La Bolognina in Berlin

Cool italian spot in the area with a nice sprinkle of Berlin vibe. The service was effective. The food was great. The price is a little above average for the area, but the overall experience makes it worth it.

Was a bitter disappointment compared to the last few times. Portions have shrunk while prices have increased. There wasn't much left of the once pleasant ambience... Luckily there are enough other good handmade pasta restaurants in Berlin.

The piadina in Berlin is here, and also some dishes from the Bolognese Emilia Romagna tradition. Like in a trattoria on the hill.

It used to be such a great restaurant, but now the prices have gone up quite a bit and the portions are getting smaller and smaller. What a shame! The ambience is no longer what it used to be. I won't be coming here again

A very nice little restaurant with super friendly staff. The pasta itself was delicious, but unfortunately the sauce didn't work at all. The ragu was just warmed tomato with salsicia without any spices and not cooked down at all. If the sauce is not cooked and reduced for hours, it will not get its typical taste. I went to this restaurant specifically because it was so praised and was very disappointed. To eat a sauce like that I could have gone to any so-called Italian restaurant and paid less and it would have tasted just as bad. Unfortunately, the Ragu cannot be recommended at all. Immediately after a stay in Italy, it was really terrible.

Pasta was very good but actually quite small for the price. Service friendly. Unfortunately, you are often approached by junkies outside...

The pasta was fresh and delicious, but the portions were too small for the price. I paid €14 for this plate, and we all ended up going to another restaurant for a second dinner. Would definitely give it a 5/5 if we try it again and the portions are bigger.

What a wonderful little Restaurant in Berlin Kreuzberg. We had very nice service and amazing handmade and fresh pasta. Basic Sauces but just delicious. Prices are very fair for the exceptional quality. It was possible to pay by card. If you're looking for some great pasta I really can recommend this :)

Had tagliatelle al ragù. Unfortunately it wasn't seasoned properly; the acidity of the tomato sauce was dominant, so that you couldn't even notice the taste of the salsiccia. No spiciness, no flavor notes, no flavor transitions. The portion was too small, so I was even more hungry after eating. 😅

The pasta tastes really good - very authentic, like in northern Italy. But: The portions are far too small for the prices (pasta 13 or 14 euros). I didn't get anywhere near full, neither did my girlfriend. And there is no bread served with the meal, there is no espresso or grappa on the house (completely normal for other Italians). And unfortunately it's not that nice to sit outside. So overall it was a rather disappointing experience for us.

Great prices and good atmosphere. The starters and pasta are absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly. I've been here several times without ever being disappointed.

We came here to give our friends a taste of Italian cuisine, and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious, the ragù had a delicious and intense aroma, the homemade pasta was cooked to perfection, the desserts were beautiful and delicious, the cannoli with sheep's ricotta was crunchy on the outside and super filling. In our group there was also a person with numerous food restrictions and he still managed to eat something good. The staff is young and extremely kind. We will definitely be back! I recommend it for those who want to rediscover the flavors of Bolognese cuisine here in Berlin.

Don't let the name fool you, the place has nothing to do with Bologna. When I mentioned it, the owner told me next time I should try piadina.. which is not from Bologna. They don't have any phone and the number you can find on websites/Google will ring forever. If you ask why, it looks like it's not their responsibility to have a phone number. In case of need (someone feels sick, you forget something and so on) , it's just your business. Isn't it a good way to show much they care about customers?

A very nice little shop with an exquisite menu and cheerful staff. You should be prepared for the fact that not all employees speak German, but Italian and English also work. The food came quickly and was very tasty, especially the pasta with pistachio pesto was highly recommended.

Ordered startes sardigne and butter brot for 6€, it is just 3 bread slices with quarter slices of cherry tomato and 0,5 sardigne on each. The slices were only based with butter on the ends. A half footed dish. Ragu tagliatelle is mediocre at best. Way different than when İ first visited 6 months ago. Would not try again.

Enjoyed the place! Waited a bit until we could order, but all fine. Dishes and drinks came super fast. Expected more from the pistachio pasta but the truffle butter delivered. 🤝 Unfortunaltey not the best Tiramisu so still out on the never ending quest to find a tasty tiramisu in Berlin.

Real Italian restaurant! Very nice location, delicious dishes, especially the butter and sage ravioli, excellent quality-price. The desserts are also delicious. The only thing to improve is German.

Very small and cozy restaurant with one of the best spinach ravioli dishes I’ve had in my life :) Homemade pasta can be purchased for 5 Euro to take home and cook. Definitely will return!

Unglaubliches Essen in einem unscheinbaren und kleinem Lokal. Was die Jungs aus einer 3m² Küche rausbekommen ist unglaublich! Absolute Empfehlung, wenn man einen Platz bekommt.

Ravioli was really tasty, but I can't understand the piadina which was Okey but so simple and not exciting at all. I'd suggest to refresh the starters menu as well as the interior-design. I'll be back

Dishes look beautiful, the place is intimate and warm, but the food tastes suprisingly average. Waitress was quite rude and not accomodating, focused on chatting with a friend, she forgot our drinks while we were the only people there, and had an attitude from the start, so we decided we’re better off getting them elsewhere. Will be giving it another chance tho

Bad experience. I‘ve been there before but this time the service was so so bad. I can’t remember I’ve been anywhere before where it was such a catastrophe. The food is good tho but overpriced. We were on a waiting list and got asked to come back after 40 minutes. No problem! It’s what we did. When we came back the waiter told us we gotta wait five more minutes outside in the cold. After 20 minutes outside we had to go in again and ask. No one asked us if we want a drink. No one gave any info or apologized. Then we were allowed to wait inside the restaurant for another fifteen minutes. They forgot the olives we ordered, it took them three times to bring the bread. They did not come to our table so that we could order our main course. Then they brought the wrong meals. No one even thought of saying sorry. And that’s not enough they played super loud Eurodance all the time. I would recommend to not go to this place ever. It’s bad.

