The cleanliness is a complete disgrace. From the toilets or sinks to the tables. Dirty as hell.

Became extremely expensive. Food is good.

Food is good. Service is nice but not very reliable. I ordered in the drive thru and was first given the wrong bill (that can happen) and then unfortunately neither my coleslaw nor my mayo were packed after the correction. It's a bit disappointing when these are 2 out of 3 things that were specifically asked for when ordering...

So now it's an absolute joke... fallen for it for the 2nd TIME. Yesterday evening I was there with my daughter and ordered the wing box with 9 wings and got micro wings for the second time... so last time I thought it was a coincidence or just an exception, but now again for €14 . That's an absolute disgrace when you consider the parts that were always available. I also have pictures of it, but you can't post them here.

Everything was clean. The service was quick and friendly. Unfortunately the fries were simply not ready yet and were almost saltless. In addition, the drinks machine was on all of them Pipes without syrup extract which is probably why someone didn't do their job. After mentioning the situation, the drinks offer was immediately renewed and we were offered fresh, ready-made fries. Unfortunately we just didn't have any more time.

Unfortunately I was disappointed. I haven't eaten at KFC in a long time. The food was incredibly greasy, much more so than before. The breading was quite flabby and the taste was rather low level. The service staff did their best (respect for that), but they were overwhelmed. Unfortunately I won't be eating there again in the future.

I've never seen such a dirty (no fresh dirt) toilet, disgusting factor. When I asked the staff nicely about it, I received stupid looks. I don't think it works that way... we ate for €60.

I've only had one other KFC as a comparison, but the crispies here taste the best so far. Even when it's busy, I always get my food quickly and the staff are always super friendly.

Very clean restaurant and pleasant atmosphere with delicious and juicy chicken. We had our order very quickly and hot. Thanks to the restaurant manager for preparing the extra requests!

They have now become too expensive. 2 adults, 1 teenager and a toddler over €50 to get enough. Half of the chicken burgers were lukewarm. The chicken wings were delicious though.

We went to KFC yesterday, I really like KFC food but today I had diarrhea and stomach pain all day. Next time I'll have to think about whether I eat there or whether we should choose another restaurant. No one was waiting to order except us, but we still waited 20 minutes before we got our food. I'm sorry, but just a ⭐

As far as everything is as usual, the toilets should be checked more often and some repairs should also be made.

Price-performance is no longer acceptable. Ordered two takeaway menus without discount coupons. 6 original bites (they were no bigger than a thumb), a "large" fries (it was a standard bag like before, not a box) and a 0.5L drink for over 10 euros. The same with a burger instead of the small pieces of chicken. The bites and the burger tasted good. The fries were already too soggy. Over 20 euros for that. Since it's still just fast food, it's no longer an option for me given the prices.

Unfortunately the service from the staff is terrible. Since there is a clear lack or non-existence of German knowledge, it is difficult to order. But the food tasted very good. Cleanliness is true.

When we ordered the Superdeal box, we received cold fries and completely wrong things. When I pointed this out, they couldn't help me because the lady didn't speak a word of German!! Such incompetent... why would you hire such staff! Definitely never again here!!

I can't seem to tolerate fast food anymore. I always feel sick afterwards. The quality is simply not good. The bun is like cardboard.

During our visit today we were somewhat disappointed this time. The Zinger burgers were a bit carelessly made. The roll halves were ice cold, plus the cold salad, the meat was also cold, even though it was freshly prepared. The cheese wasn't melted properly. All in all, it was done carelessly, not good compared to last time. Therefore points deducted. Fresh, tasty and quick. What you would expect from a fast food restaurant. The fries are a bit too salty, drinks are free refill. Gladly again.

Unfortunately no, fries without seasoning and limp as well as the FiletBites without any taste. It used to be significantly better. The toilets are a horror, not possible at all.

I just bought 2x18 HotWings again at KFC and came home to find that 6 wings were simply missing...Earlier there were 1 or 2 not in the pack, now there are just 6. Sorry but I just don't enjoy shopping with you anymore...

Unfortunately, KFC has become really expensive and the app is terribly buggy. But the 5 stars go to the two employees at the counter, who are really friendly and always in a good mood :)

It's a shame, it's been a long time since I've been to this fast food company, but overall I was disappointed. The service staff was very unfriendly and listless. The meals themselves took more than twenty minutes from ordering to delivery. An extra order for a burger (extra cheese) was charged but not implemented. Very unfortunate given the horrendous prices. When asked, everything was denied. Very unprofessional. What a shame for such a chain.

Had a voucher, otherwise I wouldn't have gone to the store in the first place. However, it was 6 weeks past its expiry date. So they didn't want to redeem it. No concession either. Customer-focused looks different.

Unfortunately, I always come quite late in the evening, but the people are always absolutely friendly and the food is ready very quickly. With vouchers from the app it's now even cheaper than Mcdonalds and co, but still delicious.

It's a KFC, alright. But we ordered for the Super Bowl to take away and they were incredible fast and the buckets were still warm after a 15 min trip home by car.

