We ordered Adana Teller but unfortunately we were not satisfied at all. First of all you gave us only one skewer whereas normally you should have given two skewers. You overcooked and burned the meat, so there was no flavor at all. The rice was uncooked and crispy, the bread that came with it was cold as a stone. The service was almost non-existent, indifferent and disorganized. Overall we were disappointed in both the taste and the service. We cannot recommend such an experience to anyone. Unfortunately, we will not order from here again. It was a terrible döner restaurant.

Very friendly staff. The food is average. I'd have a kebab plate. The salad was fresh. The fries weren't my cup of tea, and there was relatively little meat for €15.

I stopped here for the first time on my way home, and I'm thrilled! My kofte ekmek was one of the best I've ever had at a Turkish grill. The owner behind the counter is incredibly friendly, super organized, and a true host and entertainer. He's worth the visit alone. I'd gladly go back anytime!

The staff was nice and friendly, and the obvious kitchen area was clean. I've had better kebabs, but that doesn't mean they were bad, hence the 4 stars. The portion sizes are very generous, and you'll definitely be satisfied. There's a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. I also really liked the ambiance. Keep it up.

In the past, I've always appreciated this restaurant, especially for its food. But this time—and probably for the last time—I have to honestly say: The lamb and chicken were extremely salty, and the sauce was completely tasteless. I couldn't continue eating.

We had chicken doner kebabs and fries with currywurst. The doner kebabs were really bad. They were soggy, cold, and the meat wasn't really cooked through. The currywurst was good, but the fries were a bit small. Overall, it's been better.

Super easy, later when we used Döner was delicious. We ate a good Döner after a long time, it was very nice, thank you.

I really like the doner kebab here! The taste is excellent, the portions are large, the sauces are delicious, and the staff is friendly. I only deducted one star because I find it quite expensive. Sure, doner kebabs for 3.50 are over, but I find around €11 for a jumbo doner quite steep. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this kebab shop because of the great taste!

The bread was completely burnt, but it was still sold exactly as it was. It's outrageous that they would put toppings on burnt bread and not throw them away! I'll never go there again.

I ate there a few times and the taste of dürum is not bad. However, staff are unfriendy and often had to wait long time to get served. The last time I waited 35 minutes and gave up when I saw they had served people who ordered after me. Instead of an apology, one of the staff members wanted to start an arguiment with me after I asked him why am I not beeing served... I avoided the unpleasend situation, left and surely will never go there again...

Four of us went here for dinner after our trip. It was very tasty and for 48, - with 2 adults and 2 children the price was ok. I would particularly like to highlight the service. Super friendly, customer-oriented and flexible. Really great. The selection offers more than we know. If you get off the bus at Schenefelder Platz, don't hesitate to stop by, even if it's just for tea. It's fun just to watch the family as they always keep track of things and keep their spirits high, even when there's a lot of crowds.

Solid in taste. I would say something like a 7/10. But northern Germany doesn't have the best kebabs either. Staff so friendly. Unfortunately, there was an old piece of flatbread in my kebab plate (see picture). The employees said this could happen if something was still “hanging in the balance”.

A very nice atmosphere for a kebab shop. This invites you to eat in the suburbs. The jumbo kebab tasted good, but I imagined it to be a little bigger (probably because of the word jumbo;)). I found the charcoal grill that was in the restaurant particularly interesting.

The food is good, but the service and atmosphere and performance are unfortunately terrible. Of course, as a customer you don't expect a McDonald's where the burger is served directly, but if you wait half an hour for 2 times of lachmacun only which takes maybe two or three minutes and before that A woman comes who only orders fries and while waiting she gets a chai tea for free and the fries come even before I order, that's a disgrace, very bad service, the food tastes good, but expensive, I can't deny that the rest is unfortunately grottoes bad service and not recommended...

Even one star is still too much for this dump. We had to wait over half an hour for 3 kebabs. The kebabs didn't taste like anything, and they were also way too small and overpriced. I can advise anyone not to eat here!

I would rate quality 5/5, tastes vary. The kebab was a bit too onion-heavy for me and the meat was too mild. Good, crunchy sesame bread. Everything freshly prepared. Feeling free of glutamate. An honest meal. The staff was extremely friendly, even at a late hour!

What happened? Unfortunately the kebab doesn't taste as good as before. The meat is overly seasoned and the salad borders on a slight vinegar taste... if that's what it's for, please, but it used to be much better. The atmosphere is great and the staff is friendly.

