Cool atmosphere – with a chic bar area! Unfortunately, the menu can't compete – overpriced for mediocre quality. The pork chop for €27 was pure fat and practically inedible. The best thing was the sourdough bread 😉... What a shame about the beautiful location.

Visited the bar, nice place and fast service

We've been coming here for four years. We love the food, the cocktails, and the staff. The two ladies at the entrance always found a great spot for us, whether inside or outside in the summer. Today, a man in a colorful shirt was at the door and wouldn't let us in, even though there were free tables. Totally uncool. Please let the ladies back at the door; they did a fantastic job. It's a shame... staff changes aren't always a good thing, as this case shows.

Huge disappointment. We received a voucher for KINK (a wedding gift) and wanted to celebrate my birthday there as a couple. Weeks in advance, we reserved a table (!) online, even mentioning the occasion in the comments. When we arrived, we were shown to the bar, where we were supposed to sit side-by-side on bar stools facing the bar/open kitchen. We pointed out to the person who showed us to our table that it was a birthday and that we would prefer to sit at a proper table, opposite each other, as we had reserved. There was one free table, but we were told it was already reserved (it remained empty for another 70 minutes, by the way). How the table reservation for this particular table differed from ours remains a mystery to us even after our visit. After speaking with someone from management, we were assigned the bar stools for the duration of a drink, with the promise that we would be moved to one of the tables before we actually ate. This did not happen. The waiter took our orders and served everything to us at the uncomfortable counter, in a bar rather than a dinner atmosphere. We have a different understanding of fine dining. When we pointed out that we were supposed to move to a table for our meal (there were two empty tables for two on the gallery above us), he rudely replied that he knew nothing about it and that it certainly wasn't the case, as the next batch of guest reservations was about to arrive – as if we hadn't also reserved a table. Clearly, there had been no communication between the person who was showing us to our table and the waiter. We accepted our fate at the counter. As we were finishing our main course, we were offered a table. However, we hadn't planned on staying for dessert: one main course arrived cold, was replaced upon request – without any apology or anything similar – and the fish main course was full of bones and unappetizing. The fact that it was my birthday was completely ignored; there was no friendly service, no apology for being seated at the bar despite my table reservation, no complimentary drink, or anything of the sort. There's no other way to put it than that the visit unfortunately ruined my birthday evening. We definitely won't be back.

Kink used to be one of my favorite places. I would absolutely not recommend coming here to eat. Come only for drinks, and even then, not because of the drinks themselves but for the venue. Don’t expect anything extraordinary from the food. The venue deserves a 10, especially in summer, but the food earns a minus 10. For 300 euro and leaving hungry, it’s ridiculous. The food was really strange, like crazy tapas. If I wanted tapas or weird sharing plates, I’d go to a real restaurant, not a nightclub. I wouldn’t even call it snacks – a normal plate of olives would have saved this place. But when my company and I arrived, it was just half-cooked, sloppy, tiny plates. I made a huge mistake coming here hungry and ended up leaving hungry. I don’t know what happened to the old menu, but what we were served this time was really strange.

Kink is a great surprise, from the outside you wouldn’t expect such a beautiful space, but the venue is stunning inside and out. The service was excellent throughout: attentive, genuinely friendly, and never intrusive. Drinks were very well made and the food was delicious. The only downside was the price of the rib-eye steak. It wasn’t listed on the menu (priced per kg), and at €172 for 1.1kg it felt quite expensive compared to the rest. To be fair, we should have asked beforehand, but we were enjoying the night and assumed it would be in line with the other dishes. Still, the overall experience was great, and I’m giving 5 stars. A fantastic place for a night out with friends.

I've rarely experienced such incredibly bad service. It's a shame, because the food and atmosphere are really great.

To be honest, I've never eaten here, but we enjoy having a few nice drinks in the great cocktail bar. Good cocktails, fast and friendly service. It's easy to have a conversation, at least in small groups.

We also had an excellent non-alcoholic Riesling in the restaurant. The new plates will surely become collector’s items. Many thanks for an all-around fantastic and super friendly evening.

