The food was served fairly quickly, my drink was forgotten. After I had already eaten half of the pizza, I carefully asked... then it took a while until the drink came. You could earn more from the drinks...

Food is always very tasty. It's great for the children, there is a play area on the terrace. However, Cola tastes different there than usual... The waiter brought a new one and it didn't taste good either.

The very large restaurant is located in a completely atypical area, outside the city in a commercial area. Parking is free and plentiful. The ambience is a matter of taste, it is rather unromantic and objective. The food is okay, tasty and at still acceptable prices. The waitress is a cool guy who does the restaurant good, his manner is fondly remembered. All in all a positive experience. Gladly again.

I think L'osteria is a place with Italian flair and a modern look. But what is particularly important: The food not only looks good, it also tastes good. What I also like is the sign: "Pizza too big? Share it." Often you don't dare. Here it is officially allowed and so less ends up in the trash. I find that exemplary👍🏻 And let's be honest... My torteloni were very tasty, but when I saw the delicious pizzas that were bigger than the plates, I also felt jealous. 😋 Next time 😁

We always enjoy going to L'Osteria. Everything tastes very good and the prices are okay. The atmosphere is nice and the playground for children is great. However, unfortunately you always have to bring a lot of time with you. Every time it takes a really long time to take the order, re-order drinks, eat and finally get the bill.

Went there late yesterday afternoon. Not much going on due to the time of day. Service was still a long time coming. Ordered a dish from the extra menu, tagliatelle with pumpkin, etc. The waiter disappeared to ask something and came back to tell us that ALL dishes containing cream could not be prepared because there was no cream. Supposedly a colleague went to Rewe, but there wasn't one there either. WHAT? No cream at Rewe???? Okay, I have pizza, my son has spaghetti with bolognese. Plate arrives, a touch of Parmesan on it. My son politely asks if he could have some more parmesan. The waiter then said he had to check whether there was any more parmesan. Um...How can that be? He comes back with some grated Parmesan instead of grated. Okay, that works too. Pizza wasn't great, it lacked flavor and wasn't baked properly either. The Bollo also tasted rather bland. “Mom, yours is better” doesn’t exactly speak for an Italian restaurant. It's a shame, your food was better at first...

We waited over 1.5 hours for our food.

Good price-performance ratio of food and drinks. Unfortunately, we apparently had bad luck with the service staff that day. The drinks sometimes took a very long time or were sometimes completely forgotten. About the ambience: As in all L'Osteria stores, a conversation can become more difficult when it gets more crowded and the background noise becomes very loud.

Table for 5 people ordered in advance online. We sat at our assigned table and a waitress wanted to give us the cards. You had to ask to wash the table first (wiping the table properly would have to be trained again, among other things), as the remains from the previous guests could still be seen. Well and good, we ordered from our waitress and the main course for 5 people came in 3 stages. Only 2 dishes, when the first ones were almost finished the next two dishes and then finally the 5th person was allowed to eat too. This was very unpleasant for our service staff as things didn't go well out of the kitchen. The pasta dishes were very oily. Opinions about the food were very different. At the end of the toilet there was still no toilet paper in every toilet. I think it's a shame because in my opinion things can and should go better. Conclusion: Food, service and ambience are very different. From good to bad. Therefore in total 3 stars.

When I saw the pizza in front of my eyes, I could hardly believe what a price/performance ratio the pizza had given its size! pizza was delicious and too much for my stomach :D enough parking space, a nice and pleasant place, can only be recommended!

There wasn't even an order: the restaurant was 50% full. Waited 10 minutes at reception and another 10 minutes at the table. Then we left. Things are much better in Aachen.

Brunch was great. And inexpensive. Finally ate pizza, it was also very good. Gladly again.

We arrived first and the waiter was very unfriendly and said to us quote: Hey guys, there's only pizza, no hello or anything else. We were sitting at the table and noticed that one of the tables was ultimately shaking and I almost had the fall of my life, so I'll just say 1 star rating on jelp.

Service bad and inattentive. Totally stressed. Asked several times what we ordered. Ordered two identical dishes. No one gets through the noodles. In one case there was almost no pumpkin at all, in the other the pasta was flooded with sauce. Unfortunately, I've had bad experiences here in the past regarding service and food. We won't be coming back. It's a shame, it's actually a nice shop and the branches in Cologne are much better.

