Underground service. Incredibly unfriendly and absolutely not up to the standard they want to sell. We waited at the bar for over an hour without an explanation for the delay or attention and were only put off in an unfriendly manner after repeated inquiries. No excuse. After an hour of waiting we were seated at a table with strangers!? We were then moved to a table for two, but unfortunately the vegetarian dishes were not vegetarian. The vegetarian part mainly consisted of dips that were served without bread or anything similar. Instead we were actively asked to pay tips!? Wtf. Never go to this store again.

The waiters ignore you when you come in and are looking for someone. Unfortunately, the risotto was too salty and it was way too loud... it would be great if the music was only made louder from March 22nd onwards so that you could have a normal conversation

Perfect evening – food, atmosphere and service great! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The food was excellent – ​​fresh, tasty and prepared with great attention to detail. But what really made the evening special was the great atmosphere. After the meal, the restaurant turned into a real party location with a great atmosphere. The mix of relaxed dinner and later exuberant party makes the shop truly unique! A huge compliment to the entire team, but especially to Spyros! Despite the full house, he is always attentive, in a good mood and has a sense of when he needs to be at the table. Absolute recommendation for anyone who wants to experience good food and a great atmosphere in one!

There were 4 people there on Saturday, unfortunately I didn't get the other receipt but how can it be that you pay €178 for two starters and two desserts, 4 cocktails, 1 beer and a coke? I've been there several times and it didn't occur to me at first, but now that I'm reading all the reviews I think we've been ripped off! You also buy cheap alcohol, we had a really good drink after the stay. Dizziness, nausea from 2 cocktails, very strange. For 4 days, those who drank the cocktails had a severe headache, numb fingers. Just don't drink cocktails! Dear wine, they can't fool you!

Yesterday I went to this restaurant with my girlfriends and it was a completely unpleasant experience. What we immediately noticed was that a man, presumably the owner or manager, was walking around all evening with a laser in his hand and was using it completely inappropriately. He aimed the laser not only at the employees, but also directly into the faces of the guests. His behavior was consistently aggressive - he bullied the staff and constantly disturbed the guests. Instead of creating a pleasant atmosphere, he loudly forced visitors to get up and dance as if it were not a choice but a duty. I've never experienced anything like this before. Additionally, the online prices do not match those in the store, which is very misleading.

There are authentic Greek specialties here (I know what I'm talking about 😀). Except for the profiterol, everything tasted excellent and the presentation of the food was fantastic. The starters in particular are amazing! The waitresses are very nice and are happy to have a chat or two.

The boss has no respect for customers. The restaurateurs' motto should be customer is king and not the boss is king.

Unfortunately a very bad experience. We had a closed society. Apparently the company is not set up for this. Plates of food to “share” arrived at very long intervals. Hot dishes were still no longer even lukewarm (especially absurd with fried dishes). There was never any cutlery to distribute the food. Overall, a gastronomic outrage.

The atmosphere is fantastic, I can say that the place is one of the nicest Greek restaurants in Munich... but the food is very average, I had more expectations than what I saw on social media. Due to workload, the employees are very rude!

The food is overall still tasty, but our last visit had some hiccups that made it feel underwhelming. The fries that are listed as homemade are definitely not (they used to be - and they were delicious back then). The „seasonal vegetables” were mostly wilted spinach, which is not a vegetable by any definition (along with a single slice of zucchini, a single slice of carrot, and half a potato). Bifteki contained zero feta. So small disappointments all around. And our table got physically moved mid-meal to put in another table next to us. The music with a club beat detracted from the atmosphere too. There are Greek places in the area with better price-quality ratio and more hospitable vibes.