We were regulars at Kink since it opened its doors. The food was impeccable as was the service. Unfortunately, in the past few months (fall, winter), we’ve felt a change also in the attentiveness of the staff as well as in the food. In the beginning it seemed like the menu we were used to seeing there, but the quality was disappointing (a pasta dish in late summer /early fall) which had been at a lesser quality than what we previously had (spaghetti with butter, lemon etc- and when we asked our feedback was dismissed), and generally something felt off- not at the level we had come to know, expect and appreciate. We just visited again and this time the menu had changed and was very different. The dishes were very different, most with too much sauce (the beef tartar and the fish), the mussels were served like warm and generally were disappointed. I thought to myself “this can’t be the same chef who had served such outstanding food for so long- one so so dinner ok but this level something just have changed”. And of course after we checked this was the case. Too bad ….

We came here based on the many positive reviews, but they couldn't convince us. The food is delicious and of good quality, but unfortunately, it was cold. We ordered five dishes to share, and they were all served together even though our aperitif wasn't even half full. It would have been better if the fish and meat were served separately, and perhaps they'd used warm plates for this concept.

I came here on a recommendation. I ordered five dishes and three glasses of wine and was completely satisfied. The pork chop was the best, and the chicken liver donut was memorable. The service was also excellent.

What is location, nice people,good food. Excellent service. We really liked it. The atmosphere was very special after dinner we joined the bar with a couple of fancy drinks - to be honest - they knock me out and we had a nice night.

We were really looking forward to our visit to KINK. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and you can sit and dine on a gallery upstairs. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to our expectations. Of the six dishes we ordered, only two were good. The rest were average and, for that price, far too expensive. It's also unpleasant for everyone when you receive the menu in German and want to order, but the waiter doesn't know the German dishes.

I can't understand the negative reviews about the service. The staff was always attentive and friendly during our stay. The atmosphere was also great, and they were very accommodating to our special requests. The food was delicious, with a variety of dips and plenty of choice. The portions varied in size, so it was incredibly helpful that the waiter assisted us with our selection.

We wanted to have a special evening for a friend's birthday. And it certainly was special. Exceptionally bad! I've never experienced such poor service in a restaurant of this price range. From the moment we walked in, everything felt awkward and forced, cold and unprofessional. Our waiter was clearly overwhelmed and tried to mask his insecurity with coolness, which ultimately only resulted in him completely ignoring us. He didn't ask once if everything was alright or if we wanted anything else to drink. He couldn't even explain the menu to us. As soon as something was placed on the table, we had to repeatedly ask what it was. To top it all off, one of the bartenders spilled half his drink all over the birthday girl. But we wouldn't have wanted another drink anyway, as the non-alcoholic cocktails were completely tasteless and watered down. The food varied wildly from okay to inedible. We tried the sharing menu, splitting the three courses between the four of us. The bread served beforehand was the only highlight. The low points included completely soggy fries with an unsuitable dip, the boring dessert, and mackerel pieces with seaweed. The location is really well-designed and beautiful to look at, but unfortunately, everything else falls apart. Anyone who employs such incompetent staff shouldn't be surprised by disappointed faces. We will definitely never be back.

We were there for dinner with a group of six. The KINK Bar is really stylish and modern – a real highlight! The restaurant is upstairs, and it's a bit of a letdown, as the decor is a far cry from the bar. The wine selection is good and varied, but the rest of the drinks selection is rather limited. The menu sounds like it offers some really interesting dishes, a mix of specialty items and reimagined classics. However, what actually arrives is average and doesn't live up to KINK's reputation. There are no real standouts, and the fact that something like fries and a cheese platter are on the menu immediately raises eyebrows and creates anticipation for what's special. Unfortunately, it's a letdown. The fries with their accompanying sauce are nowhere near as good as the kind you get at a village fair or a swimming pool, and the cheese platter is accompanied by honey and fruit bread, which doesn't really highlight the cheeses. If you're going to put items like that on the menu, you really need to come up with something special to make it stand out. The service was equally mediocre and at times inexperienced to the point of being untrained. When pouring water, the waiter would lean across the table and push the guest aside. In the end, it was a pleasant evening, but you could have paid less at a tapas restaurant and gotten the new, state-of-the-art sharing concept with centuries of experience for free.

