5 Sterne – Ein kulinarischer Wohlfühlort in München: Hier ist man Gast bei Freunden Wir sind mittlerweile regelmäßig im KLIMENTIS zu Gast und jedes Mal aufs Neue begeistert. Mete und seine Frau Elida führen dieses wunderbare Restaurant mit einer Herzlichkeit, die heutzutage leider selten geworden ist. Man fühlt sich hier nicht wie ein anonymer Gast, sondern sofort wie ein Teil der Familie – eine Atmosphäre, die den Abend jedes Mal besonders macht. Kulinarisch ist das KLIMENTIS eine echte Bereicherung für München. Egal, zu welcher Gelegenheit wir dort sind, die Qualität ist konstant auf einem beeindruckend hohen Niveau. Man merkt bei jedem Gang, dass hier mit Leidenschaft, Liebe zum Detail und besten Produkten gearbeitet wird. Mein persönlicher Favorit, den ich jedem ans Herz legen kann, ist der gegrillte Oktopus. Er ist schlichtweg perfekt zubereitet und zählt zweifellos zu den besten, die ich jemals essen durfte. Aber eigentlich kann man hier alles ausnahmslos empfehlen – die Karte hält durchweg Überzeugendes bereit. Ein besonderes Highlight ist zudem der Gruß aus der Küche, mit dem wir zu Beginn jedes Besuchs verwöhnt werden. Es ist immer wieder erstaunlich und absolut bewundernswert, was das Team in dieser kleinen Küche zaubert; jedes Gericht ist ein kleines Kunstwerk auf dem Teller. Wer in München ein Restaurant sucht, das durch eine Kombination aus exzellenter, kreativer Küche und einem persönlichen, herzlichen Service besticht, kommt am KLIMENTIS nicht vorbei. Für uns ist es ein absoluter Lieblingsort, und wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Besuch bei Mete und Elida!

Ich hatte zunächst das Tatar und anschließend die Tagliolini mit Trüffel – beides hat mich vollkommen überzeugt. Nicht nur die Speisen waren hervorragend, auch die Location ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und schafft eine besondere Atmosphäre. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die helle, offene Küche. Dort kann man sehen, wie sauber und professionell gearbeitet wird – etwas, das man leider nicht in jedem Restaurant erlebt. Der Service war freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, dabei aber stets professionell und angenehm unaufdringlich. Ein rundum gelungener Besuch. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann das Restaurant uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Das Essen war absolut köstlich! Die Jakobsmuschel-Vorspeise und das Filet Mignon als Hauptgang sind ein absolutes Muss! Es war so gut, dass wir gleich zweimal dort waren! Der Service war unglaublich herzlich und zuvorkommend, und die Atmosphäre war fantastisch! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir waren gestern im Klimentis in München essen, eine Gruppe von fünf Personen, darunter zwei Personen im Rollstuhl und ein Kind. Wir hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Abend. Schon beim Empfang wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüsst. Am Eingang gibt es zwar zwei Stufen, aber uns wurde sofort freundlich und selbstverständlich geholfen, sodass wir problemlos ins Lokal gelangen konnten. Das Personal war durchweg aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und unglaublich bemüht, man hatte wirklich das Gefühl, dass ihnen nichts zu viel ist und sie alles daransetzen, uns einen schönen Abend zu bereiten. Und dann das Beste: das Essen war ausgezeichnet! Alles war frisch, geschmacklich hervorragend und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Würden wir in der Gegend wohnen, wären wir sicher regelmässig dort zu Gast. So bleibt uns nur, uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in München zu freuen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! Die Kellner sind unhöflich. Er sagte, hänge deinen Mantel nicht an den Stuhl, aber das ganze Wohnzimmer hängt einen Stuhl auf. Wir wollten Nachtisch. Er sagte, wir wollten Nachtisch. Er sagte, wir werden sehen, nachdem Sie Ihre Platten bekommen haben. Er bat mit seinem Mund um ein Trinkgeld. Der Junge zeigte 10 Sekunden lang etwas mit seinem Telefon. Der Kellner warnte uns, dass es ein Geräusch gab. Kurz gesagt, die Familie fühlte sich sehr unwohl. Wir haben die Rechnung in bar bezahlt, sie haben sie an der Tür angehalten, um zu sehen, ob Sie bezahlt haben. Wir sagten, sieh dir den Tisch an. Wir waren beunruhigt. Keines der Speisen auf den Bildern befindet sich tatsächlich im Restaurant.