Fantastic place. It has a look of an old fashioned Italian grocery store - we went at a busy time and got lucky to grab a spot at the ample counter. We ordered the pistachio pasta and a cherry tomato pasta, both were fresh and delicious! The pistachio pasta was special - a very rich and unusual dish, I still dream of it. Was the perfect meal the night before the marathon! If you’re from NYC, I would say this is better than the hard to get into and highly sought after Lilia. 😋😋😋

Incredibly rude- the entitled & rude woman told us they had no room when clearly there were seats available and the restaurant had 2 hours until closing.

We shared a few different types of pasta. The one with pistachio was a clear favourite. That said, everything we got was delicious. The prices were fair and Aperol Spritz still costs just 5 euros here. They took card too. You may have to wait a little while for a table but definitely worth it.

The food is really tasty but the service is so horrible I would not never come back. The 2 waistress don't seems to be happy to welcome you and you feel really uncomfortable inside the restaurant. The service takes 1 to 1.5 hour just to have the first food. Even if it's tasty, you can find better around, don't waste your money and time. Also be careful about the closing hours ! If you come after 21:15, you can't eat anymore. Would be honnest from the restaurant to update a little bit.

Food’s good but the service ruins the experience.

We came with two persons, ordered two starters and two noodle dishes. One of the starters didn’t come, the other took ages. Nothing that would especially need preparation. People arriving later than us got their starters and mains and finished them before our noodles were even served. Portions were small, the noodles were good, so was the cheese starter. that’s what the two stars are going to. The sauces of the noodles were boring in taste. The service was basically no service and of course they charged the starter they didn’t serve in the end. I’d highly recommend the service to pay more attention. I heard much good things about this place in advance. Sadly I have to say: not worth the hype..

Thanx God there are still places such as La Bolognina in Berlin. You won’t miss Italy anymore!!!

Es lo mas este lugar. Hay gente q dice q la carta es muy reducida pero eso es a propósito porque la pasta es fresca y por eso manejan 5/6 platos por día. La piadina es deliciosa tmb si not tenes mucho hambre (y el pan es casero). Lo mejor de todo es el tiramisù, el mejor de berlin ❤️

Der Laden war telefonisch, trotz vielen Versuchen von mehreren Personen über den Tag hinweg, nicht zu erreichen. Auch die Bedienung vor Ort, die Probleme hatte Deutsch zu verstehen, konnte keine Auskunft geben, bis wann die Küche geöffnet hat. Das Tiramisu war sehr lecker, aber die Ravioli (sowohl die mit Salbeibutter als auch die mit Trüffelbutter) waren eine Enttäuschung. Geschmeckt hat das Ganze nach Butter und Käse, Konsistenz labrig. Und dazu kommt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Es waren ca. 5 Raviolis in Butter für einen Preis von 12€ und wir haben das Restaurant leider hungrig verlassen. Ansonsten ist das Ambiente ok. Der Laden ist klein, aber gemütlich. Etwas besonderes, was ich zuvor so noch nicht gesehen habe, ist die offene Küche. Man kann dem Koch quasi beim Kochen zusehen.

Die Location und Lage des Restaurants sind sehr charmant - klein und gemütlich eingerichtet. Im Restaurant selbst kann es schnell sehr laut werden. Im Sommer stehen immer einige Tische draußen. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. So ein Service macht Spaß! Es gibt eine kleine Karten mit frischen und leckeren Gerichten - die Nudeln sind selbstgemacht. Ich fand das Essen lecker aber es hat mich nicht komplett überwältigt. Ich werde nochmal vorbeikommen.

Yuppie-Laden, Bedienung kann nur Englisch, Essen ok aber für den Preis viel zu kleine Portionen.

מקום קטם שמגיש תפריט איטלקי מצומצם ויינות טובים. יש יינות טבעיים בתפריט. ישבנו בחוץ למרות שהיה קר כי בפנים היה מלא. ונהננו ממש מהאוכל ומהיין. המלצרית הבינה היטב בתפריט ועזרה לנו להחליט

Always good food, very simple dishes that bring out the best Italian flavors and good wines that go with it! No reservations is a bit painful but if you go early you’ll definitely get a seat.

Die Pasta ist wirklich sehr lecker aber die Portionen sind winzig und teuer. Wir sind danach noch woanders essen gegangen weil wir alle nicht satt waren. Wenn man Glück hat bekommt man einen Platz an den 5 kleinen Tischen im Hinterzimmer. Wenn nicht sitzt man am Tresen und wird von reinkommenden Menschen angerempelt.

I would consider giving more stars but I have never had a good experience with the waitress who often works here, she’s quite snarky and makes you feel as though you’re bothering her when you want to order. The pasta itself is delicious, tastes homemade and like a nonna cooked it. However, while I am a fan of smaller portions (nothing worse than an overflowing, badly presented plate of food) I have always wanted just a bit more in order to leave with a fuller belly. Be prepared to order appetisers if you’re hungry.