The bar is great: stylish, delicious cocktails, and the prices are reasonable. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the restaurant; I was really disappointed. I tried several dishes and found them all under-seasoned/tasteless, and I went home hungry. The prices and portion sizes might be okay for fine dining, but the taste is definitely not up to par. I'd happily recommend the bar, but I advise against the restaurant—at least if you don't like bland food. The food and service were also very slow.

A little gem hidden in a backyard. We were greeted with a small bonfire in the outdoor area where everyone could order a glass of glühwein. We came inside and were greeted by an incredibly welcoming waiter/seater, we were shown through the restaurant up to the first floor where we had a seat on the balcony, from there we could really feel the buzz from the restaurant. We were greeted by our waiter for the evening, and she posed alone with an arrogant attitude towards us as a guest, when we asked about the food, concept and wines. When we then got in touch with one of the runes and their sommelier, it was a much more welcoming attitude. The food tasted really nice, and the wine we got was a nice complement. Really a recommendation for everything from groups to dates, a lovely place hidden in Berlin.

My friends and I had a reservation for 8:15 pm and had to wait 40 minutes at the bar. After that, we were seated at a table that was a bit off to the side and was freezing cold! After asking, we were moved to a better table, but the place was generally very chilly – so dress warmly. We ordered meat for the middle of the table and had to wait 44 minutes for it, which we were told to expect. Unfortunately, the meat was really, really bad. We mentioned this and were then given something else. The location is nice, but that's about it. :) I don't understand all the good reviews – or maybe we were just really unlucky. We won't be going back.

We held our Christmas party with about 30 people at the KINK Bar. We had to book a separate room for an extra €700 and also opted for a sharing set menu. Unfortunately, the evening was disappointing overall. The service was clearly very inexperienced (as we learned on-site, they had only recently joined the team), and we had to wait an extremely long time for drinks and food. The atmosphere in the room felt cold and impersonal, and we never felt truly welcome. The food was okay, but not commensurate with the price. In addition, we had to use tiny plates for all the courses, which resulted in an unpleasant mix of flavors (e.g., the fish course with vinegar sauce followed by fries/beef fillet on the same plate). Overall, we felt the price-performance ratio for group events was not acceptable. We've had wonderful Christmas parties at other restaurants like Osterberger and Jolesch – we won't be booking the KINK Bar again.

Luckily, the coffee machine was still on! Clean it when you see the last guest out, not at 9:30 pm. Otherwise, the service was okay. However, the revenue would have been significantly higher if our group had received better service.

One of my absolute favorite spots in Berlin – ever since it opened. It's simply a fantastic concept that's been implemented here. The new menu is also delicious. On weekends, DJs provide the soundtrack for the night in the bar next door. Definitely worth a visit, both the restaurant and the bar.

I had a wonderful evening at KINK's bar. The location is lovely, and the bar offers some real snacks (not just olives and the like, but proper snacks). Both the cocktails and the wine/sparkling wine are of very high quality. The service is friendly and efficient. I'd especially like to mention that my wallet, which I'd forgotten in a bit of a good mood, was found and left untouched. I was able to pick it up at KINK a few days later, and I'd like to sincerely thank the KINK team.

A great bar and the drinks are really good. The food, however, is an absolute disgrace. I took clients out yesterday and wanted to treat them to something nice – what a disappointment! The meat was incredibly greasy, and the side dishes were a disaster. For that price? Simply outrageous.

For my taste, the menu felt quite limited if you do not eat pork. On the evening we went, the only other main meat option I saw was a one-kilo dry-aged beef, which was too much for us. We had the warm lamb starter, but for us it was more rare than we like, and nobody asked how we preferred it cooked. The atmosphere was very pleasant and we enjoyed the cocktails.

