Ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit tollem Ambiente. Der Service ist immer super aufmerksam und bemüht. Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder!

Also einen Aufpreis für das Veggipattie von 3.9€ um das Pattie zu tauschen, finde ich ich unverschämt.

Der Burger ohne Brötchen war gut und Sonderwunsch wurde berücksichtigt. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend.

Wohlfühlort. Gemütlich, individuell, sehr freundliche Bedienungen.

Das Personal benötigt dringend Schulung – der Service war leider sehr unprofessionell. Die Speisen wirkten durchweg tiefgekühlt und qualitativ enttäuschend. Auch der Espresso war leider sehr schlecht. Für diese Qualität sind die Preise absolut überzogen. Wir waren zu acht Personen dort und haben uns ehrlich gefragt, wie dieses Restaurant bei diesem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis so viele Gäste haben kann.

Leider waren die Burger sehr trocken und es war kaum Sauce darauf, dadurch haben diese sehr langweilig geschmeckt und waren nichts besonderes. Das Fleisch hatte eine gute Qualität und die Pommes waren auch sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Wir waren vor kurzem bei euch essen und möchten unsere Erfahrung teilen. Positiv war auf jeden Fall der Geschmack der Speisen, das Essen war wirklich lecker. Leider war der Service an diesem Abend sehr langsam. Wir mussten etwa 20 Minuten warten, bis unsere Bestellung überhaupt aufgenommen wurde. Nach der Vorspeise hat es dann fast eine weitere Stunde gedauert, bis die Hauptspeisen serviert wurden. Insgesamt haben wir rund 1,5 Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet, was deutlich zu lang war. Wir hatten unter anderem die „Flower Wings“. Hier hatten wir aufgrund des Namens etwas anderes erwartet. Tatsächlich handelt es sich um Blumenkohlstücke in BBQ-Soße — nicht paniert und ohne besondere Zubereitung. Geschmacklich okay, aber die Bezeichnung ist etwas irreführend. Am meisten irritiert hat uns jedoch die Preisgestaltung bei den vegetarischen Burgern. Man bezahlt den normalen Burgerpreis inklusive Fleischpatty und zusätzlich 4 € Aufpreis für das vegetarische Patty. Dass es einen Aufpreis gibt, ist verständlich, aber nicht, dass man praktisch sowohl das Fleisch- als auch das vegetarische Patty bezahlt. Das wirkt nicht sehr kundenfreundlich. Insgesamt leckeres Essen, aber beim Service und bei der Preisstruktur gibt es aus unserer Sicht noch Verbesserungsbedarf

Ein sehr schöner & gemütlicher Ort zum Essen gehen oder für Date Abende 😁 Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und familiär wie Sonntag Essen bei Oma 😄 Essen sieht optisch Klasse aus auch geschmacklich und Qualitativ stimmt alles zu 100% sowie Menge und Preis Zu empfehlen definitiv die Spieße ein Traum! Nachtisch ist sehr lecker. Service ist zuvorkommend und durch den Service Würfel auf den neusten stand. Sehr empfehlenswert 👍🏻

Meine Frau und ich sollten an einen hochtisch nachdem wir bestellt hatten und immer noch Mindestens 6 Tische frei waren haben wir die Welt nicht verstanden Essen sehr lecker und reichlich. Barhocker leider sehr ungemütlich zu essen Junges kellnerteam sehr bemüht

Service und Bezahlen läuft alles über den leuchtenden Würfel ab, der am Anfang an den Tisch gebracht wird. Finde ich ein sehr cooles Konzept! Essen kam superschnell und hat auch extrem gut geschmeckt. Gerne Wieder!

Wir haben alle sehr gut gegessen , es war alles sehr schön angerichtet, das Essen war top. Leider war es zum Sitzen ( beabsichtigt an der Heizung!!) sehr ungemütlich, da die Heizung abgedreht war ( Außentemperatur 4 Grad!!) Wir saßen daher nach dem Essen alle mit Jacken am Tisch. Um 21 Uhr bestellte ich einen Kaiserschmarrn zum Dessert, leider berichtete mir der Kellner , dass es keinen mehr geben würde . Wir entschieden uns alternativ für Apfelküchle mit Zimt - da erklärte uns der Kellner dann das die Küchr schon geschlossen hätte - UM 21.00 Uhr !!! Wir hatten einen runden Tisch reserviert, den wir leider auch nicht bekamen …..

Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht. Für solche Preise erwarte ich mehr als einen absoluten Standard-Burger!

Ein schöner Abend im Kitchen. Nette und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Wir hatten Burger mit perfektem Gargrad und Avocado. Sehr lecker!! Der Kaiserschmarren war nicht so meins, war mir etwas zu trocken. Aber das ist auch immer Geschmacksache. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle sehr gerne wieder!

Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht das Essen war super lecker auch der vegane Burger war sehr lecker .. die beiden Kellner waren super freundlich und geduldig mit unseren ganzen Extra Bestellungen … das Ambiente ist sehr schön bequeme Sessel und Bücherregale.😍 echt klasse …

Wir waren zu zweit und haben nur etwas getrunken ,zum Essen sind wir nicht gekommen deshalb kein Stern. Aber sonst alles super auch der Service.

We were there with a group of about 40 people. We had pre-ordered our food weeks ago. I waited almost an hour for my food. The portion was very small. A small, lukewarm burger and 10 cold fries. Some of my colleagues had bowls, which were apparently great and filling. There was one server there, and later he was joined by another young man. The server was really friendly but completely overwhelmed by the volume of orders. We weren't offered a coffee or another drink. We had to leave anyway because we had to catch our bus. What a shame.

We came here because another reservation hadn't worked out. They arranged for five of us to sit together. The food, drinks, and service were all top-notch.

Das Essen war sehr Lecker. Es gibt eine tolle Auswahl für Vegetarier und Veganer. Ich würde immer wieder kommen und preislich ist es auch top.

We arrived at the establishment. But we never received a menu. We got up and left.

The food is 5 out of 5 stars: starter, main course, and dessert are top-notch. The servers are also quick and very friendly. We liked the dice system for calling a waiter, which is very practical. The atmosphere is super pleasant and looks high-quality. Now for the 2 star deduction. 1. The fact that they charged us 50 cents each for mayonnaise and ketchup is very cheeky and completely out of date when fries and sweet potatoes are offered with burgers. Furthermore, the mustard, sour cream, mango chili sauce, and BBQ sauce weren't even listed, and nowhere on the menu does it say that they cost 50 cents extra – essentially deceiving the customer. 2. Dessert: Kaiserschmarrn, which we didn't want extra ice cream, came with ice cream. When we asked, the answer was that it's always included, but we were charged for it, and for €2.25, the scoop was very small. P.S. According to your staff, the fries aren't vegan, and the vegan burger is also somewhat underrated on the menu. Please correct this with your staff and also update the price list. Then there will be an update.

The staff is great, and the prices are great for the high quality. I thought Siegen had the best burgers, but I was convinced otherwise. Plus, the staff is super friendly.

Beautiful location and delicious food. The ordering dice is funny: if you don't press it, you won't be served, and the same goes for paying. But everything worked perfectly.

We visited Kitchen for the first time yesterday and were truly disappointed. It started with the service: the young man who served us had absolutely no idea about the dishes and drinks and couldn't answer any questions independently. He always had to ask for more information. He was also quite disengaged and disinterested. He never even bothered to ask if we wanted anything. As for the food: The food was beautifully presented, but: I had these skewers of veal and strips of beef (ordered medium!). I got two shoe soles that were completely cooked, dry, and tough! When I complained about this, they didn't respond at all! Impossible! My partner ordered something from the specials menu. It was supposed to include various dishes like pulled pork, cheese spaetzle, Maultasche (a kind of dumpling), coleslaw, and a creamy mushroom sauce. He got a bowl made with these ingredients (it wasn't clear that this was served as a bowl). So it was a mess of various ingredients. By the way, the cream sauce was gravy... Only the fries were good... There was no accommodating attitude from the staff. Still no reaction or apology. Instead, a bill of almost 65 euros! All in all, we unfortunately cannot recommend this place!

The staff are nice, the atmosphere is lovely, but the food is ZERO. It was the most horrible chicken sandwich I have ever ate in any restaurant, extremely dry outside and smelly stinky inside, no flavour at all, even no salt. Value of money is ridiculous. The soft drink has not really soda. The overall experience wasn't great, probably will not repeat it soon till they improve their food quality.

