Wir hatten eine Veranstaltung mit >30 Personen und dafür den Saal gemietet, der einen tollen Blick auf den Innenhafen und einen großen langen Balkon hat. Alles war von A bis Z perfekt - ob Abstimmung im Vorfeld, der Saal an sich, Essen, Service,alles. Wir hatten ein Buffet und während die Qualität von Buffetspeisen sonst immer wechselhaft ist, war es in diesem Restaurdnt auf absolutem top Niveau. Dafür großes Lob! Selbst Gäste mit Allergien sind voll auf ihre Kosten gekommen. Besser hätte es nicht laufen können - danke an das gesamte Team!

Ein wundervoller Spätnachmittag! Wir hatten den tollsten Kellner und ein top Menü inkl. Weinbegleitung die ihresgleichen sucht. Nur zu empfehlen! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wenn der Weg aus Köln nicht so weit wäre kämen wir mit Sicherheit öfter ☺️

Hervorragender und zuvorkommender Service. Wir haben schon wunderbare Abende hier erlebt und dabei sehr gut gegessen.

Wir waren das erste Mal im März 2026 zum Abendmenü und später noch mal zum Brunch. Beide Male hervorragend. Wir kommen wieder. Das Menü war eine Geschmacksexplosion und mal wieder etwas anderes. Beim Brunch sind sogar die Brötchen aus der eigenen Herstellung und der Matjes und der Lachs ganz ausgezeichnet. Tolle Auswahl. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch.

5/5 Sterne, da die Küche einfach fantastisch ist und das Ambiente richtig zum Wohlfühlen einlädt. Natürlich etwas hochpreisiger, das ist aber völlig legitim für den Service und die Qualität.

Nicht ganz günstig, aber sehr lecker und der Außenbereich im Sommer einfach sehr entspannt. In Verbindung mit dem Museum war es ein rundum toller Tag.

Das Spinat käseknödel in salbeibutter sollte unbedingt auf die Speisekarte. Es wirklich sehr lecker! Auch die Vorspeise und das Dessert haben uns hervorragend geschmeckt. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Ich komme aus dem Saarland und lernte durch einen sehr guten Freund und dessen Gattin die Küppersmühle kennen. Ich habe sowohl drinnen als auch draußen gesessen und ich habe mich immer wohl gefühlt. Draußen sitzend blickt man auf das Wasser und die schwimmenden Enten. Das Interieur ist m.E. sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Das Personal ist immer stets höflich und wirkt auf mich angenehm authentisch im Auftreten. Immer wieder entstehen kleinere Unterhaltungen, die auch mit Humor gespickt sein können. Dass Essen war immer vorzüglich angerichtet und richtig lecker. Ob Vorspeisen oder Hauptgericht: Ich war bisher immer begeistert. In der letzten Zeit habe ich Essen bestellt zum Selbstabholung und nahm im Wartebereich Platz. Dort saß ich sehr gemütlich und konnte noch eine Kleinigkeit zum trinken bestellen. Fazit: Die Küppersmühle kann ich jedem empfehlen, der eine sehr gute Küche liebt und auch bereit ist, für die gebotene Qualität zu zahlen.

Die Kombination aus stilvollem, modernem Ambiente und der historischen Kulisse des Innenhafens sorgt für eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. ​Das Essen ist fantastisch: Jedes Gericht schmeckt hervorragend, wird handwerklich perfekt zubereitet und wunderschön auf dem Teller präsentiert. Sehr gutes Essen was natürlich seinen Preis hat.

Wir hatten leider einen Tag mit leicht überfordertem Service erwischt an Christi Himmelfahrt, aber das Essen, der Wein und die Location waren toll! Wir kommen wieder, wenn besseres Wetter ist! (es war leider sehr verregnet, aber das hat man ja nicht in der Hand.)

Das Essen ist gut allerdings für das was wir gegessen haben einfach zu teuer. Ich gehe gerne gut essen und bezahle mit freuden wenn Preis Leistung passt.

Essen und Bedienung waren bisher immer top. Karte ist überschaubar, dafür ist alles frisch. Eine wechselnde saisonale Karte gibt es immer zusätzlich.

War leider nur auf einen Snack und Kaffee hier. Wunderschöne Außenterrasse am Wasser, Salat schmeckte sehr gut, Service freundlich und schnell. Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Restaurant.

