Ich besuche das Kymata Modern seit langer Zeit regelmäßig und bin jedes Mal aufs Neue beeindruckt. Die Küche ist kreativ, hochwertig und authentisch ein perfekter Mix aus moderner griechischer Küche und stilvollem Fine Dining. Der Service ist professionell, aufmerksam und immer freundlich. Ich war bereits mehrfach mit meiner Firma und auch mit Kunden hier essen, und jedes Mal waren alle restlos begeistert. Das Restaurant liefert konstant Top‑Qualität und ist absolut zuverlässig genau das, was man sich als Stammgast wünscht. Besonders am Freitag und Samstag, wenn der DJ auflegt, entsteht eine richtig starke Atmosphäre. Die Stimmung ist modern, lebendig und trotzdem elegant perfekt für einen gelungenen Abend. Für mich ganz klar eines der besten griechischen Restaurants in München. Absolute Empfehlung!

Sehr schöner Laden mit viel Platz. Besonders gut fande ich, dass man am Wochenende nach dem Essen oder zu dem Essen auch Party machen kann. Das Steak hätte ein wenig mehr gebraten sein können aber alles in allem gebe ich doch fünf Sterne

Sehr schönes Ambiente, nettes Personal und für meinen Geschmack echt leckeres Essen. Preistechnisch sind die Gerichte hoch angesetzt und in meinen Augen für die Portion etwas teuer, allerdings macht es die Qualität wieder gut.

Wir gehen schon länger gerne zum Feiern hierher, haben das Restaurant aber inzwischen auch für entspannte Abende mit Freunden entdeckt, zuletzt an einem Sonntagabend. Das Essen war wieder hervorragend: alles unglaublich frisch, perfekt gewürzt und richtig lecker. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Qualität und viel Liebe gekocht wird. Besonders die griechischen Spezialitäten waren geschmacklich top und sehr authentisch. Dazu kommt ein super freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service, bei dem man sich einfach wohlfühlt. Für uns eines der besten griechischen Restaurants, absolute Empfehlung!

Als jemand, der die Gastronomie liebt und beruflich wie privat sehr viel Wert auf Qualität legt, bin ich schlichtweg begeistert vom Kymata modern cuisine. Hier stimmt einfach alles: Die moderne Interpretation der Küche ist handwerklich auf allerhöchstem Niveau, die Aromen sind perfekt ausbalanciert und die Präsentation der Gerichte ist ein absoluter Augenschmaus. Man merkt sofort, dass hier echte Profis mit Leidenschaft am Werk sind – sowohl in der Küche als auch im Service. Das Ambiente ist stylisch und lädt zum Verweilen ein, während das aufmerksame Team dafür sorgt, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlfühlt. München hat viele Restaurants, aber das Kymata setzt definitiv neue Maßstäbe für moderne, anspruchsvolle Küche. P.S.: Ich komme definitiv ganz bald wieder – und wer weiß, vielleicht hat das Team nach dieser Liebeserklärung ja eine kleine Überraschung oder einen Gruß aus der Küche für mich parat? 😉 Verdient hätten sie es jedenfalls!

War heute das erste Mal dort Essen. Das Ambiente fand ich super schön. Genauso auch die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und super nett , ein großes Lob an Ata und Panos möchte ich aussprechen die uns bedient haben. Wenn der Service passt dann geht man auch immer wieder gerne hin.Danke an beide ,macht weiter so 👍👍👍 Kann das Lokal nur weiterempfehlen mit allem, Essen sehr lecker und Service super und Ambiente genauso.

Ich bin hier sehr gerne. Der Empfang ist sehr herzlich, der Chef kümmert sich mit seinem Team sehr persönlich um seine Gäste. Wir sind gerne mit Freunden, mit der Familie hier, auch bei Geschäftsessen und größeren Anlässen haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns auf den super-Service verlassen! Das Essen ist klasse, es werden auch gerne Sonderwünsche erfüllt. Freitags und Samstags wird es am späten Abend lauter, dann wird hier richtig gefeiert 😄 eine tolle Location!

