Food arrived via Uber Eats. Brief phone call, very friendly and professional. Delivery took a little longer than initially announced due to the evening rush hour. We ordered a doner plate and a doner kebab. Both portions were large, the salad was crisp and fresh, the meat was good, and the fries were good. We would order again.

I'm sorry to say I was very disappointed. The food was of poor quality, and the doner kebab was dry and tasteless. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I unfortunately cannot recommend King Döner. There are definitely better options in the area.

I ordered here for the first time today. It will also be the last. The delivery arrived relatively quickly, but it was the wrong meal. After two phone calls, we were assured that we would receive the correct meal. After a total of two hours of waiting, the correct meal arrived, but it was cold. We had to return the incorrectly delivered meal. No apology, no attempt at compensation, nothing. This is not how customer service should be.

The two stars are for the fact that the dürüm was actually edible and that they served it at 2 a.m. However, the food was cold and the man behind the counter (who looks a bit like Eko Fresh) was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Therefore, if you have the option, go somewhere else.

The doner kebab tasted quite good, crispy meat and fresh salad. The sauces were also tasty, but I'm deducting one point because there wasn't much sauce. Unfortunately, the food was better than the service. The staff were incredibly grumpy, even though it wasn't busy. Not a single friendly hello or thank you. With the competition in the area, I'll probably go to one of the other places. As far as customer service goes, check out Elbe Kebap; they really know how to do it.

It tastes really good. They're not stingy with the meat; you always get a decent-sized döner.

I've been a regular customer here for over 15 years – my family and friends too. I've always been satisfied. But my last visit was truly disappointing. I wanted to eat something late at night and politely asked if the price could be negotiated because the meat had obviously been sitting for a while. The employee gave me a price, I paid, and even left a 30-cent tip. As I was leaving, however, I heard a completely inappropriate remark: "As if I depended on your 30 cents." – absolutely disrespectful. When the owner came over, despite my calm demeanor, I was simply sent out and wasn't even allowed to buy a drink. After over 15 years of loyal customer service, I honestly didn't expect such behavior. The kebab itself tasted good, and it was prepared to my liking – which is the only reason it even got two stars.

The veal is always fresh and juicy. I can recommend the kebab without cabbage sauce, the cacik, and the slightly spicy cocktail. Apo Amca is my favorite employee.

No joke, this is the worst kebab service I've ever had in my life. I usually order or buy something there. I tried it twice because you can have a bad day sometimes. And the second time, I almost threw up. The kebab consisted almost entirely of onions, and the meat was raw, as was the sucuk on the pide. On top of that, the food was completely cold.

Generally, I think it's good that they're saving electricity and that the kebab is nice and raw... You can almost taste the live animal. The service was absolutely rude and incompetent. The food was even worse than it appeared. Gloves are a foreign concept in this shop, and the bread was touched after a cigarette. The sauce was way too spicy! I threw away half the kebab, something I've never done before. Overall, this shop probably doesn't even deserve the one star they unfortunately have to give out. Not recommended!

The employees apparently can't read. To meet the minimum order value, I ordered two dürüm, one with onions and tomatoes, and one "completely without salad please" (YES, I really did write please). I wanted to heat up the one WITHOUT SALAD the next day and then eat it, but it only came to eating. I heated it up in the air fryer and cut it open. I felt really disgusted, and now it's in the trash. The thing was full to the brim with salad! Disgraceful shop, threw away almost €16 just because a simple request was ignored. Thanks for nothing!

Unfortunately, more rice than anything else in the kebab box. You really had to look for meat and salad among all the rice. Very disappointed. But nice service.

I'm really not a picky person, but unfortunately that was nothing. I made it very clear that I didn't want tzatziki because I absolutely don't like it - and I ended up with a durüm with tzatziki. When I complained about this, I was also told that I had said so. Sorry, but that's simply not true. Instead of apologizing or accommodating me in some way, it was simply ignored. This makes you feel like you are not being taken seriously as a customer. It's a real shame, I actually always liked being here - but that was the last time for me.