We visited this place for our anniversary celebration and had high expectations based on the ambience and the reviews. While the setting is undeniably beautiful — truly a 10/10 for ambience — the overall experience fell short. To start with, the service was slow and not very attentive. We often found ourselves trying to get the staff’s attention, which isn’t something you’d expect at a place positioned as a premium dining experience. I was willing to wave that off, hoping the food would make up for it, but unfortunately it didn’t. The food was the biggest disappointment. The flavors were very average, and there was nothing memorable or exciting about the dishes. I’m not referring to the quantity, but the taste — it simply lacked the depth and quality you’d expect from a restaurant with such a great atmosphere. Overall, it’s a beautiful place to sit and enjoy the vibe, but if you’re looking for great food and attentive service, this may not be the best choice.

We were four friends from Barcelona spending the weekend in Berlin and came here for dinner. The place itself is really cool — modern, stylish, beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to it at all. We ordered the tasting menu, and it’s honestly been a long time since we’ve eaten so poorly. The only things we could enjoy without effort were the bread and the fries. The fish was burnt and completely tasteless. The potato rolls were extremely over-spiced, so we left them untouched. The seasonal pumpkin dish was overly oily. Overall, a big disappointment and really not worth the money.

We had a truly fantastic evening here with my colleagues on a work trip, the food is simply amazing and the drinks as well - fell hard in love with the "Naked and Famous" 😍 we ordered it just for the name without asking for ingredients and as soon as I tasted the Mezcal in there in a perfect balance of flavours, I knew it was absolutely perfect....I think we might have had a lot of those, but together with the impeccable service, the great food (especially the fish), great staff, cool atmosphere and great conversations in good company it was just the perfect evening to end a busy day. Also I finally found a place where the staff have more visible tattoos than I do, which feels great 😃 Food was too delicious to take pictures I'm afraid...see you next time, we'll certainly return!

I celebrated my birthday here and honestly regret choosing this place. From the moment you walk in, the staff’s attitude is unnecessarily arrogant, the interaction at the cloakroom already sets a bad tone, and the service at the table continues in the same dismissive way. It’s a shame, because the interior is actually quite nice, but the way you’re treated completely undermines the experience. They seem to be trying hard to look “cool” or edgy, but confusing rudeness with style doesn’t work. Berlin has plenty of much better places where you can enjoy good food without dealing with this kind of attitude.

First dinner in Berlin! Was incredible we were served by the lovely Daniella who looked after us very well and helped us through the food and wine menu. The sharing plates approach is really lovely with some very creative dishes on the menu. The tempura pumpkin was definitely my favourite dish?

The food was good, the service was way below my expectations. The starters are sharable and the concept of ordering to share is an interesting one, but be prepared to find out that main dishes do not have any garnish. So be prepared to either slow down on the starters, or order some (like vegetables) together with the main dishes. The staff was friendly, but completely overwhelmed and stressed. The waiter spilled a lot of 14EUR drink on a table and a bag standing next to me, no reaction from them, just ran away. We had to call the main waiter and tell them about the issue; they took the bag to clean it, leaving the table sticky and not suggesting to replace the drink. When the main dishes came, we had to help the waiter clean the table first. They somehow didn't get an idea to first prepare our table, exchange the plates, etc., before standing in front of us with full plates. The quality of service is below the general quality bar for Berlin. Staff is not trained and overworked. We are not really keen to return.

Honestly, this place tries way too hard to be “cool” or the next trendy spot in Berlin. Being rude to people is everything but cool. The attitude here really kills the vibe. There are plenty of much better places in Berlin to grab a bite without the unnecessary attitude.

The overall dining experience was much more special a few years back. I reserved 10 days before the reservation date and I was seated at the counter although I had asked for a proper table - felt quite rude. Thankfully they switched us to another table when I complained. The service could definitely improve, we waited too long to be served and then everything felt a bit rushed. When we ordered dessert, the table was cleared but not cleaned so it was full of stains, bread crumbs etc. It felt quite sloppy for the price you pay tbh. Food and drinks are good but could be better value for the service and ambience you get.