Ich hatte einen absolut unvergesslichen Abend im Kymata Modern. Schon beim Betreten wird man von einer wunderschönen, stilvollen Location empfangen. Das Essen ist einfach auf einem anderen Level wirklich 5 Sterne plus! Jedes Gericht ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail angerichtet und geschmacklich ein absolutes Highlight. Die Kombination aus moderner und traditioneller griechischer Küche macht jeden Bissen zu einem Erlebnis . Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Service: Die Kellner sind extrem aufmerksam, unglaublich schnell und dabei jederzeit herzlich und professionell. Man fühlt sich rundum perfekt betreut. Und das Beste kommt zum Schluss: Die Stimmung nach dem Dinner ist einfach magisch. Sobald die Musik lauter wird, verwandelt sich der Abend in eine unvergessliche Party mit einzigartiger Atmosphäre, die man so nicht oft erlebt . Ein absoluter Geheimtipp in München! Das Kymata Modern überzeugt auf ganzer Linie. Das Essen war hervorragend modern interpretiert, unglaublich frisch und geschmacklich perfekt abgestimmt. Besonders die Meze und die Fischgerichte waren ein echtes Highlight, alles wunderschön angerichtet und qualitativ auf sehr hohem Niveau. Auch der Service war top: super freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr herzlich. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und willkommen. Die Atmosphäre ist modern, stilvoll und gleichzeitig entspannt perfekt für einen schönen Abend. Preis-Leistung stimmt definitiv und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die moderne mediterrane Küche auf höchstem Niveau genießen möchten!

Wir hatten einen richtig tollen Abend. Das Essen war wirklich authentisch griechisch und super lecker! Highlights waren die Vorspeisen und die Desserts Galaktobureko & Millefeuille

Das beste Restaurant überhaupt – exzellenter Service und unglaublich leckeres Essen. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und rundum gut betreut. Ich kann es wirklich von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

Als nicht ortskundige habe ich dieses Lokal durch Zufall entdeckt und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Vom Empfang über Ambiente und Service alles hervorragend. Service nicht aufdringlich aber sehr aufmerksam. Essen war überdurchschnittlich gut. Hatte mir eine Empfehlung der Küche bestellt. Linguine mit Garnelen in Hummerbuttersauce. Ein Gedicht. Preis/Leistung für diese Qualität top. Wenn ich wieder in München zu tun habe komme ich gerne wieder.

Das war mit Abstand das verrückteste Restaurant-Erlebnis meines Lebens. Manchmal liest man ja, dass der Service unhöflich sei, aber hier war er alles andere als das. Die eigentlich für den Service zuständige Mitarbeiterin schrie herum und brachte die Organisatorin der Veranstaltung zum Weinen. Wir hatten drei Wochen im Voraus für 20 Personen reserviert. Das Restaurant bestätigte die Reservierung. Außerdem war vereinbart, dass wir einen großen Tisch für die Veranstaltung bräuchten, damit sich alle unterhalten können. Als wir ankamen, stellte sich heraus, dass es nur einen großen Tisch und einen separaten Tisch daneben gab. Wir sprachen das an, woraufhin die Mitarbeiterin meinte, sie hätten keine andere Wahl (weil sie so ausgebucht seien) und wirkte schon ziemlich genervt. Als die Organisatorin ein paar Minuten später kam und mit ihr sprach, schrie die Mitarbeiterin (soweit ich weiß, hieß sie Demi) sie an der Bar an. Drei weitere Gruppenmitglieder kamen später, und die Mitarbeiterin kam erneut und sagte, dass der Tisch, an dem drei Personen mit ihren Getränken saßen, wieder abgeräumt würde. Die Kellner räumten den Tisch ab und nahmen die Getränke mit. Keine Entschuldigung, weder mündlich noch anderweitig. Der Kellner schrie sogar herum und verlangte, dass der Beistelltisch abgeräumt werde. Er brachte die Organisatorin zum Weinen. Uns blieb nichts anderes übrig, als die Getränke zu bezahlen und zu gehen. Ihr Restaurant ist nicht das einzige in München. Ich rate dringend davon ab, dort etwas zu planen.

Was für eine Atmosphäre herrscht denn da, wenn der Restaurantleiter uns anschreit, nur weil wir darum gebeten haben, unseren Tisch nicht zu teilen? Hätte er uns genauso angeschrien, wenn wir mit unseren Ehemännern gekommen wären? So etwas Schlimmes habe ich noch nie erlebt! Unprofessionell! Furchtbar! Ihre Managerin Dami sollte überhaupt keinen Kundenkontakt haben! Und übrigens, wie finden Sie unseren Fünfertisch? Ist das normal?

