A highly recommended cooking class – sauces and stocks at the highest level! The "Sauces and Stocks" cooking class was a fantastic experience all around and definitely deserves 10 stars! We would especially like to commend the chef, Markus, who made the course truly special with his incredibly friendly, warm, and highly competent manner. He managed to actively engage every single participant, patiently answer questions, and convey his knowledge in an understandable, entertaining, and practical way. The location was very well-equipped and offered ideal conditions for cooking together. The course was exceptionally well-organized, while still allowing enough time to address individual questions and interests – a perfect blend of structure and flexibility. The team was also consistently friendly and attentive, creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. A great camaraderie quickly developed among the participants, which made the shared 5 (!) hour cooking experience even more enjoyable. The prepared menu was absolutely delicious and impressively demonstrated just how much flavor and effort goes into well-made sauces and stocks. The high-quality drinks and the pleasant atmosphere perfectly rounded off the evening. The comprehensive recipe booklet deserves special mention: clearly written, well-organized, and so inspiring that you immediately want to try everything yourself. The only slight drawback: Unfortunately, only a few cooking classes are offered each year – otherwise, we would definitely be back very soon! In conclusion: A thoroughly successful cooking class with a wealth of expertise, a passion for cooking, and excellent instruction. Highly recommended!

We were guests at a 40th birthday party at Kuechenwerk UE. I was blown away; there really is such a thing as a Michelin-starred restaurant! A fantastic menu, served with exceptional friendliness. Extremely delicious. 5 stars for quality, friendliness, and cleanliness. Some Michelin-starred restaurants could learn a thing or two here. Thank you, and we'll be back!

Fantastic Christmas cooking event with a super friendly team. The glazed pointed cabbage was superb. There was certainly no shortage of expertise. It was a lot of fun.

The cooking event with almost thirty people was a fantastic event. The homemade Maultauschen (sausages) were particularly good. The poached eggs were also exceptional. It's great that there are vegetarian dishes. A very nice place to sit and relax. Thank you.

We went there for a cooking class. The entire team of Markus, Nadine, Carina, and Marina were all very friendly and welcoming.

A mega cooking event venue with a beautiful ambiance, live cooking, a bar, and a table for dining. We attended the Distelhäuser beer tasting, which was accompanied by a three-course menu from the Küchenwerk chef. The dishes were delicious, and a beer was served, presented, and explained to match... An absolute recommendation 🍻
