L´Osteria Euskirchen in Euskirchen

Wir waren dieses Mal an einem Sonntag Abend in der L Osteria in Euskirchen. Total unkomplizierter und netter Service... Das Restaurant war gut gefüllt, aber nicht zu voll. Dieses Mal hatten wir die Tagesempfehlung Pizza " Saksiccia" ... sehr lecker... hervorzuheben war das Dessert Duo Piccolo .. total frisch und lecker.. wir kommen natürlich wieder.

Unfortunately the aioli cream we ordered was not available when we picked it up. Since the payment was made online, this is not a good result. Paid but not received.

Was great. Very nice staff, great location and great food.

Unfortunately the service was bad today. The dishes were served with about 20 minutes in between, so that the first person's food was already cold and half eaten by the time the last person received their food...then of course there was no tip, which caused the waitress not to say goodbye to us.

The food has gone down, the service staff is noticeably overwhelmed, the noise level is far too high

Food itself was good. However, we waited an hour and a half for food because we were forgotten. Afterwards we wanted to have the rest packed up, which was thrown away - they also forgot. As “compensation” we got dessert on the house and a new pizza to go. However, the waiter was very friendly and helpful the whole time!

Spontaneously visited a L'Osteria today. This time in Euskirchen. Haven't been to this chain for ages...But they wanted to fall back on something tried and tested, quite good and fresh system catering. The gentleman in service tried very hard to show that he doesn't know the difference between 0.0 alc beer and alcohol-free beer, which is easy to forgive. The monthly specials were advertised, but unfortunately the desired dish was sold out. The dishes we received all looked appealing and were at the desired temperature... But! Every dish was so bland, unseasoned, interchangeable and boring in taste. The mozzarella, the tomato sauce, the gorgonzola on the pizza, even the garlic just didn't taste like anything! Nothing at all. Even lots of salt and pepper didn't help. We remember it completely differently. Bread demand, the menages on demand... All this for 2 people and 1 child for almost 80€... Try your dishes and revise your recipes, dear L'Osteria! PS: The tipping options when paying by card are very unpleasantly intrusive.

The food is delicious, the dessert is amazing and the service is very attentive. Everything is great!

The food is of excellent quality and more than enough. The tables are quite close together. The atmosphere is pleasantly busy.

The L'Osteria in Euskirchen offers a great Italian ambience and is particularly impressive with its huge pizzas and the good quality of the food. The ingredients are fresh, the dough is crispy and the selection of toppings is diverse. The pasta dishes are also delicious and served with tasty sauces. If you enjoy Italian cuisine, this is definitely the right place for you. The restaurant is stylishly furnished and creates a cozy atmosphere. The outdoor area is particularly beautiful and invites you to linger on warm days. The staff is friendly and attentive, even if it sometimes takes a little longer when the house is full. A small negative point is the sometimes high prices, which are slightly above average. Nevertheless, you get good quality and large portions here. Overall, a very good address for Italian food in Euskirchen that you'll be happy to come back to again.

#22 A completely perfect evening! 🍽️✨ We were just here and we are just thrilled! The food was an absolute dream – from the starter to the dessert it was simply top! 🤩 The new salad with the shrimp was particularly amazing. But not only was the food great, the service was also simply perfect. We learned that it's better not to insult the waiter here 😉 - a super relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Service just seemed hectic and uncouth. No knowledge of manners. Toilets on the 1st floor OG are clean. Large parking lot.

As always, it was very tasty. I really enjoy coming here.

Ok, I found the portion of spaghetti ice cream to be a bit small for €5.50. But it's a matter of discretion. I don't understand why the potato soup isn't available on the monthly menu. I also want to ignore the little flies circling around the food. But the waiter's saying that you "only" tip 4 euros doesn't work at all. “If I were alone now there would have been a bang.” Even when I wanted the receipt because of the collection points, the poor guy had to go to the counter again, the guy was pretty unfriendly.

The place seems to go in the industrial area. I ordered a pizza and it was raw, I also specified to the staff that I want it well cooked, nothing, useless. I have been a pizza chef for 20 years and I was very disappointed. The non-existent mozzarella, little tomato, the pizza was huge. It's an insult.

