Krawummel - different dining in Münster

Probably some of the healthiest food in the area!! Really great spot to get something clean and lean to fill you up. We chose our own fillings on the bowls and they were delicious 😋 We had some left over and I'm usually quite a hungry guy..

Super delicious food, served quickly. Great selection of sodas. Everything goes very quickly, which can make it feel a bit uncomfortable—otherwise, great! And everything's vegan, too :-)

The food was delicious. But I had to wait 10 minutes for a server, who didn't even acknowledge me until afterward. It's weird having to stand around in a restaurant for so long.

Slow. Slower. Stupid. 5 people in line, store at most 1/4 full on Sundays. Still, you wait 15 minutes to order. Staff are completely overwhelmed with the self-pickup system.

A charming restaurant with a pleasantly unusual menu—varied, creative, and surprisingly affordable. The drinks menu includes beer with a local twist, which adds a special touch. One small downside: Despite the cleanliness of the men's restroom, the smell could be a bit more inviting.

Last time we were in Münster we saw this place and now we had lunch here. Friendly service, nice choice of dishes and good portions for a good price. Everything was tasty, only the Döner could have been baked a bit less long, which made it a bit tough. Still definitely a big recommendation if you are in Münster

Super friendly staff, great atmosphere, and very fresh food! I was a bit disappointed with the kebab. There's relatively little in the bread and very little "meat." And the meat that's inside is unfortunately only at the bottom. It would be great if they could mix it up a bit. Otherwise, everything was great :)

I've lived in Münster for over 15 years now and this was my first time here. I was very skeptical about the whole appearance and also the service - well, actually there isn't really any service. You order and pay at the front, then you take the food to your table, you have to clear away yourself and ideally also pre-sort everything. It really has a canteen feel. Unfortunately the way it's done isn't my style - if I go out to eat I want to enjoy it to the fullest - it's just part of the experience for me and I'm paying for it. The food was tasty but it sat quite heavily in my stomach. It will be a one-time visit.

A quick beer stop; it's a nice place to sit and have a drink, and probably also eat... We saw it on the neighboring tables. However, someone might wipe the table more often, as there was still a lot of food left here from the previous person.

Good portions. Prices are okay, considering the extra effort. All the sauces are great, I saved the leftover peanut sauce and spread it on the bun. Salad/ingredients are fresh. The cupcakes are great, I like them all. Very substantial. The kitchen's daily performance fluctuates, except for the cupcakes and falafel. Sometimes the sour cream is tasteless, more often the vegetables are greasy, and the potatoes sometimes need to be salted. Allergies were ignored. This happened several times, even though it was mentioned each time. With more competition, this would be a problem. They don't seem to care.

Wow, absolutely delicious. Totally fresh and crispy. A small menu with bowls, salads, falafel... The dishes are well-chosen and deliciously seasoned. Opening hours are only until 8 p.m. So if you're planning an evening out, this should be the first stop.

Vegan food, a bit like a snack bar because it's self-service. But everything is fine and tasty. Overall recommended.

Dear Krawummel team A little over a year ago, our daughter convinced us of your food. The Krawummel plate was really outstanding. Yesterday we were in Münster again and we decided to stop by you. Again we decided on the Krawummel plate. The Seitan kebab meat was hardly available, the falafel balls were only two instead of four and the Hokkaido rolls were also shortened to one. Including just green lettuce and exactly two slices of radishes. We thought that was a shame!

Very tasty and uncomplicated. Here you can get good, affordable vegan food for every budget and the fries are also really tasty. Definitely a recommendation for the freshness.

Great store! I only had to wait a total of 10 minutes until I had my food in my hand. The Super-K burger was really tasty and fresh and at €14 for a burger + soda to go, a real bargain. Portion size was absolutely sufficient. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I find the pickup system very convenient. I'd love to come back

Unfortunately, the cappuccino and café didn't taste aromatic. My sister had a pastry with lemon cream that unfortunately tasted like onions. The service was very good and we were helped quickly and easily.

Disappointing vegan kebab. The vegan meat basically doesn't exist and is drowned by the coleslaw. The bread is soupy. There is very little salad for this, so they try to compensate with huge slices of beefsteak tomatoes, which only makes it more difficult to eat the thing, paired with whole slices of cucumber. Everything was very bland and tasteless. There was no advice or recommendations at the counter. I expect a lot more from a kebab for €9!

I like the food very much. The staff is very relaxed. But I would like more hygiene. The fact that the picture above the changing table has been moldy for ages should really be noticed in the restaurant and replaced. That makes a bad impression, especially since several customers have already passed this on to the staff.

Taste, portion, price and service were great :) I had a bit of negative prejudice against vegan restaurants, but since I visited Krawummel I think that a vegan restaurant can also offer something really tasty :) I'm always happy!

The store is absolutely not what it used to be. Quality has deteriorated enormously. In terms of taste, the Steaky K. Burger was not convincing. The coleslaw tasted pretty old and the steaky burger patty tasted like chemicals. Other vegetarian restaurants in Münster are much better. Cleanliness also leaves something to be desired

We come from Osnabrück and traditionally we always come here when we are in Münster. Super tasty and you'll be stuffed once you've finished your plate! Always very satisfied there.