So first of all the positive things, service was really good, the atmosphere also looks clean and up to date. The counter also invites you to order. It's also a very decent kebab in terms of taste, so it's really great in terms of taste. Thumbs up. We also gave a tip of 3 euros because I come from the catering industry and know what it's like these days. Unfortunately, I won't go there again because the price-performance ratio is an absolute no-go. We ordered 3 doner kebabs, 2 normal and one jumbo kebab. Everyone knows the normal round kebab bread, the bread here is a third of that, so unfortunately there is a lot less in it than a normal kebab. If you eat it to take away, you can see it because it is wrapped. When eaten on site, as can be seen in the pictures, the bread is opened up into a square shape, which makes it appear larger (tactically cleverly done). In addition, the jumbo kebab for €10.70 was the same size as the normal kebab. So all in all, the 3 kebabs together were as big as the normal kebab at my normal kebab shop. In terms of taste and the rest, if the normal/jumbo kebab bread was offered, I would even give it 4.5 stars. So unfortunately impossible.

Eating kebab here is a dream, forget it. The chef himself is a very good person and provides excellent kebab service, but his employees are dirty, disrespectful and aggressive, and three people can't even cut a kebab. I wanted to eat kebab today but only salad and bread arrived. They maintained their disrespectful and sincere attitude even though I warned them: don't go there and eat when the chef is not there. You might encounter a disrespectful attitude instead of eating.

The two kebab plates and the fries were absolutely on point, absolutely perfect, the younger employee outdid himself, MEGA! It's still great!

The meat didn't taste that good to me, the sauces weren't as strong in taste as you're used to in other shops. Otherwise you can sit there nicely and e.g. waiting for his next bus.

The tastiest kebab in town! It is located at the Schenfelder Platz bus station. But don't let that put you off :-). I love the shop. The people are super friendly, it smells deliciously of grilled food. If you have to wait, you can get some free tea. The kebabs taste sooo good. Tip: order mixed meat and with cocktail sauce. A dream! The prices: Well, 5 euro kebabs are a thing of the past in Hamburg... But I invest the money because it's delicious.

We wanted to try this snack bar a while ago, but "unfortunately" it kept getting postponed. In the last few days it has often been noticed that employees were standing in front of or behind the building in their work clothes and smoking, then immediately afterwards went back behind the sales counter. Clothes were not changed and hands were not visibly cleaned. This casts a very unhygienic image on this shop, which is why we will definitely avoid it.

The taste is delicious, especially the sauces and dishes such as Iskender or Dürüm Döner. Portion size is good, price is a bit higher, but there is also really good meat (I always use veal). The owner is very friendly.

Discovered by chance when we were traveling by bus and wanted to take advantage of the transfer time. Now we went back again: very friendly and attentive service. We enjoyed it very well and every plate was beautifully presented. Fair price/performance ratio. We'd love to come back again.

Food was okay, unfortunately nothing more. Too many people behind the counter here again. One person takes the order, another makes the food and the third serves and no longer knows what was ordered. In my case, I ordered without garlic sauce and didn't get any, but it was properly embalmed with garlic oil. This did not increase the number. Prices very high.

Doner kebabs are getting smaller and smaller and just plain cheeky.

I've been buying kebabs there for a long time. What I got today was a disgrace. The kebab in the bread consisted of 50% onions, 40% lettuce and 10% meat and was filling like a sandwich. The Lahmacun consisted of 90% coleslaw and there was hardly any meat to be found. A pure disappointment for over 16 euros. That was my last visit for now. Then it's better to increase prices a little and maintain the quantity and quality.

Für mich persönlich der leckerste Döner Laden im Umkreis... Freundliche Mitarbeiter, sauber und guter Service.... Einziger kleiner Abzug ist der Standort direkt am Busbahnhof, was aber dem Besitzer nicht schadet, durch gute Frequenzen.. Für den Besucher jedoch zb in der kalten Jahreszeit durch stetiges Tür öffnen etc etwas kühl im Laden:-) Sonst alles bestens !!

Ich halte diesen Döner für einen der besten im Umkreis. Die Betreiber geben sich große Mühe, es wird nicht mit Zutaten gespart, es schmeckt jedes Mal großartig. Empfehlenswert ist hier auch die Linsensuppe. Gut gewürzt und sehr lecker. Es gibt eine umfangreiche Karte mit diversen Spezialitäten, sowas auch Freunde von klassischem fast food auf ihre Kosten kommen. Dabei sind die türkischen Speisen jedoch zu bevorzugen, da sie authentisch und lecker, mit viel Herz zubereitet sind. Der Ambiente ist gehobene Dönerbude - man kann das Essen auch zum Mitnehmen einpacken. Es gibt meistens ausreichend Parkplätze vor der Tür, im Sommer kann man auch mit Blick auf den Busbahnhof draußen sitzen.