This will probably be our last visit, which is a shame: the salad we ordered with the extra (salmon), totaling €23, is something you really have to be willing to treat yourself to. The tomato soup appetizer was bland and thin. Despite our comment and our request for a bit more flavor, we were served a small bowl of chili and then charged 50 cents for it. :/ The service was attentive, and we received a tip.

Friendly, attentive staff and a beautiful, cozy restaurant. I particularly liked the "order cubes": once you've chosen what you want, you press "Call" and the staff will come. If you want to pay, you press "Pay," and the staff will also register your order. The food was very delicious. I would happily recommend the restaurant.

We were there yesterday Churches eat. The atmosphere is super cozy. You feel like you're at home. The service staff is super friendly and the ordering system with the Cube Mega is cool. I had steak and my girlfriend had a cheeseburger. Super tasty. We'll be back.

It's a solid restaurant. The food lacked a bit of pep, only the fries were too salty and cold. Overall it wasn't bad and you can definitely eat here.

Had dinner there on February 15, 2025 with 6 people. And we've all been feeling sick since Sunday. Gastrointestinal problems, everything came out at the top and bottom. The daughter still has stomach cramps today and still can't eat, we're all on sick leave this week. The restaurant is really “organic” and the hygiene is kept very low. Once and never again. The prices are simply a disgrace.

Tolles Ambiente und ganz nette Details. Kleine Kochtöpfchen in denen das Essen serviert wird. Man bekommt einen Quader auf den man drückt wenn man etwas bestellen oder zahlen möchte. Essen sehr lecker und ansprechend.

To be honest, I always just walked past and never noticed it until today 😃 I just wanted to have a quick drink and wait for someone. As soon as you walked in, the ambience was completely convincing. Very nice staff, the recommended cocktail was a dream and then we decided to have something small to eat. A heavenly Kaiserschmarrn with applesauce 🤤. All in one Top and therefore definitely not the last visit. Deserved 5 stars

The atmosphere is nice and cozy and the food is very tasty and has a great selection, but burgers and bowls are not available wheat-free/gluten-free. However, you shouldn't be hungry, eating takes over an hour, far too long...

Essen gut, Service schlecht.. wir haben 90 min. auf das Essen gewartet. Wir kommen nicht mehr wieder. Sehr enttäuschend!

Ate there twice so far and had a wonderful time both times. Food is excellent, service is simply great thanks to the reporting system (why don't more restaurants have that?), overall you feel very comfortable here.

Kitchen Bio has a great concept, super fast and friendly service and a wide selection of delicious dishes. Possibly a coincidence, but my burger bread was so wet with lettuce that it fell apart. Please pay attention, otherwise great shop and delicious food!

Five of us went to the Kitchen yesterday and were disappointed. Swabian bowl, not recommended. The roast was terribly gristly meat. Although our food was served in very attractive and creative plates and racks, it unfortunately had little taste. The price is completely overpriced for the quality. The waitresses were nice and competent. Unfortunately, the ambience and noise in the store are very reminiscent of a canteen.

You come in and there's a very strong smell of frying grease. The interior is quite nice. But, it is very loud, which makes it uncomfortable. The food was ok. In the Swabian Bowl there were good things, like the salad and the spaetzle, and less good things, like these melted Maultaschen, which were ultra fatty. With this "Swabian Majesty" these bread dumpling buns were really greasy and tasted like stale bread (it's strange, I always make my bread dumplings from old bread rolls but they never taste stale). Service was ok. I won't elaborate.

Went there as a small group of 6 people and everyone enjoyed it. Burger meat was fried to perfection, fries were delicious and crispy. The vegan alternatives were also great! The staff friendly and quick. We'd love to come back :)

The food was super delicious! Quality was a priority here and was also tasty :) for me personally the menu wasn't 100% right or I didn't find much that I would like... but that was my problem :D Small note: The floor is quite uneven at the bottom, so my friend's chair kept tipping (even after changing it) :) maybe you can find a solution... (carpet or something similar). The floor was a bit dirty... but the ambience itself was even more special :) For me the highlight was the dice, which you could use to call or “pay” the waitresses! Great invention! And very helpful for both sides. We'd love to come back!