Vorab soll erwähnt sein, dass wir häufig in gehobener/Sterne Küche speisen, eher zufällig auf dieses Restaurant gestoßen sind und es nur nach Blick auf die Webseite, ohne jedwede vorangegangene Empfehlung wählten. Die Reservierung mit dem Hinweis auf einen Gast mit einer Unverträglichkeit verlief reibungslos. Telefonisch wurde bestätigt, dass die Küche jedes Gericht unter Beachtung der Unverträglichkeit servieren kann. Bei Ankunft erwartete uns ein modern-gediegenes Ambiente und wurden an einen Tisch mit Blick auf das Hafenbecken geleitet. Die Wein-/Getränkekarte bot eine gute Auswahl, wodurch sich leicht Aperitifs und ein passender Wein fanden. Bis dahin verlief alles erwartungsgemäß. Bei der Bestellung wiesen wir präventiv nochmals auf die Unverträglichkeit hin, die daraufhin nochmals in der Küche erfragt werden musste. Bei den Vorspeisen dann die ersten beiden Faux-pas. Die Servicekraft servierte die Vorspeisen ohne Beschreibung Selbiger und die sehr ansprechende und leckere Creme vom Ziegenkäse enthielt leider übersalzenen Trevisano. Die Zwischengänge, von einer anderen Servicekraft serviert, wurden erklärt und waren vorzüglich. Die Hauptgänge kamen wieder ohne Erklärung und bei einem der Lammrücken fehlte leider eine Zutat. Die Desserts waren lecker, jedoch unspektäkulär. Unser Fazit: Beschreibungen in der Speisekarte sowie die Preise sind Spitzenklasse, Ausführung und Service leider nur Zweitklassig. Da ist noch viel Luft nach oben. -+* Nach diesem Abend waren wir uns alle einig, dass wir von einem erneuten Besuch absehen werden und leider keine Empfehlung aussprechen können.

Das war seit langer Zeit das beste Restaurant. Das Essen war auf den dem Punkt gegart und die Portion war auch gut. Würde jedem der wirklich lecker essen möchte einen Besuch in der Küppers Mühe empfehlen. Billig ist es nicht aber der Preis ist gerechtfertigt. Super Super Super

Unsere Hochzeit im Küppersmühle Restaurant war einfach perfekt. Wir hatten dort unsere freie Trauung mit anschließender Feier und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Kai, der Geschäftsführer, ist ein unglaublich lieber und herzlicher Mensch. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch Petra, die uns zusammen mit zwei weiteren Servicekräften durch den Abend begleitet hat, war einfach super. Der gesamte Service war aufmerksam, freundlich und sehr professionell. Das Essen war ein absolutes Highlight und hat allen Gästen hervorragend geschmeckt. Besonders die 48/60 Schulter vom Nebraska Rind war außergewöhnlich lecker. Wir können diese Location von Herzen weiterempfehlen und vergeben ganz klar 5 von 5 Sternen!

Du fühlst dich als Gast bestens aufgehoben. Service und Personal top. 4 Gang Menü war alles in allem geschmackliche gut. Uns fehlte der „letzte Pfiff“. Es war dennoch ein toller Abend.

Ich hatte nur Zeit kurz zu verbleiben - ein (Milch-)Kaffee und (Käse-)Kuchen. Der Käsekuchen war wirklich exzellent. Das Personal war freundlich, der Service exzellent. Was man an anderen Tischen an Speißen sah, wirkte ebenfalls ansprechend. - Da muss ich es bedauern dass jch nicht die Zeit für eine vollumfänglichere Mahlzeit hatte. Vielleicht wenn ich irgendwann in Zukunft wieder in Duisburg bin.