It's a nice location. The food was also good. I even let myself be carried away by it, better than in some other branches. Especially not so loud. I make a few compromises when it comes to service, although I think it's definitely difficult to find Maaß from penetrating to non-existent. The only tip I can give is to look at the dish you ordered. Do you need oil, balsamic vinegar, etc.? If some dishes are generally rather mild, simply add salt and pepper or ask if you want it. 😉😊 I'm sure it wasn't the last time I was there.

Just like a Losteria is. Compared to Bonn and Bornheim, I prefer to go to Euskirchen. Only these big floor lamps are terrible because they flicker... very uncomfortable for me to sit near.

Great atmosphere. It's a quiet place where you can always find a table.

We went there relatively late last Saturday (around 7 p.m.) for dinner. We initially ordered 4 pizzas and some salads and drinks. The dishes are very tasty. We recommend the chicken BBQ pizza and the small side salad. Unfortunately we had bad luck with the service staff. The drinks took 30 minutes and the pizzas took about an hour, even though the restaurant was significantly less busy at the time we ordered our food. We weren’t really a “big” table either. One brunette waitress was particularly cold and unfriendly. Our last round of drinks also took 20 minutes, so we had to go back because we had already finished eating and were ready to pay by then. The drinks we didn't have were of course added to the bill, which we didn't like. There seems to be something wrong with the communication between the staff here! The quality of the food may be exceptional, but it doesn't make up for the poor service. Otherwise it is loud due to the high ceilings and the lighting is generally too dark. We would be happy to order from L'Osteria Euskirchen again, but next time we will take away. Thank you!

Food good, ambience well-known LOsteria, modern, bright. Service is largely provided by young service staff, some of whom are not suitable.

Update 12/15/24 Sunday lunch, with family without reservation. There were still a few places left. We were assigned a seat by the window. I took a dish from the weekly menu, it was delicious with parmesan (see picture) 👍 otherwise we also tried the ice cream flavors. Were quite ok. I liked Lemon the best. For the price, we would also have another dessert. About the ambience: The choice of music could be a little quieter and more subtle. About the service: Was a bit inattentive today. The food order was only accepted 25 minutes after arrival. Food came relatively quickly. After dessert we had to get up and ask ourselves. Plates were not cleared during dessert. I think that folding pizza boxes or rearranging Christmas decorations can be done when the guests are actually taken care of, at least making eye contact every now and then. Another positive thing to mention is the activity and the crayons for the children! Thank you :) ------ It's nice to be able to visit another location as a Losteria regular. Time: 7 p.m. to end. Parking: There are enough parking spaces for disabled people at the entrance. Ambiance: Very nicely and comfortably furnished. There is even an area above the bar where you can sit (I didn't look closely). There is enough space for large and small groups, I like it. It didn't seem crowded even though there were a lot of people there. Reception: Beautiful fresh roses, I think they're beautiful! I first came in the door alone and looked at the great atmosphere. There was no one at reception and after a few minutes I spoke to the staff myself. Space allocation: I was allowed to choose a spot, I found the seats by the window very nice and comfortable, also the chairs, great! Staff & service: Nice and attentive service. We were presented with the weekly menu. After the meal it was cleared away promptly. Every now and then I asked if everything was OK. Food & delivery time: Food was tasty. I ordered a margarita pizza. Nice and big, just as you would expect from Losteria. We weren't in a hurry, but the food could come a little quicker. Tiramisu was a bit meager in terms of portion. Order & cleanliness: Tables and floor were clean, nothing to complain about. Price-performance: The prices are slightly higher. For the portions and the performance... a bit too high, needs to be better! Keep it up!

Food was good as always. We were there with the grandchildren. It took 50 minutes for the food to arrive, something we're not used to. The younger grandson got his gnocchi 15 minutes later, which of course he didn't understand. Neither do we! The 2 half pizzas we shared were hanging well over plates on both sides. If there had been a mat on the table, this would have been ok. So the pizza lay on the dirty table. Maybe we had a black day or a dark hour. ..... Will try again! Too bad

Were there this afternoon. Some seats dirty with leftover food/pizza crumbs etc. Larger leftovers under tables. Under the table we had chosen, there were little silverfish-like animals crawling between the leftover food, only bigger. We left the restaurant quickly.

