This was our first time at La Buca—and certainly won't be the last! The Italian food was fresh, authentic, and incredibly delicious. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. The restaurant is also highly recommended for families—it's very child-friendly and has a warm atmosphere. We're already looking forward to our next visit 💛

Yesterday, around 9:15 p.m., the waiter told us, upon request, that we could still get some food. When we were seated, we were told to hurry because the kitchen was about to close. Okay, the food was okay. We were the last guests at 9:40 p.m. and would have liked another drink when the tables and chairs were moved around with an unbearable racket. Absolutely inhospitable!!

This was our second time eating there. I have celiac disease and have to follow a gluten-free diet. "La Buca" is a dream and highly recommended! All pizzas and pasta dishes can also be ordered gluten-free (for an additional charge), and the service and kitchen staff are truly knowledgeable! The best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten! I was there today from Kassel, and the staff were super friendly and very accommodating! I received a warm welcome. The pizza was a 10/10, the dough was very good, you could see and taste everything was freshly prepared. I'd love to go back :)

Based on the location and the first impression from the outside, I was very skeptical about whether this would be a positive restaurant visit. However, the restaurant's decor is very stylish, and the staff is very friendly and service-oriented. We had pizza and pasta dishes. Everything was delicious, so all in all, we had a great evening! We visited La Buca for the first time and were thrilled with the food and hospitality. Since I've been on a gluten-free diet, this was the first pizza I've ever truly enjoyed. A fantastic pizza base, crispy, and a real hit—and the toppings, too, of course. My husband's homemade ravioli was also delicious.

We've been here before and had to wait a very long time for anyone to arrive, and the food was average. There's always a second chance before I leave a review. After no one came to take our order after 30 minutes, we left. Response to the owner's reply: Have you ever considered why I should review you when I supposedly wasn't there? Two of us came by bike, which was parked in the bike rack to the left of the entrance to the bed shop. We sat outside at the table directly to the left of the door. While we were waiting, another slightly older woman came in as a customer and sat inside. There was another person sitting outside who already had a drink. Would you like to take your fingerprints? Unbelievable!

We were treated very friendly here. The atmosphere is great. The food and drinks were both very good. The pizza is incredibly delicious, and so is the lava cake dessert. We'll definitely eat here again.

We went there for the first time today. We haven't eaten out since my son was diagnosed with celiac disease two years ago. Today we wanted to do it again to show my son that there are still options for eating out even with celiac disease. We found La Buca through the DZG app. My son ate two portions of pasta with tomato sauce and said at home: "It's a shame we couldn't bring any sauce with us (we brought the delicious pasta with us)." We all really enjoyed the food. The service was excellent. We will definitely go back. It was nice to see my son so happy with his meal again!

We were just there and are thrilled and super full! There's a huge selection, from pasta, cannelloni, lasagna, pizza, to tiramisu and panna cotta. We had a gf pizza and the gf cannelloni, and I have to say (I'm not a gluten-free person) I haven't had such good Italian food in a long time! The gf was on a dark plate and the gh on a white one. They take great care to avoid contamination. I'm very picky about food, and I highly recommend it! Thank you so much!

I love this Italian restaurant :) Gluten-free pasta and pizza. And in very tasty varieties. The pasta and dough bases are also available for takeaway. The service is very friendly, and overall, you feel very comfortable there. We always enjoy coming back :)

We have been guests for years and even after the change of ownership, there is a great gluten-free kitchen for those with celiac disease.

The boss is annoyed because you want a clean table, and the waiter is apparently annoyed because he has to serve. The dishes aren't so great that they can afford this.

Yesterday I went to this restaurant for the first time with my girlfriend. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant and dishes are authentic. I have celiac disease and am always happy when I find a restaurant that offers gluten-free dishes. The vast majority of dishes on offer are gluten-free or are prepared gluten-free, especially pasta and pizza dishes. So I had a lot of choice for a change and could hardly decide. We were also given recommendations at the table and offered gluten-free lasagna and tiramisu. In the end I decided on a pizza, which was really delicious. The base is fluffy and crispy. My friend was also very happy with her gnocchi (not gluten free). Finally we had gluten-free tiramisu, which was also very tasty. I think the prices are completely okay. There is a small surcharge for the gluten-free versions, which is usually the case and I'm happy to pay if it tastes as good as it does here. In the entrance area there is wine and (gluten-free) pasta for sale in many different forms. I took 4 packs of 500 grams each for €7 each and am looking forward to making them at home. I'm always happy when I find special gluten-free foods that I haven't tried before. We will definitely eat here again. We didn't have to make a reservation yesterday (Saturday).