Der Besuch im Restaurant Küppersmühle war uns ein Vergütungen. Beim Betreten wurden wir sehr freundlich und aufmerksam empfangen. Uns wurden die Jacken abgenommen. Unser Hund bekam eine Decke und einen großen Napf mit Wasser. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Es wurde Wasser nachgeschenkt und nach weiteren Wünschen gefragt. Die Speisekarte war innovativ. Das Lokal sehr sauber und einladend dekoriert. Das Essen war wirklich lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Wir waren anlässlich meines Geburtstages in der Küppersmühle und es war wieder mal ein wunderschöner Abend. Die Reservierung über OpenTable hat super funktioniert und ging ganz unkompliziert. Als wir ankamen, wurden wir nett empfangen und zu unserem Tisch gebracht. Der Keller hat uns auch gleich gefragt, wer den Geburtstag hat, weil ich es in die Reservierung geschrieben hatte. Das fand ich sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Ambiente ist stimmig, klar strukturiert und mit vielen Details ausgestattet und auch die Stühle fand ich sehr angenehm. Hier kann man auch länger sitzen. Wir haben uns für das 4-Gang-Menü mit der Weinbegleitung entschieden und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wie immer, gab es vorweg das leckere, selbstgebackene Brot mit Salz und Olivenöl ( Jordan Olivenöl 😋) und einer Rauch-Nussbutter - ein gelungener Start. Als ersten Gang gab es Tataki vom Thunfisch. Er war sehr appetitlich angerichtet und hat klasse geschmeckt. Ein wenig Rettich in dünnen Scheiben und der leckere Gewürzsud sorgten für die Frische. Ein toller Anfang. Der Zwischengang, Sous-vide gegarter Schweinebauch mit Teriyakisauce, Süßkartoffelstampf und Pak Choi, war wunderbar. Das Fleisch war zart und aromatisch. Schon jetzt ein Highlight. Für einen Zwischengang allerdings sehr üppig. Auf den Hauptgang war ich sehr gespannt und er hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt - das Beste vom Rind! Es gab ein Roastbeef und ein Bäckchen vom Rind, das Roastbeef hatte eine leckere Pinienkernkruste, dazu gab es eine Olivenpolenta mit Romanesco und Portweinfeige. Das Bäckchen war butterweich und das Roastbeef auf den Punkt gebraten, die Polenta cremig und die Sauce zum niederknien. Ein Knaller. Zum Nachtisch, eine Ganache von Valhrona Guanaja Schokolade, mit Sesam und Oliven Eis und Haselnüssen garniert. Sehr intensiv und fruchtig. Beim Servieren des Nachtisches brachte der Keller auch noch einen kleinen Schokokuchen mit einer Tischfontäne. Wie auf dem Traumschiff. Es war sehr aufmerksam und machte mich ein wenig verlegen. Apropos Service: das gesamte Team der Küppersmühle hat uns einen sehr schönen Abend bereitet, aber unser Kellner Christian war, nein ist, eine absolute Bereicherung für das Restaurant. Immer nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit und auch ein kleines Schwätzchen zwischendurch machte eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Es war ein wunderschöner Abend in einem tollen Restaurant mit hervorragendem Essen, sehr netter Bedienung und zu einem angemessenen Preis 🥇. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und uns verwöhnen lassen.

Freundlicher Service, das Essen gut, aber dann letztlich doch etwas zu teuer für dies Qualität - leider stimmte bei unserem Aufenthalt das Ambiente so gar nicht: Wir saßen genau zwischen zwei anderen Tischen und haben alles andere gehört, außer uns selbst. An einem anderen Tag, an einem anderen Tisch sicherlich besser - wir probieren es nochmal und würden jedem zumindest auch mindestens einen Versuch empfehlen.

Ein echtes Geschmackserlebnis! Die Portionen waren großzügig und die Qualität der Speisen erstklassig. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Wir waren hier zu einer Familienfeier. Selbst das Buffet war herausragend. Besonders erwähnenswert ist das 48/60 Steak aus der Rinderhüfte, das 48 Stunden bei 60 grad gegart worden ist. Butterzart, ein Traum 🥩❤️ Der Service ist sehr freundlich, die Location mit schöner Aussicht auf den Duisburger Innenhafen.

Unser 4 Gänge Menu war von hervorragender Qualität und auch geschmacklich wunderbar zusammengestellt. Der Service war aufmerksam und dennoch nicht aufdringlich. Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Abend mit einem kleinen Manko. Aufgrund der Größe des Restaurants herrschte eine viel zu hohe Lautstärke.

Nach dem Besuch der Ausstellungen war definitiv ein Zuckerschub notwendig. Ohne Reservierung an einem Sonntag kamen wir dank einer sehr freundlichen jungen Dame dann doch unter. Sehr schönes Ambiente, passend zum Gesamtrahmen der Küppersmühle. Sehr freundlicher Service, angenehmes Ambiente und der Kuchen ist zu empfehlen. Speisen müssten wir dann noch Versuche. Warten wir die nächste Sonderausstellung ab.

