Good Buritos and nice atmosphere

The food came very quickly and the waitresses are very friendly. There is very little space, but we still got a table spontaneously. Unfortunately, the taste of the food was just ok - nothing more and nothing less. We had pollo burrito and beef cesadillas. As someone who has been to many places in California, I would also have liked to see some local drinks such as West Coast IPAs. For me it's just a must when Californian cuisine is on the menu.

The restaurant is very small compared to the other La Burrita in Schwabing. Unfortunately, we found the portions of the food to be very small and not particularly tasty. The drinks, such as the lavender spritz, didn't convince us either. The service was friendly and attentive.

Excellent place. The delicious nachos and Monday margaritas 2x1. I will return without a doubt

It's okay but it won't be the best burrito of your life. The staff is super friendly, the place is very small so if you go without a reservation you might get a table at the tiny bar like us. And as for the food, what is important is that the quesadillas were delicious, and of the burritos we tried the pulled pork one which was good and the chicken fajita one which we didn't like as much because the chicken was soft. In summary it is good but not the best

Great if you want something quick and tasty to eat, but also want to sit down. Within 10 minutes of sitting down we had our food. The only disadvantage is that the seats on the benches are quite narrow. The salsa is amazing!

Absolutely loved our experience here! We were 4 and ordered the salad bowl, fajita pollo quesadilla, burrito, and chinga burrito – all were great, but the highlight was the strawberry margaritas - rich, flavourful. And absolutely delicious. La Burrita Nachos were simple but tasty! The service was fantastic too. Even though we didn't have a reservation and the place was packed, the waitress managed to find us a table. Overall, great food, great drinks, and a lovely atmosphere

The best nachos ever... A sin of cheese, guacamole, salsa, jalapenos and sour cream... awesome! Already with the first bite, alarm bells go off in the cardiology department on the right side of the Isar, but the enjoyment is worth the spontaneous fatty degeneration of the heart. If you then run the 30 km home, at least some of the energy you consumed will have been burned off again. Highly recommended...

Let's start from the fact that after entering the restaurant we were immediately frowned upon only because we spoke English, and not German. Throughout the dinner our waitress, I imagine the owner, was snobbish, even making faces when we spoke to her in English, a language in which she clearly had difficulty, and indeed, making us feel inappropriate. Not knowing a language is not in itself a problem, but making customers feel bad, and not even trying to communicate, that is a problem. Finally, the English menu was decidedly inaccurate, there were ingredients in the dish that had been completely skipped on paper. The food itself was good, but the service and the atmosphere that is created in the place is definitely something that needs to be worked on. I hope mine was a coincidence.

The food was delicious, the staff is very kind and thoughtful. There are vegetarian meals too. We ate there twice and they were always fully booked, so it's recomended to make reservation.

As an long time expat craving Tex-Mex, 2 thumbs up! I tested the Pollo quesadilla..yummy! Service was timely and freindly! Great atmosphere, cool background music! Would have loved a Modelo Especial beer for the nostalgia but that is asking a bit much from the home of beer! Definitely be back to test the Burritos!

Overall, La Burrita in Munich was okay for me, but not outstanding. The burritos tasted okay, but were missing that certain something. The service was friendly, but the wait was quite long even though it wasn't busy. It's okay for a quick hunger pang, but there are definitely better Mexican options in Munich.

The food tasted very good was here for a birthday and the portions are really big so big burritos that are well worth the price. I only managed half a burrito, otherwise everything tasted good and fit

On a warm summer day we sat here on the terrace and enjoyed some yummy food and refreshing drinks. The staff were not bothered by the fact that we did not have a reservation and were happy to offer us a place to sit

The food was kinda mid. The pulled pork burrito was way too salty and the pinto chicken burrito lacked flavor. But the portions and service was quite good. I might give it another try in the future, to see if it was a one time thing.

We like the food and the service

I go here almost every week and I love it, I often sit at the bar and drink a cocktail and eat something. There's recently been a new bartender at the bar, a really sweet young man. I'm always happy when I see that he's working (he makes really good cocktails) :). The restaurant is really good but the cocktails are exquisite.

Nice place to grab a quick meal! Small and cosy so definitely make a booking if you can as you’re unlikely to make it in without one . Food was great - pulled pork burrito and beef quesadilla the highlight! Great flavours and very filling.

Se amate lo stile californiano/messicano è il posto che fa per voi. Anzitutto i drink: una delle migliori Margarita che abbia mai bevuto. Poi ottime insalate, anche per vegani, e burritos, tacos...ci sono tre locali in città, sempre nello stesso stile, io ne ho provati due trovando la stessa qualità. Arredamento carino e solare che in certe giornate grigie tira su. Personale gentile e professionale, prezzi in linea con la località.

The location is also great for tourists being two minutes from Marienplatz. The food is fresh and delicious, you can find varied and interesting dishes. It's great for a quiet brunch. The cocktails are quite expensive, but the rest of the menu is fairly priced for what it offers.

