We've enjoyed coming here for lunch (including for business) for years, and there's no better place for our Christmas party with clients. Getting there is incredibly relaxing: Whether by subway or car, thanks to good connections and easy parking, the Kursaal is easily accessible – ideal when guests are gathering from different directions. The dishes are consistently delicious – freshly prepared, homemade, lovingly presented, and often with a hearty Swabian twist, just the way we like it (not for skinny models 😉). The chocolate mousse, in particular, is an absolute dream (not always on the menu, but it's worth asking politely! 😉). Individual requests (for changes) – which we women often have – are always accommodated with kindness. And, of course, any leftovers are happily packed. Payment is easy, both in cash and cashless – even small special requests like a different billing address are no problem here. The ambiance is charmingly rustic, cozy, and wonderfully relaxed. Inside, quaint seating areas invite you to linger, while outside, you can sit under parasols overlooking the adjacent spa gardens – perfect for a little respite from the hustle and bustle. The service is attentive, warm, and pleasantly uncomplicated. Special praise goes to waiter Hamdo – the personified gastronomic superhero in constant service for years. Whether it's a small gathering, a business lunch, or a Christmas party with over 50 guests: he keeps an overview, remains calm, courteous, professional, and friendly – ​​and seems to anticipate your every wish. With his commitment, positive energy, and genuine interest in the guests, he ensures that you feel completely at home every time. I always look forward to our next visit and can only warmly recommend the Kursaal.

Great outdoor seating. Easy parking. Self-service.

We've been there several times with our regulars. They serve food and drinks. In the summer, the outdoor area is shaded and offers plenty of space to sit.

I come regularly; the Kursaal is almost always a good place. Beautiful location, with great outdoor dining in the summer. The food is delicious and seasonal. However, I have to deduct points for the ice cream – the pistachio ice cream tastes like bitter almonds/marzipan, and the coconut ice cream tastes like nothing at all. The chocolate sundae wasn't very tasty either – it seems like they've skimped on quality, which is a shame. In the summer, or on days like these, other places are more recommendable – but the rest of the year, I always enjoy going to the Kursaal.

The food tasted good, but there were a lot of fatty dishes—so it wasn't particularly healthy. What really deserves praise, though, is the extensive selection. The meze, fruit, and desserts were particularly delicious and varied. Another point of criticism is the distance between the stage and the audience. The stage was very far from the guests, which made it difficult to connect with what was happening. Unfortunately, this dampened the mood somewhat.

We were there yesterday with French guests and friends. Wonderful ambiance, great selection of a wide range of dishes (Maultaschen and Spätzle are made to a very high standard, which is something you don't find very often these days), each dish had a special touch beyond excellent cooking. Very attentive and friendly service. Furthermore, good value for money. Our guests and we really enjoyed it. Highly recommended. We will be back. Thank you for the lovely evening there.

Sunshine and a beer garden, perfect....

We were at the Augustiner beer garden for a class reunion and then gathered in the Kursaal from 7 p.m. onwards. The self-service beer garden is very nice. There's a small children's playground, sunny and shady spots. Drinks are cold, and the food is freshly prepared. A very good selection of food and drinks. The clearing service is quick and unobtrusive. Then, due to an approaching storm, we had to return to the Kursaal a little earlier. We were immediately greeted warmly and friendly. The storm intensified. All the guests now wanted to go into the restaurant. There was no rush; everyone was friendly and professional. All guests were served very quickly. Drinks were served quickly. The menu offers an excellent selection. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available. After 30 minutes, all guests in our group had received their meals, which they ordered à la carte. Kudos to the kitchen! Very tasty. Attractively presented. The Kursaal, with its outdoor area with service and its beer garden, is highly recommended.

A positively old-fashioned, nostalgic, old-school Kursaal, a classic with a very pleasant ambiance and a charming beer garden. I would especially like to highlight the friendly, attentive, and very helpful service and the truly excellent food! We felt very comfortable! Thank you very much!

It was very tasty... Since we ate dinner outside, I can't really comment on the ambiance... I do have one complaint, however, that according to the server, they don't offer any sweet wines. Personally, that's a no-go for me, because they should be able to offer something for every taste.