A very nice and uncomplicated vegetarian bistro with very tasty food. From cold to warm, everything is on offer. The young employees are nice and friendly. The price/performance ratio can be described as moderate.

Nice service and fair prices for such a fancy shop. We had the chilli sin carne, the jumbo fries with aioli dip and the Krawummel plate. Unfortunately, the chilli sin carne was watery and tasted more like chilli sin chilli and the aioli dip didn't really taste like garlic (more like tartar sauce). But the Krawummel plate was great! The balsamic mustard dressing was incredibly delicious, as were the vegan kebab meat and the herb flakes. It's a shame that only half of the food was so tasty, hence only 3 stars.

A great vegan restaurant with excellent quality food. I have now eaten almost everything on the menu and am always impressed. The place is not huge and is often full. But it is cozy and, above all, not too loud (even if there are a lot of guests there). Just completely satisfied. I always enjoy coming here. Everyone I took here loved it. The selection of dishes is very extensive - so you need a few visits to try everything out.

Nice shop with self-service counter. The food was prepared quickly and looked appetizing. The vegan burger was delicious except for the quinoa pattie, which had the consistency of a sturdy shoe sole. The vegan kebab pocket was difficult to eat due to the overflowing filling, tasted bland and not at all like kebab.

Good atmosphere thanks to the staff and design. Not expensive for a lot of food on the plate.

Nice shop, we would love to visit it again, but we have a few suggestions for improvement: the chili sin carne with chips was a bit too small for lunch. We saw different portion sizes at the neighboring tables to fill us up. Unfortunately, the tiramisu was just creamy, there was no coffee flavor and there were no rusks in it but ladyfingers.

We were there for the first time yesterday and are absolutely in favor of vegan food. But it has to taste good, just vegan isn't enough. The Krawummel plate: lots of salad from the bag, a tasteless slice of tomato, boring dressing. The falafels were ok. Hummus a bit flabby. Lots of Seitan - shoe sole and artificial. The pumpkin bag: little seasoned. And most disappointing were the grilled vegetables: cold, saltless cauliflower and zucchini. What delicious things could have been made from the plate with a little love and a few spices and, above all, salt! Such a shame! Only the red cabbage and coleslaw were tasty, but probably out of the bucket. It was the first time in a long time that I didn't want to finish eating.

Unfortunately, the vegan kebab was very dry. We ordered take away, unfortunately the bread got soggy on the way so it was difficult to eat the kebab.

Doner plate doesn't taste good. Burger meat tastes synthetic, the sauces don't go together at all. Fries are poorly salted.

Food is okay, but the tortilla chips with the Chili Sin Carne were as if they were old, namely very sticky. As a customer, I expect crispy, fresh tortilla chips with the Chili Sin Carne. The price is clearly too expensive for the portion sizes. WiFi doesn't work even if you enter the WiFi password correctly.

Nice little vegan restaurant, with a couple of gluten free options. I had a a “K-Club” burger (red bean patty with extras and sauces). It was very tasty, though super messy to eat. My wife had the baked potato with salad, roasted veg and sour cream. It was good, but we expected it to be roasted Mediterranean veg (as you would), but it was actually more like Sunday roast veg. Weird, but nice. If you’re vegan then this is a great place with big portions and a reasonable price. If you’re gluten free, then choice is very limited.

The ambience is bright and friendly, the atmosphere there is very good and the view outside definitely promises variety. The food is also highly recommended for non-vegetarians. The employees are friendly and patient.

Really great shop that I've been coming back to for years. Very friendly service and even my non-vegan friends are impressed. Sometimes it can be a bit crowded and can be a bit uncomfortable, but that's just a minor drawback. Definitely recommended!!!

Go meatless and try something different. Everyone enjoyed it, the service at the ordering counter was very friendly and accommodating and explained to us what was included in each dish. Relatively simple, but very nice, you can sit outside and watch the goings-on in the city, prices are fair.

The food was quite adequate, but it didn't blow your mind. The fries were too fluffy for us. My partner's burger was very good, unfortunately the falafel was just okay at best. Very nice staff, but unfortunately the snack atmosphere is too strong.

The kebab was tasty, although the bread was a bit brittle and fell apart. Staff worked at the counter who had little interest in customer contact. My friend politely asked if she could still use the toilet because it was shortly before closing time and she knows that the toilets are cleaned around closing time and then closed so that they are clean and usable for the next day. The waitress just laughed mockingly and said ironically: "No, it's closed" and rolled her eyes. As if it were a completely crazy question. She reported this interaction directly to her colleagues, laughing loudly, and continued to make fun of the situation. Our kebabs were slammed onto the counter without any comment. Very strange encounter - especially since we really weren't demanding or rude. Service is incredibly strenuous and exhausting - we always understand that, especially shortly before closing time. But we didn't expect that. Won't be coming back. For just under €20 I can find far more delicious dishes and much nicer staff at Gustav Grün.

The impressions of the place. They're great. And I can actually really recommend the hamburger - I've never had one that was so good. I took the version with steak in the name. And there were no complaints about the Krawummel plate either 😄 👩🏽‍🍳👍