Worst kebab I've ever had! Bones in the food, unseasoned, sauces taste like water, meat tastes like edible paper! Bad experience, I'll never do that to myself again. I don't know how this kebab shop got a rating of 4.1.

The Dürüm from the Dürüm kebab was cold and soft. The kebab meat is a standard rotisserie, which is very salty. The grilled chicken doesn't appear to be freshly prepared (the device stops turning at 12 o'clock). It's cold in the restaurant, which unfortunately doesn't invite you to stay longer than necessary. All in all, not a place where you can eat well. At least not a kebab.

The doner plate is really small; for €14 you hardly get any meat, but more fries and salad ;( The sauces have a strange aftertaste, which prompted me to write this review. My girlfriend got stomach cramps because of it...

I have to say, unfortunately, that my visit to King Döner was a huge disappointment. For €8.40, I got a potato kebab, which I really can't recommend. The kebab was small, it was almost entirely salad, and the little meat was very dry and tough. The sauce had barely any flavor, just a hint of mayo. The kebab was neither fresh nor well-seasoned, and on top of that, the portion was much smaller than expected. It just wasn't good.

Delivery was quite fast, the chicken was very tasty and so were the fries, but the doner kebab was rather below average. Very tiny, and the sauce wasn't seasoned to my taste at all. For €8.50, I really expected more. Plus the delivery fee, it came to over €10 for your doner, which tasted of strange spices, similar to peppermint.

I was ignored for 15 minutes, then my order was taken. 10 minutes later, a new customer came in. When she was served before me, I left. I'd have liked to have a moment when the place was busy, but this was just outrageous.

Unfortunately I was disappointed with the kebab. It was ok, but quite small, so if you're really hungry you won't be full. So the price-performance ratio is not right at all; It is far too expensive, and then there are 2€ delivery costs. In other kebab shops the kebabs cost around €7, but here they cost €9. This means that you pay almost €20 for two kebabs including delivery costs. The delivery time was over an hour. Overall it was mediocre, but if I was really hungry I wouldn't order here again.

There is a lava stone grill outside. Inside, a completely normal kebab grill with rather poor quality meat (veal). What's the point of having a more stylish presentation compared to before if you then deliver such quality. The only positive thing was the kebab bread. You can save the money.

Before the renovation, I used to go there from time to time as an experiment; the food wasn't very good there. I was there with a colleague last night at 9 p.m. We wanted to get something quick to eat there at the end of the day and thought, King Döner has reopened and maybe the quality is better than before. We had two kebab plates and 4 cheese sticks, one of the kebab plates was supposed to be with mixed meat and fries, that was probably too heavy, the other kebab was supposed to be with poultry and rice. The kebab with the mixed meat and fries then came with angular veal which was not seasoned and only full of pieces of fat and rice, the meat was so disgusting and only pieces of fat that my colleague couldn't eat it without getting a gag reflex. We had said that there should actually be fries on it, but they quickly slapped fries on it, they were still cold and without salt. The cheese sticks were cold and not warm, and there wasn't even any sauce. The kebab plate with poultry meat was at least put together correctly. But what I've never had before was just such angular pieces of fat as with the veal. The meat wasn't seasoned either. There was no response to our complaint, they just said that's how meat is with us. The half-full plates didn't matter. I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat there, we'll definitely never go there again!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been eating at Kingdöner for years. The look is inviting and warm, so you feel at home while eating the food you choose. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the employees are always polite and courteous. The food is of high quality and tastes good. The price-performance ratio is justified for what you get. It is always clean and tidy. So I would recommend this shop for lovers of Anatolian cuisine.

In my opinion, one of the best kebabs in Hamburg and the surrounding area for years. The new store looks really nice and the new dishes such as pizza taste very good. You can see from the pizza that it was made with love, not too greasy, the cheese and dough are really tasty.

