Paradies Döner in Duisburg

Absolutely delicious food. The lumberjack steak was divine, melt-in-your-mouth tender and grilled to perfection. The service was very attentive, and they catered to every guest's wishes. I highly recommend this restaurant.

You can only taste the dough; there was far too little filling in all varieties.

10/10 stars! The pizza is the most delicious pizza I've ever had. So crispy and fresh! The doner kebab is also top-notch! Always fresh ingredients, and the owners are very, very nice and accommodating!

My girlfriend and I went there today, and I've always had good experiences there until now; the food is always very tasty. Today, we unfortunately gave the wrong number when ordering from the menu—that was obviously our mistake. When the food arrived, we noticed immediately and asked if there was anything we could do to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, the waiter said it was our fault and there was nothing he could do. I'm trying to understand, but I really wish he had at least offered us a solution—something to help us find a compromise. Maybe I'm wrong, but I had a really uneasy feeling afterward because we were left to deal with the situation on our own, having paid €23 for a meal we couldn't even enjoy. Perhaps he could have asked again, or mentioned, what exactly the dish was when he took our order. I've been to this restaurant maybe 15 times and have always had good experiences, but this time it was so disappointing that we were simply left alone at the table and the waiter offered no solution. We could have paid extra; we understand it was partly our fault, but to be completely unhelpful or simply ignore it was unacceptable. Another situation arose when a couple wanted to sit at a table for two, which was apparently reserved. Then one of the waitresses shouted across the restaurant asking if they couldn't see that it was reserved. The couple then said that they should at least show us where to sit at the entrance, especially when the restaurant is so crowded and the guests are a bit overwhelmed. I don't think this is what welcoming and accommodating guests looks like. In the end, we paid €23 per person for a meal we didn't even finish.