I recently visited and had an overall great experience. The food was delicious, with generous portions and great value for the price. Despite how busy it was, the staff remained friendly and welcoming, doing their best to accommodate everyone. There was a bit of a wait due to the crowd, but it was understandable given the rush. Once seated the quality of the meal made up for the wait. If you’re looking for good food and don’t mind a lively atmosphere, this is a solid choice!

The food was great! We ordered extra guacamole ON THE SIDE because we wanted to share, but they put it in one of our dishes. Also, they mixed up two of my friends' meals, and they realized after starting eating that their two Quesadillas were the wrong ones. I recommend the Hausegamagt Limonade, which was refreshing and with very good taste. The atmosphere in the restaurant is rather calm and chill. They have big windows and a nice modern California-like decoration

Vegan burrito super delicious. Service was understaffed but still rocked the place, even though there was only one lady there today and one barman and the place was full. Respect that the waitress remained so calm. Great atmosphere. Extra star for the vegan things.

I actually just came across it by chance. I have to say, it's really worth a visit! The burritos are very large (I didn't manage to finish them) and the homemade lemonade was also very tasty, although there was a bit of ice in it. Be sure to try the mango-peanut sauce as an extra!

Burritos ok. In the end they come with card payment, you don't have to get money from somewhere. Please just fix it. This is super annoying for customers. Then it simply adds the card payment fee on top.

I got the jackfruit burrito and it was delicious. Their lemonade is really nice also and comes in a huge glass. The vibes are cool but the place is a little bit pricey.

This review is a combination of two visits: the first visit we waited outside for a table for over 30 minutes. The host told us to wait outside, but then started seating other people who arrived after us with no reservations. Eventually I spoke to someone and they assumed we were waiting for a take-out order and told us to wait again. So we left. We made a reservation to come back two days later, and it was much easier, though we did still witness some service hiccups here and there (I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt with Adele being in town and Taylor Swift having just left: so many tourists). The food was great! I really enjoyed the blueberry pulled pork quesadilla. The margaritas were on point, and the guacamole was delicious. The interior decor was very flamboyant and Instagram-able (in a great way). If you want to eat here, make a reservation!

The positive first: food came quickly and it was hot. Burritos were okay, but I've had better ones. The portions weren't big though. At least the drinks prices were okay thanks to the lunch deal. Lots of vegetarian and vegan dishes. Service partly/partly. The employee who took food and drinks was super friendly. The woman who delivered food/drinks to the table still has room for improvement. Just slammed it carelessly on the table and placed the apple spritzer and glass right in front of a two-year-old's nose... Ambience is nice and toilets are large and clean. Overall okay, but we don't necessarily have to go there again.

Good Mexican food, with tasty vegan/vegetarian options. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. The prices are slightly higher. The quesadilla with kimchi was also an interesting and delicious combination of two cuisines.

Delicious food. A nice change from the German-Bavarian cuisine as heavy as a bullet to Pantera. It's better to book a table in advance, otherwise there's little chance of finding a free one. However, if you wait 15-20 minutes, something will certainly become available. Prices of dishes are approximately 12-20 Euro per person. I highly recommend it.

We visited here for the second time as the nachos were so delicious! We also had the burritos with pulled jack fruit (veggie) and we had some veggie tacos these were quite bland and just didn't taste as good as nachos. The service was ABIT of mess. They brought out our main before starters and missed some of our order. Would give the place another go!

Nice service and delicious bowls/salads. Everything tasted great, unfortunately the waiting time was a little longer than expected until we got our food. Burritos at the neighboring tables also looked delicious and definitely recommended if you want to enjoy a delicious meal at absolutely fair prices.

The appetizer and drinks were good, the burritos weren't that impressive and we had to wait almost an hour for our food.

The homemade iced teas and bowls are highly recommended! Spring Roll Bowl and Taco Bowl!!! A pleasure. Price-performance is great.

The food was delicious and with fresh ingredients. However, we didn't like the fact that when we ordered, since it was our first visit, they asked us if we wanted the guacamole on the side of the dishes, which they ended up charging us extra for. It wasn't the amount of money, but the fact that you were asked in a way that makes you think that it is included in the dish. The prices are already expensive enough to charge extra for this.

We had previously visited this little place on 2 previous visits to Munich as the food is fantastic as is the service. Our first visit this year was for lunch upon our arrival in Munich, the wife loves it there! it is where I discovered Augistiner beer..fantastic brew. I booked a table for our 18th wedding anniversary meal at the wife's request. again the food was outstanding and service was good too. I'd recomend that you book, it gets busy.

I’ve visited this restaurant several times with friends, and the food quality has consistently been outstanding. Every dish we’ve tried has been delicious, and we always leave satisfied with our meals. However, I must mention that the service doesn’t quite match the high standards of the food. On a few occasions, the waitstaff seemed a bit rushed, removing our plates almost immediately after we finished eating and even bringing the POS machine for payment before we were ready. While I understand the need for efficiency, this slightly detracts from what could be an otherwise perfect dining experience. I hope the service can be adjusted to match the quality of the food.