It used to be good and recently I ordered a kebab plate for €13.90 and it was so cheap that I'd rather get a small kebab plate and get at least as much and it was even more lovingly prepared... it's a shame the shop used to be better.

I've known this Turkish snack bar for years. I don't know the delivery quality because I always picked up my food directly. Yesterday I was there again with my wife. Since they are remodeling, they are currently working out of a food truck. I ordered 2 Dürum Jumbo, 21€. Sounds like a lot at first. But the jumbo were really jumbo, felt like they were twice as big as the normal ones. We both got really full and when I compare it with other places, the prices are fair and reasonable. Conclusion: If I feel like kebabs and the like, I would always come here again.

I used to always enjoy going there. Unfortunately the service, hygiene and taste have deteriorated. The employee ate in front of me, didn't wash his hands properly and only wiped them with a cloth without disinfecting. Even if you prepare the kebab half-heartedly, you'd rather flirt than think about hygiene. I didn't think it was nice. A pity. Was my last visit.

I ordered dinner here in the evening. The delivery time was 110 minutes and was no longer acceptable, even on a Sunday evening. My minced skewer was ok but not really worth the €14 and my extra cheese for €1 was a small cube on my salad. Really a disgrace. The kebab fell on top of itself when unpacking it from the aluminum foil, something I've never seen before. So if you have the choice, don't order here and save yourself the horror.

I ordered 2 lahmacun with chicken (just under €20) and I was sent 2 lukewarm Turkish pizzas rolled up without anything. I then tried to call and was always pushed away. If you don't have chicken because you've run out of it, you can at least call and let them know and ask if veal would be ok, but trying to sell it as if they've done everything right is bottomless. I'm fed up, that's the last time I'll order from you. 20€ for two empty lahmacun and then playing dead is more than embarrassing…

I like it! Today was my first time here and I will come back. Everything is very tasty, but I advise the chef to change his gloves after taking the money.

Grade über Lieferando bestellt. Waren enttäuscht, Jumbo Döner war kaum gefüllt. Mehr Brot als alles andere, dazu kam noch das es fast kalt war. Werde die Tage nochmal vor Ort Essen, wenn der Döner wieder so leer ist war's das letzte Mal.

2x da gegessen. 1x war gut, nichts besonderes. 1x war schlecht. Brot poppig, wenig Fleisch und wenig Sauce.

Haben über Lieferando bestellt - kam erst nach fast einer Stunde und war nicht mehr wirklich warm. Döner-Dürüm hat wohl ganz gut geschmeckt. Falafel-Dürüm war nicht unbedingt das beste was ich schon hatte. Das Börek was ich nur bestellen musste um die Mindestbestellsumme voll zu bekommen war bereits kalt und schmeckte dementsprechend…..

Wir haben das Essen dort jahrelang bestellt. Letzte Zeit dauert das unglaublich lange bis die Lieferung ankommt. Nach 1,5 Std. wurde uns am Telefon gesagt, dass unsere Bestellung schon unterwegs ist und in 10 Minuten kommt. Weitere 40 Minuten Wartezeit und wir bekommen sie. Natürlich kalt. 2 Std.10 Min. auf Döner zu warten? Letztes Mal war es 1,5 Std. Da hofften wir noch, dass es eine Ausnahme war. Irgendwas stimmt nicht bei diesem Laden. Das Essen schmeckt schon gut, wird aber auch teuerer. Bin auf dem Suche nach einem neuen Laden.

Keine Ahnung, ob die 4 Sterne kakke ankommen, aber für micht ist es einfach ein guter Dönerladen, Punkt. Den Dönerladen suche ich noch, der an das nicht mehr existierende Mistik Kebab Haus aus meiner Kindheit herankommt... Dieser Dönerladen wird immer Kundschaft haben: Solide, lecker, immer nen Abstecher wert. Und sich als Mann die Haare schneiden lassen kann man auch nebenan und die Alte kann drüben was essen gehen, während sie wartet.

