Ein wunderbares Erlebnis, gutes Essen, sowohl Vorspeisen als auch Hauptgerichte. Faire Preise und sehr freundliches Personal. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Samstag Abend spontan einen Tisch bekommen und ein wirklich sehr gutes Essen gehabt: frische Zutaten, wahnsinnig gut gekocht, große Portionen und das bei vollem Haus in Verbindung mit einem super netten Service. Wir kommen garantiert wieder!

War ok. Leider waren die Pommes und das Schnitzel zu fettig. Da ich Koch bin, weiß ich wie es normalerweise schmecken sollte. Der Rest war gut.

Wie auf Webseite vorgestellt und den anderen Rezensionen entsprechend. Die Portionsgröße hat nach oben überrascht. Kein übermäßiges chichi, gut ehrliche Arbeit mit touch. Karte nicht zu groß, dafür Qualität gut. Gerne wieder.

Wir waren Spontan zum Mittagessen dort und hatten Glück einen Tisch ohne Reservierung bekommen zu haben. Der Service war super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Sowohl die Getränke als auch das Essen kamen schnell. Die Kinderportionen waren groß, so dass sie auf jedenfall satt wurden und auch die "Normalen" Speisen, waren absolut perfekt von der Portionsgröße. Geschmacklich hat es ebenfalls super lecker geschmeckt, egal welches der vier Gerichte, die wir bestellten. Auch auf die Nachfrage zwecks Allergene bestimmter Speisen wurde sehr nett reagiert und in der Küche nachgefragt. Das Ambiente war auch richtig schön, geschmackvoll ( vorallem die schönen Teller). Also rundum ein super tolles Restaurant, in das wir sehr gerne wieder kommen und weiterempfehlen werden.

Das Essen war einfach fantastisch! Besonders die Spare Ribs waren extrem zart und auch das Schnitzel war hervorragend. Dazu kam ein unglaublich nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Was uns außerdem total begeistert hat, war das tolle Gesamtdesign der Einrichtung und das wirklich außergewöhnliche Geschirr – das Auge isst hier definitiv mit! Absolute Empfehlung, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend, in sehr schöner Atmosphäre mit einem sehr leckeren Essen, wir hatten eine Suppe vorweg und uns dann das Rinderfilet gegönnt. Es war kein Problem meine Portion als kleine Portion zu bekommen. Zum Abschluss hatten wir noch ein Eis. Alles in allem ein toller Abend. Können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Lokal, angenehme ruhige Atmosphäre, sehr feines, frisch gekochtes und schönes angerichtete Speisen, toller Salat, freundliche aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Für Jung und Alt geeignet. Wir hatten Schnitzel "Bayerische"Art, Schnitzel "Wiener Art" und Süßkartoffelschnitzel. Allen hat es sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. 🙂

Im Internet nach einem Restaurant für den Weihnachtsmarktbesuch in Nördlingen gesucht. Was soll ich sagen, einfach alles perfekt. Angefangen vom Service bis hin zum mehr als gelungenem Essen. Wir waren zu fünft dort und alle lobten das Essen in höchsten Tönen. Mehr geht nicht. Der Standort war ebenso ideal, danach ging es in ein paar Metern auf den Weihnachtsmarkt. Allein wegen dem Essen lohnt sich der Besuch in Nördlingen.

Excellent – ​​with very good value for money. We were very lucky to get a table without a reservation on Friday evening at 6:00 pm. Our visit to Kleibis was the highlight of our trip to Nördlingen for the opening of the Christmas market. The modern dining room with its comfortably spacious seating creates a special atmosphere. First-class, attentive service – at all times and from every member of staff. Dishes made with high-quality ingredients (we had the Bavarian schnitzel and the spare ribs) created a fantastic culinary experience. Reservations are essential and shouldn't be left to chance. You won't be disappointed.

A very chic, modern restaurant. The price/performance ratio is perfectly reasonable, and the food was very, very tasty. Very friendly and attentive staff, and despite many reservations (which you should definitely make), we managed to get a table spontaneously. The bread was delicious, served beforehand with homemade red radish leaf oil (it was amazing). And the ketchup was homemade, too. We'd happily go back.

Outstandingly good food. We decided to book a table based on the good reviews – I would recommend it to anyone on the weekend. Individual requests (including allergies) were accommodated. The food is of very good quality, and if you value regional ingredients, this is the place to go. All in all, a very tasty meal.

Exquisite without being pretentious. Even those who prefer vegetarian options will have a tough choice here. We had the green Maultaschen (swabian ravioli) and the ravioli with porcini mushrooms, followed by ice cream and sorbet. Everything was fantastic!

Amazing food and service! My husband and I were looking for a place for dinner when it started to rain heavily. We saw Kleibls and asked if they had any tables available but they were booked for the night. They were so nice though and said we could wait beneath the awning until the rain died down. When it didn’t, they said we could at least sit at their bar. I highly recommend their aperol spritz! So refreshing after walking around the town. As for food, we ordered the tartare, the venison, and the ravioli all of which were delicious. We ended our meal with their chocolate cake dessert and espresso which came with a cookie. Overall, we felt so lucky to have had a chance to eat here. The atmosphere feels upscale and service was friendly. Will come back if we’re in the area again and recommend to friends/family.

It was simply amazing. We were a bit skeptical at first, but we were more than satisfied. The service staff were extremely polite. My wife wanted cheese spaetzle, which wasn't on the menu, and we got it anyway.