Waren dort mit mehreren Personen zum Essen verabredet. Absolut nichts !!!! auszusetzen. Hiervword Gastronomie und Gastgeber gelebt. Wie man anhand der Bilder feststellen kann, hier wird in einer Liga gearbeitet, diesen Anspruch sollte man bereit sein zu honorieren. Professionelles Service Personal, gaumenvolles Essen. Dafür gebe ich nochmal 5Sterne extra.

Beim Service gibt es volle Punktesternchen. Beim Essen ein ganz kleiner Abzug ( das Tiramisu war angefroren). Die verschiedenen Vorspeisen wurden serviert, die Hauptspeisen und Nachspeisen gab es vom Buffet und waren ein Gaumenschmaus . Besonders die geschmorten Ochsenbäckchen in Trüffeljus waren ein Gedicht . Zu erwähnen ist noch der Rotwein, Grappa und Espresso, einfach famous. Vielen Dank .

Unfortunately, we only stopped by Küppersmühle for coffee and cake. It was really lovely; the cake was delicious and fresh. The service team was very friendly and efficient. We definitely want to come back for a meal at the restaurant.

A visit to the Küppersmühle restaurant is always an experience of the highest caliber. The cuisine impresses with outstanding quality, finely balanced flavors, and meticulous attention to detail – the cooking here is done with true passion. Particularly noteworthy is the bouillabaisse, which is freshly poured directly at your table – a taste experience that instantly transports you to the French Mediterranean coast. This creation is truly the fastest way from Duisburg to Marseille. The service is also first-class, attentive, competent, and pleasantly unobtrusive. If you want to round off your visit, you should definitely visit the Küppersmühle Museum of the same name, located in the same building complex – a wonderful combination of art and cuisine that showcases Duisburg at its best.

It was a wonderful evening. Our children had given us a voucher because they themselves had been very enthusiastic about the food. It turned out to be true. We sat outside on a Sunday evening in early September. The waiter was very nice, unobtrusive, but always on top of everything. He explained the dishes, making it a pleasure to enjoy the meal. The drinks were excellent. The whole thing comes at a price. But an evening like this is definitely worth it!!! Unforgettable, thank you 👍👍👍

We really enjoyed the ambiance, the atmosphere, and the exceptional hospitality. Our very own requests were catered to; they even used my favorite olive oil, and the delicious warm, dark bread tastes excellent. Everything is a bit more upscale, so the prices are reasonable. It's also worth mentioning that many products are available for purchase, to take home or give as gifts. Oh, and the view of the water is also something to be sniffed at. We'd love to come back again, thank you very much, and goodbye :-)

In short: A culinary highlight! Yesterday's four-course menu was perfectly composed: from the red shrimp with mango and coriander, to the sophisticated Maultasche (swabian pasta) with veal sweetbreads, to the pink-roasted flank steak – every course was a delight. The dessert of yogurt, Valrhona chocolate, and woodruff was the perfect finale. I would particularly like to highlight the wine pairing, which was perfectly matched to each course and ideally enhanced the flavors. The service was attentive, warm, and professional – we felt completely at home and will be back. Highly recommended!

Very good restaurant! We went there for lunch after visiting the museum and received very attentive and friendly service. The ambiance is lovely, both inside and out! The homemade lemonades were fantastic! The food arrived quickly and the value for money was absolutely spot on. We'd love to come back!

We had a wonderful evening at Küppersmühle. The food was outstanding—fresh, delicious, and prepared with love. It was especially nice to sit outside in the wonderful setting by the inner harbor and enjoy the atmosphere. The service was extremely friendly and attentive, perfectly rounding off our visit. After a truly fantastic museum visit, we chose the restaurant in the Küppersmühle for lunch. The proximity to the museum and the numerous positive reviews persuaded us to do so, despite the very high prices. The service was very friendly, attentive, and professional. However, the value for money was unfortunately not there. I had a veal frikadelle, which was very good, with a rather generic cucumber salad. My wife had a Caesar salad, which hardly deserved the name. Some of the lettuce pieces were "dressed" in thick cubes, and there was a large block of Parmesan cheese on the plate, which, while probably cost the restaurant a considerable amount to buy, was unfortunately inedible as presented. Furthermore, the salad was so heavily smothered in balsamic vinegar that you couldn't taste much other than that. I simply believe that's not acceptable when you offer a vegetarian salad as a main course for €20, especially given the overall outward quality of the restaurant.