Sehr frische Zutaten, aufmerksame Mitarbeiter, der Schef hat alles im Griff, saubere Tische und sauberes WC. Wir sind seit Jahren Gäste, uns schmeckt der Döner bei der Köz Döner Burg, vielen Dank.

Der beste Dönerteller, den ich je hatte.

Gutes Fleisch aber leider keine Würze, sehr geschmacksneutral aber wenigstens keine hackpampe wie bei den meisten anderen. Auch leider Etwas zu wenig Soße und keine Servietten dazu bekommen. Die beiden Männer sahen sehr genervt aus. Trotzdem okay. Wenn diese paar Punkte verbessert werden, dann wäre es der beste Döner in der Umgebung.

Sehr lecker Döner gegessen. Es gibt dort sogar einen Holzkohlegrill.

Die Döner Burg befindet sich direkt an einem Busbahnhof. Hier gibt es einige Sitzplätze und sogar einen Holzkohlegrill. Das Angebot ist vielseitig, modern präsentiert. Das Essen (Lahmacun mit Hühnerfleisch und PommDöner mit Kalb und Huhn) war sehr lecker, wenn auch etwas wenig gesalzen, konnte jedoch nachgewürzt werden. Die Bestellung wurde uns am Tisch serviert. Das Tsatsiki wurde original türkisch gewürzt.

Döner was quite tasty but very sloppily wrapped and fell apart while eating. I was dirty after it and one standard tissue wasn't enough to clean my hands and face.

Dürüm war ok, hat gut geschmeckt, es gibt aber für mich bessere.

Hier arbeitet noch ein echter Gastwirt! Einfach Mal abends länger aufgemacht, weil noch viele Gäste ins Restaurant geströmt sind. Sehr serviceorientiert die Warteschlange abgearbeitet, Alternativen zum Essen angeboten als das Fleisch alle war. Das Essen schmeckt gut und die Atmosphäre ist trotz der Lage (auf der Verkehrsinsel am Schenefelder Platz) angenehm. Ich komme wieder.

Service war sehr freundlich aber das Fleisch war einfach komisch.. Mehliges Mundgefühl .. Und einen starken eigenartigen Geschmack wenn ich es nicht besser wüsste wie Hammel oder so... Selten nen dürum nicht aufgegessen aber ne gibt in der Gegend genug bessere Döner sorry Leute... Der pomm Döner bei einem Freund das gleiche Spiel

Yummy! Habe eine Bestellung zum Mitnehmen aufgegeben. Es war super unkompliziert und ich habe sehr lange einen so guten Döner bzw Dönerteller nicht gegessen. So lecker! Hier werde ich definitiv öfter herkommen.

Letztes Jahr zufällig auf dem Rückweg von Wacken entdeckt und wegen Stau dort angehalten. Damals Lecker und auch dieses Jahr wieder vorbei gefahren und gegessen und immer noch sehr lecker :) Bis nächstes Jahr 😅🤘

My wife and I ate dinner here. We had some excellent chicken doner salad and a chicken kebab plate. The workers were very helpful and friendly to us even though we do not speak any German. One worker knew enough English to understand what we wanted to eat. Then when I was paying a customer helped me make sure I was paying correctly since the worker that knew English left. I will definitely be coming back here when I return to Hamburg.

War das erste Mal dort Döner holen, und was soll ich sagen, der war wirklich sehr lecker. Und was ich wirklich super fand, war die Sauberkeit 👍 Und das Personal war auch echt freundlich. Gerne wieder.

Also im großen und ganzen war es sehr lecker nur hätte ich mir sehr gewünscht dass beim pommdöner nicht mehr pommes als Döner Drinne sind. ein 50/50 Verhältnis wäre toll gewesen und kein 90% Pommes und 10% Fleisch hatte mir immerhin 7,50€ gekostet. Ansonsten Verkäufer waren sehr Freundlich haben immer nachgefragt was wir auf unseren sachen haben wollten ganz super. Werde aufjedenfall nochmal hingehen und mir dieses mal einfach ein Döner holen, da Weiss ich wenigtens, dass ich dann Fleisch bekomme.
