They get wrong order but blaming us and they are not kind Bad döner Bad Sauce Bad Service. Especially their bread.

I just ordered 2 doner kebab plates to take away and normally when you're in the store, nice salad with onions, tomatoes and cucumber but now a much smaller portion of meat, cheap salad without the things mentioned above even though I said with onions and those Fries were just less like a fry at McDonald's. I'm very disappointed in the store it was always very good but this experience for €31.80 is really rubbish and not recommended

Bought kebab bags to take away for the umpteenth time and unfortunately we didn't get what we ordered, instead there were almost only iceberg lettuce missing and cucumbers and tomatoes were missing and portions to take away are generally smaller than food on site, but the price is not appropriate. We are disappointed and were there for the last time.

Very bad conditions. I ordered ketchup sauce for my children, the cellar said we didn't have it, but two girls next to us received their order with the ketchup sauce. I would never go there again and don't recommend it to anyone.

The first and last time at Köz Adana in Farmsen!!! Very unfriendly staff! He came with his ordering device, typed everything in, 5 seconds later one of us wanted to change the dish. Immediately confronted with an annoyed look and the statement that he would now have to cancel the order and let them know in advance. When the dishes arrived, I asked again for some hot cocktail sauce for the kebab plate. He ended up charging me €4.20 extra for it. The bill included extra Ezme, which was completely different than the spicy cocktail sauce... After eating we weren't even asked if we would like to drink tea again. Every other snack bar now offers it. We were in a restaurant! Over €80 was consumed… It was quickly settled and wiped out. They could have helped us with the stroller. Never again!

Absolutely unfriendly and incompetent team. Wrong order, nobody speaks German properly and mumbles to themselves. The food wasn't tasty either and I absolutely can't recommend it!

Unfortunately not so good. First the waiter dropped the hot tea, then he forgot fries and didn't bring any bread. The portions are rather small. But it tasted good.

The service is like in a restaurant. Friendly, attentive and accommodating. Eating the kebab meat in particular is simply amazing. Super tasty, nice and juicy, good seasoning, nothing is missing. The portions are large but not overloaded. Only the inventory should be checked. Our glasses were badly scratched. And the paint on the inside of the bread bowl was peeling off. And a card that has been handed in is slowly falling apart. Nevertheless, I can recommend it to everyone and we will come back ourselves. And again...and again...

Unfortunately, my experience with this restaurant was disappointing. Grill skewers: The taste of the grilled skewers was okay, but the quality didn't meet my expectations for the price. Doner: The kebab was largely filled with meat, but the proportion of sauce and fresh salad was very small. I want to go ice hockey with my son right away but our stomachs are growling so we went to Köz Adana. The kebab plate tastes delicious and the portions are generous. My son wanted some more sauce and had to pay for it. Free elsewhere. The store was packed. The staff friendly. Disadvantage: Prices too high

I thought about it for a long time and had a lot of hope that it could happen someday, but the Jumbo Dürüm for €10 is getting smaller and smaller and is just as big as a normal Dürüm!! and every time I'm very annoyed that I got another jumbo!!! Above all, I find it quite unfair since this year they HAVE INCREASED the price of a Jumbo Dürüm 3-4 times!! The price-performance ratio has simply become quite poor! And I've been a customer there since day 1!

Apart from the fact that they forgot my Uludag, I can't complain, the kebab was very tasty, crispy and well filled. Food was warm so no cold food! Doner prices are normal. Anyone who thinks this kebab doesn't taste good then go to Bavaria, they don't know kebab. So eating a real kebab is always a highlight for us!

You go shopping and the guys who serve you look at you as if they hate you. I asked for some pommes to take away and they gave me the most horrible pommes they had. They were all small. Like what they had left over from a packet of pommes. If some simple pommes were so terrible, imagine a plate of food? I will never buy here again, not even a water.

Everything looks good inside, the meat was far too fatty and wobbly (chicken) had ordered 2 doner plates and everything with salad! I couldn't understand the salad, no cucumbers, tomatoes or onions in it!! Döner plate was supposed to come with fries both and what there was no fries in was unfortunately to be taken away, well not recommended!

We were poisoned, we couldn't really tell anything about the taste or smell of the doner wrap, it wasn't tasty either. My wife and I were sick to our stomachs within 15 to 20 minutes of finishing. Attention!!!!

The ambience is quite impressive. At first glance I was very positively surprised, and the staff also warmly invited me to come to the table. Unfortunately, the food was a bit too greasy for me personally, which is why I only ate half of it. I then asked the staff to pack the rest for me. Price-performance doesn't fit. Ordered 4 kebabs, some with different ingredients. Unfortunately, we had to guess at home which one was for whom. There was nothing labeled or anything like that. Unfortunately, €7.70 was a bit too expensive for the rather narrow kebab. The taste of the kebab was good. Unfortunately there is no sauce on top... as is so often the case in Hamburg.

We spontaneously went out to eat in a group of 10 people around lunchtime on Saturday. We didn't have to wait long for the food. Barrier-free access was there. The food was great, the service was incredibly good, very friendly, attentive and hospitable! 5+. We'll be back!