The restaurant is great, good food and very nice ambience and atmosphere. Unfortunately on New Year's Eve it was over booked and they didn't have enough places. We had a table at the entrance next to the front door, not worth what they were asking for on New Year's Eve. The dishes arrived within an hour and a half. New Year's Eve total fiasco :(

More appearance than reality! We were there yesterday evening as part of a visit to Nymphenburg Palace and would like to describe our impressions. We first became aware of the restaurant through an Instagram post. The wintry exterior appearance with the patio heaters and flame columns is certainly chic, as is the color-coordinated interior. There is certainly little to improve here. The only thing that would be appropriate at a restaurant in this price range is a cloth napkin and fresh flowers at the table. The restaurant is designed to accommodate around 250 people upon request and the tables are therefore very closely spaced and I don't want to imagine what the noise level will be like when it's at full capacity. We were the first to order our food that evening and so it was still pretty empty at the time of our visit. There were two of us there and I have to say all in all we were disappointed with the visit. The waiters were more busy with themselves and moving the tables than asking us after the food was brought if everything was okay. The food looks good at first glance, but it doesn't live up to its promise. The taste of the gyros was rather sweet and not crispy. The souvlaki nuggets, as I call it, were tough and actually not edible. Only the tzatziki and the pita bread, ordered separately, were good. The prices are consistently more than salty and extremely questionable when I pay 8 euros for a 0.2 liter house wine and 8.90 euros for a bottle of water. There is neither a side salad that is included in the price of the main course, nor an ouzo on the house as we know and appreciate in other Greek restaurants. Our side orders of fries also only arrived a few minutes after the main course was served, which is why they are missing from the picture. All in all, the food unfortunately doesn't live up to the promise of the relatively pompous facade. Not worth a second visit for us. In my opinion, the three star deduction is for the inattentive waiters, the mediocre food quality and the associated exorbitant prices... in conclusion, there is no sign of Greek hospitality... it's a shame!

I did a reservation this Saturday morning via TheFork website. They confirmed it via email. At around 5pm I received a message saying that is not anymore available. I could book any other restaurant during the day. Now is nearly impossible to have any table in any decent restaurant. Really bad treatment don’t recommend and probably never going again.

Disappointing evening - unprofessional treatment of guests Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was anything but pleasant. Our reservation was not honored and we had to wait at the bar for a full 35 minutes until we were finally assigned a table for four. But that wasn't enough: ten minutes later we were asked again to get up and go back to the bar. When we tried to politely ask the restaurant manager about it, we were rudely turned away with the statement that he “didn’t have time for us”. This type of treatment of paying guests is absolutely unacceptable, especially in a restaurant of this price range. It's a shame that our evening was spoiled by so much unprofessionalism and rudeness. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this restaurant.

Modern Greek with hefty prices. The quality is normal-good, but €105 for two people for a shared starter & a non-alcoholic drink each and a simple main course is steep. It doesn't help that people claim to be “a location for all the senses”. The restaurant is nicely decorated, but so are many other restaurants. The bit of dry ice as decoration for some desserts and the moving heads (lamps) on the ceiling are nice, but don't justify the prices. The service is inattentive (we were there on Friday evening around 1830, the place was about half full), when the waiters walk to/from the kitchen they don't look at the tables around, just on their way. It took ten minutes for us to be noticed when we asked for some bread. But we got this immediately.

Absolute horror experience! Save yourself this store! I have never encountered such a rude “manager” in a locale. Our entire group was extremely disappointed with the waiting times, the service, the portion sizes and the value for money. We had made a reservation here for a birthday and were basically thrown out because they wanted to reallocate the table even though we had a reservation (without specifying a time limit!!!). We neither finished our drinks nor had the opportunity to order dessert. We were told in no uncertain terms that we shouldn't make any claims based on the turnover (around €30 per person). One person even had plastic on their plate that evening, for which the friendly waiter at least apologized. We had to wait too long for our main course (about 60 minutes). The birthday child was very sad and could hardly enjoy the evening. Overall, this store and the manager in charge seem to only be interested in making a profit.

The boss is really okay. When I urgently needed help, he was there immediately. In a well-run restaurant that is open almost every day, it is quite human that in the hustle and bustle you don't always smile as you would actually like to with your guests. In life you can't please everyone, but one thing can be said for sure: the employees there do their best.

Unfortunately, you just get processed here. Only found out on site that the table was only available for two hours. After the meal you are ignored... no questions asked about dessert, espresso etc. 40 minutes before the end of the reservation you had to clarify whether another cocktail was possible, since you had to leave soon.