The restaurant impresses with its beautiful ambience with lovingly rustic furnishings and a wonderful outdoor area in the countryside - perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal and easily accessible by public transport. We particularly recommend the summer salad with caramelized goat cheese – a real highlight! The food overall is very tasty and freshly prepared. The service is friendly and accommodating when it is there. Unfortunately, sometimes you have to wait a little longer until someone comes to the table. Still a very nice place for connoisseurs!

Went there for lunch, service was great, friendly and fast. I had the Zurich Geschnetzeltes. Unfortunately, the meat was a bit tough and some of the Rösti was still raw inside. Otherwise nice restaurant.

Went for dinner at Easter and it was great

The portions are large, for those who are on a proper diet, I would say overkill. We like a salad side dish and dessert, so we only ate the salad. But it was delicious.

For tourists seeking traditional German fare in proximity to city landmarks, the Sauerbraten here is a commendable option. Portions were generous. Convenient location. Finished the day off with a nice walk to the park.

We were happy, sun, sitting outside and enjoying nice food. Sun and sitting outside were perfect. The schnitzel felt like it was 3 days old, tasted terrible, even our dog left the schnitzel lying around because it was inedible.

We really liked the Kursaal restaurant in Stuttgart. The ambience, from modern to rustic and cozy, is very appealing. The food was very good. The service was pleasant and friendly. Cashless payment is possible. After eating you can take a walk in the beautiful spa gardens. An underground car park is available. We would love to come back and can highly recommend this beautiful location.

Very nice location with a parking garage. There were 20 of us and our waitress absorbed everything. The food came almost at the same time for everyone. That's how it has to be and you can't get it everywhere these days. The food was very tasty and the price was right. We would love to come back.

We had a small birthday party and received the Kübler room. So we were all among ourselves with children and dogs and were able to really enjoy the day. The food and service were excellent. The chairs may need to be checked for stability. Otherwise everything is great!

We had a really great company party in the Kursaal yesterday and I have to say it was a completely successful evening. From the ambience to the friendly staff to the food – everything was just perfect. I particularly loved the onion roast with spaetzle, the meat was so tender, simply outstanding! A very traditional and high class German Cuisine restaurant. It also has other options like burgers , curries on the menu. The staff are very courteous and take good care of the guests. This is also a great place to host a dinner or lunch get together with friends/colleagues or a company event. Highly recommend Lamm Rucken.

Went here with a group of 7 people. We have a very nice table at the back, a large round table. Food was good and tasty. Price and performance ok so far. Good service. Good cellar, it was funny too. 3 minutes to the tram. Barrier-free. Not so loud.

We found this restaurant spontaneously and we were not disappointed. The prices are a little higher, but you get enough for it. The food was excellent, we even got a free starter. The food is very good. A glass of beer is rarely properly poured. This wasn't just something that happened that evening. Unfortunately, we noticed this again on our second visit.

The food was delicious, the location is really great and comfortably furnished. The service was friendly, but you always had to make yourself known if you wanted to order or pay for something, so 1 point was deducted. A walk in the spa park after dinner is also good.

Honestly such a great restaurant and if you’re hungry you’re in for a treat because the portion sizes are enormous! We went at the end of September. Very good traditional German food, servers are super lovely and the drinks are divine! Definitely try all of the traditional dishes of this region of Germany here as they are executed so well!

Good food, fast service, nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, the waiter was very rude and complained that he didn't get enough tips from everyone because my wife "started" with too little. Absolute no go in service and really an indictment of the gentleman in question. In addition, the guests were from a charity event.

Essen war eine totale Katastrophe. Von außen Top von innen Flop.Wir bestellten ein „Wiener Schnitzel“. Was wir auf den Teller bekamen, hatte nichts mit einem Schnitzel zu tun. Die Panade war mit Butter getränkt, dem zu Folge schmeckte das Schnitzel nach alter Fritteuse. Die Bedienung war sehr unfreundlich. Meine Sitznachbarin wurde von einem Kellner gefragt ob Sie wohl Albanerin ist ihrem Aussehen zu folge. Dies war bestimmt das letzte mal in diesem Restaurant!!

I liked the evening of music by Hans Zimmer by candlelight. We didn’t order food or drinks, we made do with spiritual food.