Leider mussten wir nach 15 Min nachfragen, ob eine Bedinung zu uns kommen kann. Diese hat dann leider unser Essen noch falsch aufgenommen. Die falsche Pizza wurde dann mitgenommen und wir haben dann die andere Pizza erhalten. Ich fragte nach dem Dessert welches auf der Tageskarte stand . Es hieß, dass dieses aus sei. Aber anstatt zu fragen ,ob ich etwas anderes möchte, wurde sich rumgedreht und gegangen . Also habe ich keine Nachspeise gegessen . Leider kam dann wieder keine Bedienung und wir mussten uns erneut die Bedienung an den Tisch rufen, um zu bezahlen. Auf der Rechnung stand dann auch noch die Pizza, welche wir nicht bestellt hatten . Also der Service war höchstens einen Stern wert. Das Essen war ok, die Pizzen groß . Aber es war jetzt nicht außergewöhnlich .

Not sufficiently signposted for the dark in the commercial area. The entrance area is excellent so that guests are not disturbed by it. Even though we were registered, there was no reservation. But the reception was so flexible that there was no delay. High, perhaps even very high noise level. The waitresses were excellent. They were friendly, quick, accommodating and made you feel welcome. Even though the chef forgot or couldn't find the garlic in my PIZZA Marinara, the pizza was still good. Of course, very good would have been better. The management there shows no appreciation for the guests. The knives have become dull from years of washing in the dishwasher. Despite frequent complaints, they will not be replaced. I want to have a relaxed dinner and not struggle with the pizza. If I enter these places again, the first thing I'll do is ask for the knives to be shown to me. Maybe I'll be out quicker than I was in. Finally, two positive factors. The toilets were clean. The tips go to all employees except the boss.

I was here again after a long time, until today everything was always good and the service was great, but unfortunately not today! There wasn't much going on, so as a waitress you had time to go to the tables every now and then and ask if everything was good, whether it was tasty or whether we would like dessert, as we know from other good restaurants , but unfortunately nothing came. The waitress who served us was ignorant. Normally I always give a tip no matter where I eat because it's just the way it should be, but today I didn't like the ignorant manner of the service person and didn't deserve a tip, since you're not even obliged to give anything is, but taken so much for granted that my change was handed to me hard and they didn't even look at my face. Waitress with long black hair today, January 21st, 2025, hair in a ponytail tied, she was relatively young, around 18-20, quickly turned around and walked away and only with an angry and smug tone came a short, annoyed “bye!”. So she was grumpy because she didn't get a tip, dear little if you're reading this which I hope then change your way or change your job. Unfortunately I won't be coming here anymore, I'll spend my money somewhere else where you'll be treated like a human being. Too bad.

Nice ambience, cool architecture, food mostly good, not always, e.g. the lunch menu salad with tuna had extremely few ingredients, a lot of vinegar, everything was a bit bland, even though the shop was pretty empty,... Price performance ok.

Yesterday we went to the pizzeria L’Osteria in Euskirchen again. As always, we were served quickly and friendly. Great service. The pizza and the pasta dish tasted very good. The only thing we could complain about: the pizza cools down quite quickly. One suggestion would be to warm the plates before serving.

Na ja, von der L'Osteria Euskirchen bin ich nicht wirklich begeistert. Ich war jetzt schon öfters dort Essen, aber die Qualität lässt leider sehr nach. DIE Nudeln waren leider schon kalt als die serviert wurden. Die Pizza war lauwarm. Also vom Koch bin ich überhaupt nicht begeistert. Die Bedienung (w) geht überhaupt nicht total unfreundlich und geht der Arbeit aus den Weg. Also viel Zeit mitbringen. Die einzigen die auf zack waren, waren die männlichen Bedienungen. Die waren schnell und sehr freundlich.

The food was very tasty. When paying we told the waitress (remember we had the menu including 0.3ml drink). Yes, your statement was clear. After we paid and asked for the receipt, I noticed that she had booked the drink again. I called her again and asked her nicely/politely that she had made a mistake and had overcharged me for the drink. She left, came back after 10 minutes and put the money (€4.25) on the table without a comment. Sorry or I'm very sorry, I would have expected that.

Unfortunately, the edge of the pizza was burnt so that it could no longer be eaten. When I spoke to him, there was a lot going on and it wasn't the answer I was expecting.

