Food was OK, 12 minutes between rounds (you have to wait and see) (kitchen closes 30 minutes before closing). Sushi wasn't as good as I'm used to from other sushi shops in Krefeld. So basically there are better shops in Krefeld.. unfortunately :D

The food was varied and the quality was okay. The ambience in the interior is modern, the stairwell without an elevator is difficult with a stroller. Unfortunately, the service was cold and disinterested, and ultimately even rude. We hadn't finished all of the rice and were asked about it. When I said that it was too grainy for me, this was vehemently denied and that no guest had ever said that. The quality of the fish was good, but I usually find good sushi rice to be creamier. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the restaurant because of the average food and unfriendly service. If you just want to eat in bulk, you might get your money's worth here.

The food is good and tasty for an all you can eat restaurant. The friendliness could be a little more motivated. It's a shame that you can't get a small drink like plum schnapps/wine when you come or go. The restaurant definitely has potential for improvement.

Das Essen schmeckt immer gut und ist zügig am Platz. Lange Wartezeiten gibt es auch bei höherer Auslastung nicht. Die Mitarbeiter sind etwas distanziert aber durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam.

Not so nice house, on the 1st floor. The restaurant itself is nice and pleasant. Very tasty food, large selection. Modern ordering via tablet, fast service, but there wasn't much to say, so only four stars for the service. I recommend all you can eat, otherwise it can be expensive and you have to try it out.

The food was really delicious! Food was served fresh from being cooked or prepared and was delivered fast. I would recommend the duck dishes as they were juicy and full of flavour!

I was there with my son in the afternoon. He was looking forward to mango sushi, unfortunately that wasn't available. Everything else tasted good, but I found it relatively salty.

All you can eat. Great system. Order via tablet. The food is very tasty. Everything freshly prepared. However, the meat tastes as if it had been pickled to soften it. At least everything we tried that wasn't fried.

I wonder why the other reviews are so good. Absolutely no quality, the prices are not cheap either! Rice was dry and not that edible. I will not recommend further. What's more is that it says on their website that they're open until 11 p.m., shortly after 10 p.m. it was almost closed. So I'm really disappointed.

The food is really delicious and the orders arrive very quickly. There is a lot to choose from and even people who don't like sushi will get their money's worth here. Unfortunately there are only 3 stars due to the service, as we felt visibly uncomfortable and, above all, unwelcome. We had 2 children with us, and one of them started discussing that she wasn't 12 and should identify herself. The food was repeatedly slapped onto our table, we never said please or thank you, we just looked at it in a bad mood, orders were sometimes forgotten and we constantly repeated that next time we would pay for the child as an adult without ID. Maybe you should learn how to deal with customers again, otherwise I can recommend it.

Positively surprised. Ambience in the restaurant nice and pleasant. There's no music blasting in your ears the whole time, not too many seats and the tables aren't pressed together. Prices are completely reasonable for the amount of food you can order. Drink prices are also much more humane than in other restaurants. I just wish that a larger group of tables had been informed to turn off their cell phone music or otherwise have to leave the restaurant. Unfortunately that didn't happen. You can pay conveniently using your Girocard. All in all, a successful evening.

Reception unfriendly and stroppy, service quick but also unfriendly, not child-friendly either. After we managed to carry the stroller up the many stairs and after discussing whether my child was still "a child" because we didn't have a child ID card, we got a table right at the beginning in the corner because of the baby. You felt unwanted and despite always remaining polite, things didn't get any better. It was unpleasant to order again because of the all you can eat. Food came quite quickly and tasted good. We saw people come and go because of the space. So the unfriendliness was not our fault. We heard, among other things, that bad reviews would soon follow. Mostly due to the unfriendliness. It's a shame that our beautiful day had such an unpleasant end.

One of the older waitresses with the short bob is very rude and doesn't follow her own rules, but the other is nice. She insulted us and said that we didn't speak German and certainly didn't take us seriously.

Nice decor, food very good except for the tempura which was very average. The staff either does not know English or ignores requests in English. The staff's constant stare at my neck was also irritating.

"All you can eat" lunchtime still got a table. Always book a table in advance for the evening. Haven't had any complaints to date.

Everything was very tasty, I can't say anything else. Something for every taste. Lots of choice even for vegetarians.

I was invited here a few months ago and I really wasn't aware that Krefeld is home to such a good "tray Asian" that really puts the "large stores" in Düsseldorf in the shade. Super tasty, very cheap, hardly any waiting times. As a former restaurateur, I take my hat off to the store's price performance. The kimchi is either homemade or the most authentic convenience product I've ever had in front of me. The sushi variations are very tasty and at least seem very fresh to me. The shop was clean all around - even if I was very surprised by the corner in the city. The Patagonia is a stone's throw away, but the restaurant is extremely inconspicuous from the outside and I was actually pleasantly surprised. On both visits. We'll be back.