An excellent, upscale restaurant. The quality of the dishes and service is impeccable; you can tell the staff here are also very well trained. Each plate is prepared and garnished with care, and the service is attentive and unobtrusive. Due to the price range, we only consider it suitable for "special occasions," but we still recommend it without reservation.

A restaurant located in Duisburg's inner harbor, next to the museum of the same name. Pleasant ambiance, sophisticated architecture, and excellent cuisine. Views of the harbor from both inside and outside complete the overall impression; the restaurant is a wonderful experience.

We were there as part of the cooking quintet and were very satisfied. Nice location by the water, very good service, and the food was of the standard you'd expect for the price.

We were here for the Cooking Quintet on July 2nd and were apparently the first to enjoy this year's menu. Everything was absolutely delicious – from the chef's special to the dessert. We didn't have any wine pairings because we didn't want alcohol. The difference to the menu price is only €15. So don't be surprised. ;-)

Very nice location right by the harbor and the museum. Unfortunately, it's completely unacceptable to serve cake with whipped cream in a restaurant like this. That surprised us a lot. However, the service was very friendly.

Perhaps the best meal I've had in the last 10 years. Tip: Currywurst with truffle fries. It's not on the menu, but it's available. The service is equally friendly and courteous. There's no classism here. The atmosphere is wonderfully relaxing.

A true highlight at Duisburg's inner harbor! The Küppersmühle restaurant impressed us across the board. The location right on the water is beautiful, especially on the terrace when the weather is nice. The ambiance combines modern style with industrial charm – very tasteful and inviting. The food was outstanding: creative, fresh, and prepared with great attention to detail. The dishes are not only delicious, but also a visual delight. The wine selection was also very well-matched. The service was friendly, attentive, and professional – exactly what you would expect. We felt completely at home and will definitely be back. A clear recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy good food in a special atmosphere!

KEEPING UP APPEARANCES ... Since I visited this restaurant after my visit to the museum on Ascension Day, I only wanted a drink. I was dismayed to note that around 4 p.m., all the available tables were supposedly reserved. However, upon request, I was assigned a reserved table with a rather nice view of Duisburg's inner harbor. You quickly realize that the KÜ's primary goal is to create a sophisticated appearance. Keeping up appearances ... I, at least, was irritated that not even a single green tea was offered. And this with a pot priced at a whopping €6.50... So I had to make do with an Earl Grey. The service was relatively friendly, but also easily unsettled by my spontaneous remarks. I can only tolerate such inner harbor society dining with a bit of humor. Since there were no complaints about my tea and apple spritzer, I think it's still reasonable to award them three stars. 😉

Very good food, the prices are high, but the portions are really large. The service is really friendly and tries to make you feel as comfortable as possible. The restaurant has a great location.

The ambiance was very nice, the food high quality. We really enjoyed our time there, but one thing irritated us: before our meal, we were offered a can of olives along with (free) bread and good olive oil. The price tag was stuck on it: €3.95 😄 . It didn't fit at all. Better not offer any. Still, we would come back. 😊

From the aperitif to the dessert, it was a wonderful culinary experience. The main course (salmon with asparagus risotto and saffron foam) was a perfect match. The ambiance in the inner harbor (despite the rainy weather) and the service were also top-notch.

Today I went to the Küppersmühle with my father and it was simply fantastic! We ordered asparagus with Wiener Schnitzel and boiled potatoes and it was really to die for. The asparagus is wonderfully fresh and perfectly cooked, the schnitzel is crispy and tender as butter, and the potatoes go perfectly with it. You can taste that there is a lot of passion here. The service was also great: super friendly, attentive, but very relaxed and warm. You just feel welcome. Thank you for this great afternoon – we will definitely be back!

Very good food and very good service, but very expensive

Nice casual fine dining option in the old harbor area of Duisburg. Their set menu is good value and a vegan option available. Better value even if the wine pairing. If a 0.75l bottle of water should cost almost 10€? I do not know...