We were on the way back from vacation and were looking for a restaurant with gluten-free food (due to celiac disease) and came across "La Buca" on the internet. - nice service - delicious food (we had gluten-free pizza and gluten-free penne carbonara)... I don't know when was the last time I had such a delicious pizza - there are many gluten-free dishes (lasagna, cannelloni, pizza, tiramisu ...) - You can also buy gluten-free pasta, pesto, cookies, etc. in the restaurant If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely come back.

I had the tagliatelle with chicken strips and Champions No. 262. I really enjoyed it. My counterpart had lasagna. It was very thin. You could see his disappointment on his face. I don't understand why he didn't ask why it was so thin. Maybe there would have been a plausible answer. Another person had the scampies with salad. Although there were pieces of garlic in it, it still lacked a bit of garlic flavor. The scampies were otherwise very tasty and so was the salad. Ambience very nice. I liked the large painting on the wall with the Rialto Bridge. Since I've been to Venice before, the picture made me dream. The service, I mean it was the boss, was very nice. So all in all recommended.

I was there for the first time yesterday and was immediately impressed. Incredibly friendly welcome, great and honest advice on choosing the dish. The food was fantastic! Everything was perfect - my highlight was the preparation of the homemade pasta in a cheese wheel right at the table. The dessert was also to die for. 10/10 ☺️ (What is also particularly noteworthy is the very responsible approach to gluten intolerance. My companion was able to enjoy the food here without any worries 😊)

We happened to be guests at La Buca around lunchtime today. Found on Google while searching for gluten free lunch. Incredibly great shop! When I asked whether we could get gluten-free pasta or pizza for my wife, the young man replied: "Of course, why are you asking?". Gluten-free is absolutely normal for the restaurant and it was really very tasty. We bought some pasta and waffles on site. The meals were freshly prepared and plentiful and tasty! Absolute tip for Zöllis!

The service was super friendly and quick. The food was fabulous. We went to La Buca for the gluten free offering and we definitely weren't disappointed. The stuffed canelloni and also the spaghetti carbonara and the tiramisu for dessert were super delicious. You won't find such good Italian food for this price anywhere else. In and of itself, the small restaurant is really cute and makes you feel comfortable. The food is also super tasty, but I was a bit disappointed with the size of the portions. I ordered tortellinos and unfortunately only a children's portion arrived, which unfortunately didn't fill me up either. For dessert there was tiramisu, which unfortunately wasn't quite my taste, but the tortellini were super tasty. If the portions were a little larger I would give more stars, but unfortunately I have to admit my disappointment. In and of itself, I can still recommend visiting this restaurant ☺️

Under the new operator, the gluten-free offering was even expanded. In addition to the well-known pasta and the truly tastiest gluten-free pizza, there is now also gluten-free lasagne and cannelloni. We are very happy to continue.

Good Italian restaurant: We were here for the Christmas party and at first everything went well, but sometimes food or drinks were forgotten or mixed up and the service seemed a bit overwhelmed. Here you should perhaps think about preparing a set menu instead of à la carte for large groups; The mistakes would certainly not have happened that way. Nevertheless, the food tasted good and the portions were reasonable

Very nice staff and a great atmosphere. Almost everything on the menu can be ordered gluten-free for a small additional charge. The pizza, canneloni and bolognese are very tasty. There is also gluten-free tiramisu, which unfortunately I haven't been able to try yet due to the large portions. We eat here regularly because we like it very much :)

We were there on December 29th. Lunch for four (2 adults + 2 children) at La Buca. It was our first visit. I had often read recommendations about it on social networks. And since I'm gluten intolerant, La Buca has been on our list of restaurants to try for a long time. We had a table reservation, but it wasn't necessary that day. Kitchen and service are great! We can only confirm the often mentioned service, which is courteous and attentive without being intrusive. We ordered 3 different pizzas, one of which was gluten-free, and then dessert. In addition to soft drinks with the pizza, we had espresso for dessert. The Tirmaisu was gluten free and to die for! La Buca also offers gluten-free pasta and pizza to take away. We felt very comfortable and the kids didn't miss out. The price-performance ratio is great and we will definitely come back.

Wow!!! We went to la Buca for the first time today and it was absolutely exceptional! The flavors of the individual dishes were something very special in themselves. But the overall composition of the individual dishes, the local ingredients, the international spices and the perfectly matching wines fit together perfectly. That was food perfection today. I think it's so great that you can order every dish gluten-free.