We accepted an invitation today. I didn't even know about this restaurant until today. This restaurant has existed in Euskirchen since 2019. The building is modern from the outside and inside. The team consists mainly of young, cool and friendly staff. The restaurant is apparently very busy and many people come to pick up their ordered food. Unfortunately, I don't know whether they also deliver. You had made a reservation and you were escorted to your table. Shortly afterwards a waitress came and took the drink order. During this time we chose our main course. I ordered a ham pizza, my companion ordered a tuna pizza and two chicken barbecue pizzas. The pizzas are really huge but the dough base is very thin so you can eat the pizza easily. Well, at least I do. The pizza base is very tasty and the topping also tastes fruity, as far as the tomato sauce is concerned. Personally, I think the ham was a bit lean on the pizza. But apart from that, you'll be pretty full. The restaurant is modernly furnished and has modern music. It is also really well attended and I recommend making a reservation here. Dogs are welcome and are also served water. What didn't strike me as positive is the fact that a tip is automatically included when paying with the card. 10% will automatically be added to the amount paid. It will explain how you can deactivate it and if you want to give tips how you can change it. Personally, I don't think that's okay because I want to decide for myself whether, when and how much I want to tip. I don't like to be told how to do it and if you're not careful you'll leave more tips than you're willing to give. I can very well imagine that I would like to eat pizza here regularly since my regular pizzeria was unfortunately closed after the flood. I have found a worthy successor here and can highly recommend this pizzaria. Thank you for the really friendly, cool service that really appeals. Keep it up.

This is the second time I've received a lasagne that was still frozen on the inside. My partner then finished eating and I finally had the “freshly prepared” lasagne packed up. I can really understand that chefs are under stress, but reheating a lasagna should be a basic.

Pizza Margherita zum Abholen bestellt- top war die Schnelligkeit: in 15 Minuten abholbereit. Das ist schon das einzig Positive - gleichzeitig auch das Problem: Teig war noch nicht durchgebacken. Die Größe der Pizza ist auch nur scam- platte Flunder und Tomatensoße geschmacklich keine Offenbarung. Das Beste: Kellner konnte angeblich nicht wechseln- somit schön Trinkgeld geschnorrt, wofür? Habe das Essen doch selber abgeholt! Für mich insgesamt ein Erlebnis zum Abgewöhnen - gehe nicht mehr hin.

Overall satisfied, everything was fine, we continue to recommend it.

Super disappointed, the worst macaroni I've ever eaten. They weren't al dente, but raw and the vegetables weren't really seasoned either. It's a shame, but the salad with turkey was delicious. The ambience is great, but unfortunately it doesn't fill you up :-) Given the prices, I just expect great food and no raw pasta. The service was very friendly and attentive.

Unfortunately the area isn't the prettiest, but once you sit inside it all goes away. Great atmosphere and simply great. Vegans and dog owners are also very welcome. Everything is well marked on the map. A symbol with one leaf for vegetarian and two leaves for vegan. Almost every pizza can then be given a vegan twist. Even a chicken BBQ pizza has vegan chicken strips and vegan processed cheese. The processed cheese is also “OK”. It's a little too overpowering and I think there are better alternatives to sprinkled cheese, but it's still delicious. Vegetarians have it better here, because the cheese can spoil your appetite a bit. For me, “I could eat here every day” becomes “I really enjoy coming here.” Which is still good, but there is room for improvement. Otherwise, as a vegan, I unfortunately discovered one day that neither the processed cheese nor the substitute for the chicken strips were there. But this was only an isolated case - but it shouldn't happen if you attach great importance to it anyway. The vegan pasta is also very tasty, although I would also be happy about vegan cream sauces or even vegan tortellini. But I'm pulling my whole hand again. It's a great vegan restaurant with far more vegan options than most others

The menu was clear, but I liked the selection. Tuna pizza 🍕 was very large and tasty. Lugana wine 🍷 was delicious and drinkable. I liked the reception, the service was okay. Prices were okay too.

Went to L'Osteria again after a long time. Unfortunately, the MG location really spoiled our interest. But I have to say the Euskirchen location is absolutely recommended. Super nice staff, very attentive, very clean and of course delicious. We'd be happy to come back when we're nearby.

The food is delicious. Pizzas are huge and taste good. However, pasta dishes are very small and don't fill you up. Dessert are good too. Unfortunately there was no vegan cheese last Friday, which of course is not possible for a weekend and a pizzeria that offers vegan! Service is okay, the waitress was friendly.

