We were relatively spontaneous today and were able to get a table reservation there within 15 minutes. We were met very courteously and politely... Plates were cleared away immediately, the staff were always very attentive, even when it came to drinks or empty glasses. The selection at the buffet was large, everything was fresh and attractively prepared. The food, which was freshly prepared on the Mongolian grill, arrived at the table in less than 5 minutes. We also received very nice advice when putting together the ingredients. All in all tip top, we'll be back!

Very nice atmosphere. Great selection of food and drinks. Service top! Prices top! But it should also be mentioned when prices change like Sunday/holidays. It wasn't mentioned and so for 8 people it was 80€ more.

Very nice service. Delicious food, everyone will find something for themselves, both meat lovers and vegetarians. For dessert, something for chocolate lovers... a chocolate fountain. I recommend!!

Buffet with a wide variety of fresh products, logically you can prepare your own wok. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The living room has a well-detailed decoration with ambient music and the bathrooms are very clean. It has ample parking for everyone.

Super nice and funny staff who make suggestions and explain the buffet. The food is beautifully presented and is of great quality. I personally really liked the sushi, the curry was good and the fried rice was as it should be. Nothing was too dry. My highlight was the baked banana, with honey prepared in a suitable glass with portioning option. At the end there was some sake to drink. I will come back. :)

Went there for the first time because it doesn't look very appealing from the outside. However, we were convinced of the opposite. It's been a long time since we've been served so kindly and courteously. We will definitely be there more often. Thanks to each and every one of you for your great performance, including the chefs. Very disappointed the meals are good but the service is pitiful my son had an accident I said he peed they asked me to clean but in a haughty way giving me an order. I would never set foot in this restaurant again. I don't recommend going there if you want to have a good time relaxing. We should think about changing the staff.

All you can eat buffet. Large selection, including fresh meat and fish (including exotic things like shark and kangaroo). Very friendly staff. At the end we were even given a pack of beautiful Chinese chopsticks. :)

Nicely decorated restaurant with friendly service staff. In the evening we opted for the all you can eat buffet. Something for everyone. Salad, sushi, warm dishes, live cuisine and dessert. I would improve the system with an ice cream maker. Not everyone wants a waffle with their ice cream. It would be nice if you could get the ice cream out of the bowl too. But it's just a small thing, otherwise everything is really great.

I come to the restaurant to eat more often for business than for pleasure - so far everything has been fine, but today was the highlight. After barely sitting at the table for 2 minutes and waiting for the waiter to order a drink, you were herded to the buffet: "Boss, get food - little time - drink will come later". (and this from the restaurant manager personally) I then left the restaurant. It's understandable when there's a lot going on and the staff who work there every day are stressed, but a certain level of friendliness towards customers must be maintained. The food + ambience was good, service was catastrophic!

The food was delicious, but the waiter (male) was super unfriendly and sometimes really borderline with his sayings and comments. We were there to celebrate our birthday and unfortunately it really ruined the mood a bit! It's a shame when people in the catering industry work in service even though they obviously don't enjoy working with people.

Best Chinese restaurant in Offenburg. Great ambience, the food from the buffet was plentiful and tasty, it was always refilled immediately and quickly, the Mongolian grill was also great, my recommendation, add the garlic sauce when frying, it tastes great. A large chocolate fountain and A soft ice cream machine is also included in the price, soft ice cream was delicious, and there are various sauces, strawberry, caramel, chocolate, available. A sushi bar with a good selection is also available. Price performance is perfect, the four of us spent €122 Paid for food + drinks, which is around €30 per person, an absolute bargain. The conditions are quick, friendly and always up for a bit of fun. I will definitely come back.

Very very good restaurant. The quality of the food is top. The atmosphere is very nice and there is plenty of space between the tables. Service 1A, very clean. The pond is a real eye-catcher, as is everything in this restaurant. And there is also a separate area if you are in a group. All in all, the King’s Palace completely convinced me. I'm happy to drive 20 km for this 👍🏽

The food is awesome. I'm a fan of this cuisine and have tried a lot of it here. The team is great, attentive and super quick. Prices are great for what is on offer. Cleanliness was just great, toilets were clean and so was the rest. You don't need to be afraid here, everything is clean. Me and my darling give it 5 out of 5 and we become regular customers.

We were there yesterday, April 13, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. with 4 adults and 1 child. We had reserved, which is important if you go later. There is enough parking space and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. The staff is very nice and what pleasantly surprised me is that they all speak German well. The food tasted good, but it didn't taste any different than any other Asian buffet. Since I was spared diarrhea, I assume that little to no glutamate was used. We will definitely visit this restaurant again and can only recommend it.

Went to the King's Palace yesterday (03/17/24). Called to see if there was room for 4 people (2 adults + 2 children). Wasn't a problem. When we arrived we were greeted warmly and shown our table. We found the ambience good, we felt comfortable. Everything was available at the buffet, it was fresh, clean and everything tasted great. There was a lot of choice to have something grilled and it didn't take long for it to be brought to us. The staff were all friendly. When we are back in the region we would be happy to come back. Addition: was there again today. And I certainly won't do that if it's no good

The food is very good. Sushi buffet is nothing special (the taste could be better), but it is available. For the price (12.90 without drink) everything is great. The ambience is great, we could also park easily. I will go again.