We were here for the first time on Sunday. We arrived at 17:00, there were not many people at that time. We reserved a table a couple of hours in advance, just in case. The order is made using a tablet, fast service, everything is delicious, we liked it.)

not really customer oriented or just with us? Four people either card or all you can in 2.5 hours so if we don't want to go, one person can also be persuaded to all you can because one person cannot be accommodated. The system is to order 5 dishes per person via tablet and after 13 minutes 5 can be ordered again. We were there on a Sunday evening and it was actually quite busy. We were happy with what was on offer and it was also tasty and most of what was supposed to be warm was. The only criticism is that as a group you can order either or, so clarify together beforehand or go somewhere else

A very nice and clean restaurant

Nice restaurant and something different if you only know the typical all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant with a grill. Ordering via a tablet was easy and quick. Price-wise it was okay. The food was very tasty. Everything was nice and clean and nicely presented.

The owner and the chef (owner?) are a complete disaster! When she comes in, the owner makes a face as if she doesn't want to have guests. There were 11 of us in total. Of these, 2 people ordered the first two rounds of lamb chops. Before we were served the second round, the boss came to our table and snapped at us not to order any more lamb. And in a tone that everyone at the table noticed. But since it is an all you can eat concept and we pay money for it, the two people of course continued to order lamb. After ordering, the chef from the kitchen came to our table and told us very clearly and unkindly that we were no longer allowed to order lamb. Many people still say things like, we would eat too much and we should have said when we made the reservation that we were ordering a lot of lamb. And of course again in a tone that everyone else at the table noticed. Mind you, ONLY 2 out of 11 people ordered lamb. When serving, the plates and bowls are slapped listlessly on the table right from the start. The food itself was rather average. If you have a penchant for being insulted in front of all the other guests, this is the place for you. Otherwise I can only advise everyone to avoid this restaurant!

Das Essen ist lecker und frisch und wird in Plastikgeschirr serviert. Der Service ist recht nett, wirklich freundlich ist aber deutlich anders. Leider auch nicht aufmerksam, ob beim abräumen oder der Getränkebestellung. Es wirkt wie ein kühler Speisesaal mit modernen Möbeln. Leider riechen die Anziehsachen nach Fett, nach dem Besuch.

Lecker und durch das konzept des Restaurants hat man die Möglichkeit viele verschiedene Artikel zu essen.

Вкусно)! Всё понравилось! Выбор делаешь с планшета, планшет дали один на два человека. Можно выбрать 10 разных так сказать видов еды на двоих ждать 12 минут но приносить начинают сразу же. Ждать долго не приходится. Таких заказов сделали 4 раза едуби один раз десерты. В общен скушали больше чем достаточно) Сколько всего можно делать заказов я не знаю но этого было даже много! Всем рекомендую! На двоих оставили 60 евро вместе с напитками, смертные напитки не пили пили только чай!

Neben Sushi bekommt man hier auch diverse andere Snacks zum All-you-can-eat Preis. Die Bestellung erfolgt per Tablet, die Lieferung erfolgt danach recht zügig. Lediglich bei einigen warmen Speisen muss eine etwas längere Wartezeit einkalkuliert werden.

Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, sehr freundliches Personal, klasse Konzept (all you can eat rundenweise, Bestellungen selbstständig per gestelltes Tablet), auch die Auswahl ist vielfältig (diverse frische Sushi, Gebratenes, Gegrilltes, Nachspeisen, ...). Preis/ Leistung absolut stimmig, definitiv zu empfehlen! - Update 11.2023: Weiterhin eine von mir regelmäßig besuchte Adresse; unverändert lecker und uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Die bestellten Essen wurden lieblos auf den Tisch geknallt. Dachte ich noch zuerst dass es sich hierbei um ein Versehen handelte, so stellte sich bald heraus dass dies hier ein durchgängiges Prinzip ist. Drei Minuten nach dem Essen, die Gläser noch halbvoll: 'Noch etwas zu essen?' 'Nein, danke' 'Können hier nicht sitzen ohne zu essen'........häh? Service unterirdisch. Einmal und nie wieder. Danke für nichts. Hier wie versprochen die schlechte Bewertung.

Absolutes Stammlokal geworden. Frisches Sushi, tolle Fleischalternativen für alle, die keinen Fisch mögen.

