but it was not reserved. I will never come again, attitude is important.

Super netter Abend! Wir waren zu dritt gestern Abend im La Burrita, hatten extra reserviert da es immer recht gut besucht ist, das war auch wieder der Fall. Die Mädels vom Service waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen wieder sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

First of all: The food and cocktails were excellent. Even if the portions aren't huge and the cocktail selection is relatively puny. But definitely taste-wise 5☆ for the food & cocktails. But what, in my opinion, should not happen under any circumstances is that if you reserve a table for 3 people a week in advance (for business purposes) then you get a completely uncomfortable 2-person high table. When asked (there were still 2 larger, normal tables available for 4 people) they were told they had already been reserved. If I had been here for pleasure and not for business, I would probably have politely declined, especially because the bench was extremely uncomfortable and much too small. Well, we just squeezed in 3 of us. But the big ending is still to come: Almost an hour later, these two tables of 4 were occupied by 2 and 3 people respectively. When I politely asked again when paying what I had to do better next time to get one of the "normal" tables, the answer was very snippy "first come, first served". I have 12 years of catering experience myself and I would never have thought of giving an answer like that. Above all, we were the ones who got there first. No apology, no expression of regret... nothing. Only to my reply that one group apparently hadn't come. You really don't feel welcome as a guest. Well, the tip was correspondingly small, we treated ourselves to dessert and other cocktails somewhere else and the probability of coming back again is almost 0.

1) the nachos came as an appetizer even tho there was no appetizer section on the menu 2) they brought out the food super fast after realizing they messed up with the nachos and then the food was cold ! 3) they sat 3 of us at a table for only 2 people, even tho there was open tables outside, i had to sit on a stool and one of the waiters elbowed me very hard in the back as she walked by and simply said “sorry” 4) told us we wouldn’t get charged for water, and then we did 5) also brought out 2 beers even tho only 1 was ordered ? and not enough waters either 6) the waiter only came by once to ask how the food was, when we said it was cold she said “oh well we can remake it” when they should’ve offered a discount in my opinion 7) the water was almost the same price as a beer - also, the water was tap water even tho a bottle of water was the same price 8) don’t get the waiter with the rejecting eyebrow piercing, from the start she was pretty rude and off putting. 9) only started making small talk at the very end of the meal and (again) the rejecting eyebrow piercing waiter was rude. Her eyebrow was literally blood, with crusted blood around and i feel like that isn’t up to food standards. 10) overall i wouldn’t recommend just eat anywhere else.

Great cozy and stylish Buritto restaurant. It's located in the heart of Munich so it's very hard to get a seat, I would recommend booking a table. Definitely worth it as the burittos and quasadilias were fantastic, with lots of cheese and meat. Highly recommended for a quick dinner.

I had the FAJITA POLLO BURRITO and I must say it was a very good choice. Will definitely come again.

Anything with shrimps is the best. Margaritas are also amazing. Moreover, the atmosphere is so nice - perfect for friends or date nights.

This was a great little find on our first day in Munich. The food was very fresh, tasty and quite quick to come out too. I had the taco bowl and they were happy to customise it to not have things I didn't like. Would absolutely recommend it and come back another day. Tiny improvement to the vibe would be some background music but otherwise great and some more outdoor seats would be amazing!