Ich lebe in Griechenland und bin mit Freunden aus Deutschland gekommen. Mir hat es in Deutschland besser gefallen als in Griechenland!

Vieles ist Geschmackssache, aber meinen hat‘s dieses Restaurant nicht so richtig getroffen: Essen zwar top, Service nur leider gar nicht. Erst penetrantes Nachfragen, dann wurden Bestellungen vergessen und erst nach zweimaligem Nachfragen sichtlich genervt an den Tisch gebracht - bis dahin war das Essen eigentlich abgeschlossen… Interieur mediterran aber angenehm modern, Preise gehoben (München halt).

Sehr großer und moderner Grieche. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Zu späterer Stunde ab ca. 21 Uhr ist eine Reservierung empfehlenswert. Hier füllt es sich dann sehr und es ist auch etwas lauter. Jedoch gibt es einen separaten Bereich zum Hauptbereich. Sehr gutes Essen. Preislich befindet sich alles etwas höher als das durchschnittliche Restaurant.

TellerGarnicht schön präsentiert,hatten Fisch und Fleisch und auf dem teller war auch nur das.Beilagen kosten extra.Für den Preis von einen Hauptgericht,lohnt es sich besser beim anderen Griechen zu gehen wo Mann vor und Hauptgericht kriegt für den Preis mit alles drum und dran und schmeckt gleich wenn nicht besser! Die Bedienung war unfreundlich und zu schnell beim Bestellung Aufnahme…Haben uns unwohl gefühlt…es waren alle junge Kellner ohne Erfahrung oder ohne Bock auf die Arbeit. Ein zweites mal gehe ich sicher nicht dahin!

Wir waren gestern im Kymata Modern Taverna zum Dinner während eines München-Wochenendtrips. Meine Freundin hatte mich mit diesem Abend überrascht – es sollte bewusst etwas Besonderes sein. Trotz Reservierung um 20:00 Uhr mussten wir rund 45 Minuten warten und wurden zunächst an die Bar gesetzt. Zwischendurch wollte man uns an einen extrem engen Platz setzen, an dem man unmöglich hätte sitzen können. Erst deutlich später bekamen wir schließlich einen passenden Tisch. Essen: Pita-Brote, Tyrokafteri und griechischer Salat waren gut. Bifteki okay, Gyros ordentlich. Souvlaki leider völlig geschmacksneutral. Schon während des Essens fiel auf, dass mehrere Gäste ständig umgesetzt wurden, was insgesamt eine sehr unruhige, fast schon hektische Atmosphäre erzeugte. Der eigentliche Tiefpunkt kam wenige Minuten nachdem wir mit dem Essen fertig waren: Wir wurden gebeten, unseren Tisch zu räumen, um Platz für eine größere Gruppe zu machen. Statt eines gleichwertigen Platzes wurden wir mitten im Restaurant an den Rand eines fremden Tisches gesetzt. Das war nicht nur unangenehm, sondern schlicht respektlos – insbesondere gegenüber Gästen, die reserviert hatten und den Abend bewusst als besonderen Anlass geplant hatten. Ein angebotener Gratis-Drink konnte das nicht ansatzweise ausgleichen. Wir sind kurz darauf gegangen. Meine Freundin war ehrlich gesagt extrem enttäuscht, weil der Abend dadurch komplett entwertet wurde. Wichtig zu erwähnen: Dem Servicepersonal kann man keinen Vorwurf machen – die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und bemüht. Das Problem lag klar im Management, der Organisation und der Priorisierung von Durchsatz statt Gästeerlebnis. Fazit: viel modernes Szene-Ambiente, aber ein Umgang mit Gästen, der für ein geplantes Dinner oder einen besonderen Anlass absolut nicht angemessen ist.

Die Mezze-Platte war wirklich köstlich. Nur die Salatportion fand ich etwas klein. Ansonsten war alles hervorragend. Der eigentliche Spaß beginnt gegen 23 Uhr. Essen Sie also unbedingt auf.

Die Vorspeisen sowie Hauptspeisen waren enttäuschend. Das einzige was der Laden wirklich gut kann ist die Party im Anschluss. Gute Musik, tolle Beleuchtung. Der Service war leider nicht freundlich.

