We accepted an invitation today. I didn't even know about this restaurant until today. This restaurant has existed in Euskirchen since 2019. The building is modern from the outside and inside. The team consists mainly of young, cool and friendly staff. The restaurant is apparently very busy and many people come to pick up their ordered food. Unfortunately, I don't know whether they also deliver. You had made a reservation and you were escorted to your table. Shortly afterwards a waitress came and took the drink order. During this time we chose our main course. I ordered a ham pizza, my companion ordered a tuna pizza and two chicken barbecue pizzas. The pizzas are really huge but the dough base is very thin so you can eat the pizza easily. Well, at least I do. The pizza base is very tasty and the topping also tastes fruity, as far as the tomato sauce is concerned. Personally, I think the ham was a bit lean on the pizza. But apart from that, you'll be pretty full. The restaurant is modernly furnished and has modern music. It is also really well attended and I recommend making a reservation here. Dogs are welcome and are also served water. What didn't strike me as positive is the fact that a tip is automatically included when paying with the card. 10% will automatically be added to the amount paid. It will explain how you can deactivate it and if you want to give tips how you can change it. Personally, I don't think that's okay because I want to decide for myself whether, when and how much I want to tip. I don't like to be told how to do it and if you're not careful you'll leave more tips than you're willing to give. I can very well imagine that I would like to eat pizza here regularly since my regular pizzeria was unfortunately closed after the flood. I have found a worthy successor here and can highly recommend this pizzaria. Thank you for the really friendly, cool service that really appeals. Keep it up.

This is the second time I've received a lasagne that was still frozen on the inside. My partner then finished eating and I finally had the “freshly prepared” lasagne packed up. I can really understand that chefs are under stress, but reheating a lasagna should be a basic.

Overall satisfied, everything was fine, we continue to recommend it.

Super disappointed, the worst macaroni I've ever eaten. They weren't al dente, but raw and the vegetables weren't really seasoned either. It's a shame, but the salad with turkey was delicious. The ambience is great, but unfortunately it doesn't fill you up :-) Given the prices, I just expect great food and no raw pasta. The service was very friendly and attentive.

Unfortunately the area isn't the prettiest, but once you sit inside it all goes away. Great atmosphere and simply great. Vegans and dog owners are also very welcome. Everything is well marked on the map. A symbol with one leaf for vegetarian and two leaves for vegan. Almost every pizza can then be given a vegan twist. Even a chicken BBQ pizza has vegan chicken strips and vegan processed cheese. The processed cheese is also “OK”. It's a little too overpowering and I think there are better alternatives to sprinkled cheese, but it's still delicious. Vegetarians have it better here, because the cheese can spoil your appetite a bit. For me, “I could eat here every day” becomes “I really enjoy coming here.” Which is still good, but there is room for improvement. Otherwise, as a vegan, I unfortunately discovered one day that neither the processed cheese nor the substitute for the chicken strips were there. But this was only an isolated case - but it shouldn't happen if you attach great importance to it anyway. The vegan pasta is also very tasty, although I would also be happy about vegan cream sauces or even vegan tortellini. But I'm pulling my whole hand again. It's a great vegan restaurant with far more vegan options than most others

The menu was clear, but I liked the selection. Tuna pizza 🍕 was very large and tasty. Lugana wine 🍷 was delicious and drinkable. I liked the reception, the service was okay. Prices were okay too.

Went to L'Osteria again after a long time. Unfortunately, the MG location really spoiled our interest. But I have to say the Euskirchen location is absolutely recommended. Super nice staff, very attentive, very clean and of course delicious. We'd be happy to come back when we're nearby.

The food is delicious. Pizzas are huge and taste good. However, pasta dishes are very small and don't fill you up. Dessert are good too. Unfortunately there was no vegan cheese last Friday, which of course is not possible for a weekend and a pizzeria that offers vegan! Service is okay, the waitress was friendly.

The staff were attentive and looked after us well. Our orders were taken quickly and the food was served in a reasonable time. Food: The menu offers a wide variety of dishes that were well prepared and tasty. The portions are generous and the price-performance ratio is fair. Cleanliness: The restaurant was clean and tidy. The tables were cleaned thoroughly after each guest and the sanitary facilities were also in good condition. Price: Prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity of food offered. There are also regular offers and discounts that make the visit even more attractive. Conclusion: Overall, L’Osteria is a good chain restaurant that is worth a visit. It offers a solid performance in terms of food, service and ambience. I will definitely come back and can recommend it.

Very tasty food in a nice atmosphere. The pizzas are very good and the dishes for the children are also well received. I always like the drinks too. There is only one star deduction for the prices.

The restaurant is very nicely decorated inside, there is a lot of space, the toilets are modern and well maintained, the food came quickly, the waiters were on their toes. It's a bit more spartan on the outside, but okay. There is a lovingly designed playground for children around U6. All in all very good. We and the children enjoy coming here. Just don't forget your wallet. 😉

A bit out of the way... a little out of the way, modern and attractively furnished. The staff very friendly. The menu has everything you would look for in an Osteria. The pizzas hang over the edge of the large plate, the dough is thin, the edges are crispy. The salad is crunchy. Class.

Waited 1.75 hours for 3 pizzas, which didn't taste very good either. Ambiance is ok.

Thankfully the food is good, but unfortunately the service is even worse! We waited for two pizzas for well over an hour and when we asked, we were told it was normal! Customers who arrived later than us had already eaten their food! Even when paying we were made to wait another 20 minutes! Note that this was a Monday evening and it wasn't very crowded. It's a shame, the service here should definitely be better!