Langsamster Service aller Zeiten

Das Essen im KLIMENTI'S Restaurant ist einfach herausragend – frisch, geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe angerichtet. Top Service, entspanntes Ambiente und absolut empfehlenswert – klare 5 Sterne!

Das Essen ist gut aber nicht hervorragend. Preis Leistung dafür in Ordnung. Allerdings wirkt das Lokal und der Service sehr angestrengt. Die Einrichtung ist nicht hochwertig genug und der Service nicht aufmerksam und routiniert genug, um das reservierte Auftreten der Mitarbeiter zu erklären. Mehr Schein als sein. Schade ein vornehmer, herzlicher, gastfreundlicher Umgang würde das gute Essen betonen.

Das Essen war wirklich gut und die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist sehr angenehm – da gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Leider kann ich das Gleiche über den Service nicht sagen. Wir mussten ziemlich lange auf unser Essen warten, und am Ende wurde auch noch das falsche Gericht serviert. Das sollte in einem Restaurant auf diesem Niveau eigentlich nicht passieren. Schade, denn die Küche überzeugt – am Service sollte aber definitiv gearbeitet werden.

Ein angenehmes und einladendes Lokal. Die Gerichte waren sehr gut und die Weinempfehlungen exzellent. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Es war unerträglich heiß; die Heizung war meiner Meinung nach übertrieben. Ich hatte ein Risotto mit einer neuen, köstlichen Geschmackskombination.

am 21.05.26 waren wir dort beim essen. Sensationell. Service, Küche harmonisch. Gehobene Küche, nicht ganz billig, aber das muss man sich gönnen.

Hier war wirklich alles toll. Service: Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und zu unserem Tisch geführt. Anschließend hat uns die freundliche Servicekraft erst einmal mit Wasser versorgt. Die Dame versteht es, locker und dennoch professionell mit den Gästen umzugehen. Sie konnte unsere Fragen perfekt beantworten und hat uns von Anfang bis Ende einen wunderbaren Abend bereitet. Essen: Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet! Ich durfte tatsächlich neue Geschmacksrichtungen erleben. Die Speisen sind liebevoll angerichtet und von höchster Qualität. Ambiente: Das Restaurant ist gemütlich und zugleich stilvoll. Preise: Ist es günstig? Nein! Sind die Preise meiner Meinung nach gerechtfertigt? Definitiv ja! Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend.

Es war sooo schön und die persönliche und nette Betreuung war sensationell. Gerne kommen wir wieder! Essen sehr gehoben und raffiniert dekoriert!

Das Essen war sehr gut – solide 4 von 5 Punkten. Besonders die Kürbissuppe war köstlich. Wir verzichteten auf ein Dessert, und das Restaurant bot uns freundlicherweise stattdessen ein Käsegericht an, was große Flexibilität bewies. Auch der Kellner war sehr freundlich. Leider gab es einige Probleme, die das Gesamterlebnis beeinträchtigten. – Das größte Problem war die Wartezeit! Nach über 2 Stunden und 15 Minuten hatten wir erst drei Gänge erhalten. Die Pausen zwischen den Gängen waren zu lang – es wäre hilfreich, wenn das Personal nachfragen würde, ob die Gäste bereit für den nächsten Gang sind. – Das Personal wirkte ziemlich gestresst, was auf mangelnde Koordination oder unzureichende Führung hindeutet. – Der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig: Wir wurden zweimal nach unserem Wasserwunsch gefragt, aber unsere Gläser wurden nur einmal nachgefüllt. Auch die Speisekarte wurde zweimal gebracht. Zu Beginn nahm das Personal unsere Mäntel und Regenschirme entgegen, aber am Ende dauerte es eine Weile, bis wir die richtigen Sachen gefunden hatten. Beim Bezahlen wurden wir gebeten, unsere Bankkarte vorzuzeigen, was für mich unpraktisch war. Daher musste ich am Eingang mit meinem Handy bezahlen. Insgesamt haben das Essen und die Freundlichkeit einen guten Eindruck gemacht, aber der Service und die Organisation sind definitiv verbesserungsbedürftig.

