I was there on Saturday. Everything was great except the shisha had no flavor and the newly added coals were still black.

The establishment is excellent, the only downside is that there is no alcohol.

I recently went to this shisha bar with a friend. The atmosphere was great; you could play board games, drink juice, tea, or cocktails, and they also had food. We were there for a few hours, playing chess and backgammon and smoking shisha.

Never again! I was there on Friday with two friends. What have you done to the old Keyfi Sefa? It used to be so much nicer. Now it feels so uncomfortable, like a wedding hall. The staff, except for the receptionist, were incredibly unfriendly, the food was like something from a fast-food joint, and the shisha was a disaster. The shisha guy only came after I'd asked three times, and we had to wait 40 minutes for the coals. Nothing was right... Never again, really!

Smoking is not allowed. At least one less customer. I'll never come back.

We came from another city to the place, but due to their odd rules, we were not allowed to enter as once we were only men !!! We had to bring Girls with us to get in. (they could write it’s only for families)

Keyfi Sefa Café Restaurant is truly my favorite place! The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming, and the food is amazing. The waiters, in particular, are incredibly attentive and friendly, making you feel right at home. I find joy and peace every time I go. I highly recommend it! 💯✨

Me and my friend were not allowed to seat on a cozy round table even through that there were 5?!!?! free tables. After seating there for an hour, a single table was not taken. We ordered 2 soups which were on a taste like already made soup from kaufland. Toilets were disgusting, smell of pee was everywhere.

Absolutely intolerable! During my visit, the staff spilled an entire pot of boiling hot tea on my leg. The table was already shaking, and we had mentioned it, but nothing was done about it. The serving staff weren't paying attention, so the entire pot, containing several liters of boiling hot tea, fell over me. The worst part: Nobody cared. No apology, no help, nothing. When we spoke to the manager about it, he was disrespectful and unfriendly. Instead of taking responsibility or offering any kind of accommodation, he simply threw me an ibuprofen/paracetamol—as if that were the end of the matter. And as "compensation," we were ultimately charged and given exactly the same pot of tea that had already been spilled on me. Any more goodwill or compassion? None. This behavior is completely unacceptable and irresponsible. This isn't just about poor service, but about serious health risks and disrespectful treatment of guests. I will definitely not enter this store again and can only advise everyone not to go here.

I gotta say this place did not disappoint at any level. Food was on point. Service was great. The vibe was very lovely and laid back. And, perhaps most importantly, the hookah was just perfect. Really enjoyed the experience here.

Hamudi best waiter, great food and fanatical food

Five of us went to Keyfi Sefa in Berlin today, and it was simply fantastic! Mohamed served us brilliantly – incredibly attentive, super friendly, and catered to our every need. The food was truly delicious and the drinks were perfect. The atmosphere in the shop was also incredibly pleasant; you immediately feel at home. The price is right, too. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Ayfer is a very nice woman, very accommodating; it's always a pleasure to see her. And of course, everyone else as well. I highly recommend the shop. 💪 I also find Mona very nice, a great person, always smiling and polite, helpful. It's great to be here.

Overpriced, poor customer service at the door. You're treated like dirt, and if you say anything, you'll immediately become disgusted! Not worth recommending at all. You can forget about shisha, and that for €18!

The service was excellent: super friendly, attentive, and they kept checking to see if everything was okay. The food was a real highlight! We had dumplings and pasta – both incredibly delicious and freshly prepared. I thought it was especially cool that the dishes came from different cuisines and from different chefs – you can really taste the variety. The matcha was also really good and perfectly prepared. Overall: great concept, outstanding food, perfect service, and an atmosphere that immediately puts you at home. I'll definitely be back!

Hamudi is the king. Without him, the place simply wouldn't run. He puts extra love into it, so much. They could give me burnt things, and I'd still eat them, because he adds the love.

We were there in Berlin for our bachelor party, and everything went perfectly. We were also served wonderfully by our waiter, Hamoudi, and the service was top-notch!

The best service I have ever experienced and a very nice atmosphere

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this place was a disappointment. The pizza was honestly one of the worst I’ve ever had—dry, bland, and clearly made with low-quality ingredients. Then, to top it off, they told me there’s a 20-euro minimum to pay by card. That’s just ridiculous and incredibly inconvenient. Won’t be coming back. I had to almost beg the waitress to come and give me the check in a time that restaurant was almost empty.

My wife and I were there yesterday. We were served by a waiter who was super friendly. We ordered two pipes. One didn't taste good at all, and we didn't even smoke it for a minute. We returned it and asked for another one. This took a very long time, and we told the waiter it didn't matter, we didn't want it anymore. The bill stated that we both had to pay anyway, because the boss wanted it that way, even though we hadn't even smoked for a minute. Very rude of the boss! Two stars just for the waiter.