It was our first time in the restaurant, the starters and drinks were great but unfortunately my meat was a shoe sole. It was stated medium but the thing was bone dry and a disaster for over 30 euros as a main course. Even when it was mentioned that this was the case, nothing happened. Very, very unfortunate! Everything else was really great.

Simply great food, great service and great ambience. But you should make a reservation. The dishes are well seasoned and very tasty. The staff is attentive and always friendly. The atmosphere is completely feel-good.

The food and ambience are great, although I would like a waiter to come to the table to ask if you would like anything else. Instead of the cube that you can press to order something else. There were 10 of us and if someone had asked for coffee, espresso or dessert, a lot of sales would have been lost... it's a shame, around 100 euros less sales at this table. So we went somewhere else

Sehr nette Bedienung! Sie Karte ist im Bereich Essen absolut ausreichend und tolle Auswahl! Bei den Getränke würde ich mir eine größere Auswahl an Weinen wünschen Die angebotenen wenigen Weine entsprechen nicht meinem Geschmack. Wir hatten zur Vorspeise den gemischten Teller für zwei, super lecker mit hausgemachter Barbecue Soße. Zum Hauptgang hatten wir eine Bowl, sehr lecker und ausreichend von der Menge und die „Schwäbische Maiestät“ Das Fleisch war super, der Knödel war super trocken leider und die Bratensoße hat nach Päcklesoße geschmeckt.

Das Essen entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen. Ich hatte Surf & Turf bestellt, wobei das Fleisch, obwohl ich es medium bestellt hatte, well done serviert wurde und zudem nicht gut schmeckte. Auch die Garnelen waren sehr trocken.

Lecker, kreativ und liebevoll angerichtetes Bio-Essen mit tollem Service. Wir sind immer gerne hier.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend the restaurant. Despite a prior call we had to wait 15 minutes for a table. When we were finally able to sit down, the table had not been wiped down and we were not given fresh cutlery or napkins. After ordering sparkling water, it took 10 minutes until we were finally served sparkling water. In addition, no one came to take our further order for the next 30 minutes. The service was simply terrible, especially given the high prices. It was busy and the service seemed overwhelmed (only two waiters outside). Here the manager or owner should also be held responsible to ensure that there are enough staff and the service corresponds to the prices. When we wanted to leave and told the waitress the reason for ending our visit early, she also dared to do so to ask whether we would at least pay for the water (i.e. what we hadn't even ordered). Overall a very disappointing experience. Of course, due to the location, it is also very loud. We definitely won't be coming back.

Modern furnishings and nice ambience. The restaurant is centrally located in Esslingen, so you can easily travel by public transport. The drinks are creative and delicious. We all found the food rather expensive, but the taste was rather mediocre. There is a solid selection of vegetarian dishes.

Great restaurant, cozy and modernly furnished close to Esslingen train station. Waitresses are very nice and attentive. There is a color cube to press for orders and payments, which is very convenient. It's nice to have some privacy as the tables are far enough apart. Dogs are allowed. Had two burger menus with fries and a Swabian bowl with two friends. The portions were reasonably large. The drinks (homemade iced teas/lemonades) were also delicious. We had a lovely evening and would love to come back.

My first experience in this restaurant was a few days ago. The reservation went smoothly and the service was excellent. The food was prepared quickly, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was very appealing. Unfortunately, traveling by car is difficult as there are no parking spaces, but there are alternative parking options in the city. Now about the food: Although the price-performance ratio was good due to the organic quality, the quality of the food was rather disappointing. The starter was bland and weak in taste, especially the chicken wings. My companion had diarrhea twice after the starter, but it may have been her fault. As for the main course, I opted for a burger, as I usually do on my first visit to a restaurant. Unfortunately the burger was disappointing. The meat was cooked medium, but the taste was more like a discount burger. The burger seemed like an indefinable mass and the individual components were not recognizable. The bread was soggy and almost wet. It's a shame, I expected more. I understand wanting to support such a business model, but I also expect quality. I can't comment on the drinks and desserts, but I've heard good things. Overall, unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Good food and delicious cocktails in beautiful, warm surroundings. Especially if there are vegetarians or vegans at the table, this is a good place to go. There are great alternatives to meat and the drinks are really good. It's cozy, but you should make a reservation.
