We spontaneously had dinner there with 6 people, including 2 primary school-aged children and a small dog. We were immediately thrilled because we received a very friendly welcome and this friendliness lasted the entire evening. The children received children's cards (which were very nice with a little story inside and a wooden envelope) and we had time to choose and order everything in peace. The service was so attentive that empty glasses were immediately noticed and people asked if they could have something new to drink. The food was excellent and very sufficient. The lovingly detailed design of the guest room was wonderful. We would love to come back and recommend a visit to “Tischlein deck dich”

Dear Knüppels-Tischlein, cover yourself team, We had a wonderful meal in your restaurant today, roast fallow deer and delicious pork steak, everything was great! But the wine spritzer for €6.50 is just terribly expensive, what a shame! Afterwards we had a very generous wine spritzer in the hotel bar next door for €6, which is appropriate for us at a high level, it should be fun to go away! Had to go out and best regards, P. Home-style cooking. Very nice and fast service, the restaurant already existed in Eastern times, now of course in a different atmosphere. The food was very tasty, from fish to meat to salad, there was something for everyone. We were there in the evening, so a reservation wouldn't be a bad idea. Everything is priced within a reasonable range

Nice little restaurant with very friendly service. The food is tasty. The description of the dishes suggests a somewhat more upscale cuisine, which unfortunately is not confirmed. Portions are very small, I missed a small salad with it. The Hawaiian fish actually only consisted of breading, pineapple and cheese. If you looked closely, you could find some fish that wasn't even 0.5 cm thick. Unfortunately a bit poor for the price.

Had the gourmet steak and the Hamburger Schnitzel, both were super tender and the dishes were super tasty. I would love to come back again

We were 3 adults and a toddler at lunchtime. Absolutely family-friendly with its own children's menu and lots of little "distractions" to shorten the waiting time for the child. Great service, great food. We'd love to come back.

A very nice little restaurant that lives up to its name. We were here for lunch and were not disappointed. The service was friendly and the selection of food was good. In my opinion, the food is freshly prepared and tastes very good. The portions are definitely sufficient - considering the price. Everything is attractively presented and the waiting time was short. The children's plate was also beautifully presented and our little one enjoyed it. The ambience is harmonious and the dining room looks inviting. In this context, I would also like to mention the sanitary facilities, which are modern and absolutely clean. People often get sick here somewhere else. In this respect, I can recommend a visit to everyone without any further reservations.

In the early evening we got an outside seat without a reservation, which wasn't a problem given the warm weather. Neatly dressed service ladies take great care of the guest. The food we ordered came to the table quickly and at the right temperature and tasted very tasty. All wishes were fulfilled quickly. Unfortunately I can't comment on the atmosphere because I wasn't in the restaurant. Highly recommended.

Where else do you go out to eat to be fed and full. In this restaurant the palate is pampered like an angel. This restaurant alone is worth a detour to Koserow.

We spontaneously went by there today and were able to get a free table outside. The waitress came to our table within a very short time and was very friendly. We received our food less than 20 minutes after ordering. Everything was attractively prepared, the portion sizes were large and we enjoyed it very much! Gladly again :-)

Very tasty fried herring with fried potatoes, very friendly and fast service

It's just wonderfully warm in this restaurant. The waitress always has a friendly and relaxed attitude on her lips. Our dishes - the 300g Hamburger Schnitzel and the 300g meat platter - were really tasty and we felt like we were sitting at Grandma's table. Despite the restaurant being full, the wait from ordering to receiving our food was short and the prices were reasonable. Clear recommendation!

We ate very tasty! In a great atmosphere. However, you can feel the pressure that as many guests as possible should be entertained and we were fed with 9 people after a little over an hour and the next guests were already ready. That makes it a little uncomfortable.

We went there without a reservation and luckily we still got a table. The atmosphere, service and food were absolutely world class. The waiting time to receive the food was absolutely fine and the food was hot when it arrived. In addition, despite the fact that it was very busy, the service staff constantly walked around with a smile, which gave you a good feeling as a guest. Absolute recommendation. We will definitely make a reservation and stop there again on our next vacation.

Very fast, very friendly, price performance perfect

We always enjoyed eating there. But what we were served today - 1x chicken liver and 1x steak with beans - was underground. The waitress, Ms. Ricarda, was as always very friendly and quick. Still, it's a shame and also annoying.

Here you really feel welcome as a guest, the staff is very friendly and the food is excellent. Here we cook freshly and with love.

Went there for dinner today. The fish was super tasty. My wife had a portion of spiced meat!! It tasted like something from your childhood. We'd love to come back next year.

A great family run restaurant. Friendly staff, great ambience (equipment, surroundings) food and price/performance great. Highly recommended, we didn't have a reservation (it's advisable to book in advance) but we were greeted warmly and friendly and got a seat. What we also observed with other guests.