One of the nicer Osterias, even though it is on a green meadow. The food is well known, here as well as in the other osterias. By the way, congratulations on the selection of lights and lamps - very chic.

We decided on a spontaneous visit during the week. Reserving a table 1 hour in advance worked great. Unfortunately the waitresses were more than busy. We waited 20 minutes for drinks. The food came relatively quickly in comparison and was very good. We tried several times to get the staff to notice us and order more drinks. Unfortunately without success. We treated ourselves to the second drink and dessert at home.

We used to eat there several times with the company and it was always fine. The service has become so shockingly bad over the past year that you can only go here if you have a lot of time and good nerves. The quality of the food is mostly okay, but the staff is so incompetent that it's almost unbearable. Excuses are also constantly being made for things that don't go well, e.g.: "the cook for the lasagne is sick" or: "the outside umbrella cannot be opened because it is unfortunately being serviced" (20 minutes later another employee does it). on). You really feel like you're being taken for a ride here and that's not how you treat customers. The waiting times for drinks or the bill are simply beyond the norm. Change the staff once or train them properly and then you could consider going here again.

Nice location and friendly staff. We ate very tasty pasta and appetizers. Online reservation with feedback works without any problems. Next time we will make a reservation 1-2 days earlier so as not to sit at the busiest table. Price/performance appropriate. There are also enough parking spaces available. All in all, it needs to be repeated and recommended.

It was ok. The staff was great but the food wasn't enough. I was with you today with friends, we ordered two pizzas because we thought they would fill you up. But no! The pizza dough was hardly noticeable at all and the toppings were spread terribly thin. Even the frozen pizza from Penny has more toppings on it! I find that a real impudence. I'm sorry, but you won't see me visiting you anymore.

Yesterday we were guests at Ohnen's with friends. The staff seemed tense, which was understandable for a relatively large number of guests given the ratio of three waitresses, but also for us. The food was, as always, very good. If the drinks were served before the meal and my guests' beer wasn't served stale, that would be perfect.

Ate there yesterday. Pasta and pizza. Pasta with almost a neutral taste. According to the service, that may be the case. Night matte, quality depends on the form of the day. Weak! Pizza is also just big. Nothing else. Topping extremely poor. Not recommended! Service and ambience okay so far. If it's full there, it'll probably be very noisy, like a canteen. All in all, nothing special. Were there twice. For the first and last time.

First of all, we couldn't find the order from over a week ago in the system (this happened for the second time!), then we were taken to the table and made to wait for a really long time until a service employee came and asked if the colleague had anything had recorded. Then things went reasonably well until the main course - there were missing components that were ordered separately and charged separately - and Parmesan is generally missing in Euskirchen!!!! A pity. The food was very tasty 😋. The price for a Wildberry Lillet is too high at 9.95 euros! I'm a little tired of having to keep entering my table request online and asking and begging again on site because my wife has a hearing impairment! - unfortunately it is never taken into account. Service clearly needs improvement - more like 2.5 stars, but that wasn't possible!!! Food delicious!

I was at the restaurant L'Osteria in Euskirchen with my girlfriend on Sunday, March 3rd, 2024. It was relatively busy and the staff seemed overwhelmed. The used dishes on the empty tables stood there for a very long time, and our empty glasses weren't cleared away either. We each had pizza, which was okay, but not the best we'd ever eaten. The tables are actually too small for the large pizzas, which made eating a bit uncomfortable. It was very loud in the restaurant, so it was difficult to have a conversation. The cozy atmosphere and the appealing ambience of the restaurant should be positively mentioned.

Nice place, surprisingly good staff, good food. Only one small inconvenience (the girl at the reception changed her face, her smile disappeared when she noticed that we are foreigners). I recommend this Restaurant!

Tasty, good service, gladly again

My child doesn't like sauce, they were - as ordered - just tossed in butter. This children's dish consists of 12 small gnocchi and they came exactly like that on a cold plate, so a single gnocchi costs 50 cents. Thank you, we won't be coming back.

I had a pizza with mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and basil. There was a cherry tomato and two leaves of basil on my pizza - so I could have ordered a Margherita for a cheaper price... Also, the bottom and sides aren't crispy enough for me!

We were here for brunch. There were many delicious Italian specialties. From the filter coffee included in the price to mini rolls/croissants to pizza or lasagne and much more. It was always freshly refilled. The dessert with waffles or panna cotta etc. I can recommend the brunch to everyone :) we will be back.:)

Can you eat a super large pizza? Because of the high ceiling it is a bit noisy, but when you see and eat the pizza you can't hear it at all. I'll be happy to come back.

Weeks ago we were guests at the Euskirchen L'Osteria and we were totally and sustainably thrilled. So this time we went to this place with our son and were.....satisfied....but not thrilled. The service was great - friendly, courteous and extremely quick and agile. The ambience was the same as weeks ago - this time we were placed in the middle of the room, where it was echoing and very loud. Next time we will express our wish to get a seat by the window. Lasagna and Pizza Tonno were good and they both obviously enjoyed it very much. I was looking forward to the BBQ chicken and unfortunately it still had a lot of room for improvement - they had been rather economical with the chicken meat, as well as with the BBQ sauce - but the bigger problem was the baking time of the pizza. This was too short and the pizza had a very yeasty aftertaste. It wasn't enough for me to 'complain' - but then I had serious 'processing problems' at home. All in all, a pretty good stay, but if the appropriate adjustments are made, it can become an experience again on your next visit.

Average restaurant from this chain. Food was good and service was OK. In my personal opinion, the atmosphere doesn't match the expectations. Big, loud and to me I feel like I'm at an airport or a big train station.
