Unser Besuch bei KYLIN HOTPOT war ein absolutes Highlight! Die Auswahl an frischen Zutaten ist riesig und die Qualität der Speisen überzeugt auf ganzer Linie. Besonders toll ist, dass man seinen Hotpot ganz individuell gestalten kann von den Brühen bis hin zu den Saucen. Alles war frisch, geschmackvoll und authentisch. Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich und lädt dazu ein, gemeinsam mit Freunden oder der Familie einen entspannten Abend zu verbringen. Auch der Service war hervorragend: Das Personal war aufmerksam, freundlich und hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, alle Fragen zu beantworten. Man merkt sofort, dass hier großer Wert auf Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird. Wer authentischen Hotpot liebt oder ihn zum ersten Mal ausprobieren möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Klare Empfehlung wir kommen definitiv wieder! 🍲✨

Der Singende Gemüse Schnitzer der meine Kinder vom Essen abgehalten hat war jetzt nicht so der Hit aber das Restaurant und der Service waren super

An jenem Nachmittag bekam ich Erbrechen und Durchfall – ein schreckliches Restaurant. Sie hatten sogar einen Artikel vergessen, für den ich bezahlt hatte; das bemerkte ich erst später am Abend. Ich werde dort nie wieder hingehen; es war furchtbar.

Wir kommen sehr gerne her, besonders seit es die All You Can Eat Option gibt - vorher konnte es auch mal eskalieren, aber seitdem ist der Preis gedeckelt und wir sparen viel Geld. Das Ambiente ist bemerkenswert, es handelt sich vermutlich um eine ehemalige Industriehalle oder ein Lager, aber durch die clevere Anordnung von Raumteilern, Pagoden und Deko fällt das kaum auf. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, man wird sehr schnell bedient (Bestellung bei AYCE mit Tablet).

Das Lokal ist innen wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet ein Hot-Pot-Konzept. Die Atmosphäre und das Erlebnis sind definitiv besonders und interessant. Allerdings läuft alles à la carte, also wird jedes einzelne Gericht extra berechnet. Am Ende haben wir ungefähr 30 € pro Person bezahlt und sind ehrlich gesagt trotzdem nicht wirklich satt geworden. Leider war der Service teilweise etwas unorganisiert: Eine der Kellnerinnen sprach weder Englisch noch Deutsch richtig und wusste selbst nicht genau, wie die Preise oder das Konzept funktionieren. Das hat die Bestellung etwas kompliziert gemacht. Man bezahlt hier meiner Meinung nach vor allem für das Erlebnis und die besondere Art des Essens. Wer jedoch großen Hunger hat oder ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis erwartet, für den lohnt es sich eher weniger.

Sehr gutes asiatisches Restaurant

Das Essen war ein Traum. Frisches Gemüse, leckeres Fleisch und die Brühe war Mega lecker! Günstig ist es nicht; hatten die mittelgroße Platte plus drei Getränke für 90€, war es aber definitiv wert! Sehr guter Service mit Anleitung und Beratung. Sehr schönes Ambiente. Tiefgarage unter dem Restaurant.

Parken ist bequem. Das Ambiente ist angenehm. Die Zutaten sind in Ordnung, nichts Besonderes. Es sind nicht viele Gäste da, daher ist es ein guter Ort, um in Ruhe einen Hot Pot zu genießen.

Direkt an der Tür eine herzliche Begrüßung. Für die erste Erfahrung mit Hot Pot, könnte nichts besseres passieren. Gut organisiert und schnelle Bedienung. Es gab sogar ein kleines Geburtstagsgeschenk.