Das Essen war von höchster Qualität: Vorspeise, Hauptgericht und Dessert – alles ein Genuss. Auch die Getränkeauswahl, insbesondere Champagner und Wein, ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant, die liebevolle Präsentation der Speisen und die freundliche Betreuung der Gäste haben uns rundum begeistert. Wir hatten gestern spontan vor einer späteren Veranstaltung dort gegessen. Es war ein wunderschönes Abendessen mit einem sehr aufmerksamen, äußerst freundlichen Team. Es war eine Freude und ein Genuss mit schönem Essen und Ambiente. Gerne wieder...

Obwohl wir erst um 22:00 im Restaurant ankamen wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Das Tatar war sehr geschmackvoll und die Pasta einfach PERFETTO. Lob auch an den Service. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in München sicher ein MUSS.

Hallo, mir hat das Essen geschmeckt, aber die lange Wartezeit und der Service waren echt ein Problem. Allein auf Gabel und Besteck hat es ewig gedauert. Das Essen selbst war gut, aber der Service... :(

Absolut enttäuschend. Wir haben zu viert rund 260 € ausgegeben und dafür eine Leistung bekommen, die diesem Preis in keiner Weise gerecht wird. Das Personal war unhöflich und unehrlich, Serviceorientierung gleich null. Mein Steak kam lauwarm an den Tisch – bei diesen Preisen ein absolutes No-Go. Auch die Gerichte meiner Eltern und meiner Schwester waren qualitativ schlecht und geschmacklich enttäuschend. Für ein Restaurant in dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich Professionalität, Qualität und Respekt gegenüber den Gästen. Hier bekommt man stattdessen schlechten Service und schlechtes Essen. Keine Empfehlung. Preis-Leistung ist eine Katastrophe.

Das Essen war wirklich sehr Lecker, Qualität und Preis-Leistung 5/5. Als einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Man könnte eventuell beim Eis 1-2 Früchte hinzufügen, dann ich nicht nur eine einzige Kugel Eis als Dessert des 3-Gänge-Menüs. (Trotzdem war das Eis sehr gut!) Auch wenn der Service immer sehr freundlich war hat er leider nicht so überzeugt. Wir haben auf jeden Gang mindestens eine halbe bis fast eine ganze Stunde gewartet. Die Rechnung hat dann auch noch einmal 25 min gedauert. Trotz der Wartezeit auf eine Kugel Eis und eine Creme Brûlée kam der Dessert Wein erst als wir fast fertig waren. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten sehr gestresst. Die Weinbegleitung war soweit gut, der Dessertwein hat mir leider nicht geschmeckt.

Nicht nur das Essen war hervorragend, sondern auch die Bedienung war unglaublich aufmerksam, herzlich und freundlich. Das Restaurant Klimenti's, das Essen und vor allem das Personal sind einfach wunderbar. Das Ehepaar Klimenti ist ein exzellenter und herzlicher Gastgeber – ich habe mich den ganzen Abend über bestens betreut gefühlt. Gastfreundschaft ist für sie oberstes Gebot und ein zentraler Bestandteil ihres Restaurants. Die Empfehlungen waren perfekt, sowohl was die Gerichte als auch die Weinbegleitung betrifft. Das Essen war absolut fantastisch – ich hatte das Perlhuhn Supreme. Ich werde noch wochenlang an dieses Gericht denken – die Feta-Dattel-Füllung war einfach himmlisch, das Geflügel perfekt saftig und zart, das Trüffel-Kartoffelpüree vielleicht das beste, das ich je gegessen habe, und die Saucen rundeten das Gericht wunderbar ab. Das Schokoladensoufflé mit einem feinen Rotwein zum Dessert war ein Gedicht. Das Restaurant selbst ist wunderschön. Es ist modern und elegant, aber gleichzeitig schlicht und unaufdringlich, sodass der Fokus ganz auf dem Essen liegt. Obwohl ich alleine hier war, habe ich meiner Frau schon gesagt, dass wir so bald wie möglich einen romantischen Abend hier verbringen werden. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen und weitere Kreationen von Klimenti zu probieren!