Forgot several items when ordering... the cheese on the burgers was solid. Unfortunately, everything is not like the last visit 2 years ago. Don't come here any time soon. Got the SUPERBOWL deal, 40 spicy wings for 33 Euros, great deal in comparison to wings deal from another fast food chain, taste was 1000 times better.Went through the drive through, and was treated great, even told to "Enjoy the game!" Hope they have the same deal next year, I'll be back!

The app displays vouchers that are NOT ACCEPTED locally. As a large corporation, you should be prepared to offer a functioning app. This meal cannot be purchased without vouchers. The portions (especially hot wings) are getting smaller and smaller.

“normal” KFC Service was OK and the food was what you would expect. The restaurant is clean but no longer the newest.

Nice employees, also made me aware of the special offer. Otherwise it's not that cheap either. I think it was great and the food was really tasty. The shop is very clean.

Underground. The food had nothing to do with the delicious chicken from KFC. Fried too dark, the breading was already tough and sticky instead of crispy and way too salty. It's a shame about the money.

Absoluter Master Race KFC und dem Burger King in Hilpoltstein, der ja der schlechteste Burger King Deutschlands sein soll, um Längen überlegen und im Gegensatz zu diesem auch mit sauberem WC, das insbesondere für Rollstuhlfahrer zugänglich ist.

Good , fast and friendly service, with better food than I've had at other KFC locations. Nice and clean. Nothing to complain about. For fast food Niveau they get 5 Stars all around. Will go again.

Ich bin absolut enttäuscht und sauer!! gestern haben wir und diverse Speisen im Wert von über 50€ geholt, leider mussten wir feststellen, dass die hälfte gefehlt hat. Zudem war die Servicekraft absolut unfreundlich und der deutschen Sprache maximal auf A2 Level mächtig. Dazu kamen falsche Artikel, die Hotwing, die wir nicht essen, da sie uns zu scharf sind… Telefonisch konnte man dann für die Reklamation auch keinen erreichen. Das ist jetzt leider schon öfter vorgekommen, daher kommen wir nicht mehr zu KFC.

Wollte mir um kurz nach 22:00 Uhr einen Shake holen. Also eine Stunde vor Schließung. Dann wurde mir gesagt das es keinen gibt weil die Maschine schon sauber gemacht wurde. Das geht einfach nicht EINE Stunde vor Schluss gewisse Artikel nicht mehr anzubieten. Der Laden sieht mich nicht mehr.

Es war zu kalt. Mit einer Winterjacke fritiertes Fastfood zu essen macht kein Spaß.

Lecker Hänchenteile, lecker Krautsalat

Ich liebe es, aber lohnt es sich nur bei aktionen oder Gutscheinen

Leider war es nicht so toll. Die Tische waren schmutzig, wir mussten selbst den Tisch wischen . An der Getränkestation gab es Getränke ohne Kohlensäure. Wurde auch nicht nach Info der Bediensteten repariert. Aber weiterhin dafür von den Gästen abkassiert. Das war echt das letzte Mal, das wir dort gegessen haben.

Ab und zu ist es einfach ein Muss! Leckeres Hähnchen in verschiedenen Varianten, Pommes und leckerer Krautsalat. Wenn man Glück hat gibt es Coupons zum sparen! Leider ist es immer noch sehr ungemütlich, zu kalt und die Tische dreckig. Die Hähnchenteile waren auch nur lauwarm!

Es ist halt ein Fastfood Restaurant. Nicht schön aber zweckmäßig. Unsere bestellten Menüs waren hingegen mega lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Seltsam, aber die wenigen Male, die ich dort essen gehe, war es nicht wirklich sauber. Weder im Speiseraum, noch die Toiletten. Sehr schade. Außerdem sind die Sitzmöglichkeiten eher unbequem und kühl.

Meiner Meinung nach ziemlich frech, am Hotwings Dienstag 2 x 5 Hotwings bestellt und 10 winzig kleine Unterflügel bekommen... Da ist selbst der Angebotspreis zu teuer...

What you see is what you get. Ich finde die Hygiene auf den Örtlichkeiten eher nicht so toll. Und das zieht sich am Ende im Restaurant durch.

Selbst schuld und so Aber 2 Jungs setzen sich neben uns mit noch mehr Pommes 🍟 🍟 🍟 Lieber KFC wir wünschen das Mann jede Beilage Manuel auswählen muss, das wäre Bombe 💣

Not spicy 🔥 and not satisfied with the food

Sehr guter Lokal um dort essen zu gehen.

Ungewischte Tische. Mitarbeiter meist ausländischer Herkunft mit wenig Deutschkenntnissen. Verstehen nicht was man bestellen möchte. Einkauf kalkuliert stets zu wenig, denn es ist immer alles ausverkauft. Es heisst immer nur: "das gibt's nicht".

Ich bin sehr enttäuschd vom Servic es stand eine Kollegin vom BRK da eine KTW Besatzung erkennbar Orange Hose. Und musste sehr lange auf ihr Essen warten.

Kathrin ist wirklich ein wundervolles Mitglied des Teams! Immer sehr freundlich zu den Gästen und macht ihre Arbeit gewissenhaft.