Wir haben einen Geburtstag gefeiert und es war wirklich ein toller Abend. Es hat leider am Anfang ewig gedauert bis wir (trotz Reservierung!) unseren Tisch bekommen hatten und leider war es dann auch noch nicht sauber oder gedeckt, obwohl es ganz offensichtlich noch genügend freie gedeckte Tische gab. Der Mann, der die Platzzuweisung gemacht hat (der Chef?) war etwas unfreundlich/unaufmerksam muss ich leider sagen, ich dachte kurz der Abend ist gelaufen. Wir haben über eine Stunde warten müssen, bis wir unser Essen bekommen haben, war aber auch komplett voll im Restaurant und zumindest die Drinks und Vorspeisen waren sofort da. Dennoch war es ein gelungener Abend und die After Party war eine moderne Greek Night. Die Stimmung war richtig gut, die Gäste waren respektvoll und unser Kellner (älterer Mann) war super. Das Essen war okay, ich hatte den Mykonos Teller, empfehle dazu lieber das Gemüse oder die Pommes zu nehmen statt Reis. Am meisten war ich von den Vorspeisen für 2 überzeugt. Preise sind für die Location und die dazugehörige Party wirklich top.

Das Essen war lecker, aber leider viel zu wenig. Nach dem Abendessen waren wir noch hungrig und mussten sogar Pizza bestellen. Eine kleine Schale für 6 Personen ist wirklich enttäuschend. Getränke und Atmosphäre waren gut, das Personal freundlich – aber die Portionsgröße passt leider gar nicht.

Essen ist Großartig, Service ist Okay. Habe Nachspeise bestellt auf Nachfrage wo die denn bleibt wurde mir gesagt das Gerät anzeigt das keine mehr verfügbar ist - warum man mir aber dennoch besteck dann gebracht hat aber nicht die Info mitgeteilt hat sich mir nicht erschlossen. Ansonsten aber sehr Freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Ich muss ehrlich sagen, ich kann mich kaum erinnern, wann wir zuletzt ein derart außergewöhnliches Restauranterlebnis genießen durften. Von Anfang bis Ende war alles auf höchstem Niveau. Unser Kellner Ata war in jeder Hinsicht herausragend: äußerst kompetent, stets aufmerksam und dabei unglaublich sympathisch. Auch das gesamte Serviceteam überzeugte durch permanente Präsenz, Freundlichkeit und Professionalität – man fühlte sich rundum bestens betreut. Das Essen war schlichtweg ein Traum – geschmacklich hervorragend, perfekt zubereitet und wunderschön präsentiert. Wir kommen aus der Schweiz und müssen leider sagen, dass wir dort bislang keinen vergleichbar guten Griechen gefunden haben. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Tolles Lokal mit party am freitag und samstag

Das Essen kam schnell und die Vorspeisenplatte war sehr lecker.

Wir waren mit 7 Personen dort und hatten das Luxury Menü gehabt. Es war alles sehr läkker und was wir nicht gedacht hatten, sehr reichlich. Nach dem letzten Gang waren wir alle Pappsatt. Der einzige wehrmutstropen den wir hatten, war, das man mit dem Essen relativ schnell abgefertigt wurde, ein Gang weg, neuer Gang auf den Tisch. Wir müssten das Dessert nach hinten schieben. Da wir nicht nach Vorspeise und Hauptgang gleich das Dessert wollten. Ab ca.23::00 Uhr wurde die Musik lauter , das Licht gedämmter und man war in einem Club, das fanden wir alle sehr gut. Der Live DJ hatte eine sehr gute Mischung der Musik und die Stimmung wurde immer besser. Wenn der Service sich ein wenig mehr um die Gäste kümmern würde und nicht nur als Teller Taxi da wären, würde der Service auch 5 Sterne bekommen. Man musste meistens die Kellner zu einem rufen, wenn man noch was zu trinken wollte. Fazit: Den ein oder anderen Kellner mehr, und der Umsatz steigt automatisch. Nichts desto trotz, ein Besuch ist es auf alle Fälle wert und man sollte es auch gemacht haben, wenn man gut essen möchte.

A very beautiful location and very nicely decorated. The service is very friendly and attentive. The food is of very good quality. It's an unforgettable experience. The prices are very fair. It's very clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend it. For larger groups, I recommend making a reservation in advance.