Well, don't know where to start because I'm so excited about the Kink. We were there yesterday night for the first time and for my birthday and I can tell hands down, this was the best food experience I had in Berlin so far, and I'm been living here since 13 years. The place is super cozy, artistic but not too fancy. Already at the entrance, you feel welcomed from the staff. The food was simply amazing. The lamb was superb. Wine really tasty. What I really enjoyed is that every single dish has a lot of character, extremely well balanced and tasty. All the sauces were so good. An explosion of Umami. We all know, and nobody would feel offended, if I say that Berlin is not the most "Gastfreundlich" city in the world, but by Kink that's not the case. Service was super nice, competent, friendly and I would say with an appropriate speed. They let you take your time and enjoy the meal without any kind of rush. Compliment to all the staff of the Kink, it's a place where I would definitely come back and recommend.

A very nice place with a very awful service. First they forget about us waiting for the table, then they forget about part of our order, on top of that all the food is served at the same time for no reason. You have to chase the Staff around for everything. Food was just okay, nothing spectacular really. Drinks were very good at least.

The sweet, blond chef was very accommodating and served us delicious food. We had a great evening and would come back anytime. It was a bit crowded, but we had good service.

Great value for money! I really liked their special Negroni — it was perfectly balanced and flavorful. The atmosphere was nice, the staff were friendly, and overall it was a great experience. I’d definitely come back!

We had a lovely time, the attentive service, the food was good, especially the tartar and squid were great. The tortilla, however, was no match for the ceviche. The table was so-so, but we weren't quite ready when the time slot was up. While we were allowed to move to the lovely bar, I would have preferred to finish the wine at the table. The wine selection is quite extensive, and your wallet should be there too; you can't get anything less than fifty bucks. We were then left to deal with the payment machine ourselves. Splitting us up into three couples was apparently too much for the service. There's a nice article about it in a Berlin newspaper right now, so look for some people to chat with. Overall, though, it's doable.

I was on a business dinner in Kink Bar. The food, the drinks and the service was awesome. We got a four course menu, which was for sharing. The food was on point, a really good taste and a nice view. I tried some cocktail and white wine, all of them were fine too. 👌 I recommend warmly this location for business events.

The restaurant is in a beautiful, well-maintained venue with a lovely atmosphere. Unfortunately, our experience was a bit mixed. We were initially seated right next to the kitchen, which was noisy and warm, but the waitress was very kind and quickly moved us to a more comfortable spot. The staff were friendly throughout, but service was quite slow. It took a long time to place our order, several items on the already-limited menu were unavailable, and the timing of the dishes and drinks was very spread out. Despite being there for over two hours, we only received a few small dishes, and our dessert never arrived. On the positive side, the food itself was excellent, and the staff were always polite and accommodating. With better organization and more attentive service, this could be a really fantastic spot.

We visited the restaurant yesterday (Saturday evening) after having been there a few times before and generally always having a good experience. That's exactly why we've recommended it to friends and decided to come back for a special occasion. Unfortunately, this time the experience was very disappointing: The service was extremely poor – we weren't served for a long time and had to repeat orders several times. In some cases, drinks weren't even booked, so we had to ask why they weren't coming. In some cases, we waited over two hours for our dishes. At one point, we weren't even asked if everything was okay. We had to actively ask the waiters to clear tables and, in some cases, even move bottles and glasses to the side ourselves because there was no more room. At the end, we were presented with the bill with a 20% gratuity already included – without any indication and in the obvious hope that we would simply pay it. We found this very brazen and lacking in transparency.

Unfortunately, the food was anything but enjoyable. There's no other way to describe it here, otherwise "dear" Daniel will come along, complain to Google, and make sure his reviews stay "good." That's what happens when you're incapable of taking criticism.

It was our first time at KINK and we're already looking forward to the next time. Everything we tried tasted way better than expected. Their special Negroni is a MUST TRY! It was my birthday and I certainly think it was celebrated in style. Kudos to the team.