L'Osteria's usual food, good and well known. The location is well coordinated with well-known design, beautiful light and the new building a good combination - inviting, thank you for the nice evening.

We had dinner there with 4 people on Sunday evening. We really can't complain about the food or our service. There weren't too many guests on site. 2 waitresses started dusting off the shelves. Unfortunately also right behind our table. It doesn't work at all!!!

Although the location in the industrial area seems a bit intimidating at first: very pleasant atmosphere, friendly, attentive service, delicious food.

The pizza is huge, very thin and sparsely topped for the price. The service was nice and attentive, but also a bit sloppy.

I found the food there very tasty. Unfortunately it was terribly cold in the restaurant and we left straight after eating. When paying with a card you are asked directly if you would like to give a tip, which I didn't find that good. I always tip well 99% of the time, but it's still voluntary and perhaps shouldn't be pointed out. Otherwise I thought everything else was great.

Very nice facility. Loft style - wonderful! The waiter was very nice and gave us tips for the lunch specials! Food was very tasty. Everything is right here and the price is also reasonable. We eat here regularly and are already looking forward to our next visit! So thumbs UP!!!

Had lunch on site. Service excellent. Eating went like this. Pizza very dry, pasta really needed a lot of seasoning. Maybe they were just unlucky that day.

The food and drinks were great, the atmosphere is very nice. The wait was good too, although it was quite busy on a weeknight. The staff were friendly, but unfortunately they often forgot us, probably because it was so busy.

We sat behind the door and unfortunately it was so cold and there was a chill coming in that it was really uncomfortable. Food was tasty, service was OK.

Basically a very nice restaurant, which we probably won't go to again. I have never experienced such poor service in any restaurant. After waiting half an hour we were simply ignored. Despite repeated reports, the employees simply look over our table. So I can't rate the quality of the food. Pretty embarrassing for a L'Osteria that can score points with great service in other branches.

The food was great as always, the waiter was very friendly. But today I didn't like some things. The music suddenly became so loud that you couldn't hear your own words. We waited almost an hour for the food. There were three pasta dishes. Well I hope it was an exception otherwise I wouldn't come here as often in the future.

The food is delicious, but I find the portion size of the pasta dishes too small for the price. The service is very friendly, but sometimes inattentive. Our order was "forgotten" during a visit, and to make up for it we gave us free desserts. Mistakes can happen, so I didn't think it was a big deal and the approach was professional. The pizzas are of course a matter of taste, if you don't like it so big and thin, this is the wrong place for you. All the pizzas I've had so far taste great. All in all, we like to go here for pizza.

We were there this afternoon. The food and our service were excellent as always. Only the employee at the salad bar could be easily observed as she repeatedly put something from the salad bar into her mouth. I find it a bit strange

Wir waren an einem Sonntagabend im Restaurant, alle Tische besetzt, sehr schönes Ambiente und freundliche Stimmung!! Das Essen - Pizza Canarino mit Kapern und Mezzalune Spinaci - war exzellent und der Service sehr aufmerksam und freundlich!! Wir kommen wieder!!

We went to this restaurant on 12/11/2024 with a group of 48 people from Belgium. We were frankly disappointed... not with the welcome, our waiter (he was almost alone to take care of our tables of 50 people!!) always had a smile on his face and was very friendly... but rather with the blandness of the dishes and the time it took! We waited 1h15 before getting our drinks (but for fanta and sprite, they're not even real drinks) and the meals arrived even longer afterwards (when 45 out of 48 participants had the same dish). The location is top-notch, with ample parking and clean toilets... but the timing was deplorable and the food was frankly average (we arrived - unfortunately - 14 minutes late and the lady who telephoned our office was very unfriendly). The opinion was unanimous among our participants... we wouldn't recommend it... except for the nice waiter...

Hip, tasty and friendly All in all nothing to complain about. Food is tasty and fresh. Service was very friendly and quick. The selection is good and you can mix the pizza (two in one). The portions are large and have a good price-performance ratio. The open ambience makes your legs a little cool in the cold season. Otherwise clear recommendation.

