L´Osteria Euskirchen in Euskirchen

Unfortunately, my last visit wasn't so pleasant. I had to wait a long time for service, and the food was okay and barely lukewarm.

Extremely bad service. We had to wait a really long time for service and had to call twice to order. Even so, we waited a really long time for our food, even though the place wasn't busy.

So, I'm sorry. The atmosphere was quite nice, but the music was much too loud, making conversation almost impossible... The service was unfortunately very poor. The waiters are busy with everything but the well-being of the customers, and then they want tips. I'm sorry, but that's cheeky... Even the German railway is faster than L'osteria Euskirchen. I missed three delayed DB trains while waiting 1.5 hours for my food. Starters were taken but never brought to us because they realized after an hour that they weren't there anymore. The price-performance ratio is abysmal... I'm sorry, but all in all, a very poor place, and I expect much more...

Today, as we often do, we had dinner at L'Osteria with our three children. It was lovely as always, the staff were very friendly, and the drinks and food arrived quickly. Today, the service was truly exceptional. The child-friendliness was also great. Very understanding and considerate. We love it here and would love to come back!

The food was good. Service could have been improved, i.e., it was a disaster. We had a reservation and it wasn't very busy. We had to wait a while for a table assignment; the menus weren't brought after ordering, and cutlery and napkins were only brought upon request. The main course wasn't brought at the same time; my pizza was served when my wife was almost finished with hers. We've been here in Euskirchen many times, but today's experience means we'll be taking a longer break from Losteria Euskirchen. It's a shame, really.

Basically, there's nothing to complain about, but nothing to particularly praise either. In my opinion, L'Osteria's price-performance ratio hasn't been right for a while. The quality of the food has deteriorated, and the prices are outrageously high. The atmosphere is still nice! The service is okay, but far from professional. Mood swings are commonplace and human, but have no place in service. There is one exception: a lady who is always very professional and friendly and is very attentive to children.

A really great restaurant. The food is incredibly delicious. The prices are great too. Not that expensive, actually. I'd happily go back.

The nicest L'Osteria I've ever been to. The staff was a bit rude, but that could have been due to the time (10 p.m.). I would come again.

The ambiance is nice. It can get a bit loud when there are a lot of guests, but that's okay. The reception was semi-friendly. Drinks were ordered quickly and arrived quickly. After that, something went wrong. It took 30 minutes before we could order. At two tables, guests were waiting to pay, and at another, they were even waiting to order. Unfortunately, things didn't move any faster after that. Perhaps the area was too large for one server. But the food was very tasty, and so were the drinks, which is the main thing.

Addition to my old review...after the owner replied to me that they were looking into the matter, I went there again yesterday... And the opposite was the case, friends of the staff once again parked in the disabled parking spaces. When you came in you were left out and the collection of young men and their demeanor was more reminiscent of a shisha bar than a restaurant where a father could go with his children. It's a shame that the L Osteria has become so run down in such a short time.

We were at L'Osteria last night with the "extended family" with children and a dog and are always very impressed by the food and the relaxed atmosphere and the nice and uncomplicated service team.

Ate very tasty today and the staff was very nice as always. We'll be back...

Meine Pizza war der Rand sehr hart. Die Tomatensauce eingezogen nicht wie sie gehört. Käse über Salami. Drei Scheiben Salami wie eine Schiffschaukel. Das Servivepersonal guckt an einem vorbei. Selbst bei Getränkebestellung keine Reaktion. Beim Abräumen dann bekam ich zu hören warum ich nicht direkt was sagte. Beachtung war ja eh nicht. Bei meiner Freundin Haar im Essen auf neues Essen lange warten müssen. Aber zum Thema Pizza da schmeckt eine TK Pizza von Wagner besser. Da ist wenigstens Geschmack!

The food and service were, without exception, good as usual. Only the management and the dealings with the waiters are simply underground. You could hear shouting in the background as the service was being shouted at. So unpleasant that we skipped our dessert and left. Our children were shocked.

Food: Everything tasted OK. Unfortunately the selection was a bit limited for brunch. I think it could have cost €5 more, but the selection was better. E.g. noodles at the right time, 2 types of sauces etc... Service: Friendly at the beginning, but then when we expressed the desire to sit at a table with 17 people or push tables together, the overwhelming demands were written straight on our faces. That wouldn't work. That's fine if you like. So we're up one floor and we're done... Ambiance: OK so far Conclusion: Girls, put in a little more effort, then you wouldn't have to run back and forth up the stairs.