Ich liebe einfach diese Vielfalt und die Möglichkeiten, alles zu probieren, weil es kleine Portionen gibt (Beispiel 3 Maki von einer Sorte und nicht 8). Das Preis-Leistungverhältnis stimmt absolut, mittags ist es sogar sehr günstig für das, was man alles geboten bekommt. Wir kommen regelmäßig, Achtung: Suchtgefahr 😉

Das war am Mittwoch unser dritterund vorerst letzter Besuch. 24.95€ all U can eat. Das System ist einfach. Pro Gang dürfen 5 Portionen bestellt werden. Die Lieferung erfolgt zügig. Leider hat die Qualität des Essens ziemlich nachgelassen. Wir waren zu 10. Personen. 4 Personen hatten am nächsten Tag Magen Darm Probleme. Geschmacklich eher Low Budget Sushi. Dann lieber ein paar Euro mehr und bessere Qualität. Bitte nachbessern. Dann kommen wir gerne wieder.

Tolles Restaurant mit recht hohen Preisen. Bestellt wird per Tablet mit dem man sicher 2,5 Std. alle 12min fünf kleine Gerichte auswählen kann die auch sehr lecker sind, Dennoch bin ich der Meinung das es sich wie so oft bei All you can eat nicht wirklich rechnet. Wir haben zu viert ein Tablet bekommen, dementsprechend dauert es auch mal länger bis sich alle vier Personen fünf Gerichte ausgesucht haben. In der Zeit wird natürlich gerade durch die Soja oder Teryaki Soße recht viel Getrunken und der Magen gefüllt. Pro Person kann man da dann mit locker 40€ - 50€ rechnen ohne das man nun sagen kann man hat viel gegessen.

Mein erster Besuch hier wer ein Erfolg. Die freundliche Begrüßung hielt sich in Grenzen, die Platzauswahl war fast schon perfekt. Getränke wurden schnell an den Platz gebracht, nach Bestellung der verschiedenen Sushi-Varianten per IPad musste ich nicht lange auf das Futter warten. Geschmacklich einwandfrei und sehr schmackhaft. Der Service etwas lustlos, dafür wieselflink. Preis/Leistung ist angemessen. Toiletten sind sauber und gepflegt. Location lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig.

Das Personal war zuvor immer zu anderen Gästen unfreundlich aber dieses Mal auch zu uns. Gehen dort nicht mehr hin.

Ich esse sehr gerne dort das "All you can eat" Menü und es schmeckt mir sehr gut. Es gibt dort nicht nur Sushi, sondern auch vom Grill und Frittiertes. Allerdings habe ich keine Vergleichsmöglichkeit, da ich noch nie in einem anderen Sushi-Restaurant war.

Super frisches und leckeres Sushi. Auch die Cocktails sind sehr gut. Eine sehr große Auswahl und das Konzept mit dem Tablet zu bestellen funktioniert super. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. :)

Qualität von Fisch und Fleisch wie bei Sushi von Netto.. schlechteste Algenblätter die ich jemals hatte und Lammfleisch stinkt. Die Mitarbeiter waren nicht nett. Nie wieder!

Für den Preis empfehlenswert ! Die Speisen waren frisch zubereitet und schmackhaft, für ein All You Can Eat. Das Umfeld und der Treppenaufgang lassen es nicht erahnen, dass man hier günstig und gut essen kann. Natürlich kann man hier kein High End Sushi erwarten.

Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet, ABER das Personal im Restaurant ist eine Katastrophe!!!!! Wir kamen mit Kindern. Der Jüngere ist 2,5 Jahre alt. Natürlich ist dem Kind anzumerken, dass es verspielt ist.Sie sahen uns vorwurfsvoll an. . Dass um 14:40 Uhr die Kellnerin kam und im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes Eis auf den Tisch warf mit dem Satz: Das ist deine letzte Bestellung, die Küche funktioniert nicht mehr und du bekommst nicht, was du bestellt hast... Sie arbeiten bis 15 Uhr.... dann wieder ab 17 Uhr... ok, sie könnte etwas freundlicher sein. Während wir aßen, schauten uns vier von ihnen an. Im Grunde sehr nervig. Kaum ein Arbeiter begrüßte uns auf dem Heimweg.

Für eine richtige Bewertung des Ambiente war es leider zu leer aber Essen und Personal 5Sterne

Wir gehen seit 5 Jahren regelmäßig und gerne ins Keyaki. Leider mussten wir heute feststellen, dass Kinder unerwünscht sind. Unser Zweijähriger durfte seinen Stuhl nicht verlassen! Zur Klarstellung: Er ist nicht unbeaufsichtigt herumgelaufen, er wollte nur seien Stuhl verlassen. Das war nicht gestattet, es sei zu gefährlich, wie und die patzige Kellnerin sagte. Das finde ich sehr traurig.