Chic, casual and cozy restaurant located at Duisburg's inner harbor. Next door is the Küppersmühle Museum, which is also recommended. Since we weren't 100% satisfied with the menu, we initially decided on the antipasti variation, which was not only diverse and sumptuous but, above all, really tasty. For the main course we had beef shoulder and duck breast. Everything is very excellent. Another word about the prices. We hear again and again about the challenges restaurateurs have to contend with. 44.00 euros for a shoulder of beef, even if it comes from Nebraska, is steep. Sponge over it because it was really tasty. We liked it, so we recommend it.

Great, delicious and unusual food.. great service, worth mentioning was the lady who served us the wine.. all in all a successful evening. We'll be back!

Top restaurant in Duisburg – absolutely recommended! 🍽️✨ Went to Küppersmühle for lunch - and no wonder it's one of the best restaurants in the city! The location is simple but stylish, with a tasteful atmosphere. We spontaneously decided on the ribeye steak with truffle fries – simply perfect! 🥩🍟 In the evening there is an even larger menu that I will definitely try out when I get the chance. If you're looking for good food in Duisburg, you've come to the right place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

In a nutshell...a delight for the senses

We had dinner at Küppersmühle a few days ago. The advance reservation went smoothly and quickly, very friendly on the phone. I also asked whether it would be possible to get a little something for my partner for his birthday, which wasn't a problem at all. We were warmly welcomed on site in the evening, our jackets were taken off and we were escorted to our seats. We were immediately offered something to drink, the recommendation of the day and the cards. We chose a 5-course menu, which was very tasty. Great service, always friendly, good explanation of the food and the wine pairing. The great ambience also made the evening very enjoyable. At the end there was the “birthday surprise”, which was also very successful. In terms of price, the restaurant falls into the upscale / star cuisine category, and is therefore a little more expensive. Still highly recommended and would happily come back!

If you are into salt, this is your place. The food is okayish when it comes to the taste but a Schnitzel costs €40 while it's not what you'd expect to get in Düsseldorf for instance. Also Bratwurst says it's served with a small Cesars salad. Didn't happen. But we got some sauces. Well... anyways...

We had the pleasure of spending a wonderful evening here and can only recommend it! The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive and professional - you felt welcome from the first minute. The food was simply fantastic: fresh, tasteful and prepared with great attention to detail. Every dish was a delight! The ambience was also a highlight. The cozy and stylish furnishings created a pleasant atmosphere in which you could feel completely comfortable. There really wasn't anything missing - from the quality of the food to the excellent service, everything was perfect. Overall, a wonderful experience that we would like to repeat at any time. Always a delight when it comes to the variations of the dishes. The kitchen continually outdoes itself! 🙌🏼 We enjoy the warm service from the always friendly and attentive staff and the relaxed atmosphere. Both on sunny days outside and inside with a view of the inner harbor, every visit is worth every penny, from dinner dates to wedding receptions! We love the Küppersmühle restaurant and its team.

Unfortunately, I no longer find gourmet, but rather more or less standard dishes, although I had the impression that convenience was used deep in the portfolio. The black pudding was completely over-salted and the Wiener Schnitzel missed being tossed in the clarified butter. We didn't get to have dessert or espresso anymore. I think drinks are overpriced, large water 9.90. Also the meal Wiener Schnitzel for 39€. You don't have to take 8-10 times the cost of goods sold. Service was good. Location good.

We were guests there for the first time last night. At first we were a little skeptical about the higher prices and wanted to find out if it would be worth it. Service absolutely perfect, discreet, interested, solution-oriented and friendly. The tables are far enough apart and offer the guest peace and privacy. The background noise was not perceived as disturbing, although it became quite crowded as the evening progressed. First we tried the bouillabaisse, the presentation was a real experience and I have never experienced anything like it in any other restaurant. Thanks to the service staff who gave us a very special experience. It was the best thing I've eaten in ages. Main course: veal schnitzel perfect, side dish perfect, the fjord cod was served to me with mashed endive and sautéed spinach leaves, the grape sauce was extremely good and everything else was perfectly cooked and seasoned appropriately. Unfortunately we weren't able to try any more dessert. We'll do that next time, but we feel very full. Thanks to everyone who was involved in giving us such a lovely evening yesterday. One of the best restaurants in the western Ruhr area. Located in the eponymous, partly renovated, partly architecturally outstanding new museum for abstract art, the restaurant "Kleinigkeiten" offers museum visitors as well as top culinary cuisine. The atmosphere is modern but not "uncomfortable", the service is very friendly and attentive, and the prices are reasonable. I'd love to come back.