The service in the restaurant was poorly communicated, and only in English. We had the set menu. It was absolutely overpriced for what was offered, and the quantity was insufficient. The quality of the food was okay, but uninspired. The service itself was more poor than good. The subsequent visit to the bar, however, was excellent. Conclusion: Restaurant 2 stars, bar 5 stars

A lovely evening under old trees with solid cuisine based on a sharing concept. Good and fair wine list. The pork belly needed a few more hours of cooling. It was very firm. Otherwise, the food was very good, and the service was friendly, attentive, and with a Berlin accent. 😉

We were here for breakfast, and the ambiance is simply beautiful, and the breakfast was super creative and incredibly delicious. Unfortunately, my cold brew was forgotten, but otherwise, it was super stylish and delicious.

Had brunch at Kink Bar and it was such a good experience! The food was absolutely delicious – every dish felt super fresh and flavorful. I went to Kink for brunch with friends, and we were really looking forward to it after reading so many good reviews. The location is truly beautiful—modern, open, and with a great ambiance that immediately puts us in the mood for a relaxed brunch. The frozen cocktails also pleasantly surprised us: very tasty and refreshing. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to these expectations. We had to wait over an hour for our breakfast, which was hard to understand given the restaurant's limited capacity. The eggs Benedict were disappointing: served on plain, not even toasted bread, with a thick hollandaise sauce that was neither convincing in taste nor consistency. The French toast was also not up to scratch—very creamy, and the peaches seemed like they came from a can. It's a shame, because the location and the menu promise much more. Overall, it was a disappointing brunch experience for us. However, with better-balanced dishes and shorter wait times, Kink could definitely reach the level expected from such an appealing restaurant.

Was there with two friends for a cute small birthday affair. The portions were really small... the waiter suggested we order several plates, so the three of us did that, but even after a round of dishes we were all still hungry and ended up ordering more just to feel like we’d actually eaten. It was meant to be a fun birthday outing with friends, but instead we left disappointed. While some of the dishes sounded creative, the flavours didn’t quite live up to the hype, and the balance just wasn’t there. For the price and reputation, we expected much better. Overall, the food was average at best and the portion sizes made it poor value for money. Berlin has so many fantastic restaurants that offer generous, well-prepared dishes — I’d recommend going elsewhere instead.

An absolutely special experience: outstanding food, wonderful, attentive staff, and a fantastic atmosphere. I even tried the octopus, which I normally shy away from – it was outstanding! Thank you for the wonderful evening!

It's a nice and cozy restaurant with comfortable seating, which I must mention, as comfortable chairs are in short supply, regardless of the restaurant's exclusivity. The service was charming and prompt. The food was quite tasty, BUT it has to lose a star for the mercilessly overcooked pasta... it tasted good, but the softness of the pasta was school cafeteria-level, and that simply shouldn't be allowed! The cocktails, however, are 10/10 again! We would come back for cocktails and oysters... other restaurants in Berlin simply do the rest better!

Stunning, hidden location. You enter a courtyard shared with other restaurants. The interior and exterior are well-maintained. Interesting food with unique pairings. Excellent service

Lovely waiter who had us try a couple of wines to find our best preferences. Good food, great quality and very nice and sumptuous ambiance. Definetly recommend!

Very nice building, however I was rather disappointed by the food in the restaurant. Maybe my expectations were just too high - as I had marked the venue some months back, not remembering from whom I got the recommendation, and when reading about it on the Michelin page sort of confirmed to me that I want to eat here. The octopus had a nice texture, but unfortunately it tasted very burnt. Neither the chimchurri nor the dill could compete at all against that bitter burnt taste. The next one is probably on me: I picked the ceviche despite the information that they serve it only with salmon today. The taste was very flat and once more the fried taste of the chips was way stronger than the taste of the main part (=the ceviche). The wild broccoli was just okay.The alcohol-free cocktail was great! One more thing: an open window to the kitchen is maybe not always the best thing. As a guest you don‘t want to see that one person in the kitchen says to the other „iiih, was ist das?“ when looking at the food in the pan if you know that someone is waiting for exactly that dish. (Not clear to me why to have that direct open view into the kitchen if not putting up a show in there - which I would never expect to happen on a calm Sunday evening.)

