King Kebap Haus in Bamberg

Wer vom Bahnhof kommend in die Stadt läuft, oder nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag in Bamberg zum Bahnhof geht, trifft kurz davor auf das King Kebab Döner Haus. Dort gibt es noch, im Gegensatz zu den umliegenden Anbietern, noch einen ausgezeichneten, lecker schmeckenden, urtypischen Döner oder Dürüm ohne viel Schnick Schack. Der Döner bzw. Dürüm wird gut gefüllt. Der Fladen für den Dürüm-Döner wird hier noch im Ofen kurz aufgebacken, was für die Qualität spricht. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Kartenzahlung ist hier ebenfalls möglich. Das Personal ist schnell und freundlich. Wer den urtypischen Geschmack liebt, schaut mal vorbei. Ich gehe immer wieder gerne dorthin.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Das Lokal ist sauber, das Personal ist freundlich, höflich und begrüßt die Gäste mit einem Lächeln. Der Service ist gut und der Döner hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Mein einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Soße etwas zu sparsam war. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn beim nächsten Mal etwas mehr Soße verwendet wird. Ansonsten war alles top – vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!

Solider Dönerladen mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Daher auch gut geeignet für Gruppen. Auch ein Sanitärbereich ist vorhanden, der sogar relativ sauber ist. Der Döner ist relativ klassisch. Standard Hackspieß und frisches Gemüse. Kleiner Manko: bestellt man den Döner "komplett" bekommt man diesen standardmäßig ohne scharfe Soße. Diese muss offenbar extra dazu bestellt werden. Eine Tatsache, die man bspw. aus Berlin nicht kennt. Ansonsten ist aber alles in Ordnung.

We just ordered two chicken doner kebabs, specifically requesting extra meat, one of which had cheese. We were then told that there wasn't enough chicken left and therefore extra meat wasn't possible. So we ordered two regular chicken doner kebabs. What we received was a complete disappointment: The doner kebabs contained even less meat than usual; I'd say 90% of it was salad, and the doner bread was almost half empty. In addition, one doner was completely missing the cheese, even though we had paid for it. Furthermore, we were clearly told that the doner kebabs should come with garlic sauce and hot sauce, and plenty of both. In the end, there was no garlic sauce, only hot sauce. For what you get here, the price is outrageous. Poor quality, improper preparation, and extras we paid for that were missing—it's unacceptable. This was definitely the last time I'll buy a doner kebab here.