Wow, what hospitality with such friendly hosts and impeccable service. The kitchen is fabulous and conjures up delicious dishes on the Isar River in the French Quarter. The wine list leaves nothing to be desired. There were two of us and we had a wonderful evening. Dessert was even more impressive, a real treat. We wish the Klimenti's continued success and a steady hand in the kitchen!

It was the last night of the holiday, we had been eyeing off Klimenti’s from our Hotel each day and decided to give it a try. It was a nice night outside, so most of the diners on the night we were there sat outside. The staff were really friendly and looked after us well, during the night there was a rhythm to the service: nothing seemed rushed, and everything came out in good time. The kitchen and floor team obviously know their craft. For wines we tried the Rosé Klimenti’s, the Grauburgunder, and the Syrah Impossible. Three little amuse-bouche arrived, just some simple watermelon and feta with a hint of dressing. I didn’t mind the flavours, but I do like places that do something like this, as it feels like a bonus and doesn’t seem like a hard way to welcome diners and make them feel like they are getting something for free and are in for something special. We were hungry, but not super hungry and so went straight for mains. We ordered: Beef Tenderloin - it was tender, lean, cooked to order and had a good sear. We got the Lamb Rump, the balance of herbs was good, and the lamb was very well cooked. We also got the Sea Bream & Prawns - this was also cooked well - on the whole the kitchen respects the quality of their produce enough not to overcomplicate things or push it too hard. It was a nice way to end our stay in Munich and we wandered back across to the hotel grateful for the meal and for how well the staff looked after us.

Ribeye and tenderloin were seared to medium-rare perfection — rich, tender, and full of flavor. Crème brûlée was silky with a perfect caramelized top. Paired with a smooth, top-shelf tequila. Service was excellent. We’ll definitely be back.

My partner and I celebrated our anniversary and invited our friends to dinner at the Gasteig before the event. We all ordered drinks and starters (some of us only had two) as we didn't have much time. We didn't know that the restaurant's concept required you to always order a main course, otherwise we would have simply gone somewhere else. The head chef came out and explained this to us in a way that was very unpleasant for us. Okay, there was nothing we could do about it and it wasn't a pleasant experience. But then we had to wait over an hour for these starters and reminded the waiter several times that we had to leave on time as our event started at 8:30 p.m. The starters finally arrived at 8:20 p.m. after waiting for over an hour, and we had 5 minutes to eat before we had to leave immediately. When we gave the head chef our feedback, he became extremely rude and angry. I don't want to go into detail, but it was a very unpleasant experience for our anniversary, and we will definitely not be returning, nor can we recommend this restaurant, even though the food was really good. However, the chef should definitely stay in the kitchen or urgently attend a communication course on anti-aggression and stop insulting his guests. For us, it was our last time at Klimentis. It's a real shame...

Der Küchechef beschimpfte uns, nachdem mein Mann und ich beide statt einem Menu jeweils„nur“ zwei Vorspeisen (zu je ca 23€) bestellt haben. Er echauffierte sich lautstark, dass er so nicht seinen kalkulierten Umsatz machen würde. Anschließend ließ er uns 50 Minuten auf den zweiten Gang (die zweite Vorspeise) warten und hielt das Essen statt dessen unter der Wärmelampe warm. Insgesamt war der Besuch im Klimenti‘s ein Reinfall-„ - nicht zu empfehlen. Das Restaurant ist aus unserer Sicht völlig überbewertet

A lovely restaurant with delicious and artfully presented dishes and very friendly staff. The portion sizes are reasonable. The only thing to be aware of is the acoustics. It's quite loud in the room.

Food is an important part of our vacation – and at Klimenti's we were not disappointed. The menu ranges from fresh fish and seafood to grilled steaks and homemade pasta – all with a Mediterranean touch. Mete Klimenti, chef and owner, is a master of his craft – the carefully curated menu impressively demonstrated this. Particularly noteworthy are the outstanding tartare variations (beef and salmon), the perfectly roasted meat, and the absolutely delicious desserts. The wine pairing for the three-course menu (free choice from the menu) was truly enriching – each wine paired perfectly with each course. The service was equally impressive: Elida Shita-Klimenti, the owner, welcomed us with a warmth, as if we were regulars. We felt completely welcome. The experience was so positive that we ate at Klimenti's twice during our stay – both evenings were thoroughly enjoyable. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and the great food in such a warm atmosphere!