Visually, the economy is very appealing. Unfortunately, the Wiener Schnitzel with cucumber and potato salad (probably from the plastic bucket) was not. For €27.50 I would have expected more, like a fat-soaked lump of meat. To me it seems as if a traditional restaurant has been taken over by a family that has the same menu (including prices), but makes significant compromises in terms of quality. The orders were taken quickly and served quickly.

Went there for a quick lunch break. The food was very tasty and is absolutely recommended. I had “Culinary from the Land & Sea” for around €20 Fillets of beef, salmon, shrimp. Melon and Parma ham with various sauces on summer salads” That was great! Beautifully prepared and fresh ingredients rounded off the taste. The service was friendly and the ambience inside is very nice and stylish. But the outside area is also beautifully oriented with a view of the spa park.

We were at your place today around 5 p.m. A very good and pleasant atmosphere and your guests beamed with joy. We ordered two beers and two cheeseburgers, one instead of fries with a side salad. For information, we were told that something like this would be seen as a very big piece of information about the chef (something that shouldn't interest us as guests and makes the whole thing look like a burden or too much unnecessary). The beer was brought by a nice colleague and the food by him. When we started eating we noticed that the meat of a burger wasn't cooked through (something we didn't mention and continued eating). We waited for our colleague to ask us how we liked the food so we could tell him. When a colleague of his cleared our plates, we told her what was going on with the understanding that it was too late, he came and told her YES, everything was okay and pulled her away from our table. When it came to billing, we paid separately and with the card, communicated to him that we wanted to be asked by our waitress and he replied: We SHOULD go to another store.

Best beer garden in Stuttgart in a top location under old trees. The food is typical for a beer garden, not a big hit but just not a restaurant, which shouldn't be expected from a beer garden. The staff and audience are great to feel good about, there are also concerts starting at the weekend.

Large beer garden with good food

We celebrated our daughter's prom. Drinks were only available from 6 p.m. (starting at 5:30 p.m. and very hot) - by 10 p.m. the refrigerator had already been emptied and there were no more staff at the counter... When we got up to take photos, the table was immediately cleared away - extremely uncomfortable... The hall was booked until 11:30 p.m. - the event was then ended by the service staff at 11 p.m. - because it was no longer worth it. The ambience and food were very good, but unfortunately I can't recommend this location because of that.

We found the KURSAAL by chance and were thrilled. Nice service, nice ambience and delicious Augustiner beer on tap. Almost better than in Munich. The food was delicious and great value for money!

This place is just ok. After I sat down, I waited 20 minutes to be asked if I wanted anything to eat or drink, but after that the waiter was very nice and attentive. The outdoor seating area is nice though, and has a good view of the park. The schnitzel was flavorless and tough, but the maultaschen was decent, and the salad greens were fresh. I probably won't be back to eat, possibly for a few drinks.

Nice beer garden with shelter options in the rain. The sausage salad was mushy (too many extremely finely chopped onions and cucumbers). It is probably filled into mason jars long beforehand and then cooled. Not a culinary highlight!

Companies only had one buffet for over 100 people. The last one was Firstly, nothing came except salad and dry rice and I also had to wait an hour for it to arrive. I've experienced better.

Nice little bathroom. Unfortunately there was a hefty surcharge of around 20% (hidden: previously 2.5h=8.5€ now only 2h=8.5€. Actually you pay 10.50€ for the 2.5h. And when you consider that 90% of swimming pools are financed by tax money, it's a bit frustrating.

Nice ambience and cozy rooms. The food is beautifully presented on attractive plates. Really good salad with a very tasty dressing. Unfortunately, three things about the meal weren't so good. 1. The meat of the Zurich Geschnetzelte was too firm for us (veal should actually be more tender). 2. The Parma ham on the saltimbocca was unfortunately very thickly sliced, it smelled and tasted rancid. 3. We actually like to eat well-seasoned food, but all the food we had was a little too salty for us. The service is very fast and really very nice and accommodating. Service 5 stars

I celebrated my 50th birthday in the Kursaal Restaurant. My guests and I were very satisfied. I can warmly recommend the restaurant for small and large celebrations. I immediately received a response to my request from the restaurant. I received competent and professional advice and all my wishes were taken into account. Great price-performance ratio, very good, tasty food, large portions, beautifully decorated and served, fresh and high quality ingredients, there is something on the menu for everyone.