Have been here 3 times and are thrilled every time. Everything is fresh and tasty and, above all, super clean! No wild buffet mess like other restaurants! We like it very much. The service is quick and extremely nice and friendly. We can highly recommend it and friends who were there today also thought it was great here. Absolutely top value for money!

A very nice restaurant with a good buffet. The selection was very good and everything was fresh. The meat in all dishes was super tender and generally tasted great. Sushi is also offered at the buffet, the selection of sushi is not very large but what is on offer is very good. The service is extremely friendly and accommodating. It was an extremely pleasant and, above all, delicious stay, we will definitely visit more often.

We were there for the buffet. Luckily we had reserved, at first it looked pretty empty, but the tables were all reserved and as the evening progressed the place was full to the last seat. The staff was noticeably friendly and accommodating. The food was also to our complete satisfaction. Everything was always refilled. As soon as you had empty a plate, someone had already cleared it away. We also liked the atmosphere. Lots of typically Asian decorative elements in a modern outfit. The spatial division makes the restaurant appear smaller and cozier. All in all highly recommended.

The ambience and the tables spaced further apart convinced me here. It's very noisy. The service was pleasantly friendly, people often asked if everything was OK. The food was delicious, if only the warm dishes had all been warmer overall. Unfortunately, the grilled dishes failed. Everything was too greasy and didn't taste good. Large buffet with fresh food. Large selection of dishes to grill. Unfortunately the sushi selection wasn't large. I expected more.

Wir waren mit mehreren Personen am Samstag dort Essen. Alle waren von der Auswahl und dem Geschmack begeistert. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden fall wiederkommen.

Wer gerne unterschiedliche speise essen möchte, sehr gute Wahl.

Wir waren zum Mittagessen im Kings Palace und waren sehr beeindruckt vom Ambiente und Interior Design. Je nach Tag und Tageszeit wechselt sich ein mongolisches Buffet mit dem chinesischen ab. Wir hatten das Chinesische. Das Essen war lecker und für den Preis sehr günstig. Es gab eine sehr große Auswahl an verschiedenem Essen. Es gab verschiedene Vorspeisen, unter anderem Sushi, Salate und zwei Suppen. Es gab sehr viele Hauptgänge, aber auch einige Auswahl für den Nachtisch, wie Softeis, überbackene Banane, Sesambällchen, etc. Als Highlight empfand ich vor allem die verschiedenen Fleischgerichte. Aber es gibt auch verschiedene vegetarische Gerichte, wenn auch nicht ganz so viele. Es war sehr sauber, die Sanitärenanlagen waren durchschnittlich. Die Innenarchitektur hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt einen imposanten Eingangsbereich und in der Mitte der Sitzpläte ist ein erhöhter Bereich, der an eine Art Gartenwirtschaft erinnert. Drum herum in einem U sind auch Plätze angeordnet. Durch diese natürliche Trennung entstehen verschiedene Bereiche, die etwas getrennt voneinander sind. Ich fand es sehr angenehm, dass man ein bisschen mehr für sich ist. Es gibt überall detaillierte Deko und die Möbel sind sehr filigran ausgearbeitet.

Wir waren schon das 2. Mal zum Mittagessen-Buffet hier und waren wieder überaus zufrieden. Das Persona ist sehr freundlich, die Auswahl ist groß und die Qualität ist ebenfalls prima. Ich habe ein Thai-Gericht, super leckeres Sushi, Gambas und natürlich Dessert gehabt. Es gibt eine Eismaschine, einen Schokoladenbrunnen, verschiedene Kuchen und und und....alles sehr empfehlenswert! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren begeistert von dem Restaurant. Super schnelle Servicekraft, tolles Ambiente. Hatte das Mittagsbuffet wo man sich selbst bedienen kann. Es war sehr übersichtlich angerichtet, von der Auswahl kann man sich nicht beschweren. Für mich steht fest ich werde wieder hin gehen zum Essen. Das einzige was uns genervt hat, waren eine Gruppe Jugendlicher die am Nachbarstisch gegessen haben, und sich voll daneben benommen haben. Als ich was gesagt habe, kehrte Ruhe ein. Ansonsten hatte ich nichts zu beanstanden. Kann das Restaurant nur weiter empfehlen.

Großes Mongolisches Buffet. Genug Auswahl vorhanden. Schöne Inneneinrichtung und auch genug Platz für größere Gruppen. Es gibt auch eine Softeismaschine im All-u-Can Eat Angebot, falls man direkt zur Nachspeise wechseln will ohne sich lang mit Hauptgerichten aufzuhalten.

Sind spontan vorbei gekommen.Haben direkt einen Tisch für zwei Personen bekommen.Die Auswahl vom Buffet ist sehr groß: Frittiertes,Sushi,Salate,Fleisch welches man sich mit verschiedenen Soßen braten lassen kann,Nachtisch wie Wackelpudding,Kuchen,Schokobrunnen.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend,Toiletten sauber.Am Ende gabs sogar noch schöne Essstäbchen geschenkt.