The tables were cleaned thoroughly after each guest and the sanitary facilities were also in good condition. Price: Prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity of food offered. There are also regular offers and discounts that make the visit even more attractive. Conclusion: Overall, L’Osteria is a good chain restaurant that is worth a visit. It offers a solid performance in terms of food, service and ambience. I will definitely come back and can recommend it.

Very tasty food in a nice atmosphere. The pizzas are very good and the dishes for the children are also well received. I always like the drinks too. There is only one star deduction for the prices.

The restaurant is very nicely decorated inside, there is a lot of space, the toilets are modern and well maintained, the food came quickly, the waiters were on their toes. It's a bit more spartan on the outside, but okay. There is a lovingly designed playground for children around U6. All in all very good. We and the children enjoy coming here. Just don't forget your wallet. 😉

A bit out of the way... a little out of the way, modern and attractively furnished. The staff very friendly. The menu has everything you would look for in an Osteria. The pizzas hang over the edge of the large plate, the dough is thin, the edges are crispy. The salad is crunchy. Class.

One of the nicer Osterias, even though it is on a green meadow. The food is well known, here as well as in the other osterias. By the way, congratulations on the selection of lights and lamps - very chic.

Thankfully the food is good, but unfortunately the service is even worse! We waited for two pizzas for well over an hour and when we asked, we were told it was normal! Customers who arrived later than us had already eaten their food! Even when paying we were made to wait another 20 minutes! Note that this was a Monday evening and it wasn't very crowded. It's a shame, the service here should definitely be better!

Have been here very often. It's always a good place to go to spend a nice evening. The service and waiters are always in a good mood and very friendly. The premises could be maintained a little better. Overall, it is always worth a visit.

We thank you for solving the misunderstanding very well. Unfortunately, our request for gluten-free pizza was answered incorrectly. But the L Osteria team did their best to put things right. The food was great. And a great communicative waitress named Alexsandra did her job really well.

We decided on a spontaneous visit during the week. Reserving a table 1 hour in advance worked great. Unfortunately the waitresses were more than busy. We waited 20 minutes for drinks. The food came relatively quickly in comparison and was very good. We tried several times to get the staff to notice us and order more drinks. Unfortunately without success. We treated ourselves to the second drink and dessert at home.

We used to eat there several times with the company and it was always fine. The service has become so shockingly bad over the past year that you can only go here if you have a lot of time and good nerves. The quality of the food is mostly okay, but the staff is so incompetent that it's almost unbearable. Excuses are also constantly being made for things that don't go well, e.g.: "the cook for the lasagne is sick" or: "the outside umbrella cannot be opened because it is unfortunately being serviced" (20 minutes later another employee does it). on). You really feel like you're being taken for a ride here and that's not how you treat customers. The waiting times for drinks or the bill are simply beyond the norm. Change the staff once or train them properly and then you could consider going here again.

Nice location and friendly staff. We ate very tasty pasta and appetizers. Online reservation with feedback works without any problems. Next time we will make a reservation 1-2 days earlier so as not to sit at the busiest table. Price/performance appropriate. There are also enough parking spaces available. All in all, it needs to be repeated and recommended.

It was ok. The staff was great but the food wasn't enough. I was with you today with friends, we ordered two pizzas because we thought they would fill you up. But no! The pizza dough was hardly noticeable at all and the toppings were spread terribly thin. Even the frozen pizza from Penny has more toppings on it! I find that a real impudence. I'm sorry, but you won't see me visiting you anymore.

Yesterday we were guests at Ohnen's with friends. The staff seemed tense, which was understandable for a relatively large number of guests given the ratio of three waitresses, but also for us. The food was, as always, very good. If the drinks were served before the meal and my guests' beer wasn't served stale, that would be perfect.

Ate there yesterday. Pasta and pizza. Pasta with almost a neutral taste. According to the service, that may be the case. Night matte, quality depends on the form of the day. Weak! Pizza is also just big. Nothing else. Topping extremely poor. Not recommended! Service and ambience okay so far. If it's full there, it'll probably be very noisy, like a canteen. All in all, nothing special. Were there twice. For the first and last time.

We were there with six people. Everything was again very, very tasty, especially the 🍕 I love them. But the acoustics were again very, very loud. Nevertheless we will come back.