We were there on November 16th, 2024 because I suffer from celiac disease myself and therefore rely on gluten-free food. Our friends knew La Buca and recommended it to us. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I got all the information I need as a celiac and diabetic. The gluten-free pizza was the best I've had since my diagnosis three years ago. We will definitely come back on our next stay in Hanover.

A really nice place with a large selection of gluten-free things. Various pasta dishes and of course pizza are available gluten-free. My personal highlight was the dessert, a gluten-free tiramisu, which was so delicious. For gluten-free enjoyment at home, there are a variety of Italian pasta varieties to buy and at Christmas time you can buy gluten-free panettone. The restaurant is an absolute recommendation for anyone who has to eat gluten-free and is in Hanover and the surrounding area.

Hello 🙋‍♀️ short history we ordered food from this restaurant via Uber today, which turned out to be a bit difficult because the order was already on the way before I could enter my details (of course it was already debited via PayPal). I spoke on the phone several times and on the first phone call I was told that instead of being happy that there was gluten-free pasta, people were complaining (online you can choose from different types, but the man on the phone said there was only one 😂which wasn't crazy is only then you shouldn't offer any varieties to choose from, which is what I advised him and he told me about the complaining) Well, anyway, we were a bit afraid that the driver wouldn't find us and we would wait for food and nothing would come! Well again I asked after 40 minutes and the food was there promptly. We then happily went to the table and looked forward to eating and lo and behold there were 10 ravioli (for €15) in my friend's bowl. (/see photo) and unfortunately very salty. And my gluten-free pasta was plentiful but unfortunately dry. I was also able to look for my zucchini and there were 3 scampis for €17!🫣😂 We called again, well in the meantime we just had to laugh because we really thought that the hidden camera would come out at some point! 2 pizzas were good from the men and luckily we had a gluten-free margarita pizza so that everyone was full. We have for them 10-ravioli Gluten-free pasta with hardly any accessories A pizza mista (that looked and tasted good) A 4 cheese pizza (was also delicious) A margarita gluten free And 2x starter plates paid 108€. On the phone they said we should come around when we were in the area and they would then apologize and something would happen. Well, that didn't bring us anything. We will order elsewhere in the future.

Ordered there for the first and last time. Way too expensive for the quality. Ravioli was a disaster. There were 10 of them and the tomato sauce was too salty. Hunger drove it in. The rest of the order was average. Olives with stones. Rather unfavorable on a pizza. Ambiance cannot be rated as it was a home order.

Good and varied range of gluten-free dishes. But everyone who can tolerate gluten can also eat well here, the pizzas are my absolute favorites and I can highly recommend them. The staff is very friendly and attentive. You can also buy a wide variety of gluten-free products, especially pasta, in the restaurant. Anyone who is undecided will receive good advice, which makes buying easier. Such advice could easily be adopted by other companies.

Drastic drop in quality regarding service. Admittedly, it was a hot day. But you don't have to let every guest feel that they are no longer welcome towards the evening. You are only reluctantly offered a table two hours before closing time (which is at 9 p.m.). Everything is free outside, but on the tables: rainwater from the afternoon, thick curls in the drink glass, crumbs and sticky stains from food. The request to clean a table obviously annoys the owner. After reluctantly wiping it three times with a rag, the table is said to be ready for use. Oh well. Now I sit down reluctantly because half of the stains are still there and the edge of my table is sticky. What else can come now? The tortellini. And they taste good too. But everything around it is terrible. No condiments on the table, the drink is slammed on the table without a word, menus are torn away - without a word. The guest actually doesn't exist. Finally: “See you next time.” — Thank you, definitely not! A FEW DAYS LATER: The owner responded to my criticism and tried to explain the stressful situation of the day. He apologized for the poor service. – I find that thoughtful and respectable. I would be happy if guests experience the service positively in the future.

I had the pleasure of visiting the best Italian restaurant in Hanover and absolutely loved it. From the moment we entered the restaurant we were greeted with warm smiles and a warm welcome. The atmosphere is authentically Italian, cozy and welcoming. The food is simply phenomenal! Every dish we tried was a taste experience. The antipasti were fresh and delicate, the pasta was perfectly al dente and the sauces were absolutely successful. The dessert, a classic panna cotta, was really delicious! The service was impeccable - attentive but not intrusive. The price-performance ratio is absolutely reasonable for the food and service. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy true Italian cuisine. It is definitely the best Italian restaurant in Hanover and I am already looking forward to my next visit.

The staff is super nice and tries hard without being intrusive. You can sit outside, but it's also very comfortable inside. We had two pizzas, pasta and pork medallions. The food was very tasty. You could taste that the chef knows what he's doing. The portions are more than enough. For dessert we had panna cotta with strawberry sauce. A dream. Come again