Wir hatten ein fantastisches Erlebnis in diesem Hot-Pot-Restaurant! Es gab eine große Auswahl an Zutaten, und alles war frisch. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und satt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, was den Besuch noch angenehmer machte. Auch das Parken in der Tiefgarage war sehr praktisch. Als schöne Überraschung wurde uns an diesem Tag sogar traditionelles Tangyuan (ein traditionelles indisches Gebäck) kostenlos serviert. Eine wirklich nette und festliche Geste! Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Das war das beste Hotpot, das ich bisher in Deutschland gegessen habe – es hat sofort Erinnerungen an meine Heimatregion Sichuan und Chongqing geweckt. Im Restaurant wurde ein chinesischer Pavillon aufgebaut, und die gesamte Dekoration ist sehr authentisch und stark von der chinesischen Kultur geprägt.Das Servicepersonal war ausgesprochen freundlich, geduldig und aufmerksam. Außerdem war das Restaurant sehr sauber. Die Hotpot-Brühe hat den typischen, charakteristischen Geschmack der Sichuan-Küche, wurde jedoch leicht an den europäischen Geschmack angepasst – sodass auch meine deutschen Freunde dieses köstliche Essen genießen konnten.Die Qualität des Fleisches war einfach hervorragend.

Klinik hotpot ist definitiv einen Besuch wert. Auch gerne immer wieder und öfter. Sehr gutes essen und sehr freundliche Bedienungen. Preiskategorie eher €€€. Aber es ist das geld allemal wert.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter und Gutes Essen

Das Essen war ein echtes Erlebnis. Wir haben zum ersten Mal Hot Pot probiert, und Kylin Hotpot war dabei ein Volltreffer. Sehr lecker und alles wunderbar frisch. Wir haben einen Hot Pot für zwei Personen mit Lamm, Rind und viel Gemüse bestellt. Die Dame mit dem großen Lächeln im Gesicht 🤗 hat uns alles genau erklärt – wie man bestellt und wie die Zutaten richtig gekocht werden. Auch die anderen Kolleginnen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Feng-Shui-Ambiente war genau auf den Punkt gebracht – nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Einfach mal beim Verbraucherfenster Hessen nachlesen.... gehe da nicht mehr hin. Meine Gesundheit ist mir wichtiger.

Wir hatten sehr hohe Erwartungen an den Kilin Hotpot, wurden jedoch leider enttäuscht. Das Essen war zwar geschmacklich gut, allerdings mussten wir sehr lange auf drei fehlende Bestellungen warten. Trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage hat sich daran nichts geändert. Da wir schließlich mit dem Essen fertig waren, haben wir diese Bestellungen wieder abbestellt. Zusätzlich war die Kommunikation schwierig, da das Personal kaum Deutsch sprach und uns offenbar nicht verstanden hat. Insgesamt daher leider kein zufriedenstellender Besuch.

Zum ersten Mal Hot Pot ausprobiert. Es war eine ganz neue Erfahrung. Besonders gut hat uns der Chinakohl, Tofu, Pilze und das Fleisch gefallen. Nudeln waren bei der Einsteigerplatte auch dabei, braucht man aber nicht unbedingt. Die scharfe Brühe mit Chili war toll. Als Nachtisch gab es einen kleinen Obstteller. Die Bedienung war sehr sehr freundlich und hat uns erklärt, wie das geht.

Wunderbares Restaurant! Wir waren in den letzten Jahren bereits mehrfach dort und die Zutaten waren jedes Mal außergewöhnlich frisch und jeden Cent wert. Sowohl das Personal als auch der Service sind exzellent, äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam – unsere Bestellungen wurden stets schon nach wenigen Minuten serviert. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Zutaten für den Hotpot sowie eine Art Buffet für die Soßen, die man sich individuell zusammenstellen kann. Auch für Hotpot-Anfänger ist das Kylin Hotpot die beste Adresse: Hier bekommt man richtig authentischen Hotpot sowie gut zusammengestellte Starter-Menüs. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend. All unsere Fragen wurden vom Service jederzeit kompetent und freundlich beantwortet. Klare Empfehlung! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ich war zum ersten Mal in diesem Restaurant und ganz sicher nicht zum letzten Mal! Die Empfehlung war hervorragend; wir haben den Hotpot sehr genossen. Der Service war erstklassig! Das Essen war sehr lecker, die Portionen großzügig und die Atmosphäre perfekt, um in Ruhe zu essen und sich zu unterhalten.

Actually very authentic, frog legs, chicken gizzards, and beef heart, everything was there. Served really fresh. The Sichuan peppercorns tingle on the tongue. It was fun!

It was a great experience. The food was fantastic.

Besides the excellent hot pot, the traditional Chinese dishes are especially recommended. We always enjoy the food and usually take leftovers home for the next day!