We visited a nice restaurant located right next to Daniel's Tower. The salad and bread we had at the start were fresh and very satisfying as appetizers. For the main dish, we had chicken curry. A type of Indica rice was used, which is different from Japanese rice in that it has small grains and a crispy texture. It goes perfectly with the curry. We were particularly impressed with the crème brûlée for dessert. The balance of the fragrant exterior and the melt-in-your-mouth interior was exquisite, and we enjoyed it until the last bite. This is a wonderful restaurant that we would like to visit again.

Was wir sehr loben können sind die leckeren Maultaschen, die etwas anderes aussehen als wir es sonst gewohnt waren (viel dünner) dafür aber umso besser geschmeckt haben. Die anderen Gerichte haben aber auch sehr lecker ausgesehen.

After we had already had good experiences with Nördlingen's gastronomy the evening before, our visit to "Kleibls" on Daniel was on the agenda for the following Sunday at lunchtime. Luckily we had reserved in advance because the restaurant was really very busy. We got a nice table and the service was attentive. Following our passion for onion roast, this dish was ordered twice. Another main course was the spare ribs. As starters we treated ourselves to cevice, a Maultaschen soup and a side salad. All the dishes were impeccable, but the 1A Cevice will remain particularly memorable. Well-fed and absolutely satisfied, we left the "Kleibls" and now have fond memories of Nördlingen from a culinary point of view.

My girlfriend and I had lunch yesterday Sunday at 12:00 p.m. Although we hadn't made a reservation, we were assigned a table and told that we had to be ready by 1:00 p.m. as the rest of the reservation would arrive then. The food was very good, the service was excellent, we enjoyed ourselves very much felt comfortable and were able to enjoy the homemade Maultaschen with a fresh, crisp salad in peace. Food was perfect, an art by the chef, the duck was cooked to perfection and had crispy skin, as well as the homemade robin was fantastic, the schnitzel with special breading and the homemade ketchup was excellent. The service was excellent and child/toddler friendly. And a really nice atmosphere in the heart of the old town. Slightly high prices, but rightly so and absolutely understandable for what you get.

What can you say? Whoever cooks here not only knows their craft, they do it with love and passion and you can taste it :) These were the best Maultaschen of my life. The taste and aromas harmonized perfectly, everything was homemade and of the best quality. The only point of criticism is perhaps the price (as of 2024), which at €17.50 is almost a bit too low for a portion of this size and this outstanding quality =) We were here for the second time yesterday on the 2nd evening in Nördlingen and it was again completely successful and delicious. The Bavarian schnitzel with mustard-horseradish breading was fresh, homemade and the flavors of mustard and horseradish in the breading were nicely balanced. The French fries Dauphin were made from homemade mashed potatoes and had a wonderful nutmeg and butter taste. Even the homemade ketchup surpasses all previously purchased ketchups by far!! The service is fast, attentive, friendly and the food came quickly both times despite the restaurant being full. Certainly one of the best restaurants I have visited in Germany so far.

Wir kennen das Restaurant schon und wissen, dass man hier gut isst. Das war auch gestern Abend der Fall. Allerdings war die Bedienung noch relativ unerfahren, vergaß das Brot und fragte bei einer Steakbestellung nicht nach der Garstufe. Ansonsten war das Personal freundlich und bemüht. Die haben allerdings auch ihren Preis dort.

The food was excellent and my daughter, for whom meat is the basis, even preferred the arugula salad to the meat and mushrooms. Da es schönes Wetter war, wurde vom Gastgeber für uns ein Tisch draußen reserviert. Leider sitzt man dann auf dem Gehweg, nur wenige Zentimeter weiter laufen Passanten vorbei, einen Meter weiter fährt der Verkehr. Ist Geschmackssache, wir hätten dort nicht sitzen wollen, aber wir waren eingeladen. Ich schreibe das, weil das der Besucher wissen sollte. Service wie immer bestens! Da kann man gar nichts sagen. Das Essen hat meiner Frau sehr gut geschmeckt. Mir leider nicht. Ich fand es total misslungen, das Fleisch langweilig gewürzt und nicht auf den gewünschten Punkt gebraten, die Zwiebeln nicht rösch, sondern lätschig und sie schmeckten bitter. Nun ja, ist ja alles Geschmackssache, aber so war es halt nach meinem Empfinden. Wie bewertet man nun als Paar, das völlig gegensätzlich empfunden hat?

Unfortunately, we were being served by a very unfriendly waitress last Friday... We went there in a group of six, mostly non-German speaking. The young waitress who served us appeared to be rather annoyed with us for the whole evening and showed no patience when she did not understand our order in English. She also questioned us for ordering too little food. The restaurant was not busy while we were there (quite a lot of empty seats). The particular waitress was mostly chatting with her fellow waitresses and eating and drinking behind the bar when she did not need to serve customers. Therefore, I could not see the reason of 'stress' as a reason for her rudeness. The food also did not make up for the experience. I was expecting traditional German Maultaschen but turned out to be four giant Italian-like raviolis with un-yummy gravy sauce that went with them. The French fries in the Schnitzel were dried like hell. The rest of the food such as the beef, the Spaghetti and the starters were so-so. Nothing was impressive. Would rather go to ,Blaue Glocke' for authentic German food or ,Meyers Keller' for fancy food. At least you feel welcomed in these places and would not embarrassed yourself in front of your guests by a pissed-face waitress! p.s. We still tipped the waitress at the end but she did not seem to be pleased with the amount we gave her. Even my guests asked me if the waitress was cross!
