Kumanhi's in Nürnberg

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and were blown away by the food! It's the most delicious sushi we've ever eaten! You can tell the chef puts his heart and soul into his cooking! I highly recommend it 😌

We waited two hours for delivery, the food was cold and tasted awful. The sushi wasn't good either, and one piece was missing entirely. Unfortunately, the order form doesn't specify how much a portion of sushi contains. Very disappointing for the price.

Today I ate one of the best pho soups ever! Absolutely recommendable. It was piping hot and delicious!

i had the tuna tartare & one of the rolls which were full of very fresh ingredients and quite tasty. the roll took forever to arrive despite the staff mostly standing around talking. i don’t think it’s the most authentically japanese (i didn’t try the vietnamese portion of the menu) but it’s very delicious nonetheless. but i must say for germany, the portion sizes are rather on the small side for the price (even speaking as an asian person!).

Excellent sushi (whether with fish, chicken, or vegetarian). The noodle dishes are also very good. But the highlight was definitely the soup included with the lunch specials. The only negative point about the food: the salmon in the nigiri wasn't marinated; otherwise, it would have been perfect. Especially since the salmon was of quite good quality. The value for money was also outstanding (great taste, large portions, and low prices for sushi). Finally, the ambiance: very nice decor. Highly recommended. One last thing: perhaps replace the tissues in the restroom with other types of paper towels.

The food itself is delicious, but the waiting time is a disaster because it's only a small kitchen.

We were here on vacation, and it was soooo damn delicious! Sushi, rice noodles, baked chicken, summer rolls—everything was perfect and fresh! We went here twice within our four days and are sad we couldn't bring Inoshi back to Hanover! An absolute recommendation! The service was also incredibly friendly! We would give it 10 stars if possible :)

We ordered food today and were supposed to pick it up after 45 minutes. So far, so good. Unfortunately, we then had to wait another 30 minutes for the food we ordered, without receiving any further information (how long it would take, etc.). Unfortunately, when we unpacked it at home, we discovered that three of the seven dishes we ordered were incomplete or faulty. What a shame, because the food tasted good!

If I could only go to one restaurant for the rest of my life, I would choose Inoshi! By far the best Thai/Japanese restaurant I know. The food is made with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection, the green tea with kumquat is so good, and the service is super friendly and welcoming.

A group of eight people came for lunch. We received a very warm welcome and were seated right away. Both the service and the food (a large deluxe sushi platter) were excellent. We'd love to come back because the prices are more than fair, and the sushi is freshly prepared and beautifully presented right in front of our guests. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Wow, a truly special restaurant, from the selection of dishes to the service. By "exceptionally good," I mean, of course. 😊 The restaurant's decor is lovingly crafted and rich in detail, the dishes are varied, and the staff are simply magical. All questions were answered, and you get recommendations and explanations. I felt truly at home here. 3 hours, 3 courses 😄 was absolutely worth it!

Super delicious restaurant with typical Vietnamese food & sushi

We arrived here at 9:15 pm after a long journey. They made us some truly super fresh sushi and presented it beautifully. A true work of art. The desserts are also delicious, and the garden next to the building is a lovely place to sit.

I have found such an amazing place! The owner is so positive and a great person. He has met us personally and served food. They have a delicious and a tasty menu. All time favourite in Nurnberg

I've only been here once, but I can only agree with the very good reviews so far. The prices are "normal," the food was very good, and the service was exceptionally friendly—accommodating and prompt, without being intrusive. An order error on our part(!) was accepted without complaint or discussion, and we were served a new dish. I'll definitely go back when I'm in the area.

Not only because the prices are absolutely fair by Nuremberg standards – but above all because the taste is simply amazing. Here you can get authentic Vietnamese food just like at home. If you're longing for Southeast Asia, you can save yourself the flight – one visit here is enough!

And most importantly, I was introduced to the store's nail salon and received beautiful nails in return. Everyone should come and experience it.🥰

We were there on Mother's Day today. Really a nice place. The beer garden is small but very cozy. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is very tasty and lovingly prepared. We had four different main courses and were able to eat them all at the same time. So good timing with the kitchen and service. We'd love to come back.

I can honestly say that these are the tastiest sushi and rolls in the city. I haven’t tried anything better yet. It’s also worth mentioning that their slightly sweet soy sauce was really delicious and complemented the flavors perfectly. In other places, the soy sauce is usually too salty, which can sometimes ruin the whole experience. The service was a bit slow, probably because it was very crowded on a Friday evening, but that didn’t spoil the overall positive impression of the place. I definitely recommend visiting this restaurant. The staff are very polite and friendly

The only place in Nuremberg where you can get Bánh Xeo. Really tasty, and cheap. The staff is nice and has a sense of humor. I would definitely come again with friends. The only thing that needs to be cleaned up is the menu, which is already confusing. But you can definitely find good food.

I rarely leave reviews, but our visit today is definitely worth a great review. The food was absolutely delicious and so lovingly prepared, and we had two children with us; despite the many different dishes, we didn't have to wait long. The staff are so incredibly friendly, accommodating, and welcoming that we will definitely be back! We also ordered the mango lassis, which were sooooo delicious. Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant. We discovered several insects in our food, which is completely unacceptable. When we brought this to the attention of the restaurant owner, he actually suggested we just take the insects out and continue eating - a suggestion that shows how little emphasis is placed on hygiene here. Only after we threatened legal action were we offered a refund of just 20 euros, which was less than half of the invoice amount. For a restaurant that should advertise hygiene and quality, this experience was disappointing and disturbing. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves its hygiene standards and handling of complaints.

I was skeptical for a while because the store was really good at the beginning but had declined. Meanwhile, Kumanhis is as horny again as he was at the beginning. The best coconut soup & sushi far and wide.

The idea was to eat a good Asian meal before the cinema. The location was ideal and the reviews about the food gave us hope. Unfortunately we were disappointed. The ambience was not very exciting, but the hope of good food made us enter. The food, we had fried rice noodles, was more than boring in terms of taste. Spices were simply missing, as the chef then admitted. However, the service was nice and linguistically attentive. There will probably be something else to eat in front of the cinema in the future. Too bad.

We went there once for dinner and ordered something. It was quick, the service was friendly. The Pho, the curry and the duck were very tasty. I would have liked more sauce in the bowl. In addition, my request to leave out ingredients due to allergies was unfortunately not taken into account. The price-performance ratio is good.

No sushi. We were probably too early at 5:15 p.m. Wanted to have a good meal with friends. It was quiet. Unfortunately there was no sushi, the bowl looked much better than it tasted. Overall disappointing.

Das Kumanhis ist ein relativ neues japanisches Restaurant in Nürnberg. Wir waren mit dem Schlemmerblock dort und werden definitiv wiederkommen. Das Ambiente ist wahnsinnig schön und das Sushi ist richtig, richtig lecker. Die asiatischen Hauptspeisen waren auch gut, aber kein Vergleich zum Sushi. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir waren zu zweit und haben vor Ort im Restaurant gegessen. Wir haben uns direkt an einen der freien Tische setzen können. Es war nicht allzu viel los an einem Montag Abend. Wir haben Sommerrollen als Vorspeise gegessen und als Hauptgang hatten wir jeweils Ente mit Gemüse und Reis. Einmal mit rotem Curry (siehe Bild) und einmal mit Erdnusssauce. Es war sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hervorragendes, super frisches und reichliches Essen. Keine „Frittenbude“, sondern schönes, sehr sauberes Lokal. Sogar einen kleiner Biergarten gibt es. Schade, dass es so versteckt liegt. Eigentlich ein Geheimtipp!!!