We visit this Chinese restaurant as a family at least once a month, and it's always been a place we've enjoyed. The atmosphere is pleasant, and we usually order our favorite dishes, which we've always enjoyed. Unfortunately, we were disappointed on our last visit, as the portions had become significantly smaller. This somewhat soured our experience this time. We hope things will improve, as we otherwise have a great appreciation for the restaurant.

Hotpot restaurant. You prepare your own food at your table, with a wide selection of ingredients and broths. You order ingredients via a tablet, which takes some getting used to, but it works well. Tables could be a bit larger. There's also the option to order ready-made meals.

Overall, we enjoyed our visit to the restaurant – the food was delicious, the portions were plentiful, and it was fun to put together the ingredients ourselves. For us (2 adults and 1 child), the bill came to around €120, which we felt was rather expensive, as the broth is also charged extra and some of the ingredients are quite expensive. Ordering via the tablet was a bit confusing, and we couldn't easily reorder after collecting the tablet. The barcode at the table didn't work, and no service staff came by – we had to order directly at the counter. Online reservations are limited to 1.5 hours, which is a bit tight for a cozy evening. We stayed for just under 2 hours, which was ultimately tolerated. For a Saturday evening at 7 p.m., it was surprisingly quiet. Conclusion: Excellent taste and an interesting experience, but the value for money and service could be significantly improved.

I was here with my family for my birthday, and we were all thrilled! There's an incredible selection, everything is very, very high quality, and the broths are also delicious! The service was very friendly, and I even got a lovely birthday present.

There are a lot of seats and 2 large private rooms. The hotpot can be a large pot or a small pot per person. The soup base is very good and the seasonings are carefully prepared. The ingredients are fresh and ordering is done using an iPad, which is very convenient Own parking garage, free

Really authentic if you want it. Many dishes that you might not know as a “normal European”. But all in all very tasty. And very friendly service.

Wow, just amazing. It's a full experience. The people were so nice and lovely. If it's your first time, they have a 4 people special "Kennenlernen" Option that costs 125€. It's worth it. We were four very hungry people, we ate to our hearts and belly content and there were still leftovers. We took the non spicy options. It's good to have a reservation, but you can also just walk in. Very PET AND KID-FRIENDLY.

It was very tasty and good value for money..

No longer good and overpriced! We had to wait 45 minutes until the first piece came from the hotpot - salad. In the end it took well over an hour until everything was there. All the fun of the hotpot was gone. There was no coriander or garlic and nothing was refilled later. The portions have become really small and are also more expensive. The breaded tofu was at best only half the size it used to be. There were only 4 slices of meat on the ice. And the other ingredients have also become very small. There are no longer any snacks in advance. The restaurant is full to capacity. It doesn't seem to bother anyone else. It's loud and the floor is slippery from all the steam. You'll definitely make a good profit in the short term, but you'll lose customers in the long term. We won't go there anymore for now.

We love the food from the hotpot. Everything was super fresh and highly recommended for vegetarians. We had the tomato broth, for the meat eaters we had beef with chillies. However, this broth was probably very spicy😅. You should definitely create a sauce to go with it, it will enhance the food even more. All in all, very tasty again😀

The “experience” with the HotPot is great and the food is mostly fresh. The ambience has something of a train station hall… It's loud and the floor is sometimes very slippery. The service is nice but unfortunately not very present. There are QR codes at the table that you can use to order, unfortunately that didn't work for us and we had to order in person... due to the lack of attention and the hectic nature of the people, that was very difficult.

The KYLIN HOTPOT offers a large selection of fresh ingredients and delicious soup bases. I particularly liked the variety of meat, seafood and vegetables - all of good quality. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is friendly and helpful. A small point deduction as it can take a little longer for repeat orders to arrive during peak times. Otherwise a great place for anyone who loves hotpot! I'd love to come back. 😊

We had hot pot food. The food was very tasty and super varied. However, we were missing a little instruction from the service on how ordering and the hot pot actually work. Unfortunately, the tablet was simply placed on the table without comment and the service left again. We then asked for help and it came and explained everything to us. The atmosphere could be made a little more inviting and comfortable. Otherwise we were very happy with the food.

