Kisso in Berlin

That this place has a 4.5 shows that these reviews are gamed. Sushi is tasteless, rice is poorly cooked, service is indifferent. Drinks were good. Prices are low. Beware, one gets what one pays for!

We were in the back of the restaurant and it was very dark and uncomfortable. The service was rather neutral. We ordered summer rolls (very salad-heavy) and edamame (had an aftertaste) as starters. We hadn't even started when the sushi was already on the table, but it tasted good, we just thought that the ginger was very stingy. All in all, I don't need to go there again.

The food was delicious and arrived relatively quickly. The tiramisu in particular was very tasty and can be recommended. The waitresses seemed a bit overwhelmed.

So I'm thrilled. It wasn't even my first time here but I'm always thrilled. Such nice staff, such good food and you can taste the quality. My favorite is red curry with fried chicken. I can only recommend it (it's really not spicy here, it's very mild) Top.

Been there today: First of all, greeted in a totally unfriendly way…-:( The store is becoming more and more of a mass-order restaurant. Food and service were sooo bad! We canceled the dessert because we waited too long and the order wasn't even passed on to the kitchen. It's a real shame that such restaurants only want to get the most out of it the customer completely out of focus lose . Every guest is squeezed in and then looked after superficially. You have to beg for drinks. Such shops will be closed in a maximum of years.

Eine weitere Mutter mit ihrem Kind stellte sich neben uns zum Warten. Dann kam ein anderer Mitarbeiter und fragte, wer zu dritt einen Platz suchte, und führte uns zu einem Tisch. Wir bestellten Essen und Getränke. Doch plötzlich erschien der erste Mitarbeiter und beschimpfte uns in einem unerträglich harschen Ton. Er behauptete, wir hätten uns einfach hingesetzt und müssten gehen. Er fand es eine Unverschämtheit, dass wir uns hingesetzt hatten, obwohl er uns angeblich gesagt hatte, dass es heute keinen Platz mehr gibt. Er weigerte sich, uns zu glauben, dass sein Kollege uns zum Tisch gebracht hatte. Stattdessen bestand er darauf, dass er uns gesagt hatte, es gäbe keinen Platz mehr. Ich gehe davon aus, dass er die andere Mutter mit dem Kind am Eingang angesprochen hat und nicht uns! Es ist nicht meine Schuld, dass die Kommunikation zwischen den Kollegen nicht funktioniert hat. Der Kollege, der uns zum Tisch begleitet hatte, stritt sogar ab, dass er uns nicht zum Tisch gebracht hatte. Es ist eine absolute Unverschämtheit, Gäste auf diese Weise zu behandeln! Man sollte sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigen, wenn es ein Missverständnis zwischen den Kollegen gibt, anstatt Gäste grundlos zu beschuldigen, dass sie sich einfach hingesetzt haben! Wie kann ein Mitarbeiter so unprofessionell arbeiten, Gäste grundlos anpöbeln und beschimpfen? Nie wieder!

Today we wanted to go out to eat without having reserved a table. A staff member told us to wait on the corner while he checked to see if there was a spot available. Another mother with her child stood next to us to wait. Then another employee came and asked who the three of us were looking for a seat and led us to a table. We ordered food and drinks. But suddenly the first employee appeared and insulted us in an unbearably harsh tone. He claimed we just sat down and had to leave. He thought it was a disgrace that we sat down even though he had supposedly told us that there was no room left today. He refused to believe us that his colleague had brought us to the table. Instead he insisted that he had told us there was no more room. I assume that he spoke to the other mother with the child at the entrance and not to us! It's not my fault that communication between colleagues didn't work. The colleague who accompanied us to the table even denied that he had not brought us to the table. It is an absolute disgrace to treat guests this way! One should apologize for the inconvenience if there is a misunderstanding between colleagues, rather than baselessly accusing guests for simply sitting down! How can an employee work so unprofessionally, insulting and insulting guests for no reason? Never again!

The sushi was wonderful. One of the rolls had crunchy fish skin which tasted great. Overall the sushi was great. Portions were good sized and tastes great. Miso soup was not overpowering but also not original tasting. The service was nice and pleasant. The atmosphere is nice by the aquarium as long as you don't sit by the bathrooms. My son and I were almost dehydrated and totally hungry. Discovered this restaurant by chance and absolutely loved it. Drinks came within 5 minutes and the first starter after about 8 minutes...Hello, that's sensational...the restaurant was pretty full. But a permanent presence of the service is still guaranteed. The rest of the food came within a very short time and was incredibly tasty and really tasty...as my son would say...we are thrilled and can only recommend this restaurant. Keep it up...

For me (just) just shy of 4 stars. A lot of things are done right here, from the ambience, service and price. Unfortunately, I have the impression that the quality suffers a little due to the latter. Compared to some significantly more expensive sushi shops, everything tastes a bit less fresh and less aromatic. All in all, good value for money. The soup turned out to be very liquid, it was practically water, in which there was a little seaweed and a spoonful of boiled fish. I didn’t give the sushi itself a high score, because it’s small and only one thing can be said about it: it’s edible. This is all. I can't say they were tasty. After them, my stomach began to ache. Perhaps other dishes here are tasty, but not sushi. I want to say that I will not go here again.

Food was very good. Luckily we didn't have any long black hair in our food or drink when the waitress bent over it. Hair was open. Even if she looks good, that's stupid in the restaurant.

Waited for delivery for more than an hour to get this… found a piece of fish bone in salmon. The baked mini rolls tasted horrible, soggy … and where is the shrimp?? The minuscule shrimp size in the baked roll - the rest is just avocado. Very disappointed.

I can recommend this asian fusion restaurant for it's very cute and nice ambiance and service in particular. The staff is very nice and helpful, very fast and the drinks and dishes are being served very quickly. Also, they are very accommodating when you need to find a table. Furthermore, the aquarium is just amazing, you will be lucky to get a table close to it, there are actually 2 tables for 2 right at the aquarium side. The food is also quite good, but for me it was a four and not a five because I would have preferred more sauce in my curry and for it to be more spicy and flavoured.

I was there this Tuesday evening around 7 p.m. The shop is relatively empty. It was only after 15 minutes that the menu was put on the table. Well, maybe the employees have a lot to do. I ordered two small things and two drinks, quite uncomplicated. But the drinks came surprisingly later, after I had already started eating. Maybe that's the tradition here. After we had finished eating, we were told that card payments were only possible from 20 EUR.

the sushi is good. the donburi is not donburi. everything about the donburi was wrong. it had kimchi in it. sauce was all wrong. i do not know what that was but it was definitely not a donburi; closer to a chinese stir fry or something. and it had kimchi in it. i did not think to take a picture so you just have to trust me on this one.