Unfortunately, our visits to Euskirchen are getting worse from time to time. The service is mostly unfriendly and rude, reacts inappropriately to incorrectly taken orders, the children's meals are repeatedly only served minutes after the adult meals that have already been brought to the table, no: "Is everything to your satisfaction?". The food as such was delicious. At the end we found out that the bonus system had been changed and that our visit, since we had already paid, no longer counts and that we should have noted this before paying. Before it was the other way around, you needed the receipt. A friendly note before paying would have been appropriate. When asked if this could be pointed out, they said: We're not at the checkout here at Rewe asking for points...” Dear L'Osteria, you brought the bonus system into being?! Since we love the concept and the food, we will look for another branch.

I absolutely loved my visit to L’Osteria Euskirchen! The atmosphere is modern and cozy, the staff is super friendly and attentive. The pizza was huge, crispy and tasted like a dream - exactly how you want it. The pasta was also fresh and perfectly seasoned. Great value for money. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone who loves Italian food!

I have visited many Losterias, but unfortunately my visit here was the most disappointing. The employee at the entrance (OBS manager) was extremely unfriendly and that significantly diminished the overall impression. We were wearing comfortable sweatpants that day, and that immediately caused strange looks that were clearly noticeable. As a starter we had bruschetta, but it was served without a plate or napkin. If you don't want to serve the people sitting outside, you should close the terrace. The employee Adrian was very nice, thanks to him. It's a real shame that so little emphasis is placed on friendliness and good service.

Today we were at L'Osteria in Euskirchen and ordered a bruschetta as a starter and unfortunately the bread was completely burnt all around and on the bottom and top. And I ordered a pizza half salami/half ham mushroom with garlic and I only got a whole ham mushroom and I got garlic as oil to put on it myself, which was actually just oil because the garlic wasn't given as a gift. The waitress was very nice and the restaurant is also very nice.

We went for brunch today... the food was good! Unfortunately there wasn't much after 11 a.m. The waffle iron was cleaned at 11 a.m., the dessert came and was gone after a minute after a rush!!!!! It's a real shame that it's not being refilled! Unfortunately this BRUNCH is not recommended!!!

Unfortunately I can't recommend it for brunch. We had a reservation at 10:30am. There was almost no food left, there was almost a fight over the waffles and no one took care of enough supplies. Our hot drinks arrived cold and the cocoa was unfortunately inedible.

Preferably no stars. Today the 5 of us had brunch at 10:30 - 12:30 The only thing there was pizza, 2 jars of jam, sourdough bread and egg (only made once) and some pasta and potato salads. There were no more rolls, croissants or anything similar and no replenishment either. Not even when asked - it's still in the oven. No more boiled eggs, no more scrambled eggs. Waffle iron has already been identified. No fruit. No cereal things. Milk empty. Cold cuts 3x salami 2x cooked ham. Cheese 2 types - no cream cheese, quark or similar nothing!?!? What is that ? What do I go to brunch for? Cocoa was baking cocoa powder with water - I gave it back because it was really inedible. The girls' coffees were cold with collapsed foam. Mini latte for 4.75!?!okeeeey Then I got some yoghurt - it wasn't edible, the yoghurt was sour - I gave it back and said it was bad, it tasted sour - the same container was still there at the counter when we left :) What I ate were 2 rolls with butter and cooked ham - because there was really nothing!!!!! There was something else in the 2 hours. As well as a drink for a relaxed 25 euros :) I'll never do that again. Never had a worse brunch or breakfast. Horror really. And I was hungry - really hungry even when I left. And I'm pregnant. That makes me angry.

Wir waren dieses Mal an einem Sonntag Abend in der L Osteria in Euskirchen. Total unkomplizierter und netter Service... Das Restaurant war gut gefüllt, aber nicht zu voll. Dieses Mal hatten wir die Tagesempfehlung Pizza " Saksiccia" ... sehr lecker... hervorzuheben war das Dessert Duo Piccolo .. total frisch und lecker.. wir kommen natürlich wieder.

Went there yesterday and after 1.5 hours we left after our food still hadn't come. After our complaint, we were told that according to the system we had an official waiting time of “only” 1 hour. The fact that we had to wait half an hour at the beginning before we could even order was simply forgotten. The fact that you shouldn't wait an hour at a franchised restaurant was also ignored. No apologies or accomodation, there is no customer friendliness here.

We went out to dinner with friends on a Saturday evening. At 6 p.m., when we arrived, the restaurant was busy and became even busier as time went on. The friendly and attentive, but often overworked, service staff (we were served by three different employees over the course of the evening) quickly took our drink order. It took about 15 minutes for us to receive our drinks. With the drinks delivered, we ordered our meals (some with and some without appetizers) around 6:20/6:25 p.m. We received the appetizers around 7 p.m. The main courses didn't arrive until 8:20 p.m. after repeated inquiries, and the last course arrived another 7-10 minutes later. In my opinion, this is an unacceptable time for a dish that takes a few minutes to prepare and, according to the server, "3-5 minutes" in the oven. We also had to wait a long time for drinks; On several occasions, any orders were only taken after we actively approached them, and they often took 15-20 minutes to arrive. The food itself was great; there's nothing to complain about! It should be noted that we received a free digestif after paying. Unfortunately, this was just a disappointment. However, due to the extremely long wait times and chaotic service, this visit can only be given a well-intentioned 2 stars.

