Kyros Persisches Restaurant in Dresden

I chose this restaurant for my wedding reception. Everything was well organized and the staff was very responsible, polite and friendly. The food was ready on time and very tasty. I can only recommend it!

The food is very bad, the prices do not match their web page, and the menu is not good. I do not recommend visiting the restaurant, the kebab is rancid and has a bitter taste.

The design of the rooms and the hospitality should be highlighted positively. The wall paintings give the whole thing an exotic flair, so that you are seduced from the new town straight to Persia. Unfortunately I have to deduct points for the food and service. Even though we booked as a very large group, these mistakes cannot be eliminated. If I reserve a buffet at 6 p.m., I don't want to be constantly put off and then eat as agreed 90 minutes later. And instead of service there was self-service at the counter. There was no fuel paste under the chafing dishes. When it was my turn, the food was no longer even lukewarm. The taste is also rather disappointing. Grilled tomato and Saffron rice…well. Neither grilled nor taste of saffron. The eggplant cream and the veggie skewer were interesting. The rest was actually lightly seasoned and at bistro level. I would be happy to come back and try out the menu on a classic a la carte evening. But for now it stays with the three points.

On the recommendation of friends and colleagues, we visited the Iranian restaurant "Kurosh" with the family to have dinner there. We ordered Chelo-Kabab Kubideh, Chelo-Kabab Vaziri and Fesenjan, accompanied by Mast-o-Khiar. As a starter we ordered a portion of Kashk-o-Bademjan, which was served with fresh, warm bread and was really delicious. The Kabab Kubideh was very tender, tasty and made from fresh lamb. The interior and design of the restaurant was traditional, beautiful and impressive. The service and friendliness of the staff were also excellent and satisfactory.

Just had a lovely experience there, great food, great attitude, warm and nice atmosphere. Quality and delicious food, friendly and at the same time professional behavior, I ate one of the best pilafs of my life.

Very satisfying dining experience. I came with some friends and all the dishes we ordered, from the starters (including flat bread) and kababs with rice were amazing. The kababs were juicy and well made. Portions were good and worth the price we paid for. Service was very hospitable and quick. Interior decorations were a bit tacky for my taste but comfortable. Overall highly recommended!

Koroosh Iranian restaurant in Dresden is really great and unique. I ordered Sultani kebab and seasonal salad there last night, with my drink, a mixture of khakshir syrup and egg syrup, which was both colorful and tasty, which I had never experienced before. The kebab was very crispy and soft. The mutton is completely fresh and the staff inside the restaurant are very friendly and kind and their behavior is very intimate with politeness inside the restaurant and their decor is also beautiful and has a special beauty reminiscent of restaurants. Kurosh Restaurant in Dresden has a great environment with a beautiful, authentic Iranian design and a calm and pleasant atmosphere with cooking of all kinds of Iranian food and kebabs, which are really delicious and fresh, especially their pounded kebab, which is made from fresh sheep meat and is unique, as well as the quality and taste of their stews. In any case, I would like to recommend the restaurant. The restaurant owner is very friendly and nice. There were eight of us and the service wasn't slow. I had a “sharbat with chia seeds” and a very tasty jujeh kabab (generous portions). Even though I'm Brazilian, I felt like I was at home.

Really great, great service, great food, very clean, stylish, great I can confidently say that the best barbecue I ate in Europe was here. The size of the food was large Even though their working hours were over, they accepted us. We will definitely come back again. I suggest everyone to try here

We ordered a day in advance, the staff speaks German and Persian. When we arrived, we found out that they opened just for us. The food was excellent, the portions large and the prices like everywhere in Germany, maybe even a little lower. What I have to point out is the quality of the dough, I have had it in many places including Iran and they have a really good brand here. What makes this restaurant unique is the original decoration, over fifty years old.

I recently ordered "Joojeh Kebab" from Kyros and was extremely disappointed. The quality of the rice was terrible and lacked saffron, which is a staple of Persian cuisine. The grilled chicken was poorly cooked and also without saffron, resulting in a tasteless and unappetizing dish. Given the high price, the food was not worth the money at all. Overall it was a lousy experience and I won't be back. I expected much better quality for the price. P.S. :I am from Iran myself.

I have been to many Persian restaurants in Germany and have never eaten as well as I did here in this restaurant in Dresden. Everything was just so perfect. The staff is very polite, friendly and attentive. The food is made with a lot of love, looks very good and, above all, tastes incredibly delicious.

There were three of us and we came across it based on Google reviews. Small shop, but with a typically oriental interior. Very good value for money and really tasty food. Unfortunately the starters came with the main course, but it didn't spoil the enjoyment. Rather small selection of dishes and drinks and very lamb-heavy. Nevertheless, it's worth a stop!

Absolutely recommended! Authentic and delicious! We had chicken with pomegranate sauce and a lamb mince/fillet skewer mix, the salty yogurt drink and the orange blossom water were also very tasty! Not real Persian food. Kebab, chicken, and tomatos were not barbecued on charcoal, as they are supposed to. The rice was just not well cooked. They ha no bread. The yogurt drink was fine.

We reserved a table for four and went there, ordering only the koobideh kabab. And let me tell you, it was awesome! I took pictures from the menu as well as the food. Regarding the atmosphere, it was cool, the place was clean, and on top of that, the owner was really friendly and even gave us four free shots! Huge shoutout to them!

Contrary to some of the reviews written here, I can absolutely recommend this restaurant. Something like that was missing in Dresden. Both Persian and German and international palates enjoy the food. The food is seasoned neutrally. Nothing is exaggerated. The quantity may be too much. For certain dishes, e.g. B. Ask Ash Reshte about availability beforehand. It is better to call or write in advance about opening times, as it is sometimes closed due to private events.

Really really good food, I had the Mahiche Polo and it was fantastic, the lamb was so tender that I was able to eat with a spoon. The rice could use a little more salt for my taste. Really friendly and competent service, I enjoyed my time and will return.

When I arrived in Dresden, thanks to technology, I found a beautiful Iran with delicious food. Koroosh restaurant with the memorable taste of green vegetables and authentic Iranian tea with unique hospitality became my most lasting memory in Dresden. I will definitely come here again and try the batter that created a pleasant smell in the space.

I ordered lamb with chicken and my husband just ordered chicken. the meat came fresh from the grill to the plate. The meat tasted very good and the side dishes were also very tasty. We also ordered additional Persian marinated olives. It was also very tasty 🤤 Only menu came a little late