Everything was perfect. The owner and his wife are absolutely lovely people 🥰. The waiters were attentive and professional. The food was perfect. The atmosphere was great. I'll definitely be back.

Unfortunately, making a reservation is pointless. I made a reservation and walked an hour to get there, only to be told no at the door, and then that it wasn't their fault and that someone else had made a mistake (you can't rely on that, even with a reservation). On top of that, someone was standing in front of me and got in without a reservation just because he knew the owner. Disorganized. A shame for such a good restaurant.

I celebrated my birthday at Kymata Modern and was more than satisfied in every respect. The restaurant's stylish, modern ambiance, tasteful lighting, and carefully selected music created an exceptional atmosphere from the very beginning. The food was of outstanding quality. I would particularly like to highlight the lamb souvlaki with eggplant sauce, which was perfectly prepared on the Argentinian grill – tender, juicy, and with an excellent balance of flavors. A very special thank you goes to the service staff, especially Spyros, whose extraordinary friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness made the evening unforgettable. Such dedicated and courteous service is by no means a given. The online reservation process was smooth and straightforward. From 8:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., there was continuous, top-notch entertainment. From 10:00 p.m. onwards, the restaurant transformed into a club – the atmosphere was fantastic, lively, and yet sophisticated. Everyone celebrated, danced, and laughed together. Overall, it was a thoroughly successful birthday celebration in an exceptional venue. I can wholeheartedly recommend Kymata and thank Spyros and the entire team for this perfect evening.

Great restaurant with very delicious food and very friendly service!

We were there with a large group. The food was excellent, no complaints there. However, I found the service quite poor in terms of interaction and communication with the guests. An incorrect order was taken, and when we pointed this out, the waiter started arguing instead of simply taking the wrong order back. In the end, we were pressured to leave a tip. Of course, it's possible we just got a bad waiter, but I believe the restaurant has a responsibility to properly train its staff. We will come back and give the service another chance, but I hope our experience won't be repeated.

Cool location, good food, and a great party location.

The atmosphere was great, the interior very cozy. The Greek dishes are similar to Turkish ones – even the music! They're not quite as delicious as Turkish food, but still good. It feels a bit like they've copied Turkey – hahaha, but nicely done!

They are censoring a 2 star review and claiming defamation. No wonder they are still at 4.6 stars. After this, I would 100% avoid going there.

Not filling We ordered a fish platter for two people, but the plate was half full, so we had to order salad separately. For that price, I get two people at Nefeli's with salad and an extra vegetable plate.

The food and drinks (cocktails, etc.) were absolutely top-notch, the wine recommendation was also spot on, and the selection of hot and cold appetizers is very extensive – everything I tried was delicious! And the party that evening in the restaurant was something different ;)

An absolute disgrace! We were told on the phone to just show up – and then we're standing there with 10 people, and suddenly they say there's no more room. Why did they even tell us that? The security on site was also really rude and rude. This kind of behavior is simply disrespectful and unprofessional. Never again!

One of the best restaurants in Neos Marmaras. Very fast service, even when it's very busy! I especially recommend the small mesedes and the fresh fish there, which is always very fresh.

Today, 12 of us were at Kymata for a birthday party. Due to the number of people, booking was only possible in conjunction with a set menu for €55 per person. And that's where the chaos began. Appetizer - tasty as always, but we got exactly the same number of appetizers for 12 people as we did on our last visit for 8 people. Main course - was a joke. Four people each got a plate with two(!) meat skewers and a turkey steak cut into thin strips. Then, at different times, came the fish plate with a piece of salmon, which also had to be shared between four people, two fish fillets, and six baby calamari, meaning everyone got 1 1/2 calamari. The side dishes came in small bowls, each with a handful of rice, fries, salad, and vegetables. Everyone was entitled to about 1 to max. 2 tablespoons of each. Dessert - I can't judge, I left early. In between, I waited 20 minutes for my drink (a pornstar martini). And to top it all off, the cake arrived while the table was still full of half-eaten plates, and six of us (including the birthday "child") were standing outside. One of our group inside apparently said the cake could come soon, but the least I expected was a quick glance over to the table to see if the timing was right before the birthday child outside watched through the window as the cake arrived and was taken away again. Embarrassing. Bottom line: they'll get another chance sometime soon, because the location and music are very appealing – but today's visit was a flop.