Unfortunately it was a bad experience. Portions are small and expensive, unfortunately the taste performance is poor. After 12 o'clock at night I asked the bartender for a whiskey and coke. The price was €15 and I gave him €20. Even though there was plenty of change, he told me there was no change and bargained. And he did that twice in a row. Of course I wanted to give a tip, but this was the first time he took it from me by force. Definitely one of the places you shouldn't go.

Nice atmosphere, there are enough parking spaces in front of the restaurant, we were there on Thursday evening and there was a lot going on (which we also noticed in the waiting times - dessert came when the coffee had already been drunk or was cold). But all in all it's worth a visit :-)

We had a reservation for 18 people for our team night (soccer team). When we wanted to enter the restaurant, despite the existing reservation, they didn't let us in despite the cold on the grounds that each of the guests had to undergo a "face check" first. After we successfully passed this, we were escorted to our table and to our disappointment, unfortunately it was only set for 15 people. But it wasn't a big deal for us because we just moved together. Our waiter tried very hard, but seemed very overwhelmed. We experienced the next disappointment when the food came. We had previously agreed on a flat rate and the portion was not designed for 18 people, but rather for half that. After repeatedly asking for someone who could help us, the service management came in a rather arrogant manner and told us straight away that our concerns were not being taken seriously here. He just waved and left the table again. A few more dishes were then generously served. Unfortunately we felt absolutely uncomfortable here. The management's communication was very unprofessional and unfortunately there was no trace of customer service or hospitality. The restaurant artificially tries to give the feeling of a classy restaurant, but unfortunately behind the scenes you're just paying a lot of money for good food in an unpleasant atmosphere.

The food was great and fresh, great ambience. The decor is very nice, everything was very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It definitely wasn't our last time! We'd love to come back!

We had a very nice evening, were warmly welcomed and were allowed to choose a table. Very cozy and nicely decorated. I was recommended a refreshing aperitif. The appetizer with the peppers and feta was very tasty. The main course with salmon is highly recommended. The salmon was very tender and perfectly cooked, the sauce with it was also delicious, the vegetables were a bit hard and could perhaps be chosen a little differently. But that is a personal feeling. The Kymata plate, meat, fries and tzatziki very good. Next time at this upscale Greek restaurant we would probably choose a different meat dish to try something special. The chocolate souffle was freshly prepared and we were also informed that it would take 15 minutes. The taste was super tasty and it was particularly presented with the dry ice. Unfortunately, the second dessert was far too sweet. Of course, with a starter, main course, dessert and several drinks, we had a pretty high bill. But you can do that for a special evening. :) We'll definitely be back!

After an initially pleasant evening, our visit to the restaurant unfortunately turned into a disappointment. There were 6 of us and we had reserved a table - we were initially told we could stay until 9 p.m. We ordered aperitifs, starters and main courses and finally desserts. While we were still being served dessert, the bill was placed on the table - that alone is not appropriate. At 8:40 p.m. we were told in a very rude manner that we should leave immediately because the table was needed. There was no one waiting in line at the entrance and this kind of being thrown out is the lowest level. We are disappointed and it was probably the last time we visited the restaurant. We are very well connected in Nymphenburg and we can no longer recommend this restaurant. Ultimately, it doesn't seem to be the audience that is wanted here anyway - a different level. It's a shame, because the cooks do a good job.

It's a really strange but fun place. I never got bored of being there. I was just saddened by not being able to see the food I ate. I can't say the lighting was inadequate because I couldn't decide whether it was a disco or a restaurant, but it was fun.

If you're looking for dinner and a party all in one, you've come to the right place! You feel like you're on vacation, the concept definitely works. Food very tasty, good and nice service! Prices for Munich conditions and the performance are also okay. Always happy to come for girls' nights or birthday parties. DJ could do some work on the transitions but everything else is great😄

We still know the former restaurant. As part of our visit to Munich, we visited Kymata, which was new to us, for the first time. The cuisine is still delicious, the staff friendly and accommodating. The location and the ambience is great. You can definitely celebrate great parties here.