Cozy restaurant with family history, good food and very pleasant staff. The children's menu includes the fairy tale that goes with the name, which is a great way to entertain the children. Our dogs were also allowed to take part in the visit.

Great kitchen and great service

A very nice little restaurant. We ate there four times during our time on Usedom because we liked it so much. The food was varied, the prices were right and the staff was super friendly. What more could you want? We were always allowed to bring our dog with us, which wasn't a problem. We had very nice evenings there and a relative named Mr. Feldmann. We would love to come back again when we are on the island. Thanks for the great time and see you soon.

Very cozy place. The friendly service and the well-kept ambience invite you to linger! The food is freshly prepared and is very tasty! Had red perch with pineapple/cheese gratin and farmer's breakfast as well as a cucumber and normal salad. We'll definitely be back!

You can say that this restaurant is almost perfect. Why? Clever thought was taken into account when making reservations for 6 adults and one child. Children's placemats and children's menus were already there when we entered. Great service! Food: Came after just 30 minutes with the house full. It was warm, beautifully presented, rich and everyone enjoyed it very much. The waitress was very friendly and always available for a light joke. You rarely see waiters who enjoy their job. You can see and hear it here! Top! :) If we go on holiday nearby again we will come back. Thanks!

We had dinner here 3 times in 4 days, which should say a lot about the quality and service. The service is on point and the food is freshly prepared. For us there was nothing to complain about. Two incorrectly prepared dishes were elegantly "ironed out" and also impressed us with their taste. Unfortunately we don't have any photos because we were busy eating and drinking. Full marks for the Knüppel family, Thank you for the nice evenings.

If you want a delicious meal you have to go there. The food is a delight. The waitress exudes friendliness and everything happened very quickly.

The service was absolutely great. The good woman alone has complete control of the dining room. Very friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty with a bit of room for improvement. But I would go again and loved it. Prices are good and proportionate.

Super leckeres Essen , wir waren als Familie da und es hat jeden sehr gut geschmeckt. Die beiden Damen im Restaurant waren sehr , sehr nett. Gern wären wir nochmal eingekehrt aber leider war der 1.1.2024 auch das Saisonende , aber das hat sich das Personal auch verdient. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder sehr gern hierher.

Finally back on the sunny island😎 this time in Koserow. Knüppel's Tischlein Deck Dich is worth a visit. Top friendly service who found a place for you in a fairytale atmosphere even without a reservation. The food, rump steak from Argentina 200 g medium, simply perfect in taste and preparation.

Die Gerichte sind gut gekocht. Der Service ist aufmerksam. Das Ambiente muss man mögen. Das Essen ist von der Frische und dem Geschmack wirklich gut, aber die Portionen sind für Normalesser, meiner Meinung nach, zu klein.

Waren 2 mal zu Abendessen. Leckeres Essen. Für Augen und Gaumen ein Genuss. Sehr freundliche Bedienung in einer schönen Atmosphäre. Eine vorrige Reservierung auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Danke für diese schönen Abende.

Erschienen kurz vor der Mittagspause. Trotzdem sehr freundliche Bedienung mit kurzem Hinweis das die Küche in 30 min schließt. Essen schnell und sehr empfehlenswert. Unsere Tochter hat während der Wartezeit Kopfhörer mit Märchen bekommen 👍 Im Ganzen sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Weiter so 👏

Durch Zufall entdecken wir dieses kleine Restaurant. Das Essen war sehr lecker zu einem angenehmen Preis. Portion waren für meinen Magen ausreichend. Ambiente stimmte. Personal flink und aufmerksam. Sehr zu empfehlen, allerdings lieber vorher reservieren.

Sehr leckeres Essen, aber das Ambiente ist echt nicht nicht gemütlich. Furchtbare Bilder an der Wand. Für den Preis findet man gemütlichere Lokale, die auch gutes Essen haben.

Grandiose Küche, grandioser Service. Spontan eingekehrt und Glück mit dem Tisch gehabt. Großartig!!! Lecker Kinderschnitzel, Sherry Matjes und das Damwild... großartig fand ich besonders die Kinderkarte mit einem Grimms Märchen, wegen der Wartezeit. Wir kommen wieder, das war fantastisch!! Essen und Service waren ausgezeichnet! Der heiße Sanddorn mit Rum ist eine Empfehlung ❤️ Die Karte hat liebevolle Details der Geschichte zum Tischlein deck dich. War ein toller Abend hier. Man sollte hier vorab reservieren am besten, da es meistens gut gefüllt ist (vorallem abends). Auch wenn man auf gut Glück oder mit Warten einen Tisch bekommen kann. PS: Hunde sind willkommen!