Super nice and cozy in the evening (before 10 p.m., before the party starts) and the food was excellent! Very attentive service. Highly recommended: Lamb Trilogy. Be careful, dishes from the menu (at the entrance) are €5 more expensive in the evening. We wanted to come back... Unfortunately, closed on Friday lunchtime... we found the door locked. No information on the website. Too bad.

We received a very attractive flyer in our mailbox. It suggested a nice place to eat. Modern Greek style? A special kind of experience??? Special kind, yes, but unfortunately for us, very negative. The ambiance was classy, ​​felt like a nightclub, it had absolutely nothing to do with a Greek taverna. There was a bouncer at the entrance to the garden and another one at the front door. Very loud music and disco lasers, completely unsuitable for dining. We were forced to leave at 9 p.m. because it was impossible to have a normal conversation. The crowd was young and all dressed in black, lots of latex and leather. I'd say 80% Albanian and Greek. The waiters were friendly but arrogant, walking past the table ten times with empty glasses without asking if we wanted something to drink. There was no ouzo like at other Greek restaurants. And when we paid, there wasn't even a thank you for the tip. On top of that, it was overpriced, with small portions and no side dishes, which you have to order separately. For example, gyro plate + fries + rice + salad = 25.50. The food and drink menus have different prices everywhere: the online menu, the menu posted outside the restaurant, and the menu in the restaurant don't match at all.

We had a reservation starting at 7:00 PM, but the table was only available until 9:00 PM.

Kymata is a truly fantastic Greek restaurant – modern, youthful, and with a cool, spacious, and interestingly designed interior. The service was attentive and friendly, which underscored the positive overall impression. For starters, we had a traditional feta filo in crispy pastry with honey – highly recommended! This was followed by the kritharoto, a rice-shaped pasta dish with shrimp and a tomato and lobster bisque – very tasty. To finish, there was a creative dessert: a millefeuille with delicate puff pastry and fine vanilla cream – very delicious! My clear recommendation for anyone looking for a stylish yet relaxed Greek restaurant.

I always love Kymata and actually drive about two hours there. Whether with a party on the weekend or just for dinner during the week (I've only been there once, it's too far), it's always great! I think the food is fantastic, especially the mixed starters, the service is excellent, and the ambiance is beautiful. A big thank you also to the manager, who once, just at our request/begging :-), played for us on a Friday/holiday, even though there weren't many guests. But he gave us girls a great evening. We wanted to celebrate a friend's birthday on Saturday with 12 people at Kymata. Two days before the party, the birthday girl was contacted and given an ultimatum: either she order a three-course meal worth €800 (minimum spend) or she could spend her birthday somewhere else. The reason: it was supposed to rain that day (?!). Understandably, the birthday girl didn't want to simply accept this ultimatum. Most of our group are women and physically unable to handle a three-course Greek meal. Forcing your 12 guests to shell out at least €70 (+ drinks) two days before the party to attend is at least as annoying as mobilizing €800 at short notice for a relaxing evening with friends. Yes, even in Munich, there are average earners who want to go out to dinner together every now and then. It's just as annoying (and nearly impossible) to organize a new location for 12 people on Thursday for the following Saturday evening. Can you understand our friend's displeasure? I think so. Is it a reason to yell at her on the phone and simply cancel her reservation? I don't think so. The icing on the cake was that our friend's corresponding review (which, to be honest, was far too mild for the context) was met with absolute rudeness, disrespect, and a distortion of the facts. Among other things, we were told that "McDonald's has great menus for under €25, including a game room you can rent," "a little tip" from Kymata. Of course, the comment has since been removed. But it exists as a screenshot in our group, dear Kymata team. In 10 years in the restaurant industry, I've never experienced such treatment. Menus and package prices are negotiated at the time of reservation, not shortly before with a metaphorical gun to the guest's chest. Such a disgusting, disrespectful response to the review left us all absolutely stunned. Fortunately, we were able to find another—a truly beautiful—location with friendly staff. I'm left with two questions: Did Kymata, in its euphoria, not realize that it's still not a Michelin-starred, exclusive, upscale spot for Munich's rich and famous? And: WHAT'S going on with you guys?