There was an attempt to take my review down - was reinstated by Google after I provided the confirmations of the visit. Very mixed impression overall. Booked a table for 20:30 Saturday to enjoy a girls night out (couple of them were visiting restaurant during the day, so the expectations were set high). Food-wise fantastic: Moussaka was very properly made with the good slicing and proportion of minced meat, just like home-made somewhere in Greece. The hybrid dining / party concept is a rare thing in Munich and definitely a good idea, but the execution is unfortunately below par due to several crucial moments: - overall the place is rather chaotic, both with seating and navigation, unfortunately no one pays attention to anyone entering and going around. Except for a bouncer…out of curiousity, why would a restaurant in Laim have a bouncer at the entrance? - full inability to speak to the people sitting directly at your table because music is blaring extremely loud and is accompanied by a full-fledge „Eurovision style“ lightshow. I love good entertainment and visual effects, but somewhere starting from 22:00. - we were waiting at the bar for 20 min for supposed reservation made a week in advance - as it was not enough, after ordering and receiving the first round of drinks, we were actively being asked to take our glasses and change tables as a „better fitting“ bigger male group has arrived. That was quite a surprising moment that I have never experienced anywhere else before and found it, honestly, complete nonsense of very openly prioritizing some guests over others. After all of the above no surprise that overall feel and vibe dropped at the lowest low and even some dance showtime at the end didn’t manage to resuscitate it. Sad.

We had the mixed starters, chicken, lamb chop and tempura prawns. The food tasted good, but nothing special for the price. We were surprised that you have to order the side dishes separately for the main courses, €30 for 4 cutlets without side dishes is a steep price compared to other Greek restaurants. You definitely pay for the location here. It's more of a party place where lots of bachelorette parties, birthdays, etc. are celebrated. Not to eat comfortably. For partying - yes, for a cozy meal where the focus is on the food - no.

My visit with you was perfect from A to Z. What I can only recommend to some guests. I am a guest there myself. When you order something, also look at the prices. Then you don't have to write weird comments.

A wannabe party Greek next to the dog park. If you like the kind of clientele (bling-bling, macho attitude) then you've come to the right place. If you're expecting a Greek restaurant with courteous service, delicious food and ambience, then you've come to the wrong place. Unfortunately we can't say anything about the food because we left beforehand. Unfriendly staff, the service concept is not lived here either, it's best for me as a customer to solve the staff's problems. Very disappointing, no recommendation.

Celebrated a birthday there. Everything was clean, nicely prepared. service was nice and very quick. starter was delicious. The main course was okay but nothing special. We had a fish platter and a meat plate for 4 people. Unfortunately there wasn't even tzatziki or any other sauces - which made the whole thing a dry affair. At around 11 p.m. there was a party with cool lighting. In terms of price, it is rather expensive (42€ for a bottle of white wine, 10.9€ for Aperol and just under 8€ for a bottle of mineral water…) Anyone who likes the party greek concept will definitely be happy here - but unfortunately for us it was too expensive for the food and drinks on offer

The best Greek restaurant in Munich? I can't understand. Soggy briam with half-raw potatoes, tasteless oregano on the feta, grilled calamari on a cold plate, food and drinks extremely expensive.

The four of us had a very nice evening. A fine selection of starters was enjoyed by two people and four people - it was varied and delicious. The various main courses of fish and meat were excellent, as was the respective dessert. The service was very quick, friendly and accommodating! We had a delicious and lovely evening in a lovely atmosphere.

Celebrated a friend's bachelorette party at Kymata. I personally liked it. The food is excellent. The selection too. There is something for everyone. Drinks menu also very extensive. The typical Kymata party starts at 11.30 p.m. Good music - mainly Greek-Balkan-Turkish. The atmosphere is great and everyone should actually get involved and join in, no matter where they are from. The only thing I didn't like at all was the mood and tone of the waiters... it continued to decline as the evening went on... Some of them didn't know what was on the menu... Whether a dish/cocktail was possible, whether everything is there... the later the evening, the longer we had to wait for drinks and sometimes we just weren't served anymore... of course it could also have something to do with the fact that we didn't order bottles of expensive alcohol... But oh well... . Overall, great concept, very good food, mega party but be careful when choosing staff...