Yes, definitely recommended. Try something different. The food was very fresh and tasty and the service was quick to respond via iPad and Robocart. Big drawback - a little instruction on handling and the ventilation would be helpful, it is very weak and urgently needs an upgrade. A lot of heat is released and the clothes and hair smell very strongly of grease. When it comes to ambience, there is still room for improvement to make the Chinese canteen feel a little more inviting.

We were there on a Tuesday evening and were thrilled, not only were the service staff extremely nice, but the quality was also first class and fresh. I can especially recommend the Wagyu to everyone.

Nicht empfehlenswert leider, unfreundliches Personal und auf Fragen würde null eingegangen. Man bekommt ein Tablet in die Hand und muss sich selbst durcharbeiten, leider vieles fehlerhaft übersetzt. Die Brühen sind geschmacklos und fad. Die Zutaten viel zu teuer für die schlechte Qualität. Bedienung war nur einmal am Tisch und dann wieder um abzukassieren. Wir waren zum ersten und zum letzten Mal dort.

Came for lunch, initially surprised to see a hot pot spot in Dreieich, but it definitely hit the spot. Good variety of hot pot options as well as regular dishes.

A restaurant with an Asian, Korean and Chinese flavour. Your meal can be prepared at the table...an enjoyable experience that can be repeated. It uses a report to serve customers by delivering their orders...I recommend visiting it.

Very authentic, super fresh and very tasty! It was our first time eating hotpot and it was a great experience. Very attentive service - the unused leftovers were even packed up for us to take home! We will definitely come back with a larger group or more often.

The food was super delicious. When all the tables were occupied, the staff seemed to be at their limit. Everything continued to be very friendly, but I waited 30 minutes for the bill. In a restaurant with iPad ordering and some delivery robots, you could certainly offer the payment process in a more technical way to relieve the burden on the staff. But we will definitely come back. The prices are already high, the three of us paid almost 180 euros but we also ate and tried a lot.

Fantastic Hot Pot, authentic and welcoming place!

We ate there for the first time today. The service staff were there quickly to allocate space. It should be the hot pot menu. So the raw ingredients and drinks were conveniently ordered and placed via an iPad. Waiting time was about 5 minutes for the drinks and another 15 minutes for the first ingredients to arrive one by one. The meat came sufficiently chilled or was stored on ice. Pasta, cabbage etc were also fresh. For the hotpot there is a foam ladle and a normal sauce/soup ladle. A small sieve in the broth helps to cook/find small ingredients better. At the “sauce bar” you can put together your own from more than 10 different sauces and spices. (Sesame oil & oyster sauce is recommended). We spent a total of two hours there and were well fed. We parked in a communal underground car park and we paid around €40 p.p. In my opinion the price is justified for the amount of fresh ingredients, especially Wagyu meat.

Poor value for money! Right from the start we asked for less spicy hot pot, to which we were assured that they can serve the soups less spicy. The soups came so quickly after ordering via tablet that I doubt that anything was changed in terms of spiciness. The soup was so spicy that I couldn't eat it even though I eat spicy food regularly. Mixed with the tomato broth, it's fine. The prices are cheeky. Simple pak choi / corn / sprouts cost €4.50-€5 EACH! Then we thought that the starter and dessert, which we had not ordered and were brought "on the house", would be free, which would to some extent justify the more expensive prices of the individual ingredients, but these were charged an extra €3. Great concept. The meat is not recommended. The meatballs were full of gristle. The robot is pretty cute, but that doesn't make up for the food. In the end, I felt ripped off by the expensive prices and the paid starter, which I would never have chosen in my life. We paid €36 per person, the food wouldn't even have been worth half that.

The Chinese hotpot restaurant left a very positive impression. The ingredients were fresh and tasty, and the food had an authentic taste. The interior was beautifully designed and had a traditional Chinese feel. The staff was also friendly and accommodating, which made the visit pleasant. Overall, a recommended place for anyone who wants to enjoy good Chinese food.

It's too much oil and after a while the soup turns brown instead of red tomato soup and it's really a long wait before you have to pay so I wouldn't recommend 👎🏼