Ein sehr leckeres Sushi Restaurant mit einer tollen Auswahl zu fairen Preisen. Es gibt sogar warme Erdnuss Soße, die man sich gesondert bestellen kann (und weitere Soßen, alles im Preis inbegriffen).

Wir waren mit 6 Personen dort. Parkplätze sind hinter dem Haus vorhanden und das Lokal ist etwas unscheinbar in der ersten Etage. Der Raum ist recht nüchtern aber angenehm gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Bestellung der All-you-can-eat Speisen erfolgt via Tablet. Eine Papierspeisekarte ist auch vorhanden - zur besseren Übersicht ist diese immer praktisch. Der Service war immer sehr schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war Klasse. Kommt immer schnell, ist tlw noch sehr heiß (positiv) und schmeckt herrlich. Getränke auch zu normalen Preisen. Fazit: Das etwas unscheinbare Lokal überzeugt mit tollem Essen und Service.

Preis Leistung stimmt, Service schnell, sind zufrieden. Gerne wieder.

Ich war hier sicher bereits 60-80 mal essen. Noch nie hatte ich irgendein Gericht, das anders schmeckte als sonst, was auf gute Qualitätskontrollen hinweist. Es gibt viele leckere Optionen auch im Mittags-AYCE, und das Keyaki die Coronakrise ohne Lieferservice überstanden hat, sollte einem alles sagen, was man sonst noch wissen muss. Die Kellner sind zurückhaltend, aber immer nett und fleißig. In Krefeld immer meine erste Wahl!

Das Essen war wie immer lecker, auch bei der momentanen Selbstabholung. Ist immer frisch zubereitet und es gibt eine große Auswahl an Speisen.

Wir haben schon viele All you can eat Angebote mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Sushi ausprobiert und das Keyaki war definitiv eines der schwächeren. Die Auswahl war nicht besonders vielseitig bzw gab es keinerlei Überraschungen auf der Karte. Qualität und Geschmack ließen zum Teil zu wünschen übrig. Service war ok.

... Das Sushi schmeckt mir hier nicht. Der Reis ist zu süß und erinnert an Milchreis. Ist aber mein Geschmack, anderen schmeckt es. Sonst schön hier und nette Bedienung.

Auch diesmal hat es uns sehr Gut gefallen. Wieder Samstag zum Mittag essen. Nichts zu spüren vom Vor Weihnachtsstress. Es war nicht leer aber doch sehr entspannt. Diesmal waren wir zu dritt. Das Essen kam zügig, und wir haben auch untereinander getauscht, so das wir sehr viel probieren konnten. Die Suppe hat schwächen, gegenüber den anderen Gerichten, aber alles in allem sehr Gut. Vor allem die Exotischen Eissorten sind zu empfehlen.

Ich liebe es! Es ist wirklich das beste Sushi all-you-can-eat Restaurant. Man bestellt per Tablet und bekommt ganz frisch sein Essen gebracht. Meistens geht es wirklich schnell, da erstaunlicherweise nie viele Gäste da sind - zumindest Mittags, abends ist es besser besucht. Das Essen ist immer sehr lecker, habe mich noch nie beschweren müssen oder irgendwelche Probleme gehabt. Das Personal ist auch immer freundlich. Ich war nun mindestens 20x da und bin immer zufrieden. Jeden den ich mit hin nehme, gefällt es. Auch für Veganer gibt es genug. Im Hintergrund läuft angenehm leise Musik und stört nicht, aber sorgt für eine schöne Atmosphäre. Es ist sehr schön modern eingerichtet. Die Toiletten sind auch immer sehr sauber.

Verstehe die negativen Kommentare nicht... wir sind im Monat 2-3 mal da und sind mit allem immer sehr zufrieden.

Als "all You can eat" Restaurant kann ich das Keyaki nur empfehlen, vor allem bei dem Preisleistungsverhältnis. Deshalb die 5 Sterne! Wer bei einem Preis von unter 20€ mehr erwartet, der sollte die Düsseldorfer Japanrestaurants aufsuchen, wo er das 3-5fache bezahlt. Das sage ich mit meinen Erfahrungen in vielen japanischen Restaurants. Aber für knapp 20€ wird eine reichhaltige Auswahl an Leckereien geboten. Neben Sushi gibt es noch viele andere Leckerbissen, die wir auch sehr genossen haben. Es war eine tolle, geschmackliche Erlebnistour für die Geschmackssinne. Der Service ist schnell und aufmerksam, wirkt aber sehr unterkühlt. Wir kommen wieder! PS: Das Essen a la Card, was auch möglich ist, können wir nicht beurteilen.
