The ordering process is terrible. Delivery is a disaster. You can't order by phone, only through two agencies online. You have to download the app and pay an additional monthly fee. Am I supposed to pay a subscription? I'd be better off ordering elsewhere. So, my conclusion is: order somewhere else.

Large pizzas (really large), good selection of other dishes too. Everything is ok, including the prices.

After our regular visits for Pizza Day on Wednesdays, this promotion will likely end in November. So, no more Pizza Day from December onwards; no more pizza for €9.95. What a shame! Since the pizza isn't worth the full price of up to €17 to us, we'll probably have to look for an alternative.

Unfortunately, one person had to wait over half an hour longer for their food. The waitress was great and ended up speaking to the manager to get them compensation. The food was delicious.

Good service, food without a long wait!

The food was good, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, there weren't enough customers, so it usually took a very long time to place orders. This was especially true if you wanted a second or third drink. Those drinks were then lost, resulting in lower sales. In the end, it was better for my wallet. I also don't understand the nonsense about the plates being too small for the pizza. Technically speaking, it's a pain to cut the pizza that way. Surely you can buy suitable plates, boards, or something similar somewhere.

The pizza we ordered was burned, but the staff offered us to make another one for us. Since it was too late we had to choose it. He was nice and the service was good. Spacious, rustic and cozy atmosphere

The pizzas are very large, extending beyond the edge of the plate. If four people are sitting at a table for four and everyone is eating pizza, it gets very cramped. It's important to know that this used to be a nightclub, so it's a large hall and very noisy.

We invited the whole family (13 people) to brunch for a birthday celebration. We had no prior experience with this and were only familiar with the menu items. Based on our positive previous experiences, we decided to give it a try and were more than delighted. The food selection was extensive and varied, not only fresh and delicious, but also frequently and generously replenished. There was something for everyone, all in true Italian style. The desserts were also very tasty, and overall, the value for money was excellent. The staff was very friendly and particularly welcoming to children. The service was attentive without being intrusive. All in all, it was a wonderful day. Everyone in our group was happy. We would gladly return.

Applies to the brunch buffet. The focaccia was a failure, but almost everything else was good, and there were even a few highlights like the country bread with a poached egg, dip, and avocado. Plus, really friendly service. A pleasant surprise.

We've been there a few times to eat and the food is delicious, but the service needs to change a lot. We should just ask more often if we need any more drinks. It's unacceptable that after ordering three times the drinks still don't arrive at the table. That shouldn't be the case, especially as we pre-ordered three bottles of water. Please don't offer this service if you can't keep it, it's a shame, I expected it, even though there were several of us there I expected something different, and only the friendliness of your staff rectified what went wrong with you, and it wasn't so busy that it couldn't be managed, and the evening cost me a lot of money! In summary, it's OK, but nothing more!

The restaurant is comfortably furnished, but has a hall-like feel and is generally very loud. The service was very attentive, quick, and friendly. The pizza itself was very tasty, but unfortunately, it got cold very quickly.

Despite the staffing shortage, the waiters went to great lengths to make the birthday dinner special. The "birthday girl" was even surprised with a wonderful serenade and a dessert! A visit every time!

Great team. Even though there was a football match beforehand, the service was really quick. Everyone was very attentive. After finding out it was a birthday party, the entire team came out with a birthday song and a piece of cake. I can especially mention Alicia, who took care of us the most. All the staff were outstanding. Thank you so much for that.

We waited half an hour for someone to come take our order. We got delicious desserts and coffee quite quickly, but we waited another half hour for our pizza and drink, and it was cold. Guests who arrived after us got their food first... a disaster. Spaghetti carbonara was tasteless.

Unfortunately, the pasta was very hard and a very small portion compared to the huge pizza. The Margherita pizza tasted only of tomato sauce.

Went there for a birthday 🎂 🥳 🎉 meal. I expected it to be a bit better, but the pizza 🍕 was very thin and had a poor topping. 🍜 Pasta was delicious 😋. I found it very noisy to eat there. The first impression was 👍, but the service deteriorated. Ordered, and after about 15 minutes the pasta arrived, which was fine. But the pizza 🍕 didn't arrive for another 25 minutes. By then, the others at the table had almost finished their pasta 🍜. If they had waited, the pasta 🍜 would have been cold.

I've been to many chains. I was mostly disappointed... until I got to Gelsenkirchen... It's a different world... Great welcome. Top service, simply outstanding. And a different quality than other chains. The manager of this store is top-notch, and so is his staff. Thanks again for everything...

We had reserved a table at the restaurant for yesterday from 5:15 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. Unfortunately, the visit was very disappointing. When we wanted to order a pizza, the waitress told us it would "take a very long time" – without being able to give a specific time. When we asked for lasagna, we were told it was already sold out. So we opted for pasta and salads. The Lillet was served in 0.4-liter glasses because they apparently didn't have any suitable glasses left. The salads arrived quite quickly, but the pasta didn't. Guests who arrived later and ordered pizza received their dishes well before us. After waiting for almost two hours, we finally canceled the remaining orders and left – and ended up eating a currywurst in the arena. Conclusion: Unfortunately, this restaurant is not recommended for events at the arena.

Before the Pur concert, it was clear that it would be hectic, but the people there were still very friendly. The food was also good.

Bad service, very slow. We waited almost 2 hours. Unfortunately, the food wasn't very tasty either. My pasta had exactly 3 pieces of beef in it. No communication. We won't be back. Worse than the competition, like Vapiano, etc. We weren't full either...

We had a wonderful experience with my family! We all had pasta; my husband and son had spaghetti, and I chose penne. Everything was so fresh, we loved the taste. For dessert, my son had spaghetti ice cream, and my husband and I had panna cotta. Our Americano was also very good. We would especially like to thank the lady who served us. We couldn't see her name on the name tag, but she was incredibly attentive and friendly. She took care of about 8-10 tables on her own, running everywhere, cutting pizzas, clearing tables, and packing products. Such a dedicated employee definitely deserves more support. We happily tipped her and thank her very much for this wonderful experience. Our only negative criticism is the men's restrooms, which were not very clean and smelled. An improvement in this area would make the overall experience perfect.

Four of us went there for dinner before the game. The service was fast and friendly. The food was a 10 out of 10. I can recommend Losteria in Gelsenkirchen with a clear conscience. What I personally noticed was that, despite the high customer traffic, the restrooms were very clean, which isn't a given, as we were there before the Schalke vs. Bochum home game. Simply top-notch, keep up the good work!

First time at such a chain for pasta, sorry, and also the last time. If I want pasta, I'll only go to an Italian restaurant. I had macaroni with grilled vegetables in tomato sauce. The vegetables were mashed, and the tomato sauce had no taste. I was a bit suspicious when they served salt before the meal. Portions aside, it certainly wasn't filling. To finish off, I ordered an espresso macchiato, which was the worst we've ever had. All in all, very disappointing.