Die Speisekarte reicht von frischem Fisch und Meeresfrüchten über Steaks vom Grill bis hin zu hausgemachter Pasta – alles mit mediterranem Touch. Mete Klimentis, Koch und Inhaber, beherrscht sein Handwerk – das hat uns das sorgfältig zusammengestellte Menü eindrucksvoll bewiesen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die hervorragenden Tatar-Variationen (Rind und Lachs), das perfekt gebratene Fleisch und die absolut schmackhaften Desserts. Die Weinbegleitung zum 3-Gang-Menü (freie Wahl aus der Karte) war eine echte Bereicherung – jeder Wein passte ausgezeichnet zum jeweiligen Gang. Ebenso überzeugend war der Service: Elida Shita-Klimenti, die Inhaberin, empfing uns mit einer Herzlichkeit, als wären wir Stammgäste. Wir fühlten uns rundum willkommen. Die Erfahrung war so positiv, dass wir während unseres Aufenthalts gleich zweimal im Klimenti’s gegessen haben – beide Abende waren rundum gelungen. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Gastfreundschaft und das tolle Essen in so herzlicher Atmosphäre!

It's pretty rude to be reprimanded for only ordering an appetizer. Perhaps they should include a minimum order per customer on the menu.

On the recommendation of a colleague, we visited the restaurant on a Friday evening. I still have to thank my colleague because it was very, very good. We had different starters and main courses. Very well prepared, very seasoned... The service was very attentive. Everything fit.

Our visits to Klimentis are usually very spontaneous and yet we almost always get a table. A big compliment goes to Mete in the kitchen, his wife in service and his team for a successful evening! So it was all the more wonderful that we had such a wonderful experience again on Saturday evening – (it was already late when we decided to show up with growling stomachs). We had an absolutely unforgettable New Year's Eve at Klimenti's. The five-course menu was out of this world. 🌟 The scallops and the beef fillet were particularly excellent. The service was attentive and the atmosphere was welcoming. I've rarely seen my girlfriend so happy. Thanks to the entire team!

DO NOT COME NEAR THIS PLACE! They have the most overpriced and terrible service you can get in Munich. The staff is simply the rudest and most poorly trained I have ever seen in my life, they act like they are the ones paying you to eat there. My wife complained about the terrible service while she was still in the restaurant, whereupon the “gentleman” in the picture came up to her and yelled at her. She should have called the police immediately because he was verbally attacking her and trying to intimidate her. On top of that, it was a corporate event where she had to endure this violent and criminal reaction from this unstable person. You can expect to hear from me soon. If you think you can treat people however you want and get away with it, you are sorely mistaken.

Although the atmosphere is good, the service is the worst you can get. My company was holding an event at this restaurant and the service was terrible. While there was a gentlemen giving a speech, the waitress opened the door screaming interrupting his speech. It was one of the rudest things I've ever seen and it wouldn't be the last. Then, after that moment of shame, during dinner I asked for information about my dish, the waiter pointed to the table saying “it’s there” and left me talking to myself, he literally turned his back on me. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Food was good! In addition, instead of getting apologies for the bad treatment I received, the manager came to my table, made a scene SCREAMING at me, because what I wrote above, and, btw, I am a lady and I am not used to this treatment, especially from a man, so I was publicly disrespected as a customer and as a woman. He represents perfectly his staff (that would have a reason to be stressed) but he as a boss and manager HAS NO EXCUSE FOR HIS MANERS! I should have called the police when he was shouting on me.

I've literally been to all kinds of restaurants all over the world. But the experience at KLIMENTI’S is unique and breathtaking. It starts with the service. You feel like you are the only guest in the restaurant. I've never experienced anything like this before. You are welcomed directly into the family. The food speaks for itself: dishes perfectly tailored to the season, from starters to main courses to dessert. This is not a visit to a restaurant but a culinary journey for the taste and the eye. Accompanied by really carefully selected wines. After every dish I thought it was the best thing I had ever eaten. Well, I thought wrong, because the next course was even better. The entrecôte gets a very clear recommendation from us. You think you've eaten something like this before. No, you definitely didn't... that piece of meat was something very special. So tender and perfectly complemented by the side dishes. So Klimenti’s is a must when you are in Munich and is just as much a part of it as shopping in the countless stores in Munich. I would give 6 stars if I could! We'll definitely be back. We paid €150 for 2 starters, 2 main courses, 2 desserts, a bottle of Lugana and soft drinks.