Always enjoy coming here. For just under €17 I got 1 good portion. Iskender kebab with small Portion of salad, 3 sauces and flatbread to fill you up. And creamy yoghurt for the meat, yummy. Nice staff, you can sit both outside and inside.

The food was ok the first time we were there but the service was a disaster. In the children's menu he forgot the sauce and the Capri Sun, gave us the wrong food with unwanted side dishes and didn't even ask if everything was ok with us and if it tasted good. We always had to ask... even though friends advised us not to go there but now we have a richer experience. So once and never again.

I picked up a farmer's salad there earlier for a whopping €8.50. I wasn't asked what should or shouldn't be in it, and there was no choice in the sauce either. It happened really quickly, but I found it very careless. And then the disappointment at home: no coleslaw, no pepperoni, no olives, not even onions. Let alone a piece of bread or tzatziki. Instead there was a sweet balsamic cream that I didn't find suitable at all. I don't think €8.50 for iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, a few herbs or spices as well as vinegar and oil is justified. At least everything is fresh, that's why there are two stars and not just one.

Ordered 2 kebab plates on August 4th at 2:14 p.m. The meat was already completely cold and it was definitely not freshly cut from the spit. We have always enjoyed ordering from you. But after this time we will not order from you again. Very bad price-performance ratio! I can only advise everyone not to eat or order here.

I'm excited! Doner kebab in triangular flatbread & the sauce is gently spread on the bread. A rarity in Hamburg. Most of the time in HH there are these mini dumplings with a careless dollop of sauce in the middle. Completely different at Köz-Adana. In Farmsen it's my new number 1 kebab.

Unfortunately very bad burger with a really small portion of fries and that for €13.90. A real shame. Much more and better prepared on the plate in the store than to take away👎 -The lettuce in the burger still had grains of sand -Burger without onion in between -Mini small portion of fries just like for a 3 year old child. Overall bad. I wasn't full at all. I won't go there anymore.

Unfortunately, the first impression we got couldn't be maintained. The jumbo kebab was extremely small, it was probably a normal one disguised as a jumbo. The taste was okay, nothing special but not bad either. The service was quite reserved and even cold. However, it does not invite you to visit again. Unfortunately...

Disaster and sooo unfriendly! The first time I ordered was also the last time. If there is nothing inside in a new apartment without cutlery, we didn't specify that we wanted cutlery for the pommdöner, ok. Accordingly, no cutlery was given. In the opening year everything was good, we were there twice a week. Now €7.70 for a kebab on hand. The kebab was so small that you don't even need a fork, you can fold it straight up. Ordered incorrectly several times. Sometimes sharp, sometimes not. Both portions came with spicy powder. Salad wrong too. The meat used to be really good, now you can get equivalent quality from the fridge in the supermarket.

Pure rip off! I'm sorry to say it was the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. Usually tea is served after the meal in Turkish restaurants and is included in the price. In this case, however, we were charged extra. We only had a single small tea (€1.50) We also ordered extra sauce, which we didn't want to have in the kebab, but separately. This sauce was also charged separately (€3.50) Incomprehensible! After I pointed out the outrageous rip-off, I wanted to speak to the boss. However, instead of the boss, a waiter appeared who claimed to be the boss's son. He said if you had ordered drinks, you would have gotten tea too. He also said that I should tell him my concern and that he would pass it on to the boss, since the boss didn't speak German. Disgraceful and unprofessional! Apparently the boss doesn't want to deal with his guests' problems and instead shifts the responsibility onto his son. I can't recommend the food was cold and we got something different than what we ordered. The kebab was taken away again and the hot sauce was simply taken down and brought back with less meat, the bread was still full of the hot sauce. The service is lackluster.

I actually wanted to find out which bin had the cheeseburger and it was shown straight away. But when asked if they had sweet potato fries they said yes. Then I order and I said everything: burger, fries, Cola Mayo. He takes the order and asks me if I'm eating here. I spontaneously said yes and then I could order from the other person again. I got REGULAR fries without sauce and it turned out that they didn't have sweet potato fries at all. The cheeseburger was ok. Wanted to eat at the Köz Adana restaurant yesterday. A waiter in the room asked me what I wanted. I said: I want to eat kebab. He then said that you don't have kebab, even though there is a sign advertising kebab in front of the entrance.

Some of the food ordered tasted really good some others were average at best . The price on the other hand is kinda too much especially considering where the restaurant is located . The staff was okay not really what i could label as really friendly but also not disrespectful in any way . All in all a 3/5

This is the “JUMBO DÖNER” for 10!!! Euro? Super disappointed and still hungry afterwards...

First we were served appetizers. A fresh and warm bread with a delicious yogurt dip and ezme, and we drank an aromatic Turkish tea. The Adana was great. We love Turkish cuisine.

Turkish restaurant. Dishes are prepared on the grill. Döner contains a lot of meat and little vegetables and sauce. Everything inside is modern. Restaurant mit türkischer Küche. Die Speisen werden auf dem Grill zubereitet. In einen Döner kommt viel Fleisch und wenig Gemüse und Soße. Innen ist alles modern.

Very small portions, if dining in its going to take forever for food to come even if you order something very simple. The food tastes okay but it is pretty pricey.

I've never seen anything so delicious, it's really amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend it to every customer GO EAT THERE!!!!!!!!!!!