Ich verstehe nicht warum der Laden schlecht bewertet wird. Ich esse da seit ich klein war und hatte nie Probleme. Lasst euch nicht von in fett Getränken dürüms, Vergammelten Fleisch, oder von unhöflichen jungen Männern beirren. Das sind einfach menschen die an allem was zu meckern haben und noch 1 Kilo oben drauf legen. Denn ich liebe die abis hinter der Theke, die schnelle und gute Arbeit und den leckeren Geschmack den sie liefern und außerdem ist der Chef eine Legende bei uns im Hamburger Westens. Subhanallah das ihr uns versorgt. Ihr seid 1000 mal besser als dürüm. Danke euch 😘.

Lieferung dauert zu lange Preise zu teuer und kein leckeres Fleisch brot ist lecker Salat frisch .

Es war einmal mit der Beste wie ich fande. Leider hat auch hier die "Alles wird Teuer" Politik zugeschlagen. Vor einem Jahr bekam man noch etwas für sein Geld. Nun ist alles teurer geworden und die Preise haben mächtig angezogen. Eigentlich ja kein Problem, aber gleichzeitig wird mit den Portionensgroßen gespart. Eine Dönerbox z.B. war mal recht komprimiert und beim Zuhause auspacken auf einen Teller, dachte man wow das passt alles in die Pappverpackung. Heute ist es mindestens ein Drittel weniger. Recht locker verpackt. Zudem ist das was teurer ist, Fleisch und Pommes sehr sehr wenig darin zu finden und stattdessen wird viel mit günstigerem Eisbergsalat aufgefüllt. Auch beim Ansprechen auf die Situation, habe die Mitarbeiter nicht wirklich reagiert. Sehr schade, dieses hätte man bestimmt mit Staffelpreisen oder ähnlichen (kleine, mittlere und große Portion) regeln können. Sehr schade, da dieses geschmacklich eigentlich sehr gut war, müssen sie nun auf einen guten Kunden in Zukunft verzichten...

Der Döner Kebap war ziemlich schlecht. Schon frech wenn man für 6,50€ einen Döner mit allen Zutaten bestellt und außer ein bisschen Salat auf der linken und etwas Fleisch auf der rechten Seite, nichts drin ist. Die Größe war auch nicht zufriedenstellend. Sehr klein die Döner.

Ich habe gestern dort mit meinem Partner gegessen. Ich hatte ein halbes Hähnchen mit Reis und Salat. Es hat alles super geschmeckt. Top Service und sehr freundlich :) Leider hatte ich mein Portemonnaie verloren dort. Diese wundervollen Herzensmenschen haben es hinter der Theke aufbewahrt, ich wurde von einem Mitarbeiter bei Facebook angeschrieben und ohne davon zu wissen, hat der Chef persönlich mir mein Portemonnaie heute nach Hause gebracht. Ich war und bin immer noch sprachlos und zu Tränen gerührt. Seid gesegnet, ein besonderer Dank geht an die Mitarbeiter, an den Chef und die Person, die es gefunden hat. Ich kann gar nicht genug danken! Wundervoll 👏👏

Leider muss ich heute meine Bewertung von 5 Sternen korrigieren. Wir hatten Besuch und wollten noch etwas zu Abend essen, wir haben den Laden empfohlen da wir bisher sehr zufrieden waren. 40 Minuten nach Bestellung wurde uns erst mitgeteilt, dass es keine Hähnchen gibt und wir etwas anderes wählen sollen. Das Essen sei aber so gut wie fertig. Leider hat es weitere 45 Minuten gedauert bis das Essen da war. Da Essen war nicht vollständig und es war nur lauwarm. Es schade denn so etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich aber dennoch hat es über 90 Minuten gedauert bis wir alle unser Essen hatten und dann war es nicht mal warm. Nette Mitarbeiter, immer leckeres Essen und Preise wirklich gut. Wir essen gerne hier.