Unfortunately it wasn't so good today. We had to return the wine, unfortunately the white wine was too sour. The waiting time was also very long. The restaurant was full but perhaps there weren't enough staff on site. With three people at the table, the food was brought to the table differently. They also didn't ask for drinks again. That's why the beer only came as a “dessert”. A pizza was also baked borderline. I have to return them and have them baked again. Overall just mediocre today.

Unfortunately the quality was also very poor. The noodles were just spicy, the beef in it was dry and tough, otherwise it didn't taste like anything. At the end the waitress asked if we liked it. But then it's better not to respond to the negative answer, accept the payment and leave. Definitely the last visit here. Simply not recommended.

We reserved a table for brunch last weekend at 10:30 a.m. (four people). When we arrived in the parking lot, we could already tell that the restaurant was busy. We were quickly assigned a table upstairs in the restaurant. The service staff seemed stressed, but friendly nonetheless. Unfortunately, the buffet itself had run out of food. We stood for several minutes in the entrance area with our empty plates, waiting for something edible to be brought from the kitchen to the buffet. The filter coffee mentioned above, which was included in the price, also seemed to be almost never available. For the price, we really didn't expect much, but we also didn't think we'd leave the restaurant hungry. We would recommend L'osteria as a restaurant in the evening, but we won't be coming back for brunch.

Super tasty pizza... to eat enough. The dough is on point, enough toppings.....full marks! One point deducted...the draft beer was at room temperature. And what I'm missing is some "Italian soul" that makes a good pizzeria.

It took almost an hour for the food to be delivered to the table. While the pizzas were served at the same time, my wife had to ask - her food didn't arrive until 20 minutes later. An absolute no-go. Spontaneously visited a L'Osteria today. This time in Euskirchen. Haven't been to this chain for ages...But they wanted to fall back on something tried and tested, quite good and fresh system catering. The gentleman in service tried very hard to show that he doesn't know the difference between 0.0 alc beer and alcohol-free beer, which is easy to forgive. The monthly specials were advertised, but unfortunately the desired dish was sold out. The dishes we received all looked appealing and were at the desired temperature... But! Every dish was so bland, unseasoned, interchangeable and boring in taste. The mozzarella, the tomato sauce, the gorgonzola on the pizza, even the garlic just didn't taste like anything! Nothing at all. Even lots of salt and pepper didn't help. We remember it completely differently. Bread demand, the menages on demand... All this for 2 people and 1 child for almost 80€... Try your dishes and revise your recipes, dear L'Osteria! PS: The tipping options when paying by card are very unpleasantly intrusive.

The outdoor area is particularly beautiful and invites you to linger on warm days. The staff is friendly and attentive, even if it sometimes takes a little longer when the house is full. A small negative point is the sometimes high prices, which are slightly above average. Nevertheless, you get good quality and large portions here. Overall, a very good address for Italian food in Euskirchen that you'll be happy to come back to again.

The food was an absolute dream – from the starter to the dessert it was simply top! 🤩 The new salad with the shrimp was particularly amazing. Service just seemed hectic and uncouth. No knowledge of manners. Toilets on the 1st floor OG are clean. Large parking lot.

Ok, I found the portion of spaghetti ice cream to be a bit small for €5.50. But it's a matter of discretion. I don't understand why the potato soup isn't available on the monthly menu. I also want to ignore the little flies circling around the food. But the waiter's saying that you "only" tip 4 euros doesn't work at all. “If I were alone now there would have been a bang.” Even when I wanted the receipt because of the collection points, the poor guy had to go to the counter again, the guy was pretty unfriendly.

The place seems to go in the industrial area. I ordered a pizza and it was raw, I also specified to the staff that I want it well cooked, nothing, useless. I have been a pizza chef for 20 years and I was very disappointed. The non-existent mozzarella, little tomato, the pizza was huge. It's an insult.

It's a nice location. The food was also good. I even let myself be carried away by it, better than in some other branches. Especially not so loud. I make a few compromises when it comes to service, although I think it's definitely difficult to find Maaß from penetrating to non-existent. The only tip I can give is to look at the dish you ordered. Do you need oil, balsamic vinegar, etc.? If some dishes are generally rather mild, simply add salt and pepper or ask if you want it. 😉😊 I'm sure it wasn't the last time I was there.

Just like a Losteria is. Compared to Bonn and Bornheim, I prefer to go to Euskirchen. Only these big floor lamps are terrible because they flicker... very uncomfortable for me to sit near.