The food was simply perfect, I can't put it any other way. The service also deserves a special mention. The team was attentive, warm and exuded the kind of professionalism you could only wish for. The stylish ambience of the Klimenti rounded off the experience perfectly. What is particularly impressive is the passion of the operators, which you can feel in every gesture, every detail and every dish. Here, hospitality is not only very important, but also lived and loved. My conclusion: The Klimentis is a restaurant that you don't just visit once, but like to come back again and again.

We celebrated our wedding at Klimentis and it couldn't have been better. The two owners, Elida and Mete Klimentis, supported us with advice and support. The Klimentis team conjured up a wonderful evening for us with fantastic food and very attentive service. Even during our previous restaurant visits, we always left the restaurant excited. Great, elegant restaurant with high-quality, modern Mediterranean cuisine. For me, Mete is one of the best restaurateurs in Munich. Warm, personal. The NY Brunch is also an absolute recommendation. Absolute top address in Munich.

We went on a Saturday evening and got a table outside. The service staff was very attentive and quick, definitely 5 stars. A colleague was also trained and this was conveyed to us quite charmingly and did not harm the service process. The greeting from the kitchen (melon with sheep's cheese and truffle honey) was a very good start. As a starter I had the scallops in a straw pastry coating on beetroot carpaccio - very delicate, with crunch and especially very balanced with the fruity sauce (mango/chilli). I would order again immediately. For the main course we had sea bream twice and pike perch on risotto - although the menu said different types of potatoes (pike perch with potato straw and sea bream with potato crunch), unfortunately all three of us got the same thing. Unfortunately, the sea bream was on the grill a little too long and was already slightly dry, but the taste was still very good. The risotto was on point and finely tuned. Because of the same potato side dishes and the slightly dry sea bream, 4 out of 5 stars. As a dessert there was the sorbet of the day (mango), which took a while to arrive, but tasted great. Overall a great evening, pleasant atmosphere, great service, good presentation, portion sizes also good - we would definitely come back.

I was very disappointed with the service at Klimenti’s Restaurant. The staff was dismissive and rude. This lack of respect and hospitality is unacceptable for a restaurant that promises an upscale experience. I will not return.

As a native of Haidhausen, I can say with certainty that this is a very nice and very good restaurant! If you want to spend a quiet, beautiful evening as a couple, you've come to the right place. Mr. Klimenti looks after his guests very nicely and courteously. The personal greeting alone makes the stay very pleasant! The waitresses are also extremely nice. This is a great place to end the evening and enjoy the outdoor area in summer. The food was great, not only a feast for the eyes but also top notch in terms of taste. The waitress came and asked if we could continue with the meal. I found that very pleasant because you had time to "digest" and not have everything served at once like in other restaurants. Our stay was very pleasant and we would like to come back!

Worst service and attitude imaginable. Last Thursday we unfortunately visited this restaurant. The experience was really painful and hard to believe. As has already been mentioned, not to mention the food and the endless wait, we actually asked to split the bill. What's new ? you might ask. And that's when the door of humiliation opened: we were insulted, the waiter and the owner of the establishment shouted at us. I was so choked up and I couldn't imagine that someone could talk to customers like that. Well yes, you know, you can split the bill at Michelin star restaurants, and no one tells you anything like that. If there is a problem or you simply don't know how to use the payment terminal (or don't care), it can be said without insulting customers. With disappointment, Victoria

Unfortunately our visit to this restaurant was a huge disappointment. The service was completely unfriendly from the start and the waitress turned out to be extremely rude. The quality of the dishes was mediocre, which is not expected in this price range. We also had to wait an extremely long time for the main course, which only made our impression even worse. To make matters worse, the situation eventually got out of hand when the staff even started shouting at us. This was particularly disappointing as one person in our group was celebrating a birthday that day. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant at all and will definitely not be coming back. It's a shame about the wasted time and money.