We ate at the Kymata Modern restaurant last night based on an Instagram post. The restaurant is large, modern, and stylishly decorated – it definitely makes an impression at first glance. Unfortunately, there are a few weaknesses: The restrooms appear poorly maintained compared to the rest of the ambiance and not up to the standard. The food itself was visually appealing, but priced at the high end. The appetizer platter for two was varied, but lacked that special flavor kick. The sea bass in a salt crust was excellently prepared – unfortunately, we weren't informed when ordering that no side dishes were included. This wasn't clearly stated on the menu either. So we sat at the table with the filleted fish – without any side dishes. When asked, the waiter simply replied, "You didn't order any." Only afterward – after we asked again – were the side dishes brought to us, when the fish was already cold. The staff was friendly and attentive, but overall seemed inexperienced and not well-coordinated. Conclusion: A chic ambiance with potential, but there's definitely room for improvement in service and communication. Unfortunately, it was our first and last visit.

We were at Kymata on Saturday – unfortunately, the start was really disappointing. We had reserved inside, but were seated outside. When we asked, the owner said we wouldn't be allowed in until we spent at least €80 per person. After a lengthy discussion, we were finally allowed in. What really bothered us, though, was that apparently the seating is determined by how much skin you show. Scantily clad women were able to get in without any problems, while men or women dressed normally had to sit outside. It almost seemed as if the whole concept was aimed at seating attractive women in the middle so they were "highly visible." We found that really uncomfortable and, to be honest, questionable. Despite everything: the food was great, the service was very friendly, and we still had fun in the end – partly because we brought the atmosphere into the place with us. Dear Kymata team: Maybe you should reconsider whether your concept is really as fair as it should be. A nice seat shouldn't depend on how much you're wearing.

We found this address thanks to a TikTok ad. The ambiance is very appealing. The drinks are delicious. The starter is also delicious, although VERY expensive for the amount of food (pizza bread costs extra). Disillusionment set in with the main course. My souvlaki was overcooked, unfortunately just dry and barely seasoned. The side dish, which was supposed to be grilled vegetables, was also disappointing. In summary – more show than substance! The price-performance ratio here is completely out of this world. The bill was impressive – €260 for 4 people.

We stopped by for dinner spontaneously and had no problem getting a table during the week. The food was OK and reasonably priced.

Top Greek restaurant in Munich, service is attentive and friendly, the meat is always cooked perfectly, the music never overtakes your voice, very well designed audio system. Recommended for a romantic dinner or with friends!

An amazing restaurant - bravo to the chef! Every dish had a unique, unforgettable taste; it was pure delight. The seafood and vegetables were outstanding. The atmosphere was fantastic, with a cozy, stylish interior and pleasant music. Despite the large number of guests, it was very comfortable to talk, as there was enough space between tables to feel relaxed and private. Be sure to reserve a table in advance. We will definitely come back more than once!

We had a very disappointing evening at Kymata Modern Restaurant. The experience was characterized by poor service, inattentiveness, and disrespectful behavior from the staff. We ordered an appetizer platter, then briefly went to smoke, and explicitly informed the waiter that we would be back soon. When we returned to our table a few minutes later, our appetizer platter—about half of which remained—had been completely cleared away. When we asked about it, the waiter responded with complete incomprehension and in an aggressive tone, saying, "What do you want now?" Instead of an apology or a solution, we were simply brought a small bowl of garlic dip. The remaining appetizer, for which we had obviously paid, was not replaced or refunded. The drink service was also disastrous. We had to repeat our orders several times because they were simply ignored or forgotten. The staff were consistently unfriendly, seemed disinterested, and gave the impression that our presence was more of an intrusion than a welcome one. This was particularly disappointing because the restaurant was almost empty. There were more free tables than occupied ones, and the staff definitely wasn't overwhelmed. Especially under such circumstances, courteous service is the least one can expect. Conclusion: We felt neither welcome nor appreciated. The service was disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. We will definitely not visit this restaurant again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

It was important to us, so we specifically asked what time would be best, as the shop is often very busy. We arrived at 9:20 p.m. and were told to wait. After 45 minutes, we got impatient, and I asked the waitress what was going on. He didn't know what was going on because he had forgotten about us, but he immediately seated two of his colleagues, whom he greeted and who didn't have reservations. He asked how many people were there. Afterward, he offered us the chance to sit next to four other guests, as there were two more seats available. ...