We went there relatively late last Saturday (around 7 p.m.) for dinner. We initially ordered 4 pizzas and some salads and drinks. The dishes are very tasty. We recommend the chicken BBQ pizza and the small side salad. Unfortunately we had bad luck with the service staff. The drinks took 30 minutes and the pizzas took about an hour, even though the restaurant was significantly less busy at the time we ordered our food. We weren’t really a “big” table either. One brunette waitress was particularly cold and unfriendly. Our last round of drinks also took 20 minutes, so we had to go back because we had already finished eating and were ready to pay by then. The drinks we didn't have were of course added to the bill, which we didn't like. There seems to be something wrong with the communication between the staff here! The quality of the food may be exceptional, but it doesn't make up for the poor service. Otherwise it is loud due to the high ceilings and the lighting is generally too dark. We would be happy to order from L'Osteria Euskirchen again, but next time we will take away. Thank you!

Food was good as always. We were there with the grandchildren. It took 50 minutes for the food to arrive, something we're not used to. The younger grandson got his gnocchi 15 minutes later, which of course he didn't understand. Neither do we! The 2 half pizzas we shared were hanging well over plates on both sides. If there had been a mat on the table, this would have been ok. So the pizza lay on the dirty table. Maybe we had a black day or a dark hour. ..... Will try again! Too bad

Update 12/15/24 Sunday lunch, with family without reservation. There were still a few places left. We were assigned a seat by the window. I took a dish from the weekly menu, it was delicious with parmesan (see picture) 👍 otherwise we also tried the ice cream flavors. Were quite ok. I liked Lemon the best. For the price, we would also have another dessert. About the ambience: The choice of music could be a little quieter and more subtle. About the service: Was a bit inattentive today. The food order was only accepted 25 minutes after arrival. Food came relatively quickly. After dessert we had to get up and ask ourselves. Plates were not cleared during dessert. I think that folding pizza boxes or rearranging Christmas decorations can be done when the guests are actually taken care of, at least making eye contact every now and then. Another positive thing to mention is the activity and the crayons for the children! Thank you :) ------ It's nice to be able to visit another location as a Losteria regular. Time: 7 p.m. to end. Parking: There are enough parking spaces for disabled people at the entrance. Ambiance: Very nicely and comfortably furnished. We were presented with the weekly menu. After the meal it was cleared away promptly. Every now and then I asked if everything was OK. Food & delivery time: Food was tasty. I ordered a margarita pizza. Nice and big, just as you would expect from Losteria. We weren't in a hurry, but the food could come a little quicker. Tiramisu was a bit meager in terms of portion. Order & cleanliness: Tables and floor were clean, nothing to complain about. Price-performance: The prices are slightly higher. For the portions and the performance... a bit too high, needs to be better! Keep it up!

Were there this afternoon. Some seats dirty with leftover food/pizza crumbs etc. Larger leftovers under tables. Under the table we had chosen, there were little silverfish-like animals crawling between the leftover food, only bigger. We left the restaurant quickly.

Leider mussten wir nach 15 Min nachfragen, ob eine Bedinung zu uns kommen kann. Diese hat dann leider unser Essen noch falsch aufgenommen. Die falsche Pizza wurde dann mitgenommen und wir haben dann die andere Pizza erhalten. Ich fragte nach dem Dessert welches auf der Tageskarte stand . Es hieß, dass dieses aus sei. Aber anstatt zu fragen ,ob ich etwas anderes möchte, wurde sich rumgedreht und gegangen . Also habe ich keine Nachspeise gegessen . Leider kam dann wieder keine Bedienung und wir mussten uns erneut die Bedienung an den Tisch rufen, um zu bezahlen. Auf der Rechnung stand dann auch noch die Pizza, welche wir nicht bestellt hatten . Also der Service war höchstens einen Stern wert. Das Essen war ok, die Pizzen groß . Aber es war jetzt nicht außergewöhnlich .

Not sufficiently signposted for the dark in the commercial area. The entrance area is excellent so that guests are not disturbed by it. Even though we were registered, there was no reservation. But the reception was so flexible that there was no delay. High, perhaps even very high noise level. The waitresses were excellent. They were friendly, quick, accommodating and made you feel welcome. Even though the chef forgot or couldn't find the garlic in my PIZZA Marinara, the pizza was still good. Of course, very good would have been better. The management there shows no appreciation for the guests. The knives have become dull from years of washing in the dishwasher. Despite frequent complaints, they will not be replaced. I want to have a relaxed dinner and not struggle with the pizza. If I enter these places again, the first thing I'll do is ask for the knives to be shown to me. Maybe I'll be out quicker than I was in. Finally, two positive factors. The toilets were clean. The tips go to all employees except the boss.

Nice atmosphere. Friendly service. Very tasty food.

The food is delicious, but the waiting times are often extremely long. (waited up to 45 minutes for the dishes).