Nice decor, the place is pleasant. The food is good, and the bottomless mimosa option is well worth it.

I had the most perfect birthday celebration. Perfect support in the organization, super friendly staff and service, beautiful location and delicious food. I can highly recommend Kink if you are looking for a location for a special and unforgettable celebration!

The location is truly beautiful, but I was truly disappointed with the brunch. The eggs Benedict were cold, the toasties were burnt on one side, and looked like the average supermarket ones. The fennel salad had a delicious dressing, but at €14, it was absolutely overpriced—it was maybe 2-3 tablespoons of lettuce with canned mandarin oranges (?). The chilaquiles were simply dry nachos with two eggs and some garnish, but had little resemblance to the classic dish. We didn't eat the bagel, but saw it at the next table and immediately decided against it because it looked rather dry and unloved. The price and quality of the food were completely out of proportion, and to be honest, we were really annoyed that we hadn't gone to another place. On the plus side, the fennel salad was taken off our bill. Finally, the most disappointing thing: the service. Everyone was friendly, but completely distracted, even though less than half the tables were occupied and all the waiters had plenty of time to stand around and play on their phones. We had to wait a long time before we could even order, and even then, only after asking. In roughly an hour, no one approached us (or any of the other tables) and asked if we wanted to order anything else, even though all the drinks were empty. That's just not possible at this price point, and we definitely would have ordered more. It's a real shame, because I find the food delicious in the evening, but there are too many good alternatives for brunch in Berlin for me to go back to Kink.

I was excited to go check out the new more affordable concept, but was heavily disappointed… It still feels like a cash grab.. the eggs benedict are super basic nothing special and still 16 euros! Then the fennel salad had no taste, was not fresh, unseasoned and had no fresh orange but instead canned mandarines. Still asking 13 euros for this!! Ingredient price cannot justify these prices. Service was nowhere to be seen, very hard to order the food in the first place, no system, and really lack of enthusiasm/friendliness… now im sure i’ll never come back. What a waste of such a beautiful location :(

Me and my friend went to this bar hoping to get a drink and we were so disappointed. We found the place on instagram and it might be cool and insta worthy - but the service is nonexistent. We waited 40 minutes for two “special negronis”, that tasted like every other. Go get a picture and leave (if you can find it). We won’t recommend.

Reasonable prices for brunch, but food quality did not meet my expectations. Very simple American food -hash brown or bagel, no cappuccino and deserts.

Very average Brunch spot imo. Cold and old dry bagels, same for the Muffin that comes with eggs benedict. Go spend your money somewhere else, Annelies at Görlitzer Park for example!

Gorgeous brunch, vibe, venue and equally gorgeous waiter - well worth a visit, eleven might have been a bit early for a crowd but we were going to a day party - don’t hesitate!

We were looking forward to a pleasant evening. It's a shame when you have to make a lot of effort to get your attention and then don't know if it will even arrive. Unfortunately, we didn't have a pleasant evening with you. The service was inattentive and seemed completely overwhelmed. Every order took a long time, or sometimes didn't arrive at all. We were happy when we managed to order the bill. Then it took another half hour to pay. I find that unacceptable. I shared this feedback with the waiter, who then gave us a discount on two drinks. At least that was a somewhat conciliatory ending... After this experience, I would definitely not recommend Kink.

Great place to eat if you're visiting Berlin. The portions are delicious, and it feels like you're in a courtyard/rooftop bar. It's so busy, though, that you need to make a reservation well in advance, and they politely ask if they can bring you the bill within the time slot. The octopus is an absolute must-try. Delicious!

Came without a table reservation, so tables without food, only drinks, were available. We waited a long time for the waiter to make an order. But the order (wine, olives, bread basket, French fries) was brought quickly. Perhaps if you book and have a full dinner, you will have a better experience. For now, the place is for one time.

Great location, very pleasant beer garden with plenty of space. Excellent food options.

Actually a nice shop, and the decor is really nice. The weekend breakfast with filter coffee wasn't great. We'd rather come back for dinner.
