We went there for dinner for the first time last night. Otherwise, beforehand for breakfast and also for drinking coffee. The location is really beautifully decorated, the staff is very friendly and the food and drinks are very tasty and appetizing. All in all, highly recommended.

We were invited to the birthday breakfast today, but unfortunately we have to say we were a bit disappointed when we entered the restaurant. The table for eleven people, which was ordered days in advance, was not set nicely at all. We felt sorry for the birthday children. The breakfast itself was rich and delicious. However, there was no salmon, which we found very unfortunate. If you know that a larger group is coming to breakfast, it would be nice if you kept some of it back. The staff was super friendly, very nice and attentive. There is nothing wrong here!

From rustic schnitzel to crisp salads to highly recommended burgers, it offers a convincing range of well-crafted dishes at reasonable prices. I live in Bad Schwalbach and actually always go out in Wiesbaden because I don't really like the local pub culture. We actually only turned into Kirch1 by chance, as I had only ever thought of it as a café. I was pleasantly surprised. The range of drinks and food is balanced and the ambience is very pleasant. The staff was also very accommodating...unfortunately you don't get that everywhere these days. All in all a very successful evening. In the future I will often leave the car at home and go for a drink in my own town :D

The service was first class: attentive, friendly and professional. It was noticeable that the team was passionate about it and placed great value on the well-being of the guests. Overall, Kirch 1 exceeded all of my expectations. From Ali The Kirch 1 in Bad Schwalbach not only impresses with its excellent cuisine, which is second to none, but also with its extremely friendly and open staff, which at the same time exudes appropriate professionalism. At the beginning there was a lemonade that was delicious and our appetizers came with it: As you can see in the first picture, there was bruschetta and a cous cous salad (also called taboule) served with falafel and yogurt. I was particularly impressed by the bruschetta as it was neither too crunchy nor too soft. It had the perfect consistency. The owner, who is also the head chef, gave us individual advice on the main courses and then conjured up a dish for us based on our wishes. For me there was a crispy chicken burger and fries were served with it. I think all of us have had one or two crispy chicken burgers, but this one stood out for the following reasons: The meat was tender, juicy and tasty and the typical dry aftertaste was not to be found here. The pasta in the Gorgonzola sauce was perfectly al dente and paired perfectly with the truffle gnocchi. As a small gift, there was also a Kaiserschmarren with ice cream and sour cherries for dessert. Its outer crust was nice and crispy. All in all, it was a really nice experience and it turned what was supposed to be lunch from a nice meal into a valuable memory.

We had a burger with goat cheese and country potatoes. Plus a Riesling. Service was super nice. Burger was good, there are better ones and the potatoes needed a moment more in the deep fryer. Wine was great, the temperature was just right. Ambience very nice. What bothered us, however, and not only there, were the tables that were too close together. Unfortunately, you can hear every conversation from the next table, including ours. This doesn't relax me and the evening ends earlier than expected. We will explore the outside area again when the weather is nice and hope for a different verdict.