We're pleasantly surprised every time – top service, good food, and a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Very good food. The shisha was very good and reasonably priced at €18.

Gastronomy is different. Unfortunately, the service doesn't match the ambiance and the prices. It took 20 minutes for someone to come to take our order. After 45 minutes, the whistle still hadn't arrived. After asking three times, "there are no more whistles." You have to tell the customer in advance or come back and inform them. Very, very lax, I've rarely experienced such service.

I was satisfied with the food; it was really good, and the waitresses were consistently friendly and attentive – definitely a plus for that. But: The shisha was absolutely inedible. The tobacco burned completely within two minutes, so it only tasted of coal and ash. For €18, I expect a lot more. My tip for the shop: Please cover your bowls with aluminum foil and then place the chimney attachment on top. This way, the heat can be better regulated and the tobacco doesn't burn immediately. Given the current situation, I can only advise against ordering a shisha here!!!! You can save your money.

Finally some AMAZING shisha here. Really great outdoor vibes. Lemon ginger mint tea is good but a bit too lemony. Good thing is it’s all fresh (not teabags). Also had an order of Warmer Kaiserschmarrn, the german equivalent of a sort of pancake. Was good but perhaps better for a breakfast vs post-meal dessert (but again this is my very non-German opinion). The taste was great nonetheless.

We were just there with my cousin. We ate something, but the employees didn't even come over to us. They didn't even ask what we wanted. They were unfriendly and rude. We don't like that. We simply wanted to change seats, but they wouldn't let us. The blonde waitress was also very unfriendly to us. And we won't be going back. The only thing was that the food was really tasty.

Very rude staff, especially a lady named Gringa or something like that.. very unfriendly and rude and was almost shouting at us because we asked her we want to change tables due to high volume of tv above us.. she was unacceptably rude.. their staff need to be trained on customer service and how to atleast smile for customers. I don’t advise anyone to go unless they change their staff.. this Gringa only smiled when she was giving us the bill so that we put for her a tip.. ofcourse we didn’t ..

Very nice location. Hamudi was very nice and helpful, and he likes to chat. We liked that. He was very talkative and helpful. We're from Cologne and are very satisfied.

The furniture is very worn. The service isn't particularly attentive. Tiramisu isn't made with mascarpone. Unfortunately, the waiter doesn't know this. Not really recommended.

Was served by Mohammad who was excellent at exchanging language in English with us as Irish tourists. His service was brilliant making us laugh and giving us great recommendations from the menu, would highly recommend this place chill vibe and great food. I had the fillet steak cooked medium which was delicious compliments to the chef. My friend had the pesto pasta and was impressed with how tasteful this simple meal was made. An all round 5 star for us in Berlin!

I have been to this restaurant several times. I actually had fond memories of it, but today I was very dissatisfied with my guests because we had to wait a really long time until a waitress came over even though it wasn't that full. When she came, she was really annoyed. Not really friendly. Then came the drinks. The glasses look really disgusting when I asked the waitress about it, the answer was that all glasses look like that because the dishwasher scratches the glasses. I didn't think that was a good reason why they can't bring you clean glasses and not only did they look scratched but they weren't really washed either. I found it really disgusting, as did my guests and the food we ordered. There was a lot of oil in there, very greasy. We couldn't even finish eating because we were already sick because there was so much fat in it. I hope it will be as good as before but right now it's not good at all. I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat something here or drink something with these glasses.

Her demeanor struck us as unfriendly and in no way respectful. As paying guests, we expect to be treated with courtesy and appreciation. When we entered the restaurant, we politely asked if we could sit at a specific table. The employee replied that this area was intended exclusively for restaurant guests. However, it was clearly visible that there were also guests sitting there who hadn't ordered anything. We also clearly communicated to her that we intended to eat - which we felt would clearly qualify us as restaurant guests. Nevertheless, she rejected our request without any understandable reason and simply said: “I don’t want to discuss it at all.” This statement struck us as dismissive and not very service-oriented. A respectful explanation or a friendly tone could have made a big difference in this situation.

The best Shisha in Berlin , I really recommend it 👌 , but one of the workers is not polite

- The cooked meat tastes very good. - Cutlery given to customers for meals could be more hygienic - There are appetizers on the menu, but no alcoholic beverages!! - Alcohol is not allowed, but cigarettes and Hookah is allowed!! [No smoke-free field table] - It would be nice if there were photos of the foods on the menu list with barcodes. - It is very nice that the waiters are friendly and provide quality service.

Unfortunately I parked incorrectly today and had to be towed. The police were actually nice enough to ask the bouncer about the owner. But without asking in the store, he immediately said no, even though we were sitting right at the entrance. We met the police officers when we went out and they confirmed this to us. Quote from the policeman “...then this bouncer is a huge A point point point...". We parked wrong, no question about it. But if you're less customer-oriented, you probably can't show it.