Great food, great service and an unbeatable ambience! Getting there can be a bit difficult for outsiders, but the destination is worth it! What I particularly like are the sizes of the pizzas, the great cutlery and the option to have a pizza topped 50/50. My personal experience is different than that of others, on my last three visits my pizza was burned twice and once just barely... Of course, this is not the norm as all of my companions have had perfectly cooked pizzas so far! Edit: After today's visit you really deserve the fifth star! Service and food 1A.

We were in the restaurant with 4 people on November 5th, 2024 in the afternoon. Even though there were only 4 tables occupied, we had to wait 15 minutes for our first drink. After the food was on the table, we were no longer asked for any additional drinks. No one from the service staff responded to calls and even waving the menu was unsuccessful. After we went to a waiter and asked that someone please take our drink requests, there was a discussion about who was responsible for our table. We decided not to order dessert and instead went to the ice cream cafe in the city center. It's a shame, we've always been happy so far.

I think it's much better than L'Osteria in Düren. Cleaner and much friendlier. Food is also good.

Food is always very tasty. It's great for the children, there is a play area on the terrace. However, Cola tastes different there than usual... The waiter brought a new one and it didn't taste good either.

The very large restaurant is located in a completely atypical area, outside the city in a commercial area. Parking is free and plentiful. The ambience is a matter of taste, it is rather unromantic and objective. The food is okay, tasty and at still acceptable prices. The waitress is a cool guy who does the restaurant good, his manner is fondly remembered. All in all a positive experience. Gladly again.

We always enjoy going to L'Osteria. Everything tastes very good and the prices are okay. The atmosphere is nice and the playground for children is great. However, unfortunately you always have to bring a lot of time with you. Every time it takes a really long time to take the order, re-order drinks, eat and finally get the bill.

I think L'osteria is a place with Italian flair and a modern look. But what is particularly important: The food not only looks good, it also tastes good. What I also like is the sign: "Pizza too big? Share it." Often you don't dare. Here it is officially allowed and so less ends up in the trash. I find that exemplary👍🏻 And let's be honest... My torteloni were very tasty, but when I saw the delicious pizzas that were bigger than the plates, I also felt jealous. 😋 Next time 😁

90 Minuten Wartezeit mit Kindern obwohl das Restaurant Max zu 1/3 besetzt war. Zudem ein schwarzes Haar auf der Pizza. Trotz Beschwerde mussten wir die Rechnung vollständig bezahlen und erhielten nichtmal ein Kaffegetränk angeboten

It was a cozy and relaxing evening here. Very attentive and dedicated staff at our table. We spent 3 lovely hours here. The salad with fresh ingredients were very well prepared and all of our dishes were delicious as was the white wine. Thank you very much, see you next time.

Incredibly friendly, cheerful staff. Unfortunately, we weren't that impressed with the food itself. The pizzas look appetizing and are also very large, but unfortunately the taste is very bland. Unfortunately, the edge of the calzone wasn't baked properly. The price is relatively expensive for a pizzeria. Volume level very high. The stars are only because of the great staff.

It's always loud in Bornheim and the staff doesn't seem motivated and doesn't have a service gene. Today in Kommern for a trip. All 8 were very satisfied. Thank you, we'll be back!

Went there late yesterday afternoon. Not much going on due to the time of day. Service was still a long time coming. Ordered a dish from the extra menu, tagliatelle with pumpkin, etc. The waiter disappeared to ask something and came back to tell us that ALL dishes containing cream could not be prepared because there was no cream. Supposedly a colleague went to Rewe, but there wasn't one there either. WHAT? No cream at Rewe???? Okay, I have pizza, my son has spaghetti with bolognese. Plate arrives, a touch of Parmesan on it. My son politely asks if he could have some more parmesan. The waiter then said he had to check whether there was any more parmesan. Um...How can that be? He comes back with some grated Parmesan instead of grated. Okay, that works too. Pizza wasn't great, it lacked flavor and wasn't baked properly either. The Bollo also tasted rather bland. “Mom, yours is better” doesn’t exactly speak for an Italian restaurant. It's a shame, your food was better at first...

Good price-performance ratio of food and drinks. Unfortunately, we apparently had bad luck with the service staff that day. The drinks sometimes took a very long time or were sometimes completely forgotten. About the ambience: As in all L'Osteria stores, a conversation can become more difficult when it gets more crowded and the background noise becomes very loud.

We waited over 1.5 hours for our food.
